This experience is absolutely unreal, brought in a BMW that I just rolled off the lot 2 days prior for my girlfriend and she had to get a lifesaver installed that was supposed to take 4 hours and it took 7 and the install was done wrong because the device called for service 10 minutes after we left might I not my girlfriend is 7 months pregnant so she’s not drinking lol. Left grease on and inside my 2 day old car and said it was there when we brought it in!!!! And are trying to charge us to fix the install. CROOKS! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS.

This place doesn’t deserve any stars. My husband bought a remote start from this place for me as a Christmas gift. We took it in last Friday, for a scheduled service that was only suppose to last 4 hours and ended up taking all day when we picked up our vehicle the lady gave my husband the keys and practically threw the box at him and told him to call the number on the box to setup the remote start and if he had any questions. No knowledge of the products they are selling, no help on how to use it just, here’s your vehicle figure the rest out. They were suppose to tint my front windshield and my husband was told to go back a different day like we have all the time in the world to just keep taking our vehicle in for different services when they could of done everything during our scheduled appointment. Now we have a vehicle that don’t start with the fob, just beeps and we have to use both remotes ( our original standard fob and our remote start fob)

Went in for an installation that was supposed to take 1-2 hours. Waited 6 and a half hours and they STILL didnt get the job done. Customer service guys were great on checking with the installer. Definitely need new install guys because the wait was ridiculous for a job that never got done. I would not recommend unless you have all day to sit around and wait for an incomplete job. Very unhappy

Alot of the knowledge the employees have is street knowledge not real professionals.My boyfriend went in to get a stereo installed and had accessories/parts missing. They did not install the speakers he asked for nor they installed them properly. They also didnt bother to explain all the features the stereo had or gave him the manual guide. Overall they are not very helpful when trying to get questions answered...and this goes for the Thornton location as well.

Dont know much about speakers or stereo equipment and needed someone to take a look at my door speakers. Found this place on a google search so stopped in. Talked to Joe and Nichole both very knowledgeable and didnt feel like I was buying something I didnt need. Left with new speakers and installed within a few hours. Horrible place. Horrible customer service. When they end up messing up on an installment they like to blame the customer and dont like to own up to there own mistake. They are just money hungry. I do not recommend.

The people running this shop should be arrested. I was an honorably discharged veteran who had been home for about 5 weeks. I had a pocket full of money from being in the army and saving. I wanted a full rockford fosgate system and was willing to pay good money for it. I didn’t know anything about car audio and they took complete advantage. I paid $2400 for an amp worth $300 2 subs worth $200 4 speakers worth about $50 each (which they then swapped out for kickers after I paid for rockford fosgate) which all adds up to $700!Then they didn’t even install the insanely overpriced equipment right. I then brought it back because it didn’t sound right. 3 times! I eventually gave up after they tried installing the equipment 4 times without success. Had I left it as they installed it my jeep would have caught fire. Extreme ripoff sounds! Awful people stay away!!!!

I took an amp, sub, wiring kit and door speakers to them that I had purchased elsewhere for an install. Not only did they do it as a walk in, it was done in 4 hours with a vehicle ahead of mine. I checked everything out and the install is very clean and professional. They even fixed my dash kit on my kenwood to mount perfectly flush from an install I did myself, and I forgot to tell them to do that! The system sounds great and to top it all off it was much cheaper then taking it anywhere else I found. I highly recommend them and anymore work I need done Im going straight to Xtreme. Thanks a lot!

I have had nothing but issues with my stereo system since they have installed it & I ended up having to pay even more money to have Car Toys fix their issues. I spoke with Bruce several times & I actually like the guy personally but the services is what I didnt like. I just had my drivers side speaker stop working again! The last time this happened it was because a wire came off of the speaker. I took it back to this place for them to fix it & then it worked but my door panel was not on correctly and the clips were broken! I ended up having to go to my Mercedes Benz dealership and paying them to fix the door panel issues. Now once again the damn speaker isnt working & Im not calling them to fix it because they will continue to do a half ass job! I have decided to pay Car Toys again to fix their issues! I truly believe that Bruce is a good guy but his installers are garbage & he should think of getting someone that knows what they are really doing. I also didnt even mention the hid lights they installed and messed up my wiring with my vehicle. Mercedes had to fix that issue as well. I would never recommend this place at all...they sound like a great deal but always remember that you get what you pay for...

