The store was well stocked and clean. It was easy to find what I was looking for. I was only in for a couple specific items but it was easy to navigate through the store. There wasnt a long wait in check out either. Since this was a Denver location bag fees are mandatory. They ask kindly if you been bags or have your own. They do not just start bagging and charging the fees. The whole visit was quick and easy for me. I really enjoy coming in to this location. I csn always find what I need.

I absolutely love targets. This one’s pretty close to me and I come here quite often. It’s super clean and organized. I came here today specifically looking for a planner that just came out that I seen at a store at another location but failed to get. Emmanuel approached us and went out of his way to assist. After about 10 minutes of searching on his handheld he finally found where the planner was located and we went straight to it. It’s amazing and friendly service like that that keeps me selecting Targets as my main and favorite place. Thank you all for all that you do.

Familiar faces, friendly atmosphere. I have been shopping at this location for 16 years. Never feels like a chore & I always leave happy after check out. Kudos to the staff, they are so patient. Pay them well!

As far as Target and department stores go, this is a good one. Have been coming to this location for years and the facility is always clean and the staff is always helpful. COVID definitely affected their stocks of some items, but they cant be faulted for that. The two most recent interactions Ive had with staff were positive. The first was with an employee in the electronics section. I was looking for something very specific, which this store didnt have at the time. However the staff member took it upon themselves to find the item at a another store for me and even offered to call the other store to verify. The other interaction was with Judy. She was very sweet and stopped what she was doing to help me find something I needed. Good store.

The only thing that is saving this review is target itself. there’s a worker at the starbucks inside and one of the workers (didn’t catch her name) was BEYOND disrespectful and rude to me. she all in all just had a poor attitude. she’s fairly short with red hair. maybe she needs some more training on customer service. i would like to highlight target worker clarissa, she was so so helpful and nice!

The employees at pick up were very rude and spoke to me as if I was bothering them. I politely asked for help and didnt receive any. I had to finally go inside with my three kids one of them disabled. I have been shopping at this store for years and now I dont want to set a foot in there again.

I love this store i live in bennett and drive here for my sons clothes and toys and makeup for me.

My sister and I had a very disappointing visit Today. We were watched and profiled by a security guard. I honestly don’t want to be disrespectful in this way, it was the trans man or the lesbian woman with a short hair cut. This person was very obvious in their way of following my sister and me. It was very saddening. I left a lot of things I was thinking about getting only got a few things I really needed because I was ready to leave. Spoke to the manager and she basically shrugged it off. I won’t be returning to this target.

Drive up service is very prompt and easy to use, and associates are so polite. When I went into the store, it was clean and well stocked. Good selection and good pricing

Hope you like paying double for something vaguely similar to what you actually wanted to buy because they cant bother to stock anything. (e.g. have to buy 4 small packs because they never bother stocking the cheaper item) Target is class signalling hardcore if this one doesnt cut it. Have to drive to a suburb in Parker if you actually want to buy anything.

Staff are not that friendly, didn’t have what we needed. First we were in self checkout but the worker only tells us we have to go to a cashier to buy alcohol only when we had already been ready to pay. There was only 1 register open with a long line besides self checkout. Another lane opens after about 5-10 mins.

Nothing is ever in stock or up to date of what’s available on their app for pickup, customer service never answers calls, whenever i do an order pick up it takes about 3 hours for them to pick out 2 items.

Great location, large selection of goods and quick and friendly staff ready to assist.

Woah! I’ve never been to a super Target before. This place is enormous! I was able to quickly find all the essentials I needed for our evening at the hotel - a swimsuit for me, swimsuit for my husband, swim diaper for my baby and club soda. Woot! I tried the Target brand of club soda. They have some great flavors you can’t find everywhere. I went with Watermelon - delicious!! Only downside - the built in handle broke and led to every leftover can busting open. I’ve since bought more and had a similar experience. So just a heads up that you should carry with two hands instead of using the provided handle. Lol.

I stopped in this target location to replace my Bluetooth headset for my phone that had recently broken. In past experiences target has had a good selection of Bluetooth accessories. In this experience I could not locate the Bluetooth accessories and asked a team member for helpmember for help. The team member could not even be bothered to leave his perch at the electronics counter to show and motioned with his hand while saying over there. After I went in the direction the team member pointed I found bluetooth speakers.... not what I am looking for... I went back to the same team member and he reluctantly lead me two aisles over to show me this location wide variety of empty peg hooks and shelf space. Over 80% of the bluetooth accessories for phones were out of stock. Even if this store had an item I was willing to purchase, I would not have due to the stellar customer service experience.

Shelves not stocked and merchandise was all over the floor. While the employees are nice they are few and far between. Worst of all? AT&T solicitors in the electronics section stopping shoppers to switch their cell plan. No. Terrible store.

