5 Stars all for Stephanie! She is always so sweet and patient. Treats all her customers with kindness and graciousness even during her late night shift. Always has a smile on her face and is very genuine. Great hire. Hoping this company takes great care of her. Thank you Stephanie for your continued phenomenal customer service every time I am in the store.

By far one of the worst Shell Station in the area. Ive been coming here for about 5yrs. The employees have had a trend of being rude, incompetent, & unprofessional. The Air machine) vacuum is usually broken, & is serviced by another company which Shell apparently doesnt fix. I dont recommend stopping inside the store. Just pay from the pump & save yourself a headache.

The cashiers are super nice. But the food selections are horrible the Little Debbie Snacks are expired the sell by date was about 2 weeks off. I notified the cashier he said it was not his duty so he had no idea why the product was still in the shelves with and outdated sell by date listed. I thought the cashiers were responsible for stocking and rotating product I guess not.

The older guy who works here is neither friendly nor helpful. Don’t even know why I come here. Never again

I popped in today for a quick transaction, and in the small number of minutes I was in the store, I was extremely impressed by the customer service of the guy who was working today.He was helpful, kind, and just seemed like a very smart person who made my day a little brighter. I really wish everyone who worked in a gas station could be like him!

No sandwiches no so clean outside

Was wanting to use the bathroom and buy at the store located in Boulder Colorado on 30th ave and Valmont rd was told could not use the bathroom until 8am and cash only talk about rude I do not carry cash I use my bank card!!!

My boyfriend and I went here for gas one day and the tweaker who worked there refused service as soon as my boyfriend walked in the door and proceeded to yell at us as we drove away. Not very professional behavior.

I bought two beers and a bottle of water, the bag broke as I walked out the door and he would let me get another beer, everytime I come in here this guy is rude. Customer service zero.

Debit system was down. Air machine not working. And rude older gray-haired man behind the counter who treated me as an inconvenience

Night clerk had me wait for him for 15 min then was rude when he finally showed up.