Left truck Monday at 11:00am had to pick it up before closing they could not get to it was told to go back Tuesday and he would give me 50.00 off the install for my trouble. Went back Tuesday at noon sat in the waiting area till 4:15 to be told that my truck would need an extra part that would cost me an additional 279.00 bringing the total install of a stereo to 800.00 told them to stop install a lot of time lost for nothing very disappointed...

I got my first system for my car put in by these guys, and I went back when buying my boyfriends. They are so nice, and answered all my questions. They do monthly payments through progessive, and its so easy! I hardly ever have very long wait times when I come in, and they make every visit a great one. My sub blew out and I went back in and they replaced it THAT DAY. Bruce and his team are wonderful, I recommend them to anyone.

Jackie and Tony went above and beyond to make sure I was all set, they genuinely care about people and are very knowledgable, respectful, and hard working.

Would not recommend this place. They are dishonest and unfair. We had a stereo installed and when we got the vehicle home noticed that a piece on the vehicle was missing not to mention some personal belongings were also missing. When we called the guy who did the install he said he would check into it. After 2 days of not hearing from him we called back and he told us he would not do anything about it. Really?! So its cool for you people to steal and lose parts to vehicles and not take responsibility for the actions of your employees. Shame on you!

I went in to price stereos and speakers. Everything was fairly priced and of good quality. I bought a stereo and some speakers, and scheduled an installation. When I received my car after installation, some of the lights in the center console had stopped working. When I got home, the handle clip in my door was broken. After calling numerous times, I got through to an employee who said they would be able to look at it the next day. When I arrived to get my door looked at, I was told I would have to wait 4+ hours before I could get it back. I got my car back 5 hours later. The service was decent, but I would not recommend Xtreme. Im sure my case was an exception, but I was hoping for a bit more attentiveness when it came to fixing a problem that arose from their installation. The entire process took multiple trips over two days, when it realistically could have been done in one trip.

Paid $800 for services. Didn’t install speakers I bought outside of their services. Charged for brackets that were never put in. Had damaged my push start ignition and told me it was like that already. On top of having my car for over 6 hours.

I have to give it to these guys they are amazing no beating around the bush no extra $150 for wire setups free installation for first time buyers!! And $35 there after that compared to all the other places here in Denver definitely one of the best if not the best for prices and quickness I had some 6 1/2 speakers put into my door everywhere else I went they wanted to charge me for wire setup and over $320 just for two speakers SMH not only do these guys give me an amazing price and free installation for the first time they got me out of the door right at $200 and I was in and out of there within an hour and a half and now driving around the next day I am so happy that he recommended the speakers that he did! These Focal speakers are amazing the clarity and Crystal Clear sound I get out of these are ten times better than the Alpine Type Rs I had in Prior believe me Xtreme Auto Soundz you have found yourself a new customer especially because of all the great prices I found just walking throughout the store and Im sure he will even give me a better price upon discussion keep up the great work guys and you will have a lifetime customer!

Im a current customer and extremely disappointed with the service. I have had my device for about 2 months, as soon as I left the lot the check engine light came on, in my new brand new car (1 year old). I went back and the vendor Extreme Auto Denver, CO. they said to have it checked by my dealer. I go to the dealer they say its interference form the interlock device. Ive been trying to contact LifeSafer via phone for 2 weeks and each time I need to navigate a maze of prompts to get transferred to a hold position where I stay for 30 minutes then bumped to a voicemail. When I call the third party vendor, Extreme Auto directly Im told to call the customer service number to schedule an appointment. I need to address the issues of a malfunctions as soon as possible, as to not interfere with my warranty. Also called back today trying to get assistance and the manager/owner Bruce hung up on me twice! Completely unprofessional.

Well i must say some of the negative reviews about this place are NOT true! They actually have 2 bays on the other side of the shopping center and the only work i saw them do out in back were the breathalyzer calibrations. I had my system installed 6 days ago and everything is working great! They did my install in just a couple hours and they gave me a decent price for everything! The bad reviews i read almost turned me away.. but i asked a few other people if that would detour them and they said it would not, so i gave it a shot anyway and Im very glad i did!..I will be adding more features to my Impala later on and Xtreeme Auto Soundz is where Im going👍

Terrible install wires everywhere. They took short cuts. Didnt even run the wires all the way to the door speakers. I had to do work on it myself. Quality quoted me same price and does way better work. I used one road lending and they kept my down payment instead of using it tow as rd my first payment. They lied to me. Garbage job and way overpriced. Buy from amazon. Its half the price. These people will rip u off!

