Never gone out of my way to write a review before! This place is so great, Leland went to bat for me when apple wouldnt pay for a repair that shouldve been covered under warranty. Even though Apple wouldnt budge they still replaced my keyboard free of charge and I am so grateful for that. I will be sure to give them my business in the future!

Better than Mac itself! My battery was swollen and Mac changed the whole keyboard and it wasn’t working as it supposed to. Took it to Digitiqe, they changed the keyboard and now my Mac works perfect! Save yourself some time and go here instead of the Mac store. The girl at the front desk is very knowledgeable.

Landon is the best. He diagnosed my issue in minutes and refused to take payment for diagnosing unless I was implementing the fix at their shop (I was traveling so it was questionable whether I would have time to fix it while in town). He was polite, knowledgeable, and really upfront about the issue and how long it would take to fix it.

Cant say enough great things about them! After THE WORST experience at Micro Center it was great to experience the exact opposite. Great communication, quick work, friendly and knowledgeable. Returned my machine looking brand new. If youre looking for a reputable place, go here.

This place is remarkable. I’ve only written a few reviews ever and this deserves one for exceptional service. Skip the Apple store and go here for the real genius’. Over the top service, retro turn table, and my 7 year old MacBook is good as new.

Better than an Apple store for service. My Mac got fixed (under Apples keyboard replacement program), even quicker than I thought it would. Super happy with the results. Like having a new machine again. Everyone was super helpful and professional. Digitiqe goes above and beyond.

Great little boutique audio and electronic store in RiNo. The only place in Denver Ive found that carries Teenage Engineering Pocket Operators - unfortunately no other TE products.They carry a handful of sweet tube-gear too.

My 2015 (not new, but not quite old) MacBook Air started giving me fits. Digitiqe was able to take a look within a couple of days (Genius Bar was at least a week out), and kept me updated throughout. No major hardware issues (whew!) but they did some minor maintenance (cleaning, tightening screws, fixed something on the fan), and also updated a lot of software that I dont use but apparently was bogging my system down. Laptop is working like new again, totally worth the diagnostic fee!

Ive always kind of thought computer repair shops were kind of sketchy. Kind of like an auto repair shop – gotta keep your guard up. They were very clear on the process, followed up much faster than they said they would, responded to my emails within an hour, and were taking very responsible social distancing measures. Unfortunately, my computer was too far gone to repair, but they were able to get all my data transferred in a day when they said it could take up to a week. 10/10 would recommend.

I had the keyboard replaced on my 2019 MacBook Pro. Fortunately, it was covered under warranty. They even FedExd the computer back to me at no additional charge as I live two hours away. All aspects of the communication through email, appointment booking, check-in, follow up status reports, and shipping was flawless. The gentleman who helped me was extremely professional and offered additional and valuable input to help preserve my computer. A+ for professionalism, A+ for communication, A+ for attitude. I highly recommend this business! Nicely done!

Great experience with Digitiqe Denver! My screen was giving me that reset screen of death (or so it seemed) but luckily I was able to snag an appointment with Digitiqe Denver before it gave up on me completely.They were quick to respond with what they had to do (new screen & keyboard) and although it took almost 2 weeks to repair fully they were super communicative on the status.

Although they weren’t able to fix my Mac due to my own irresponsibility and negligence, the team here was super communicative, professional, and kind. All of my questions were answered thoroughly and in a timely manner, they were very patient and kind when I didn’t understand something, and they were flexible with when I could pick my Mac back up. Great experience! I needed my keyboard replaced on my laptop and I was in Denver for a few weeks so dropped it off at Digitiqe for the repair and they got it done super fast, communication was great, they shipped my laptop back to me in Indiana, and they even took the extra step to clean my very dirty screen :) Definitely recommend this store!

