If Im looking for flavored oils for baking/candy making I go elsewhere because theyre limited to mint and cinnamon-- no fruit flavors, ever. I go for the frames and art supplies on sale. Occasionally Ill find some baking supplies Im looking for but during the pandemic theres been lots of empty shelves in that section.

Victoria at the register was very pleasant and worked with me even though my phone numbers werent working. She asked to set me up with my new number and Im getting asked to come back already. The ease of this locations items and how well they have labeled each area in the store made it so I could find everything plus some. :) Love this Michaels!

Have been buyong my supplies from Michaels for many years. Customer service, selection and corporate accountability are top-notch. Prices are better than Hobby Lobby, and better company policies too. Wish they had pricing closer to the dollar store on basic paintbrushes for kids.

Worst customer service and the ladies that work there for pm shift extremely rude.If store is closing soon, instead of rudely saying we’re closing and give me a dirty look try this instead:We’re going to be closing soon, is there something I can help u locate?I just needed one item and I had to ask so I could get out of there asap!….meanwhile overhead info of closing time and rude ladies walking by telling everyone in a rude way & overhearing what I assume was one of the managers saying on her radio I’m trying to get rid of them so we can leave.Will never shop at this location again! Sad because I don’t live far but will continue to shop @ Joanne’s or hobby lobby and leave this store off my list

This is a basic Michaels. You know what you are going to get. Its clean and tidy. Unfortunately theres a hideous sound that resonates through the store!And no one makes it stop!Its ear-piercing and I wanted to run from the store to get away from it.It made me realize how real Havana Syndrome could be!!

Any sort of craft need .... then you gotta come to Michael’s.... I needed a paint pen ...and asked Tristi for help... I couldn’t have been more pleased.... she showed me all the different choices ... checked stock for one item ...and recommended her best choice... now that is great customer service!!!

I was looking to paint some wood in a very specific color, but know nothing about paint. Victor helped me pick the right kind of paint and then pointed out the color optionsbased off the picture I showed him. When I completed the painting the color matched perfectly!

Usually a ton of Halloween merch is out by mid-late August. No LeMax items or other fun things usually available.

My visit today was extremely pleasant! I walked in and was greeted by a young woman who was diligently cleaning carts. I walked straight (well I had to stop at the cute things in-between) to what I needed. I actually found it quickly and it was a better deal than the one I had seen online the night before! Went to checkout and the line moved fast. The young lady that assisted me was so pleasant and helped me with my pickup purchase as well. Thank you for a nice addition to my day.

This location is hit and miss. Theyve got what Im looking for about half the time, which was the case even pre-COVID. The staff varies, too. Sometimes theyre super helpful and other times they completely ignore you.

I love this store!! The customer service is incredible. They also have a hold policy that enabled me to get a big enough vehicle to bring my large canvas home. I went here three days last weekend alone and the employees are so incredibly helpful. I look forward to many more visits here while using their app to find their deals and coupons. This store definitely knows how to retain customers.

A bit pricey for what I was looking for, but the service was good

Went in for Testors enamel to touch up some mountain bike scratches. Checked online first, they had all three of my colors in stock, ready today. Drove over to purchase, all three of my colors plus about 25% of all enamel is sold out. I waited in line to tell the clerk. She said our online inventory is always wrong so I asked if anyone cared about online inventory or the fact that there is a lot of this particular product sold out and she replied Im sorry sir, but honestly no one around here cares much, I think Im the only one who does. Then she said she has no idea when they will do an inventory audit. Its clear why physical stores and old school brands are going out of business.

Huge store full of almost every conceivable craft, except no kite paper 2 x I visited. Silk fl stems, faux fl vase arrgms, floral design needs: wire, ribbon, straw/wire wreath bases, shears, vases,...Also, deco boxes. Lots of ideas to decorate your house into home.

Only thing wrong with this store is it is in an upscale neighborhood so be prepared for Karen sightings and people who talk like theyre from the Valley when the only place theyve been besides Denver is a resort somewhere.

I was absolutely blown away by their selection of resin craft supplies. Its not really expansive compared to, say, a specialty online shop, but they have way more than any other craft store Ive visited. There were both UV and two-part epoxy resin in various sizes, as well as silicone molds made specifically for resin craft and several different custom mold-making solutions. They had so many nice resin inclusions as well, such as foil glitter and tiny polymer clay pieces, that are rare to find in a brick-and-mortar store. The price per item was similar though a bit more expensive compared to what youd get at Amazon or Sophie and Toffee or Miniature Sweet, but with shipping taken into the question, I think Id rather come here first for essentials and fill in any missing bits I have to have online.