Awesome place, definitely recommended. I was having some issues with my sub and had a diag scheduled for next Sunday with best buy. I didnt want to wait that long because it was doing me nuts so called Xtreme because they were kinda close to my work and I figured Id give them a call, explain the issue and see what they say (expecting a oh we need to diag that) I spoke to Ruben and he told me what he thought it was and went into great detail explaining so I told him when I get off of come by and try it out. Sure enough that was the issue and it cost me 5 bucks.Go there and speak to Ruben. Awesome guy and great place.

Dont go! Went here to get the deposit after cancelling an appointment. Called in advance that work had come up. I am now being told that my deposit is forfeit. No one said that this would be the case as long as I called in advance. Lady at the desk says she isnt authorized to grant a refund. Repeatedly tried calling Bruce. No answer, no return of calls. Dont go!

Was scammed out of 400 dollars then called a liar to my face by owner, money down the drain. When appealing for a refund the bank asked them if they worked on my vehichle when i never even handed them the keys. They lied and claimed that services were rendered and products installed. Was baited in by thier layaway service i saved up for months I worked minimum wage at a tiny boost mobil stand selling phones next to them they were business nieghboors. Xtreme Auto Soundz ruined my car, broke the clips on the dash. Then continued to tell me that they hadn’t done it and it was all my fault.

Xtremely terrible customer service!! First I waited over 10 hours for my alarm system to be installed on my audi when I was told 3 hours max! And that did not bother me becouse things happen but but then they installed the wrong alarm system and asked me to pay addition 100 dollars for the correct one and i did now the worst part was when I was having trouble locking and unlocking my car and my alarm would just go off when I sat In my car and when driving my car as well, looks great to cops by the way ...i called Bruce Thursday morning and he said it had to be serviced and specifically told me that they have both of their install guys working on a car that they are getting ready for a show on saturday and they could not get me in until Tuesday!! What kind of BS is that i just paid over 400$ for my install ....Shows you a lot there already... took my car up the street to quality auto sound and the guys came out and fixed my issue for free in the parking lot! I would never recommend this place ever!! They do not have much knowledge of their own product!!

Purchased a deal from Groupon on December 8, 2011 for a “remote car-engine starter and installation with bypass procedure” from Xtreme Auto Soundz. The remote starter was first installed on March 12, 2012. It is an “Autopage c3-rs603”. . Well, only slightly longer than a month later, the remote start was not working and I had to go in again to get it re-done on April 21, 2012. I started working again and thus I hoped it was fixed. Sadly, the remote start stopped working again and I had to go in yet again to get it re-done on August 11, 2012. Well it is now October 24, 2012 (the first snow in Denver), and I tried to use it (it was working a few days ago when I used it) and again it is broken. The car starts and then shuts down, just as before. In previous times, each time I went in to get it fixed, despite their apparent disorganization, they were polite and they fixed it for free. However, these are very long appointments (4-6 hours) that they have my car, and getting an appointment now will take at least a few weeks. I have requested a refund from the Groupon company.

Rip off. They charge you before you even show up for your appointment, take 2 hrs before even looking at your car, and then try to upsell you rather than try to fix your problem. Stay away!

The customer service is top notch. Bruce who is usually there it seems, was especially friendly and accommodating through a difficult insurance stereo replacement situation.

They drilled a hole in my coolant system, causing a leak that fried my car computer system and cost me $3k to repair. They didnt pay for the repairs. Dont go here.

I had a subwoofer installed here - the price was about half of what I was quoted at quality auto sound and the job was done very well. The place is a little hard to find but well worth searching out.

In the month of June 2020 I went to install one in my car, I was checking the wheels and tires I decided to make a purchase for $ 1,400 I gave an advance of $ 300, I waited more than a month and they told me they did not have the wheels, even so I decided to continue with the purchase of the tires, I waited 15 more days and they did not comply, I had to buy tires and wheels in another store, when I went to have my deposit returned, they did not want to give me my money, I had to form a problem so that they returned it, then I went on 08/08/2020 to recalibrate my equipment and the young woman didnt even see my face, I recalibrated my equipment, I left the bills and the card lying on the seat and in an arrogant and rude way she retired, very bad education and lousy customer service
