The matcha green tea with a little ice was great! Surprised how good it was. Will watch for others in this chain.
Lattes are way too sweet - I asked for half sweetness and it was still super sweet so I can’t even imagine how sweet it would have been if it had full sweetness.
A good quick coffee experience near gate C29 in Denver airport.
GREAT coffee and the team helped with refilling the cream/half & half
My iced Americano was perfect! TY
For an airport coffee shop the coffee was good and the workers did a great job meeting my needs. The coffee cake muffin was to be expected. Not great but it got me ready for the next leg of my trip.
Extremely nice people! Got my coffee right... means ALOT!
They charged me double for my bagel. Not a cool thing to do to a traveller in a wheelchair.
Good coffee, what you expect in Seattle. Ok bagel w/ cream cheese.
Terrible. Barista made an Americano and tried to pass it off of as a doppio over ice, refused to remake insisting It was full with melted ice and sh used 3 shots...who puts extra shots in odd number? Way too much water for melted ice. I order this drink all the time everywhere and this was awful Terribly watered down and even worse was knowing I was being lied to. My daughter is a barista. Its a tough job and I am never rude to baristas but almost regretted it. If I wasnt running late I would have requested my money back.
Very helpful positive welcome. 🤗
Sorry to say it was the worst latte I have ever purchased. Straight up espresso and supposedly half n half. Both the espresso and half and half tasted watered down.If I had the time I would have gone back to get my money or let then try again!
The blender was broken so no frozen drinks today.
Great service. And very good coffie..
Got a caramel frappe and it was the worst one Ive ever had. The mocha frappe was decent.
Great tea. Fast service, fair prices.
Good and fast :)
Kind staff, good coffee. But on a side note, get your credit score right asap 👉 SturdyCredit.com
Good coffee.
Good coffee short lines
This is a franchised one and its awful. My last review was because they decided to stop doing iced drinks an hour before they closed. Today I got a vanilla blended..and gave the guy my Yeti for it. He said..oh..we arent allowed to use customer cups. I asked why.. he said it was a health code violationI said..how does every other coffee place use them then? He said he didnt know..that was just what their managers told them. Sigh. They also had a sign that they were out of all coffee and espresso..at 2:30. You cant use the app here..or get points or use rewards. I love the ones in Tx and Ca. I really wish theyd take this one back. I keep giving them chances..and they keep being awful.
Im not a coffee drinker and had never been to this chain before, but I did grab a blueberry bagel on a layover this time and it was possibly the best bagel Ive ever had.
Great coffee and excellent customer service 👌👍
I had a hot chocolate. It was rich and creamy and served promptly. It would be nice if there were a few more places to sit, and a way to charge your phone for a few minutes.
Decent coffee and friendly staff!I have only given three stars because they were out of seasonal drinks ( I wanted to try the seasonal drink of cookie butter latte). They don’t take gift cards and they are pricier than the Starbucks. I paid around 5.75$ for a regular sized latte. Not sure whether I would go back, if they aren’t taking gift cards
Good alt to the big chain.
For them to be so short handed they do what they can as fast as they can.
Average coffee friendly service.
Better than Starbucks & shorter line.
Good stuff
Always quality products. Way better than any Starbucks. I hope they will open a store in Denver (the city, not the airport) in the near future.
PAINFULLY, absurdly slow shipping. My order took 12 days to arrive to Denver and currently holds the record for the slowest shipping Ive had in the past decade. I honestly didnt know it was possible for something to take that long in 2019. Walking would have been faster by a full week. My expectation, since they are located in the same city as me, would be a couple of days delivery time at most. Other Denver shops have two day turn around but apparently Coffee Bean ships from Utah.Beans themselves are pretty old, which is hardly surprising considering it took nearly 2 weeks to simply ship them. Coffee is stale and more on par with mass market grocery store beans than something from a dedicated coffee shop. I can only imagine how long theyve been sitting around. I now understand why they need to offer significant discounts but the price just doesnt justify the terrible service and average quality.Bottom line is there are other local roasters that have both better quality and service for around the same price point. Do yourself a favor and order from someone else.
Expensive as all the other coffee shops in an airport. But not too busy
Definitely different but loved it
Elijah an employee opening this am counted monies for the register. Then proceeded to serve customers in line. I was the second person. I asked if he could wash his hands and he said he does not handle food. I said he will be handling my my money and giving me my change. I suggested that he do so but he did not. I ordered coffee cake and coffee. He missed charging for the coffee. Had to return to him to pay for the coffee. He then takes a cup and fills it. The next person he got a bagel and put it microwave. I asked him that he now is handling food. He states he washed his hands. This person has no clue on working in a food service business. Especially in these times.
Worker was annoyed I asked them to get a cinnamon roll because it wasn’t “their side” then the woman finally came to get it for us and the cinnamon roll was hard and cold when we asked for it heated. They had no forks so we asked for one and were given looks like it was gonna kill them because they forgot to refill the cup that had forks labeled.
