Omar Zapata (manager) and Trace (associate) were polite, professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond in helping me choose the right phone and make changes to my plan that are going to save a lot of money each month. I cant thank them enough! Omar even stayed 45 minutes past closing time to finish the software update on my new phone and patiently went through every single detail with me before finalizing the sale.
Brodie was awesome today. He knowledgeably worked through the complexities of merging my American and British numbers into a new iPhone and navigated the difficulty that a lost phone presents when verification texts arent easily available. I also watch him smoothly move to assist other waiting customers while my phone was updating. The young man who helped me yesterday at this store was also a great help. He made sure I ended up purchasing an unlocked phone so having this new two country capacity could happen easily.
They stole my phone! And never cared or provided a solution.I went in January to switch and trade in 2 phones, they stole one of them and never reported to At&T, now I’m paying a larger bill and pay a phone as new when I left my previous perfect iPhone XR for a trade in which they stole.Been there multiple times to the store every time they say they will make things right and call me back and never do, next month when I get billed I have to go again and they never provide a solution or give me my money back for the phone they stole.Stay away from this store! Not only the fact the phone got stolen but me going every month clearly upset and they not caring is too much.

Julian was incredibly helpful when I came in to explore my options for my next cell phone to buy. He really helped me feel much more confident in the transition from Android to Apple that I have been absolutely dreading/avoiding. Buying/upgrading to the latest cell phone models is a painful and annoying task (Ive been clinging to a Pixel 2 for too long just to avoid having to deal with it). He spent a lot of time explaining the pros and cons of all my options and now Im ready and actually more excited that I thought Id be to go back in and get it! I highly recommend the kind and patient folks at this store.
The staff at the ATT store in Cherry Creek both Brody and Steven (I hope I am remembering their names correctly) were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me as I was difficult. The time frame for the phone change over took longer than I expected but they both made it happen despite my frustration. Excellent customer service.

She was efficient and not only was she able to answer all of my questions - it was a “working meeting” so we were able to complete everything while I was there. BRODIE! Rarely is visiting the phone store a pleasant experience, but Brodie was great at getting me transferred over from Verizon and to IOS from Android. Worked through multiple hiccups in the process seamlessly, saved me money, and was incredibly kind. Give this man a raise!!

Cant say enough good things about the guys that work here. Ben, Jason and Brody took great care of me today and got me set up with everything I needed for my new iPhone. They even assisted me with getting more money towards returning my previous phone by connecting me with the screen repair employees and getting everything tuned up in under 15 minutes. I picked up iPhone 12 Pro Max upstairs at Apple but they said they cannot set it up for me. So I went to this AT&T store to find someone to help me with initial setup.Brodie was the Sales Representative who helped me. He was very professional in swapping SIM card from my old phone to the new phone, and initial settings/ copying data and apps from my old one to the new one. Job was done excellently.