As usual, there is a great selection and variety. Both items I went for were in-stock. Helpful staff pointed me to the aisles I needed. Very happy

Great place for anything hobby related. Michaels usually has a 20% discount, but the staff at the registers does not have a code they can scan. Instead you have to go to their website and point your phone to them to have it scanned. No big issue for me, but I have to deduct a star as I see a lot of elderly people without smartphones here that are not aware or unable to make use of this deal.

I visited Michaels at approximately 130 pm on Wednesday afternoon. I wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible, and 2 employees helped make that happen. In one instance, she walked me to the display, and the other, she looked in her phone to direct me exactly to the proper aisle. Thank you for your courtesy.

A manager changed the sales signs while we were in the store and acted like we were crazy for asking for the sale price we saw when we entered the store 10 minutes early. Do your shopping online because it is way cheaper and they cant change prices on you.

I am baffled by the practices at this store. I am currently working on a very large embroidery piece that has close 150 different DMC floss colors. I placed an order online for pick up for many of these flosses. While working on the project, I realize I am missing a number of these flosses, which I thought I ordered. Come to find out, I am informed by an employee at the store that it is corporate practice that if a customer places an order, and if the store is out of stock, instead of not fulfilling the requested item, the store replaces it with a similar item. This makes absolutely no sense, particularly for an embroidery project that follows a very specific pattern. Imagine if you order a specific paint color from Home Depot and they fulfill your order with a “similar” color bc they are out but it doesn’t hatch what you need. Makes no sense and a horrible practice. Unfortunately Michaels has lost my business.

Had everything I needed for my new crafting project. Also the employees were very help and friendly when I asked questions.

So, they usually have everything I need. However, their is rarely someone around to help. It appear to be a scheduling issue since I tend to go at non peak times. They do keep the place clean, and when you are finally able to find someone, they are pretty helpful. So in all, its not a bad location.

I did 2 separate orders online and picked up in store. I informed the clerk I was there to pick up two orders and she only gave me one. Had to hold off on my project and pick it up the next day.

Jamie (she was the cashier) was 16/10 amazing. She is so customer forward and went out of her way to make sure everything was right before I left. I really like this Michaels its usually pretty stocked up. And the staff is very friendly. I dont know why though lately acrylic paints have been kind of slacking on the shelves everywhere.

It was organized and things were grouped together. They didn’t have any fall or Halloween paper or card stock at all and they only have about a third of the stamp pads they have displays for. Kind of disappointing but otherwise good store.

Fun place to go and let the imagination run wild.Take some classes, cake decorating is a really good class, even for us transplanted Southern Rednecks of which I am. A jar of Sweet ice tea, a couple knitting needles and Sunday football, all set. Now if the guys come over to watch football, put the knitting away until later.

Well stocked & clean store.

Used the curbside pick up option. And after 20 mins of waiting I finally had to call the store and ask whats going on. The gal said the system was not giving them the notifications. When someone finally came out did not know which slot to go and was rude didnt offer any apology for the wait. Not a good experience.

The line was very long when I stopped in to pick up a item I ordered online. Every register was open and the line moved very quickly. When I got to the register, the sales associate was very friendly. Great service!

Every time I come here I’m reminded of why I should only go to Guiry’s. Multiple clearance tags but these aren’t on clearance except for one color. Why 6 tags.

This store is always clean and staff is always friendly. What I dont get is why some of their polymer clays and similar are so expensive. I can buy almost all of those things way cheaper online, have them shipped, and still pay sales tax; and pay well less than what the Michaels stores are selling them for. I guess it really is the era of the death of the brick and mortar store.

Me and my daughter make slime and other fun doodads. Great selection of fake plants, pictures, everything crafty. You can customize your home decor and make great cheap gifts here. Came right before closing and wasnt rushed at all. The girls guided me to what I needed. Great sales and coupons too.

The best Michaels in the area. They have so much to choose from and the staff is super friendly. The Aurora 225 one is closer to my home but the Colorado/Yale store is so much nicer in every way. I go here for all my crafting needs except fabric (theres a Joann across the street for that).

This store is near my home. I like it a lot. Has a nice selection of yarns, and of course other craft supplies. I do feel they should have more workers on the floor to help answer questions, and for other general help. But, other than this they are very friendly and helpful when encountered.There are usually sales of some type going on most of the time. Definitely worth visiting.

I drove here from another michaels to get the yarn I needed that was on clearance, and was told by the person working that the managers at each location decide whats on clearance, and all the stores were different. Very disappointed, especially for a large chain.

Great selection, but prices can be a little high. Best to hit it for the sales or if you need something today and arent willing to wait for shipping. Would definitely recommend shopping around on prices though for some things.