As if this store needs another positive review... here you go. My beloved 15 MacBook Pro had started crashing with every startup & both people from Digitiqe who worked on it were so thorough and patient.When they identified the graphics card had quit, they advised *against* the repair, saying Wed only be installing the same 10-years-old card, and wouldnt be able to guarantee it. We cant take your money for that. How often are you given bad news and STILL feel good about the quality of service?Not to mention, the store is beautifully laid out & has a really chill atmosphere, right down to the music playing. Digitiqe is doing everything right... the next time Im in the tech market, Ill come here.

I was expecting it to be pricey based on how nice of a place it is (and its location), but it was very much the opposite! They were able to replace my MacBook Pro keyboard for free! After trying, but failing, to get appointments in a reasonable amount of time to get an iPhone battery replaced at the Apple Store and Best Buy, I decided to take to Yelp to see if I could find any other reasonable options. I stumbled across Digitiqe Denver, which had overwhelmingly awesome reviews, so I decided to give them a call. They were able to fit me in on the same day.When I arrived, I saw that parking was going to be an issue. Fortunately, Id seen online that they have a valet service. This was definitely worth the few bucks it cost to take advantage of, as the shop is in a pretty busy area.After going inside, I was given a friendly greeting and we talked through the issue I was having. The guy behind the counter was straightforward about the process and let me know how long I could expect to wait (he said about an hour, as he was finishing up one other repair before me). I hung out at the shop (they had quite a bit of cool stuff to browse). The team was able to get my battery replaced in just under 30 minutes. I was incredibly impressed. The battery itself has worked great since the repair. The cost was the same as any of the big box stores, but the hassle was much reduced. I will definitely be back here for future repair needs!

Absolutely fantastic, same-day service! I bought in my 5 year old Mac Air that was stuck in a boot loop after attempting to install an update. I was quickly able to book appointment online, drop my device off (was quoted a 24 hour turnaround), and received an email 4 hours later to pick up. My device is running like new which is a pleasant surprise, considering I thought my mac was done. I paid a great, low price and am a super happy customer. Great job Digitiqe!

Digitiqe was phenomenal with a large MacBook repair I had. Not only did they discount the actual piece, but also offered additional free services such as replacing my keyboard and my charging block for no charge. They were nothing but nice and I 100% recommend coming here for a repair.

Super friendly and honest staff! I went there to get my 2013 macbook pro checked out for screen issues. They took a look at it quickly and were honest and up front about how much it would cost and whether it made sense to spend the money or invest in a new one. They checked the computer overall and found other issues I didnt mention to them (forgot to bring up.) The diagnostic fee they charge is pretty minimal and is applied to repairs if you get them done. I decided to get the laptop back and just buy a new one but will likely check them out again if I have issues in the future.

Everyone looking to get an Apple product repaired should go here. The turnaround for a broken backlight on my MacBook Pro was 3 business days, and cost far less (like literally hundreds of dollars less) than I was anticipating due to a “creative solution” from the workers. Everyone I spoke with was super kind and knowledgeable as well. I will absolutely bring my products here in the future if I ever have another problem

I had a really awesome experience here. Everyone was super friendly and professional. The guy helping me emphasized that if I had ANY issue with my battery during the 90 day warranty to please let him know. He was really helpful. And best of all, they cleaned my computer for me, which was such a nice/ thoughtful gesture.

It was my first time into the location. I went on to have the battery in my Mac replaced. Since it was my first time in I had a lot of random questions about products around the shop. The lady assisting me was MORE than happy to share any knowledge she could. Landon had my Mac done in no time and I was on my way. 10/10 would recommend

No help whatsoever. Cannot even call for simple questions. When I called to see if there had a product to buy, there is about a 3 minute message for every prompt you hit. Very poor customer experience.

I’ve been into this shop twice for apple repairs and I was more than satisfied. They really went the extra mile to help me out and they were really quick. You can’t get ahold of them on the phone but if you email they usually respond right away.

These guys are great! My Macbook Air trackpad and keyboard werent working correctly so I made an appointment here. They were able to get it fixed within a week and its working perfectly again now. They communicated clearly and seem to be experts in all things Mac. They even helped me get my icloud verification code when I needed it urgently for work, highly recommend! One of the most straight forward and simple tech experience I have had.