I just switched my cell phone carrier company from Verizon to ATT. I got fed up with Verizons customer Service lack of efficiency and I had high expectations in regards to ATT. Everything went well last Saturday (12/5/20), and then, ATT got me as a customer. This week, I had a question about my $397 bill, due at the end of December.I couldnt t get a straight answer after calling the 800 number several times and getting hung up on, so I went back to the store today. Ben, the manager, had this simple answer to my questions: I dont get paid to teach you about taxes. He said he was very hungry and he said he clocked out 20 minutes ago to go to lunch and if I didnt t need anything else from him, he was going to lunch. Boy, he was in a hurry to leave! He was very rude, impatient, not polite and at one point he said he could call security to escort me out. But then he said he was not going to do it because he had no reason to do that! Correct. That s right. I was not doing anything wrong, I was just asking questions about my bill. He was the one being unprofessional, raising his voice and being disrespectful and not doing his job. So, yes, he had no reason to call security for me. I spoke to customer service on the phone, while I was still in the store, and, surprise, surprise, they still could not do anything to help me. Ben gave me his employee discount for my phone accessories but didn t give me a receipt and I was wanted to see how much I paid for each item. He was not happy about it and said now I know not to give more employee discounts to anybody else. I was happy to get the items for a discounted price but I didn t know that I was agreeing on awful customer service because of that. I would have paid the full price if that was the condition to get excellent customer service. My piece of mind is worth more than that. believe that Customer service is the most valuable aspect of a company. I’doing business with companies that value my business. I am very disappointed with ATT customer Service and specially with the Cherry Creek Mall store, let alone being extremely unhappy, dissatisfied and disappointed with the Manager, Ben. I don t know if ATT cares about my opinion and/or if they will do anything to prevent this from happening twice, but, one thing I know: I will not be going back to that store again. That’s for sureI would like to sincerely apologize publicly to Ben, the Manager at Cherry Creek Mall ATT store. After so much headache... he fixed my account .He went above and beyond to correct my account and give me the credit that I deserved. Most important than giving me the credit, he apologized for his mistake and he wanted to make it right. Apologies accepted!Thank you Ben and all the staff at ATT store! The 5 stars are specifically for Francisco at the Cherry Creek location. He went above and beyond to help me get a new phone, even though it ultimately meant calling several other locations on my behalf, and putting one on hold for me elsewhere. I know this means he wouldnt have gotten the sale after all, but he still did everything he could to help me out. This is truly exceptional customer service.
My husband and I randomly walked in to the Cherry Creek Mall location hoping to upgrade his very broken phone. Kerry C. Was amazing! He was nice, personable and really knew what he was doing. We upgraded both of our phones, added a line and were in and out of the store in an hour. We really appreciated how quick this entire experience was as our 4 year old was with us too. So often in many retail experiences we are left disappointed or underwhelmed...not with Kerry. He exceeded all of our expectations. I highly recommend him as a representative if you need a new phone! I just had a terrific experience at this store. I got an error code “SIM Failure” on my IPhone XS and had no connectivity except when on WiFi. I went into the store and received excellent service from the store manager. He not only quickly diagnosed the SIM card issue but quickly resolved it within about ten minutes. I can’t tell you how relieved I was to have my phone back. I think his name was Daryl (sorry I can’t remember) and his knowledge of the phone, AT&T, and the industry was impressive and refreshing. He really cared about getting me fixed up and was able to do so quickly.Thanks for running a great store!! Great customer service like that is a rarity these days. Congrats and thanks again!
After a 12-hour workday and 2 hours at Best Buy I ended up at the AT&T store in Cherry Creek Mall. They were the only ones open till 10 so I call to see if they could help add a line to my account and Angelo was very helpful! Even though it was 45 minutes till closing he invited me down and literally took 10 minutes tops to do what I could not get done at Best Buy. Angelo rocks! Thanks for the amazing service!

Went in this week to get my phone plane switched over from Verizon to AT&T. The whole process was way easier than I was anticipating thanks to the help of their manager, Kerry Comeans. He went above and beyond to answer any questions and concerns I had and walked me through every step of the process. Was in and out real quick. Would highly recommend this store if you need anything.

We had a complex problem involving switching lines from one market to another. We had made 6 trips to multiple at&t stores and in total spent at least 7 hrs talk to people who assured us they could take care of the problem. Very frustrated, we came into this store and Kerry said he’d be happy to help. I told him that he was likely going to fail but within 20 minutes he had everything sorted out. Best at&t experience we’ve ever had.

He helped add a line transferred over from another provider and the entire experience was as smooth and painless as possible. I am returning to AT&T after a disastrous 2 years with CREDO mobile. We did our homework and felt that AT&T offered the best options for our family and business. So, we came into the store and were really pleased with the offerings and service. Brady Cooper, Store Manager, was helpful, thorough, patient, and very clear. The store was quiet and calm and it was easy to have the full discussion that we needed to come to our decisions. Absolutely no pressure.I still found that some of the contract details were a bit convoluted (even to contract & tech savvy consumers such as ourselves) and the store needed perhaps one more staff member to keep the wait time down (there were always people waiting, but I saw every single staff member working diligently, calmly, patiently and effectively with each customer all three times I was in the store to make my decisions).After visiting two other mobile carrier stores and doing a bit of online research, the experience in this AT&T store stood out. If only the parent company would stop making contributions to idiotic political campaigns (why we left in the first place)... well see if the actual mobile service and future customer service holds up.

I have visited the store 4 times now to try and get assistance purchasing a new phone, and have yet to be helped (or even acknowledged by the staff 2 of the times Ive came in). Every time Ive been in they are short staffed only have 1 or 2 people on, and dont even say welcome or that they will be able to assist me shortly. Was just in today and there were 2 people working (only one of which with a customer) and the free one didnt even acknowledge or offer to help me.

I ordered 3 phones to switch my family to at&t with store pick up. Later I get email that one of my phone cannot be delivered in next 30 days.I canceled order, but they cannot cancel as is... I don’t understand it at all... they asked me to pick up other two phones and file return and send phones back.I wasted whole day to cancel order, because they cannot delivery my phone on time.I am glad I didn’t switch. Dummest customer’s service I ever deal with.

They sold me a screen protector that I didnt need, that also didnt work with the case they sold me, it failed in like 10 minutes and also damaged my factory screen protector. then they wouldnt take it back. so I tried to return the phone which they said I could do for any reason, but they wanted 100$ to return it! so now I have a new phone with no screen protector. everyone in this store sucks!

