Can’t say enough good things about these guys! Luis and Fernando took great care of me and gave me suggestions that fit my budget. I did not feel like they were just trying to upswell on anything and were more than happy to work with me. I came today with a car emergency and right away they squeezed me in. Seriously one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I was in a bind today when my stock Honda stereo finally bit the dust, right before leaving for a 12 day trip cross country. They were able to quickly get me in and install a basic, solid new receiver. Every other spot I called told me it would be at least 4 weeks for a stereo installation!! AT Audio rules and the brothers working there were awesome.

Ive been to quite a few audio shops over the years. AT Audio by far is the best Ive been to yet! Customer service was not pushy or pompous. Fernando takes the time to explain your choices and then you decide. I wont use anyone else. Amazing experience and very resonable prices.

Such a great shop! Luis helped me pick the exact tint I wanted for my windows. I wanted darker on the sides and lighter for the windshield. They showed me all the tint types and helped me pick exactly what I wanted. Definitely recommend this place!

Had a great experience! I was referred here by a friend who had her windows tinted at AT Audio. I was easily able to schedule over the phone and given an appointment with in a reasonable time. They were even very accommodating to my scheduled because of my work hours they were able to give me a late appointment even though it was close to their closing time, so very thankful for that. Costumer service was great and the prices are very reasonable. They did a great job on tinting my windows. While I was there I inquired about possibly coming back for more services like radio instillation and remote start. When I was given options I didn’t feel any pressure or felt like they were trying to up sale me. Can’t wait to come back in. :) will also refer friends and family. Thanks AT Audio team.

First time ever writing a review, these guys made it easy to take time outta my day to give them a shout out. The guys at AT got me what I needed for the time for 15 bucks. Will be only using their store from now on. Car Toys $1500+ and Best Buy $1100+ and also said I needed a much more expensive wiring harness. I would choose AT all day everyday. Good products, prices and most importantly SERVICE was great.

The worst auto service I have ever had. 1 year later and its still upsetting. Went to them to install some dash speakers that I didnt have the tools to get to. I installed everything else in my car beforehand. There was new wire that was run to the dash. They were fine with this. Got my car back and discovered they had ripped out all of the wire I had installed, and hooked up the speakers to the wrong wires. I went back and showed them. They recommended re-wiring it the way I had it for over a hundred dollars! They were very unprofessional in the way they handled the situation. Why would they take the time to rip out wires!? The arguing got to be too much. They gave me a $50 dollar credit, but still charged me for installation. At that point I didnt care. Went to Car Toys to get all the wiring fixed. Ended up paying double what it should have cost to just have some dash speakers.I also got my windows tinted. This winter I turned on my rear window defrost and discovered that half of the window will not defrost now. Can’t say for sure they did this, but why else would it go out…

Outstanding service and great prices, will be returning for other things. Thought I needed a new radio, just needed speakers, most places would have sold me a new fancy radio instead of reasonably priced speakers and a fantastic quick installation. My new speakers sound great. Highly recommend!

Owner is super friendly and goes above and beyond to help his customers feel comfortable with what that are purchasing. He even offered me a water while i was waiting for the install. He also keeps his old lab in the store which is super awesome. Def adds to the already great atmosphere

I like AT audio because I can trust them. I am always weary of companies working on vehicles because the price in the end isn’t what it was at the beginning. AT audio gave me a straight forwards estimate and completed the work as was agreed on. I originally had my work van car alarm system installed here and returned to get my blown speakers replaced. I highly recommend using this honest and quality shop.

I didnt actually get any work done by these guys (yet) but was extremely impressed by the help I got on the phone as I wanted to upgrade the stereo on my 2005 Outback and the person who helped me was knowledgeable and patient while we identified my existing unit before he explained to me that I couldnt replace it because the original stereo was integrated with the climate controls. However, he went on to help me understand the other options I had, some of which involved his employer and some which did not. I would recommend these guys to my friends until proven otherwise.

