Fast, friendly service. Per scoop freezers were full. Others were empty but had signs to ask about things in the back.

I order ice cream from Baskin Robins Just about everyday as I have a lot of people here. They have always been SUPER FRIENDLY ! Their ice cream is the BEST! This store is always spotless and the employees super sweet! I love going in or using Door Dash

Nope. Hours are off by more than an hour. Took little man there and received a straight no service. DQ in same area served great though!

I don’t know if the employee was new but it took her a while to make my Cappuccino Blast. After we got it we noticed it was just a vanilla milkshake with cinnamon and whip cream. Little to no Cappuccino, absolutely love the ice cream but the new blast was definitely under par this day at this location.

Worst experience so far! Joslyn and Elise took my familys order, (we had 8 ice creams) then when they were ringing us out they started pushing our ice cream at us. When we grabbed the last one, Elise decided to tell us, next time we come, make sure our kids dont sit on their car. When I asked for the corporate office number or a managers number they wrote down a customer experience number then continued to tell me that I should be more apologetic that my kids supposedly sat on both their cars, instead of complaining. My kids absolutely do not touch other peoples cars, so just to assume and accuse instead of asking or mentioning is absolutely uncalled for. They could have been professional but that was clearly out of the question. Guess Ill be going in the morning to talk with a manager.

My friend who cannot partake of coffee, accidentally ordered the coffee ice cream. She went back in and the wonderful person that was behind the counter of ice cream said, “ay yo no problem It do be like that sometimes.” And then they proceeded to hand a golden medal ribbon ice cream to her free of charge.

We were so excited to take our kids here, but they wouldn’t let us come in without masks. Even though we are vacationed. Never coming back!

Showed up at 9:10( online and the front door stated they closed at 10:00). Girl behind the counter looked up for all of 1 second then ignored me while I waved at her. I tried calling after to confirm she was just counting the drawers or doing a cash drop or something and she didn’t pick up the phone. So I guess I’ll just ignore this location like it’s employee ignored me. See ya!

Havent been to Baskin Robins in year decided to go this evening and look up what time they close it said 10 pm showed up at 930 and the employees had the doors locked and said they were closed even though their sign on door said they closed at 10 also. 3 other customers also showed up and were turned away. So myself and one of the other customers went to Dairy Queen instead. Not a good way to run a business. You you have to close early then you should leave a note on door as to why. Not just have employees yell from behind the counter we are closed but no reason why when asked. Wont be going back.

As of 5/2/21 they dont post entrance and exit doors for covid regulations. ..We got yelled at and cut off in line. While witnessing other customers coming within a foot from each other.

I ordered a icecream cake with a white cake at the bottom. I said it clearly in the phone that I wanted a white cake, but the guy wrote down as a chocolate cake. Today, I went topick up my cake and started to eat it, noticed that the cake flavor is wrong. So I called the store to verify. The girl in the phone said theres nothing she can do, and the cake order is wroten down as chocolate cake. It sounds like she think Im the liar instead of the guy took the order wrong.

My favorite ice cream shop! They have baseball nut right now. Its only here thru baseball season. Vanilla with raspberry ripple and nuts! Cant get much better.

Staff was very rude, employees did not wear masks correctly, and the manager would not correct our concern. Hours have changed without updating online information. Customers were told to leave, one minute after their closing time.Terrible experience for ice cream that was sub-par.

Went in Fathers Day to pick up 2 orders for DoorDash. Sign on the door says only 5 people and there’s a line outside of 17. The point of DoorDash is to pick up and go. I walk in. Some 15 year old kid is screaming at me that there can only be 5. Well he can’t count because there were 9. I said I’m here to pick up DoorDash. He said you have to wait behind those people outside. Note customers: your dasher not only has to wait in line behind everyone else but we also have to order for you and pay for it. The staff won’t make it prior to our arrival. I unassigned BOTH orders and left. Rude staff and my time is worth money. I shouldn’t have been yelled at by a child, management should stop scheduling a bunch of kids on weekends and holidays because they don’t want to work and find a better way to run your DoorDash platform. Your losing money because no one is going to wait, order and pay. Takes too long.

I went to this store this evening (around 7pm) and the young gentleman working there was so friendly and amazing. He made my day! (Of course the ice cream is always great too!)

I love the quality of ice cream itself but it is very strange place. I am wondering employees wage. If they were properly paid and trained, young employees could act differently.

All the prepacked icecream was melted. They had no $1 bills. No rhyme or reason to the next customer, had two people jump ahead of me. Horribly miss managed store. Felt sorry for the kids. Go to Dairy Queen. It is just across the parking lot. Well staffed and VERY professional.