Quick and Friendly
I love Coffee Bean but this location has terrible service. Just like the other reviewers said before me, they really do shut it down before they are supposed to close. It’s too bad this is the only Coffee Bean around.
Too expensive for what you get.
The Dark Chocolate Mocha is the perfect start to a travel day! Not to sweet or chocolatey. Just a great mocha!
Im a fan of coffee, but Im an even bigger fan of awesome coffee and thats what they have here!
For a coffee shop at the airport it was surprisingly good. Long line in the morning if course, but it moved, they filed my cup for a couple bucks, and smiled the whole time. Cant promise Ill be back as its in a place I really go, but Ill skip the Starbucks to go here anytime
I love coffe
Love coffee bean. Wish they would open a store in Denver area or anywhere outside of the airport.
Nice local place. The barista was very nice and helpful and made a great cup of coffee.
As always great coffee, line moves along swiftly, especially for an airport. Not over priced and pastries are good. Staff has always been nice and helpful.
Really wanted to try this place. Was running late for a flight and their register or credit card machine was down so ended up with no coffee at all as I didnt have time to go to Caribou after waiting to be told they could only take cash. Lesson, go to Caribou instead.
Wasnt feeling great and the gal made me a great big hot tea with extra honey. Really nice.
Pretty disappointing, Daz Bog is way better quality coffee
Amazing! I had to walk forever and take a tram to a different terminal for a dark chocolate latte. #worthit
Cookies are yummy. The cashier was very pleasant.
Much needed visit while sitting at the DEN airport delayed. All the normal airport terminal favs
I love CB&TL and get a vanilla blended every time i see one. But this location has the worst service of all of the ones Ive been to. An hour before they closed they decided they didnt want to do any blendeds. They even turned off 2 of the 3 tv screen menus to deter guests from ordering them. Me and the guy behind me were told they werent doing any more iced drinks. He asked if they were out of ice. Nope... they had just already cleaned and broken down the blenders. We both left.
Simple, classic coffees.... with shorter lines than Starbucks. Big fan when catching a flight 😉
LOVE, love, love it! Always go out of my way to get a chai here. Wish they were outside the airport in CO also.
They serve Kaladi coffee here. You cant lose with Kaladi coffee. About the same price as Starbucks..with better coffee because its Kaladi. Kaladi.
Great coffee. Reasonable price. No line like Starbucks.
Great tea!
My favorite thing here is the ice! I like the small pieces. Also the coffee doesnt taste burnt
Great for preflight that isnt the big one. Some light pastries & snacks.
Good place.
Gross. The vanilla bean drink I got was so nasty. Not even a hint of vanilla, tasted like they made it with 90% expresso, a drip of vanilla and drip of milk. Maybe. Also got cinnamon rolls that were very dry, asked to be heated up and they gave it to me very hard, dry and MAYBE luke warm. Very disappointed, not enjoyable at all. Had to wash my mouth out after this sorry visit.
Compatible to SB and DD. Friendly staff and reasonable prices.
Best coffee at DIA.
The staff is friendly and helpful, the coffee is delicious, and the location makes it easy to grab a coffee close to your gate! I hope they open more locations around Denver.
Fine place to get coffee in concourse C at DIA.
Turtle coffee awesome, chocolate croissant not.so good
Werent serving certain drinks on the menu even though they were still open for 45 mins. Not cool.
Asked for a medium cappuccino. The barista informed me that cappuccinos only come in a small cup like she was offended. I was the only customer waiting for a prepared coffee and when the cap was placed on the counter the barista treated me like I wasnt there. Said thanks out of habit. The Southwest employee who had walked up next to me commented how rude I was treated. This is one of our favorite coffee places but 100 feet away is the Happy Cakes Allegro coffee stand where I have always gotten my coffee before with polite smiles...no more coffee bean at Denver airport.
I asked to buy some hot water but they gave it to me at no charge.
Excellent swift service! Only 3 stars as the coffee was less than stellar, I prefer strong coffee, this one tasted burnt.
Delicious
Best coffee drinks! Very creamy!
Quick service and competitive pricing for good brews.
They gave my daughter a free bagel for being a little slow
Go for pomegranate blueberry ice blended won’t regret
Good and quick! Perfect for air travel.
I prefer this coffee shop to Starbucks.
Food and drinks were great. Service was friendly
I had a frozen green tea smoothie when I was here that was delicious. Kinda pricey, but as is all airport food.
Please expand into Wesrminster or Broomfield!!!
According to the hours, it is supposed to be open.
Go to Caribou Coffee instead. Fully equipped and better selection.
My jam. Will go 2 terminals out of the way for the best coffee around.
Just walked past. Didnt purchase anything!
LOVE THEIR FROZEN CHOCOLATE MOCHA DRINKS 🤗🤗🤗❤
Great coffee. Plan to wait 15 mins.
Best coffee on c concourse.
Good coffee for the on the go traveler.
By far the best coffee in the airport!
Good product with fast service.
Amazing selection and quality products!
The ice blended mocha is great!
You’re going to be late for your flight. Why are you standing in line waiting in coffee?
Best coffee and service in Manteca.