Super simple. I had a small run, the line for self check out was short, my items were easy to find, I was in and out within a few minutes which is great when Im in a rush.

The Northfiled target is much nicer than the Walmart!

I was a Target shopper prior to the pandemic and have grown in my appreciation since COVID-19. The Northfield Target has taken the precautions that make me feel safe by laying out social distancing and mask wearing protocols that work for everyone. It is definitely a one-stop shopping experience for me.

They were out of the baby formula I get for my baby but other then that clean store and the employees are all very nice

The worst target

Worst experience ever here. I truly enjoyed shopping at Target but after today it has all changed. I was fooled by target, I purchased a dress with a clearance price that showed the price of 13.95 on an Anna (frozen) dress. When I was done shopping, I went to pay for my items at the cash register. After paying I was walking out of the store when I realized that on my receipt the price for the frozen dress was not what the clearance sticker showed, instead I was Charged $44.95 for the dress. When I asked to get an exchange or a refund I was told that it was not possible because of some bs policy, until 4/26. It’s so easy to lie to the customer during such a hard time, without hesitation my money was taken, now my daughter can’t wear the dress, I didn’t receive my refund or exchange for the price shown on the dress. I didn’t even take the dress home. Target company doesn’t care about their customers nor do they care if it’s hard times. Thanks Target for caring for your customers in such a dishonest way and getting your money no matter what it takes but not caring for the customers. Just to top it off I’m 7 months pregnant, making me stress and getting my heart rate and blood pressure going is not a way to treat anyone pregnant or not. Disgusted and frustrated by all of this today!

Ive gotten rude service here specifically before but today just has me done with Target altogether. Apparently even if theres starbucks in the store, youre not allowed to drink it inside. Or so says the guy that ran me down to make sure I left. Absolutely ridiculous, and Im done. Walmart and King Soopers are better anyway.

Super Target @ 7930 Northfield BLVDSold me $80 worth of products that were contaminated and bed written sick for 4 days and hospitalized. No FDA regulation with Nutrition facts. Target has THE BEST CSR & PICK-UP!!

If you ever need to call Target to speak with someone or try to get a hold of guest services, dont bother. Every single time I have tried to call over the last 6 months, no one answers and I get hung up on. Dont waste your time like I have!

Easily one of my favorite stores. An easy top to get everything on my list in one place. The staff is always friendly, the shelves are well stocked, it is a one-stop shop.

I ordered $40 of beauty products for pick up and I was told that there is a FREE gift with my purchase. Total BS. Target charged my card for this FREE item. I will never ever fall for that scam again. The 800 number at the bottom of the email that is listed under the Help link is ALL advertisements.

Since the remodel at the Northfield location it is incredibly hard to find things. They took it essential things like shoe measurement devices which means you dont have anything to measure your kids feet with to purchase shoes and then you have to guess. The employees are nice.

Poor customer service from Monique and others over the phone. Definitely not professional. She’s been working there for 10 years and it’s crazy how belittling she is. I ended up getting better service from Aurora on Havana compared to northfield.

Lately I’ve been shopping Target stores more now (3-5 times a week). This location is close by, but not the one I frequent the most. They’ve NEVER had great customer service. The self checkouts are staffed with the lazy crew, standing around with a blank stare, sometimes on their cell (even an older woman), and just like the Target across from Aurora Mall, they pick and choose which customers they’ll speak to. Would it hurt to say two words when they look right at you anyway (typical at many places nowadays)?! At least the machines speak. Does this company even bother to train their associates anymore? Or do they just not care? Self checkout is convenient, though sometimes they close it at night, which is not helpful for running in to get a few items and having to be behind someone in a regular line who decided to shop for their whole house. Overall, the updates are alright, seem stocked pretty well even though the layout is a bit weird. No trouble navigating around. Not the best, but it’ll do at times.

Horrible experience. I was told that they had a stock available so I drive 30 minutes out of my way to buy one. Asked if I could make a purchase, they tell me that they can not sell me one even though they have stock. Online purchase only. I will choose another target for anything else.

This employee named James was following me around and approach me and ask me if I needed help I felt almost judge because I noticed he was watching me. I felt uncomfortable because he made it seem that I was stealing.

I absolutely love Target! I love the pick up option and drive up. They always have my purchases ready prior to the 2 hours that they advertise that it will take them.

I shop at this location at least once a week, and spend easily over $300 each visit. However, I will most likely take my shopping else where after my second experience with their loss prevention agent constantly following us while shopping. I understand they have a job to do, however, he is very obvious and borderline harrassment. I work very hard for my money and have never nor will I ever steal in my life and this literally made me feel terrible even though I had no reason to be!! I hate to pull the racial profiling card, however, this being the second instance I feel that this loss prevention guy does certainly racially profile people!!