I called about a specific ice cream cake flavor and was told they had one. I asked if they could hold it for me until the following day when I could pick it up. The employee on the phone seemed a little hesitant, but she took my name and said it would be in the freezer for me. The following day, I drove to this specific location and found that cake was gone. I also saw a passive aggressive note taped to the fridge behind the counter (in the work area) that said they couldnt hold cakes unless they had been paid for. First of all, I was pretty angry I came out of my way only to find it was gone. The fact that the employee hesitated on the phone told me that she might have known it wouldnt really be on hold, and I would have appreciated knowing that so I couldve forced time in to come get it much sooner. I would have had no problems being told no; policy is policy. I wouldve just liked to know. So, that was disappointing. Also, I think it shows a very poor taste in the management team when you leave employee notes for customers to see. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth when it comes to the business, and it creates an unwelcoming environment, even for customers.

A yummy stop but it was busy with 1 employee working. She definitely looked stressed with 5 people waiting. I’m really shocked she was working alone. A guy came in and grabbed something from the back but never once said hello let alone ask if she needed help. Treat your employees better Baskin Robins!

I just had such a great experience at baskin Robbins! I haven’t been here in years. I forgot how good the ice cream was but even better the young man working was such a impressive, energetic, kind, courteous, employee! Wow I can’t rave enough about him if anyone deserves a promotion it’s Romeilo!

The worst appearance of the cake colors are hideous was not the colors I picked for the cake and writing on it looked like a 2yr old did it I’ll never go to this location ever again and the cashiers he was very rude as well.

5 new buckets of ice cream.... i went wild and tried black walnut.... was wonderful ... always pick from freshest... fullest pail...

Ice cream is great. The ice cream is always kept at the right tempetature. Not hard as a brick or soft and runny. Price is a little high. The store always seems clean and well kept. Service always seems fast and friendly. Never seems to be too crowded when we are there. Easy to find a parking spot, although its an old school design with a lot of through traffic. Remember, theyre always happy to give you a sample.

Some of the best ice cream around with new flavors arriving on a weekly basis you can hardly get bored of this delicious ice cream. My favorites are the Gold Metal Ribbon and Moms Making Cookies. I highly recommend these flavors next time you go in!

Make sure you sign up for texts so you can learn about deals and the flavor of the month. Pralines and cream is still my go to flavor. So yummy!

Im here 20 minutes before closing the lights are on with the door locked and with teenager workers closing down early. Wasted gas and time driving here, very disappointed kids. If your going to change hours on the fly what’s the point of giving our business .

Arrived at this location at 9:45pm with my kids and asked for an Oreo Preimum Sundae and was told that the Sundae machine was closed for the night. The hours of operation are posted 10:00 pm close time. It is a shame that this location is more worried about closing than fulfilling a loyal customers order. We drove to Dairy Queen that is in the same parking lot and they were more than happy to take our order. I will now be going to Dairy Queen for our ice cream and would recommend people do the same.

Great ice cream. On the 31st of months that have 31 days they have a special on a scoop of ice cream, any flavor.

The ice cream is amazing. Make sure to show up during low traffic time as there is limited seating. The service is friendly, however, not too fast.

This place is always dirty and the ice cream is sloppily made. The prices are too high and I much prefer cold stone or Dairy Queen. The only employees are teens and I just get the vibe they are just there to collect a paycheck.

This place needs better customer service training. Every time we go employees are rude or act like the hate being there. Went the other night 20 min before closing, and open sign was on, but they basically kicked us out and said they already closed.Very rude and unapologetic!

They had a sign that said the free waffle cone with two scoops I got two scoops didnt see the sign until after I got the two scoops in a cup and they were actually fighting me about the waffle cone they were like why you dont have any ice cream in and I was like I just want to eat that the cone at the Waffle part thats it they didnt get that thats rude learn how to be more customer service oriented

Went to this location tonight and the girls behind the counter did nothing but stand in a circle talking with headphones in, finally a young blonde with big hoop earrings looks up at me annoyed with a rude tone, is there something I can get you? Customer service could have been much better 👎

Every time I go here they are out of somthing. Whether it be ice cream or brownies or both? Very busy location dont know why they dont order extra knowing they will run out. Staff is rude, lets you place your order and then after they go to make whatever you ordered comes back to inform you they are out. How do you work here and not know whats ran out or not. Too busy flirting with teenage boys and giving away free soda and stuff to them. Will ignore you until you basically force them to help you. Just not the best store. I will stay away from here as much as possible from now on.

After waiting well over 10 minutes for someone to assist me the $3.00 scoop that I paid for was about the size of a half dollar. Usually very good but the service has been severely lacking lately.

My family went in today and heard the supervisor yelling at this girl employee. The employee was saying that he was taking pictures of these young girls that work there. Very inappropriate behavior for a supervisor. I will never bring my daughters in this store again as long as this guy is there. Hey Dairy Queen is in the same parking lot

Place is clean and ice cream is good most of the time. There have been times when cones are a little stale or have gotten ice cream with ice on it/borderline freezer burned.

They should put that they close at 945 pm and not 10 pm they had the doors locked and Lights off by 945

Went in with my family and was greeted by a bunch of smiling faces, the girl that was helping us was very nice and patient. Ill definitely be back and if you go in, dont forget to tip, theyre worth the trip.