I just left Digitiqe Denver, and Im typing this review on my newly repaired mac book pro. I was very stressed when I was directed by the Apple store to have my laptop repaired here, but I had an incredibly pleasant and positive experience here. This place is the polar opposite of the Apple store at the Cherry Creek mall, spacious, quiet, pleasant, with very knowledgeable, helpful professionals (thanks Landon & Emily). I recommend them without reservation.

Fantastic staff, very polite and informative. They really know their stuff. I brought in a broken iPhone X, and even though it was out of warranty, they found out that Apple would replace the device. That and they replaced the battery for my wifes iPhone, all in less than two hours. Just spectacular.

Digitiqe Denver is easily the best laptop repair shop in Denver.My dumb self punched my 2018 MacBook Pro’s screen (don’t ask why lol) a few months ago, and it had corrupted the display and I just decided last week to take it in to digitiqe and they told me to come back in a week, and it had been repaired in only 4 days! Price was great, at only $99 (that is with the Apple Care warranty) but still! I wholeheartedly 100% recommend digitiqe Denver to everyone.

Super knowledgeable staff, professional repairs done in the time promised. I was able to have them replace my screen under my Apple care warranty for only $29 fee on my iPhone X. Only took 3 hours to complete my repair. Located next to the city market for awesome food and coffee while you wait. I was able to schedule the appointment by using my Apple ID, it was that simple no other paperwork or forms. Cheers!

I took my Macbook in for a screen repair and it took a little bit longer than expected to be fixed but to make up for it they gave me a HUGE discount and even threw in a free keyboard replacement for the trouble! Would certainly reccomend!

After having liquid spilled on my computer I took it to Digitiqe on Walnut. Great customer service and they were very friendly. I had to have my computer back quickly for class and Landon rebuilt my computer within a few hours. Price for repair is what I would have expected for any other place but they just went above and beyond with their work and friendliness.

I usually dont write reviews but this place actually exceeded customer service expectations. Apple screwed up with my Mac so I brought it in here to get it fixed. Unfortunately, they werent able to save my data as my drive was so messed up but they did find the issues and resolve them. The girl at the front, Erin, was super nice and welcoming and the tech guy that fixed my laptop, Matt, was very knowledgeable and informative. The store pups are also really sweet. Ill definitely be back if I have future problems.

Superior service! I should preface this with Im not very tech savvy (duh, we spend our days training), so when something does happen to my computer, its super stressful. Between needing it for business, computer lingo I dont understand and the thought of going to a Apple store, its nightmare... that was until I found Digitiqe! These guys are wonderful, the store is hip and sleek with great lighting. (Cant stand Apple store lighting.) Theres no better place to go for your AV or computer repair needs. This team is top notch. I had an issue with a monitor and they were able to help me diagnose right away. Landon even helped me search online to figure out what to buy as an adaptor. Like another reviewer said, this is by far the best experience Ive ever had with a computer repair shop. When you need IT help, it isnt just about the equipment, its also dealing with the inevitable interpersonal crisis that follows. After I spilled coffee all over my 3 week old MacBook, Landon helped talk me off the edge and was able to repair it to boot. The store was clean, calm and even had a nice dog to pet while I was trying to avoid having a panic attack. I highly recommend this store.

Contracted these guys to do some custom wiring in my house to add phone/cable/internet to a new home office. They were GREAT and did the work fast. Even when old, confusing wiring was involved, the managed to finish the job! I was impressed with their professionalism and their lead tech Mark.

They were awesome! I felt like I could trust them for a fair price. They were able to transfer data from broken laptop to external hard drive. At the same time, even though I was already quoted at apple store how much my computer would cost to fix, they did a courtesy and appraised the damage again. I was quoted at another place for data removal $500 or MORE, they did it for MUCH LESS! Will definitely go back to them for any of my computer needs!
