This review is specifically about the framing department at this location. I have had several items framed here over the years. Each time, the staff has been friendly and helpful. They have also been very patient. While I flipped back and forth between various frames and mats, they were pleasant and encouraging. They offered their professional advice, and, when asked, their personal opinions.Once I made my selections, the process of framing took about 2 weeks. I received a call to let me know my job was ready to be picked up. When I retrieved my items, staff were again friendly and personable. I recommend this group for your framing needs.

I love Hobby Lobby. But this visit was good until the end. My cashier was plugging in the charges and I noticed half way she was plugging in the full amount for a brand that was listed as 50% off. I asked if she was punching them in correctly because I saw her mess up two charges at full price. She looked at me with a sparky attitude and said yes Im doing it right. I told her there were a couple of items she did wrong. In turn, she pulled out 2 items and said these r already discounted and that is what I plugged in. After going back and forth I gave up. So when she printed the receipt, low and behold, I was right. She hid the items at the very bottom because she was too lazy to dig through the bag. I found 3 charges on my receipt at full price when they were supposed to be half off. I was so frustrated and annoyed at the condescending attitude she gave me, I just left because they had long lines and I didnt want to even deal with it. Id rather drive elsewhere.

The manager followed me throughout the store. I really hate feeling paranoid, so I kept brushing it off that he wasn’t. But it was the 4th time where he was about to pass by, stopped when he saw me, went into the aisle I was, pretended to do something, and asked once again, “you still doing okay?”. I felt like I’ve overstayed my…visit, (I didn’t feel welcomed).There was so much to see!! I just didn’t get to.

I love going to hobby lobby. Today we got our guest book sign for our wedding framed. Kelly was soo helpful and it looks perfect. She suggested some ideas to us and it is exactly what we were hoping for. Thanks Kelly for taking the time to help us find the perfect fit for our wedding day, we literally couldn’t be happier!

I came in looking for a glass bowl to use for a plant. The manager sent me to the floral area. A staffer there listened to what I was searching for and directed me to the product I needed which was located in the area with glass items. Customer service pairs well with listening...

This was my first time in this store. I took my nephew to pick up a toy he had been wanting. It was very well laid out. This was an impressive Hobby Lobby.We were impressed by the charging stations for electric cars that were in the Shopping Center parking lot.

Love this place great ideas and great prices on certain things always looking for things in here to repurpose all my projects.

Make sure you have a list! Too many deals to pass up sometimes. Perfect place to buy molds for food, candy and crafts. Stay focused.

I gave 2 stars because Hobby Lobby always has awesome seasonal items but as for this location I will avoid! On a few occasions an older man who I found out a manager just walks around the front end when the lines were long. No assistance with looking for items in store and today I waited on phone for 30 min to see if they had an item in store which they could have just looked up with sku number.PLEASE HOBBY LOBBY GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS THE OPTION ONLINE TO SEE IF ITEMS ARE IN STORE!! I can never get out of this store without spending a bit more than I intended! Every time I go I get excited about the colors and the variety of things to look at and all the crafting ideas begin to flow!

I know that Hobby Lobby is like some hold-over from a different cultural era, when knitting and crocheting were much more prevalent than they seem to be today, or when paint-by-the-numbers was widely considered an honorable or at least interesting pursuit. I know that the corny religious placards border on being insulting, and the cuteness of the knick-knacks could nearly induce a diabetic coma. But I always find odd things to like, and sometimes it’s the best place for me to find what I need for certain crafts or projects. So there!

This is probably one of my favorite stores. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Their sales are usually phenomenal. When I can find what I need for jewelry or designing clothes, I can actually bet on finding it at Hobby Lobby.

Great customer service I was looking for some strange an hour five to six different stores and I was able to find it at this location the miniature was able to help me I was very thankful to have enough spray for the kids on field day

The framing department at Hobby Lobby is top notch! Donna, specifically, was very helpful, helped me pick the perfect mats and frame for a sketch of a little girl. The price was so good, we had an extra one made for the little girls mom. Priceless!

Went to get picture frames on Friday, when inserting 1 of my photos I noticed not all the back pieces were there (to hold the picture in place)... had lost my receipt, but manager allowed me to trade in seeing the item was in perfect condition otherwise. Really appreciated that!

Always good customer service but prices are too high and now that Hobby Lobby does not give coupons or military discounts - I find myself shopping at Michaels and Joanns most of the time. Discounts and qualiry create loyal customers, especially during these times

Store is well staffed providing easy to find and attentive help. The store manager has a smile for every customer. The framing department is over the top phenomenal with knowledge, quick turnaround, and treat customers with respect and courtesy. The store is clean, organized, stocked and easy to navigate.

Had a home project I had to work. The staff was helpful & friendly. There was another customer there who was being unreasonable. Was glad to see the worker remain patient. Its good sized location so youre very likely to find what you need there.

Staff is usually friendly, its close to my house and works for my beginner attempts at crafting. I suspect more advanced artists might be disappointed with product selections though. I could see growing out of their options quickly if youre looking to produce finer projects

I love this location, in particular! I live way across town, but will not hesitate to travel here. Im always greeted upon entering, all the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and if not, they never hesitate to help me find someone who is. I always feel welcomed here. Toni in framing is really great. I have come here a few times for custom framing and today I came in with two large framed photos that need to be reframed. She spent a lot of time helping and giving suggestions. She was really patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend getting any framing you need done here

The best customer service I experienced from any store in a long time. The woman who helped me was phenomenal. She went through my class supply list made sure I had all the tools to be a successful student in my drawing class.

This is a huge store way bigger than it looks from the outside. The selection is incredible. I got a picture custom framed by an excellent and professional woman named Paula. She did a fantastic job, her ideas on framing options were amazing. I highly recommend them for framing. The price was great too.

Feeling Crafty? I love this store. A wide variety of decor to suit your interest from fishing to cartoons and everything in between. They have an awsome cake baking and party section. Also, furniture indoor and out, lots of frames and a fairly large fabric section. A big plus is the Christian music, you can always find a few bibles and devotionals located near the cashiers. May They never close, well except after the rapture.👏

Its a store full of fun

Ordered some wall frames online and they came shattered to pieces. With their online return system bogged down at the moment I decided to call this location and see if they could help. I spoke with Donna in the frame department and she told me to come in and shed take care of me. She replaced the broken glass in my frames and even reboxed them for me. From the time I placed the original call to the time I left the store was under 2 hours despite them being busy. Very impressed! The cashier was also incredibly friendly and helpful.

Very well stocked Hobby Lobby with a huge varierty of supplies for whatever your arts and crafts needs may be. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Just be prepared to be bombarded by lots of christian literature and culture in general. However, considering who owns Hobby Lobby its understandable. Overall a great store and in my opinion the best Hobby Lobby in Denver metro.
