May seem like a cool place but products are very unreliable and have recalls frequently. Oh and when they do recall potentially hazardous products (like the big blue party speakers) they refuse to give anyone a refund for almost endangering lives and choose to file bankruptcy as if not a single person paid for those speakers.Disgraceful company with shady products I would recommend doing your holiday shopping elsewhere

I had purchased a 10W Wireless Charging cradle in Chicago. I got to France and it would not charge. Came back to the states to Denver. I saw the Denver Brookstone store. I cant remember her name, but she is worth a million bucks in her customer service.She promply exchanged it for me.We had conversed that I was flying back to Montana after being overseas. I somehow left my cellphone in the store and did not realize it for quite a while. Luckily she called my husband which I really appreciated and so did he. I finally backtracked to try to locate it. The other asst mgr said she went looking for me at my gate. After waiting for her to come back to the store, I heard my name paged. I even saw her on the walking escalators and waved thank you!Many thanks to this wonderful woman in Denver!!!!! Major Kudos!!Betty from Missoula, MT
