Unfortunately I have had the opportunity to use this company three times this month!! (Life with a busy toddler!) my daughter has snagged my phone and thrown it on tile floor and broken my screen. Alan does quick great work. Each time he has fixed it, it was perfect, looked just like new, no shadows or lines etc. He also upgraded to a stronger screen and added a gasket due to the risky behavior my phone has been subjected to! 😂 though it’s across town from where I live now, it’s worth the drive to me to know I’m getting quality work. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE! I made an appointment to get my screen repaired at 10 am. When I got to the store it was still closed. I called the number and the associate was late. I waited 20 minutes for him to show up. He took my phone and told me it would only take 10 minutes. When I got my phone back the screen was so dark I could barely even see the display even with brightness all the way up. My phone also showed a warning explaining that the screen was not an Apple-approved screen. This notification would not go away in my settings.I reached out to the store to share with them how unhappy I was with their product. I never received a follow up.This store should be ashamed of the products they are using and how they conduct themselves!

Absolutely the worst! Stay far far away. Had our phone for one day shy of 3 months and never did anything. He lied about the part being ordered several times. Finally went to pick up the phone and take it to a reputable company. As we walked away he used extremely inappropriate language. He is still texting and using foul language.

Fixed my screen but told me my speakers WERE NOT broken. Said iphoneX only has one speaker and the other is fake. Can’t tell if that person was just dumb or didn’t want to serve me? Kind of a waste of time as I’m sure other phone repair places would have listened to me and fixed the speaker. Will not be coming back.

First, let me start by saying that these guys offer a free screen protector in exchange for a positive review. Take each of these reviews with a grain of salt.TLDR: 30+ minutes late to two separate appointments, put the burden on the customer to keep their receipt for their lifetime warranty even though they use a digital shopkeeping system, horrible customer service.--------I originally used this business to repair the screen on my iPhone X back on July 11, 2020 - almost a year ago to the day. I had booked my appointment for 10:30 AM. Upon arriving, I rang the smart doorbell, and was told by the person who answered the call that they wouldnt be there for a half hour even though I had an appointment scheduled. I thought to myself, no biggie, and grabbed a burrito from Santiagos next door. Once the employee finally arrived, he took my phone and had the screen fixed in a few hours.Over the last couple of months, the glue that they used to secure the screen to the phone began failing allowing dirt and other particulate matter to accumulate behind the glass, which caused the front camera to fail.I booked another appointment with them for today (7/20/21) at 10:00 AM to have this repaired under their lifetime warranty. I arrived at 10:00, to find another customer waiting at the door. She called the store and the person who answered told her that they wouldnt be there for another 20-25 minutes. Apparently their hours of operation are more guidelines based off how theyre feeling that day, and arent really worth following.Once the employee finally arrived, I explained my situation to them and he let me know that this would be covered by the warranty provided I could give them a receipt. I explained that I was never given a receipt, but I had the booking confirmation in my email from the year before. He told me that the confirmation was not acceptable and that it needed to be the receipt and proceeded to give me excuses on how people are awful, dishonest, and liars so he had to put these practices in place.I suggested that he look me up in his system (Square) and he was unable to find anything under my phone number or email address. I offered to look through my bank statements and he said that wouldnt work either, and that is HAD to be a receipt. His tone and attitude made me feel like this was all my fault and I was causing him such an inconvenience.He gave me my phone back, and thankfully I was able to find the receipt in my text messages. I presented this to the employee and he repaired my phone, but not once did he apologize for making me jump through all of these hoops, for his tone, or for being late (again).My advice to this business, other than being on time, is to find some way to track the work you complete, especially since youre putting the burden on the customer to prove that you completed the work. I understand that some people are awful and try to scam you, but the solution shouldnt be to provide horrible customer service to everyone else.I had the receipt in my texts, why didnt this pull up when they entered my phone number? I scheduled an appointment using my email address, why arent you updating your system with the work that was completed during that time? There are ways to protect your business while also providing decent customer service. Stop making things difficult for your customers and dont catch an attitude with them.

First, the person who replaced the screen on my iPhone XR was very nice and did it quickly. However, the cheap price gave me a cheap product. My phone will no longer charge via the charging station but, thankfully, the old fashioned plug-in works. The bigger problem is that this is NOT an Apple screen and it cracks VERY easily. Today, it finally stopped working all together. Id love to get Elite to fix it again but have decided that I lost $100 on this experiment and will take it to a legitimate repair shop and get the Apple screen. I hope that this will also fix the charging problem as I read it can be caused by a fake replacement screen or poor installation where they damaged something inside while installing the screen. My fingers are crossed and I have an appointment at Best Buy tomorrow. Yes, it costs more but it will be a true replacement screen.UPDATE: As you see, I received a response from Elite. Still wont fix the phone that they damaged so they do NOT have a lifetime warranty. I did take it to Best Buy and they tried to have their Apple diagnostics equipment check it out. The make of Elites glass is so cheap and shoddy that it doesnt even register on their equipment so they could not work on my phone.I am very sorry that I entrusted Elite with my phone. I should have known better and gone to a respectable repair shop. I will try one other shop that has refurbished glass, I hope its usable because I also learned that often times, second rate repairs do damage and make alterations to the inside of the phone. I may have to just get a new phone which pisses me off.DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR COMPANY UNLESS ALL YOU CARE ABOUT IS A CHEAP REPAIR. I get that can be important at times but PLEASE know the difference between price and value. You wont be happy in the long run or, in my case, the short run. I wish I had considered that before going here.