I was strongly persuaded into changing my prepaid AT&T (which I was really happy with) plan into an AT&T plan. Was told I would be reimbursed fo what I had already been paid for. Was told I would get credit for the first month of service. All lies. Dont believe anything Kerry tells you. Never in my life I have I felt so ripped off.

I wish there was a way to globally review AT&T as a company, but this will have to do as it was the store that ultimately screwed me over. I went in to the store 6 months ago looking at phones because I had heard they were running some promotions. At the time I was adding my fiance to my phone plan and needed at least one new phone and was comparing the phone and plan options with AT&T vs Verizon. The representative who helped us informed us of a buy one get one iphone special that they were promoting. We ultimately decided to go with this deal and signed up, but were not told about how the promotion worked. I had to call when I saw I was being charged for both phones on the first bill and was initially told that I might see it come off my next bill. The following month I was again charged and called again to be told that I would begin being credited for one of the phones within 3-4 months, and that the phone was not in fact free but that I would be reimbursed for it in the end. After waiting the 3-4 months I again called and continued to do so on a monthly basis until this point, each time being told that the next month I should see it changed. None of the customer service representatives seemed to have a good grasp of the companies policies, read from a script, and seemed poorly trained in general. This time I was finally escalated to a manager who informed me that the plan the representative at this store signed me up for was not even eligible and that he could not change it now as it had been too long since I started the plan. This was after having called essentially monthly about this issue. They have still not fully credited me for the phone and were able to only offer partial compensation. I was informed that these deals are not usually as advertised and it seems that all of the AT&T reps I have talked to about various services are not familiar with what they are offered and what is actually involved. I have had multiple other experiences where reps lied to me telling me there would be no other or increased charges with a service, or where I was signed up for the wrong service. Avoid AT&T in general if possible, they are a terrible company with atrocious resolution of customer issues.

My husband and I switched from T-Mobile to AT&T a couple months ago. We were helped by a Tony Solomon who assured us both several times that our last bill up $650 would be fully reimbursed in visa cash cards. He said the phones we were turning in would just go towards our first bills. He didnt tell us that we had to go online to claim our refund, luckily I called in time and got directions on how to submit our claim before it was too late. Our last bill was $324 we only received one card for $95. So I went back into the store to find out why we hadnt been reimbursed for the full amount. I spoke with a manager, Kevin Biln, he was very condescending pointing to the words on the add as he read them to me as though I were a child. He couldnt even find the part where it says minus trade in because its conveniently at the bottom in the fine print, marketing genius until it pisses off your customers. I explained that that wasnt what we were told by his sales representative and felt we should be compensated in some way for this miscommunication, he chuckled and said well thats not gonna happen. At this point I could feel my emotions getting the better of me so I tried to stay as calm and quiet as possible as I got his card and the name of our sales rep (who he mentioned is no longer with the company which leads me to believe I am not the first that has had been given false information) and I left the store.

Popped into this store wanting to switch cell providers... they had two workers helping customers and said hello we will be right with you. Sat for about 30 mins or more another worker entered and I couldn’t even tell she worked there, her co workers told her I was waiting. No one helped or talked to me. As one customer left one worker proceeded to play on his phone, a mother and son entered and was helped as I sat there at a table waiting, then the guy playing on on his phone was told to go to lunch. This crew was in la la land and the customer service here makes me think at&t is a joke. I finally asked if I should call back and set an appointment because I don’t want to be sitting around their store all day, the guy said yea... probably.
I called to ask about availability for a specific phone and Fernando just hung up on me. Very poor customer service, I wont be visiting this location.

Jacob Vasquez the store manager gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever recieved in my life. Left the store with zero resolution from his team and when I called him to address the issue he let me know he was giving me the courtesy of hearing me out on one of his “vacation days”. I called the store to ask about a cell signal booster for my boss for his house. The rep I talked to couldnt hide his contempt for how stupid he apparently thought I was for not understanding that AT&T doesnt sell boosters anymore and felt the need to slowly and condescendingly explain why to me over and over again. I kept explaining that I understood what he was saying, but that I was asking if there was any solution available for improving AT&T service (4G/LTE) -- not the wi-fi signal - but no, he had no interest in customer service. If you have a question about an AT&T product or service, do not waste your time calling this store.

Incompetent staff. The store sold me insurance for my phone, specifically for screen repair. It was a misrepresentation. When I went on to ask questions, Richard, a store employee, was rude and unprofessional and refused to help with the service they sold me - would not even answer questions. The store manager was hapless and unhelpful but at least not rude. Please dont patronize this store.
