Manager tried fighting me because his cashier gave me the wrong. And i ask for the right amount back. Dont go there they will try to rip you off.

I always get in and out of here quickly. The staff is friendly. One of the pumps has been out of order for a few days. Seems like they are working on getting it fixed. Summer drink prices are good. They have premium gas at a fair price.

I know.. smells like pee. But I really needed propane. The girl told me they dont have none but when I checked they in fact they had a full case. I asked her to reconsider and she obliged however not before the pleasure of a pos coaching experience with a new staff member - which I asked her not to do haha yeah right - she did it. Not very customer service orientated . Just walked away from counter with my cans on counter and didn’t even let me know why . Not good at all !

I tried to fill up my tire with air but the machine was broken and it just let the air out of my tire. I am writing this review while I wait for AAA in the parking lot. The clerk just said too bad its not our machine and they dont have a regular air compressor.

I’m guessing that she’s either the manager, the owners wife or both. All I know is that she’s very nasty and rude! Every time I come to this store she has an attitude for no reason. She once stayed that she doesn’t like Spanish nor black Americans because their lazy. For months she’s just been a bit** for no reason. So today, I decided enough is enough. I’ll apologize to her although I did nothing wrong, just so that there would be no bad blood between the two of us. I reached out my hand to her and said “ you know ma’am, we got off to a bad start, I apologize if I’ve ever done anything to wrong to you can we start over.” She snatched her hand back, turned her nose in the air and said “ oh no, DO NOT TOUCH ME. I DO NOT WANT YOUR APOLOGY UGH.” I couldn’t believe it, all I could do was shake my head and tell her that I feel sorry for her, that she has to walk around like that. Life’s too short to be that miserable smh!

Avoid this place at all costs. Even if you think Im wrong about the discrimination, bottom line is this, your overnight clerk does not KNOW what customer service is, does NOT know how to treat people and doesnt belong in a job working with the general public. He had NO REASON to treat me the way he did. I walked out of there feeling like total scum because of his treatment. And if he does this to a nice girl, he probably does this to a lot of people.The store clerk was so rude, ruthless with eyes full of hatred and disgust for me.If you are a paying customer at 7-11, you are allowed to use the bathroom. I have been going into many 7-11s across the country for a long time and know this. It is a courtesy to paying customers.I drive for a living and sometimes girls need to use the bathroom especially when driving all night. Im hardly at the store so I have to use the bathroom at a gas station unfortunately. And when I bought an item and asked for the bathroom, he yelled at me and said no its not a public restroom. So I confront him about it because I know 7-11s all across the country of the US always have a restroom for their customers as a courtesy, I have never been refused a restroom at a 7-11 in my entire life until now, and caught him in a lie because he then switched it up from no public restrooms at all, to the bathrooms close at 10. Now how does that make any sense? He was obviously lying and just trying to be rude because he didnt like me.Its not like Im some scummy homeless person with dirt all over my face and torn clothes; I am working, have a home, and look well kept. He was just discriminating. And yes, discrimination DOES happen to white people as well. Ive had it happen plenty of times and they all act the same way and do the same kind of things. 1.) They give dirty looks as soon as you walk in even though youve never met the person in your life. And yes, he looked at me like I killed his dog as soon as I walked in the store. He was completely ruthless in every way, shape and form. 2.) They treat you as if you are complete scum. And he did, there was no reason for that, I walked in, in a great mood with a smile on my face. I always smile at people. I like to brighten up peoples days because its very rare these days that you get a smile from a random stranger. I am a goth kid with the heart of a hippie and this is what I do. I do this also because I am old school and was taught manners and know how to treat people unlike him. 3.) intuition never lies. If thats the first feeling you get, the first thought that runs in your head (and your not one to easily pull the racist card, your a very logical person and see the glass as half full as opposed to half empty.), then thats intuition telling you this person hates everything about you. I am fully aware not all people that are being rude are racist, you can tell the difference. Im a very intelligent person and its not hard for even a dumb person to recognize when they are being discriminated against and hated on.I would tear that place down and take the losses if I were the owner of that store. Judging by the other countless bad reviews on this place, its obvious there is a serious problem. I know that man certainly doesnt deserve his job. Because if hes treating me that way, then hes treating mostly everyone else that way, because Im a good person. There was no need for that. I love everyone and give everyone a chance, as long as your respectful to me, I will be respectful to you. Im ALWAYS super sweet to everyone I meet unless they do something to hurt me. So for the third time, if hes going to treat a sweet, hard woking and respectful girl that way, then hes doing that to a lot of your customers, 7-11. I would definitely do some investigating on this guy. He is discriminating on your good loyal customers.And if he reads this, take this to heart young man, you are contributing to the chaos in this world, stop. I have faith in you.

Worst and terrible scammers price, I know else place always coffee price $1.07 but that store steals my money she said price 2.16 I can’t believe. I never come again. I won’t recommend that.

Very bad customer relations. They sell the wrong lottery tickets so check carefully what you buy. Not a clean environment. Bad service.

Well i wentbin to buy a soda and the clerk told me to get the f#$! Out of the way because deliveries were coming in. I told that next time hed be better off saying excuse me sir and he told metro suck his d@@@. I asked his supervisors name and hebrold,me to f$@% off and when i walked out he followed me outside and yelled taunts at mevubril I turned the corner. I had a similar experience at this location several months before when a different clerk was exceptionally rude when he felt I took to long to choose what kind of chips to get. I didnt engage this gut tonight and ordered to enrage him. Im contacting corporate andvseeing what they have too say about this kind of treatment of paying customers. I am a 51cyear old small business owner and will notcaccept this kind of behavior.