Target has always been a great place for clothing and some other stuff. Love their clothing display and sizes. It was a great selections. Place was clean and well organized.

I don’t generally leave reviews, this might honestly be my first time ever . I’ve never went to a store with a whole list of items and had to walk out empty handed because they had nothing I needed on the shelves UNTIL I went to this Target . The food I had on my list was stocked, however, it was all expired, some by days others by almost a week !. my boyfriend was with me and got a cheese and sausage plate from the fresh section (was still good for a week or so according to the date) .Turns out the sausage was so spoiled and the taste actually made him puke immediately. I’m assuming it may not have been refrigerated properly at some point in its journey at or to the store :/ I have tried this location 5 times (always the same with the expiration dates) and probably will never be back after this round . I’d rather drive farther to know I won’t waste my time or have to question if what I’m buying is still edible . I do want to add however that the staff there is EXTREMELY KIND AND VERY PLEASANT! I usually value customer service above all things and will be back if workers are nice, but unfortunately the condition of the store and it’s food quality greatly outweigh the caring gestures at this point . I’m sorry

Clean store, well stocked and friendly staff

The newly constructed Target at the Northfield Shopping Center is so nice! The dark flooring looks great as does the set-up in the make up department and housewares (kitchen?). Cashiers are personable, without being overly chatty and they actually make eye contact while conversing.

We needed the handicap cart, where the person sits in front. My son is 3 weeks out of knee surgery, they have one. Just one. My son had to hobble around the store, we didnt get everything we needed because it was to much for him. Hope target understands that more than one person with handicap disabilities can shop there at once.

Great selection of products and brands, good sales and deals when paired with Cartwheel and Red Card, the store is clean and the aisles wide enough for two way traffic

Customer service is terrible. Don’t forget to bring a mask, or else you won’t be allowed in... unless you want to pay for a mask.Just a thought, but maybe you should add that piece in. Would be nice to know before driving there and being told you can’t enter.

Holy cow, I will never set foot in this Target again. Shelves were not stocked (at 10am??) and waited over 30 minutes in line to check out, and this was just the self check out. There were only 2 cashier lanes open and those lines snakes throughout the entire length of the main thoroughfare so shoppers could not even use that to get through. The line for self check out went all the way into the produce section, and there were two self check out stations out of order?? Are you kidding me with this?

This is by far my most favorite Target to shop at. Despite its 3.9 star rating, its still a good place to go. There is a large selction of things, like food, candy, furniture, toys, clothes, games, sports, etc. This target has almost everything you would need. This super Target is a good place to go when you need to buy something. I would recommend this store to many people.

Stapleton’s tech associate AJ is awesome! He told me months ago to consider target when I upgraded my phone - so I did! I was so glad he was there today. He is attentive, kind, and knowledgeable - I would recommend him to any of my friends or family and I would know they were taken care of.

I absolutely love this target.

Had visited twice, went in recently with a gift card for a second time cashier couldn’t figure out due to a lack of training how to enter the gift card. Called manager the same as before, she was very quick to shoe us out the door. This is when I got irritated. The team lead aka store manager said she would love to help yet still left with no resolution.

Do not buy magic or Pokémon cards from this Target. Someone who works there is opening the packs, taking the good cards, and resealing the packs and boxes. There was glue residue (glue is not used by the manufacturers) and the shrink wrap on 3 packs of Pokémon cards was too tight and crooked (which means that the cards were sloppily resealed at high altitude).

I prefer this Target over any other location. The one that Ive lived closest to most of my time in Denver has been the Glendale location. That location just doesnt suit me anymore because its always crowded and they tend to be out of many things that I buy. However, this Northfield location generally has what I come into the store for and most of the employees are quite helpful and courteous. The store is much cleaner, more stocked (like I said before), and less crowded than the Glendale location not too far from it.

I am absolutely appalled at the appearance and upkeep of this store. Also by the people shopping in the store with me, but thats besides the point. Clothes dumped everywhere in every kid section. I didnt see any employees anywhere trying to correct the situation either. It seemed like a lot of young employees working the checkout stands and nobody willing to help or show any kind of positive attitude. If this was the atmosphere I worked in, Id probably have the same attitude.

Location great for 1-stop shopping and dining as this Target branch is at the Northfield Stapleton. Better and more items stocking, probably due to the market it caters to. Starbucks, pharmacy, optical shop and Cafe, in-store. Parking, tho free and ample, fill up especially on weekends, so a longer walk may be necessary. Clean, great service!

Nice store, but inventory system is suspect. Online website states items are in-stock but unfortunately that is not the case.

Don’t see what the problem is, it’s not really that hard to find where things are, this isn’t a Calcudoku puzzle that requires high levels of mapping just common sense? Anyways I’m happy that there is a self checkout when you need to grab a few things and head out!
