Both vibey and chill and seemingly a good place to sit down and grind. liked the feel a lot and had nice indoor and outdoor space as well as coffee and food options. also!! they have take-home coffee syrups made in house, including lavender and rose!!

Very nice and friendly local stop. Open patio with plenty of socially distanced seating. We came for coffee and breakfast. Their cortado is delightful as is the latte. Good food options. We tried the Breakfast jar massacre with yogurt honey and fresh fruit. Coffee is roasted just blocks away! I bought a bag of their Bolshevik Blend which is a medium strength Ethiopia/Sumatra. Custom ground into the bag. You must stop by! Woman owned and operated.

I love this place! Love that it is woman owned and run, love the artwork and vibe, LOVE the coffee and the food available. The people that work here are so friendly and efficient. I came here several times during my visit, with my family, my boyfriend, and alone. Looking forward to being back and Denver so I can spend more time here.

Pretty pricey for basic coffees and a burrito and sandwich but the food was okay.

From the minute I walked into Roostercart I felt happy. The atmosphere and decor intrigued me because they are a local business that is so openly supportive of other local businesses. Lined up along the wall is a wide variety of vendors stands with their products on display for purchase. On top of that, the barista, Sienna, was a lovely human. She was helpful, kind, and friendly. You could tell she enjoyed her job. I told her that I wanted a sweet lavender latte, and she did not disappoint. My latte was scrumptious, and I finished it before I made it home. I will be going back and you should check the place out too.

My favorite coffee spot in Cap Hill!Super cozy place with excellent coffee and even better employees. They are always friendly, even when it is busy. After going just a few times, they even remembered my order. Never had a bad experience or bad coffee here. I also like how they cook the breakfast burritos in a panini press. Highly recommend.

Absolutely kickass coffee shop thats women owned and led, with the perfect coffee shop vibe. They have some really unique flavors that you dont find elsewhere nearby, as well as some great food, including vegan options. My only regret is that I didnt come here sooner!

To me, Roostercat Coffee House is the perfect representation of how good Denver can be. Lovely people behind the counter, great guests inside, and a wonderful and eclectic atmosphere inside. You’re in a basement, but with all the windows it’s bright and beautiful. It’s almost never too crowded which I love, and there’s always good music playing. One of the only places where I don’t want to bring headphones. Come here for great drinks, great food, and a great place to get some work done or have a chat with your friends.

Love this local joint! Very unassuming if you arent paying attention. In the basement of a very distressed building however it happily surprised us. Love that they have a lavender latte on the menu all the time, very difficult to find anyone to attempt. Place is actually huge with indoor and outdoor seating and a wonderful local vibe with students and random live acts. Wish this place were closer to our home!

Very cozy and stylish space. Accommodated my custom coffee request. The americano tasted ok but it tasted a bit on the bland side. They have seating space right now (Jan 2021) and it’s nice and quiet for a work environment.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Denver. The ambience is great, there is a ton of seating (both indoor and outdoor), and they have lots of beverage options for non-coffee drinkers like me. They also just started selling vegan waffle breakfast sandwiches that are delicious!

Super cute cafe with lots of tables, great for working, and they make their own flavored syrups (lavender, mint, etc). All syrups are gluten free!

Came in to Roostercat for coffee. It was a rough morning for me until I arrived. The super sweet staff here helped me to feel better. Such uplifting people. And a beautiful environment. 10/10 would recommend coming in, I know Ill be back!

I love the atmosphere here! The patio and inside tables are great for working and studying. They sell art, beauty products, etc. from local small businesses. The staff are so friendly and attentive as well. I have not had a coffee, tea, or food item that was not terrific. Love the creative latte flavors too!

I was fortunate enough to be staying by Roostercat Coffee, which is a great cafe tucked away in the lower half of a building. It would be easy to walk right by it, but it’s worth keeping your eyes peeled. I went in two separate times, and both times the staff were so friendly. Must try.

Roostercat Coffee House is the best, tucked away coffee shop in Denver. When you look for it, its on the garden level! Try the Lavender Latte. Excellent choice.The atmosphere feels cozy without being crammed. Theres tables to spread out on, a book and reading nook, as well as a bar to sit at, if thats your thing. Great staff too.

I come here all the time to get Glass Arrow beans which Roostercat is kind enough to grind. Very chill atmosphere and friendly staff who can make a mean latte. I appreciate that they feature little pop up stands of local artists of makers of sorts. Happy to have Roostercat in the neighborhood.

Roostercat is a cozy coffee shop with character. Just what I was looking for during my short stay in Denver. Employees are friendly. Plenty of options on the menu too.

Bad day apparently. Wanted to try them out. Downloaded the menu, and my gf spouse found something that looked good, I was gonna get the green Chile burrito, looked good especially at $6. Waited in line and then tried to order, to find out the menu had changed and the gf option wasn’t on it anymore. Yet it was also still on the chalkboard menu too. Cashier seemed confused and helpless. We weren’t given the new menu or a replacement item for her, so we went to the Greek diner next door.

CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! Not only are they a stylish, cosy, and fun place to get a really good drink, they are incredibly helpful!Delicious coffee, and loads of syrup flavours locally handmade! I recommend the rose mocha, or the mojito italian soda! Lots of vegan friendly options in both their drink menu and food. Their baked goods are divine as well!But best of all is how they helped me out in a pinch! I was meant to be having an interview via Zoom and I totally miscalculated the time (I am visiting from overseas and didnt get my time zones lined up correctly). Indoor noises were too loud for the interviewee, and outdoor the music was too much as well. I asked if they could turn the music off for a little while, and although they couldnt oblige, one of the baristas suddenly suggested the CONFERENCE ROOM IN THE BACK!These absolute angels let me use their conference room for free for TWO entire hours!!! The conference room is beautiful, cool, clean, professional, and above all QUIET (even with a busy road right outside and a busy coffee shop right next door)! I think the table could probably sit about ten people if they werent practicing social distancing. I didnt use it, but I think they even have a good tech set up for things like presentations.Needless to say, I tipped generously and I have come back SEVERAL times to meet people and introduce them to this absolute gem of a venue. A hundred thousand stars for these folks!

Only a 4 star since I didnt try any of their actual food. Me and my boyfriend stopped by while exploring the area. I got their namesake latte (iced), The Roostercat, and my boyfriend got the American in Paris (also iced). Both of our drinks were great; the flavors were balanced and not too sweet. I also got a Orange Cranberry scone, Im not sure where they get them from, but they were simply tasty! If were ever back in the area well make another stop.

Awesome place that’s well priced. I practically lived here while I was interning around then corner. They went through a lot of changes over the years some good and bad but, they were always quick and customer service was on point. It’s locally owned which is always a plus. It’s a great place to hang out and get work done too.

VIBES, are everything super relaxed coffee shop. Music is perfectly calming Coming as a tourist from dallas I absolutely love this coffee shop. There coffee tastes amazing I got one of there seasonal drinks called witches brew notes of maple and butterscotch.

Friendly staff and great space. Newly remodeled space is more urban chic style, I guess you would call it. Still a great place for casual meet ups. The nitro cold brew is now on tap and its wonderfully smooth - I recommend it.

Cool location to meet with coworkers. Service is consistently above par. Prices are appropriate. I can see why they have so many great reviews.

My FAVORITE Denver coffee shop! It is female owned, always has an incredible specialty seasonal menu and great service.

Great place to meet up with friends, read a book, or study. They are open Monday-Sunday 7 am till midnight!!! There’s not a place in Denver that can beat those hours. Tons of outlets & huge tables to spread out. They sell food (light snacks) and amazing coffee that is very very very reasonably priced. Everyone here is super nice & they always have great service. My go to spot! Support local business that give us amazing environments without having to pay an arm and leg.

Cozy and warm.... And open later than most. But only one choice of tea? 630pm and no choice of caffeine free tea. Only Earl Grey. I went with a delicious chai latte and zucchini bread. All great. Well see if I can sleep tonight after my chai latte.

100%! The whole experience is the real deal. After two days of weekend partying, I discovered this genuine, locally owned coffee house, nestled in Denvers Historic Capitol Hill. The barista who time travelled from the 90s picked back up on my feet with an amazing Ethiopian Roast.The coffee was rich, smooth and very bold.Now Ill finish this weekend strong! You are awesome!

Amazing!! They have many coffee and tea specials, but what I like the most is their chai tea!!! You have a choice between spicy or sweet chai!! Both are great.

This place is not just amazing bc its women-owned and operated....its also amazing bc the coffee is stress-meltingly good, the service was delightful even tho it was busy and the heater wasnt working, and the vibe was so very chill in this wierd year of 2020. This will be a new fav haunt for me.

Love this place--great little cafe. One of the only cafes left in Denver that hasnt undergone gentrification or become snobby. The employees are genuinely nice and make the best food, lattes and coffee! Great atmosphere with a wide variety of people and things to do (students, playing cards or games, hanging out, reading, writing, relaxing, etc). Two patios, one with a fire pit that they will turn on by request. I try to make it in once or twice a week to grab a latte or two...or three...while I study or read. For those complaining about parking...perhaps a Starbucks in the suburbs would be better suited for you? This is a city cafe. Gotta maybe walk one or two blocks from a street parking spot. Comes with the territory. Totally worth it though.

Roostercat is what I think of when I want to go to a warm, clean, cozy local coffee shop. Nice ambiance, great great coffees, baristas are friendly, and its just local. Not Starbucks and generic and corporate. This is a good old fashioned coffee shop. We need more places like this!!