I came in ordered a milkshake and the person i came with ate and left before i got mine. I asked for a refund and was told if it doesnt show up on my acct in a few days call. And i asked for a receipt. They could not provide after another 10 minutes they called the owner on how to do a refund. After that they gave cash and only at menu price when i asked about the tax they got mad and said we are only 15. So a good chunck of my night wasted close to ripped off all over a milkshake. I will not return i come in regularly and now ill go over to dairy queen from now on i order a milkshake and had it in hand in 2 minutes and they had 3 times as many people in line. Much better service and best of all i got a milkshake!

Terrible service and attitudes. A friend and I ordered what we assumed were iced coffees. When we took our first sip we couldnt taste anything remotely close to coffee. It was all syrup. When we asked the employees about it they said that was the way the drink was made and neither offered a remake or refund. I do not recommend anyone come here.

The initial visit was good. The girl serving me was very nice. The reason for the one star, is because 10 minutes before closing, I got up to get ready to leave when one of the girls behind the counter decides she was going to tell me to leave because my child was crawling under the table and it was hazardous. Ok, understandable. I didnt think anything of it. After leaving, I stood out front for a little and this same girl decides she was gonna follow me out and with a really bad attitude tells me, she threw away my napkin. PMS much?! I continue to watch this girl from the outside as she loses herself, obviously complaining about me to her coworkers because I can see them all glaring out at me with the dirtiest look. Could it be because Im ASIAN? My boyfriend was there with me, might I add he was Caucasian and his daughter was running around with my daughter, not one word or attitude towards him. Sad this location has people like this representing them. Then again its 120th and Colorado. Im not surprise with the racism in this area.

We took the family in for ice cream on Saturday night 8/19/17. We were charges I believe $2.75 each for a single scoop on a cone. We were very disappointed with the size of the scoop it looked like a kids size scoop. My wife asked the server if she was giving us kids scoops and the server replied no thats a normal size. Now when you go to an ice cream parlor you expect to get a scoop thats bigger then the base of the cone. These scoops looked like the small scoops you make at home. If people are going to go out and give you their money for a product you need to make sure that the product you are giving is something they cant easily do at home, and these scoops we were served fell short of that. I could have got a bigger cone across the parking lot at McDonalds or Dairy Queen. Too boot there were some teenagers who came in and they seemed to draw the attention of the server who kept offering them samples of different ice creams along with conversation. Having teenagers run a business like this is not a good idea they are going to, you have lost 5 customers who will not go back, word of mouth spreads. I would rather make the trip to Nuggs Ice Cream Parlor on Clinton and Colfax then to go back to this Baskin Robbins. At least I will get my moneys worth. Should be no start but I had to put 1.

Horrible experience today! I went in with my family and immediately as we are walking in you can feel the Bad vibe from the guy behind the counter. He asked my son what he wanted and my son answered his flavor of ice cream in a cone. The guy (Michael) grabbed a vibe and started to add the ice cream when my son noticed it was not the cone he wanted and asked him politely oh sorry I wanted a waffle cone the guy with a mean look at my son turned and slammed it with such strength into the garbage can. After that he had such an attitude towards us that when my husband asked me what I wanted I had lost my appetite because of his attitude. I feel like it may be a racial thing also as the previous person wrote because I have gone in before and when he helps us out its always the same thing. So sad because we have lots of family and friends around the area and school and we have been spreading the word of the behavior from this guy and we heard same feed back from other races from friends. Its sad because you are going in thinking you are going to go enjoy some ice cream and have a good time with your family and someone like this just ruins that moment.

This place has potential. We went on a busy sunday afternoon... 1 person working. I get places have food cost goals. But schedule the staff correctly. Whoever manages this place clearly has no idea what that means. Its sad because this guy was working hard but I assume nothing got done. So the closer(s) had to come in an do extra. I ran a business for a decade an know bad management when I see it. 1 person on Sunday evening. 70 plus degrees outside... what a waste

Truly one of the worst ice crime establishments I have been too in my life. As a child I had such fond memories of this place but with a recant visit I can hardly bring my self go eat ice crime again.I went in Wendsday night and was greeted by an extreamly friendly young man who was currently with another family. But when the manager came over to help all happy feelings left. I couldnt help but feel that she attacked me solely due to my race as an Asian American. She was down right rude, not wanting to serve me a double scoop due to my race. I wish that in todays world these racist feelings werent present when a man just wants to go get a treat.As a former employee of BR I happen to know that there is a pinky spoon pledge that is required by employees. However not once did Sje asked me if I wanted a sample. Then instead of leaving I did not get a have a nice day, happy holidays or anything of the sorts. Not even the have a 31derful day that is expected. But instead I got nothing just felt kicked aside due to her racist intent.I feel as though she is like this with most people who arent white. Im sure she is like this with the LGBT community, Spanish and Mexican decent and in my case Asians.I hope this young man is one day in charge instead of her because then I would feel welcomed to enjoy a treat.