Worthy on not even 1 star. I do not recommend going to this store. I had my Samsung A50 glass replaced and they lost all my more recent contacts and photos. Furthermore, I feel the replacement glass was sub-quality as it broke even with a glass protector after falling less than 3 feet onto a smooth tile floor. They would not honor a replacement after saying it would be replaced. And this occurre less than 2 weeks of being replaced. Very poor customer service!

Since having my screen repaired here, my phone shuts off or the screen will become unresponsive randomly and need to be restarted. The only saving grace was i had my phone back in 45 minutes

Went in to fix a camera lens and came out with the front of my screen completely scratched up. I didn’t not come in with my screen scratched at all. And when I asked about it, they denied the possibility of it happening there. I would pay a little more for more quality and professionalism and peace of mind

This has to be the best shop in town. Over $100 cheaper than any other quote I found, he told me to come in whenever, and my phone was fixed in 30 minutes. He even jump started my car after I killed it listening to the radio while I waited! Ill never go anywhere else for phone repair.

This place is a complete scam. Their lifetime warranty is not real. You pass your phone through a hole in the wall. He’ll give you a price to fix it then charge you an extra $50 because he “had” to fix something else. He literally changed the price after he watched me count my money and noticed I had 2 more 20s. After I paid $300 for a new screen, it broke the next day. I brought it back to get the lifetime warranty bc he gave us a faulty screen. He refuses to replace it so we have to get the phone back to turn into the insurance. $300 for nothing. Don’t waste your time or money here.Careful: if you pass the phone through the door it’s over. If you walk to the car and come right back he’ll say he’s already taken the phone apart and can’t give it back to you.SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAMDO NOT GO HERE

When I called the day my iPhone screen shattered, they said they could get me in right away. The next day when I took it in for repair, they got me right in and had my phone ready within the time estimate given(40 minutes). My screen looks good as new, and then I forgot to ask about placing a screen protector on before paying. They give you a free one if you write a review.... I think that’s a fair exchange. Very good customer service and timely. I’m happy.

I got the wrong screen put in the iPhone X and Alan is making it right by offering to replace it with the correct screen I think he said next Thursday. The owner “repaired” my sons screen twice because after the first repair there happened to be liquid in his phone & there was no liquid in there before the first screen repair. Hmmm. Now his phone won’t hold a full charge so we took it to Apple & they said their was internal damage by a previous 3rd party repair. Well Elite Phone Repair is the only place that has repaired or opened up my son’s phone. Now they want to charge us to repair the damages they caused in the first place. Stay far away from this place if you want your devices fixed the correct way without further damage!

Horrible quality repairs. WARNING, stay away from this place. I brought in my phone because this was a cheaper quote compared to the rest. They fixed it and within a few hours of using my phone with a brand new screen and battery the touch screen was working horribly. I brought it back in and they put a new screen...Still did not work properly. They blamed it on my phone but all these buttons were working even with my cracked screen. I told them this and got no further assistance. I have had my other phones fixed elsewhere and they did a much better job. Very unhappy with my experience at Elite IPhone repair and would never recommend them to anyone EVER.

Ive had my phone screen replaced twice here, first time went okay and only took a min. Second time i waited for an hour an a half in my car, apparently i was supposed to come back in 45min but that was never communicated. Flash forward to a few weeks later-the screen they replaced goes black and is non functional. I take my phone to a different repair shop and find out the errors made at elite. I am so disappointed with the service and it is not worth it. I thought i was getting a better deal with this company, turns out Its sup par quality. DO NOT GO HERE!

I had a hairline crack on my screen and took it in to Elite as a preventative measure. This company (although having a polite rep) really screwed my phone up. Now I have to buy a new one because of a myriad of new issues that werent happening prior to my Elite visit. They gave me a discount on the new screen but they wouldnt help in me trying to change phones. I regret going here--pay more and go elsewhere.

The guy in this shop is a dangerous person,he steals personal informations from people’s devices, he is not a serious person at all, he asks for a deposit to fix devices, then when you go to pick it up even after a month you will find it not fixed and he will never refund

Had my phone screen repaired here two weeks ago and it has broken already even with a screen protector on it after dropping it 3 feet on carpet. The protector had zero damage and was stronger than the low-quality screen that was put on. Disappointed and do not recommend.

Took my phone to be repaired, didn’t work at all the very next day. I brought it back and the guy working had a terrible attitude but finally agreed to fix the problem. Phone still operates poorly, touch screen is not accurate, the screen has lifted from the rest of the phone and color/clarity is off because of cheap replacement parts. Save yourself the headache, it’s not worth the discount.

Hands Down BEST place I have ever gone to get my phone fixed, Had gotten it fully submerged in the water and ran to them as fast as I could because they were the only ones I saw advertising water damage and they work QUICK! Allen was who helped me out I’m pretty sure and that man is literally Patient, Understanding of the customer, DIDNT get frustrated with me calling 1200 times (because I was anxious) he was the best I’ve ever dealt with.