I’ve had these guys tint my windows and they were fast and inexpensive. Today I needed help with stereo issues that have been haunting me for months. Got me in, diagnosed the problems, and got me out for a reasonable price and less time than I thought. Going back for everything I need in the future!

Had them install m sub and amp to my factory head unit. The quality of the work done was outstanding. These guys make car toys look like amateurs. One year later I blew a fuse behind the head unit. They took the car in, took it apart, replaced the fuse, put it all back together within 45 minutes......and all for free......absolutely love these guys and wont go anywhere else.

I had my stereo installed hear the customer service has always been great even just to stop in and ask questions. This is mostly a audio store anything you need stereo, speakers, they have alarms and remote starters. A few other decorative items for your car. The owner is real friendly so feel free to stop by and ask questions.

Had them install a radio for cheap and they did a great job. I then later broke the radio myself and when I went in to replace it they recommended that I have them try to fix it and saved me $75. also the work was very clean and good quality

Gave us the incorrect harness for a 2007 silverado, the harness fits but the ignition and dim pins dont align properly, these are small variations that car manufacturers do from model to model wheter its a factory amplified system with or without on-star but ataudio just didnt seem to wrap their head around this so i had to go with the pros which figured out the issue and got me the proper stuff

Went here to get my subs and amp installed. The service was good for the time. The customer service was decent. I got my car back and when I start it. I hear a thud coming from my subs. Being savy with how things should be installed. I searched and found my ground was horribly installed. For those unknown to this. My subs could have been damaged from this. I will not return to this place for any installation purposes.

They have a great inventory and excellent pricing. Didnt want to wait for an Amazon shipment, this shop had what I was looking for at about the same price in stock so I was able to finish my project the same day.

Horrible service. I bought a remote start here and had them install it for me. I payed like $400 and the remote start dont work right. I took it back to the shop and they told me it was because my battery wasnt any good. I left the shop and went to but a new battery ($120). Needless to say, it wasnt my battery because the remote start still dont work. I took it back again and now they have a different excuse of why it dont work, but of course, its my cars fault, not their fault. Not to mention, this place is cluttered and filthy, I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Wanted to get an auxiliary adapter installed in my car stereo; unfortunately my car was a little too old for it. They explained this and then put an entire brand new deck with bluetooth, USB, and aux inputs...for basically the same price! Super helpful, reasonable prices, and amazing customer service. Very pricey, great customer service

Came here to get a new radio installed. The owners were unlocking the shop when I arrived. The place was cluttered, poorly lite, and the employees quietly keep their heads down when I walked up. It felt as one might expect to feel when going to Federal boulevard to get a new car speaker - a little sketchy. The owner addressed me and asked if he could give me a bottle of water. Thoughtful. Then I stood in the dark for 15 minutes while the employees bearing hoodies, hunched over shoulders, and averted eyes, opened up shop in rooms elsewhere. It didnt feel welcoming, so I stood in the lobby researching their competitors on Yelp, then left.

Helped me pair my new alarm remotes. Very curious and thorough.

We bought speakers, radio, deck, tinted windows and paid for install. Over all about $500 total. The deck was installed crooked and the clips to my driver side and passenger doors were ripped off from where they installed speakers. I went back to ask to fix radio and they said thats the only way it could be installed so I fixed it myself. I forgot to tell them about the doors at the time so I understand that it is my fault for not getting back over there again to get it fixed within the warranty but when I did finally make it back the owner got very loud with me when I told him about my 2 doors. I would have given this place more stars if they werent so lazy when they screwed up install and if the owner was not the biggest douche Ive ever dealt with. How hard can it be to accommodate a customer who spent hundreds with you to fix a $5 problem just to keep them happy. -_-

If I could give 0 stars I would! this place is the worst place to get work done on your vehicle. I came to install a stereo. ok my car has tranny problems so I specifically told them repeatedly DO NOT PUT THE CAR IN 3RD GEAR. well guess what thats exactly what they did. their parking lot is tiny and there was no need to place it in 3rd gear they should have reversed it and gone to first and back to reverse. and now the owner does not want to take responsibility for anything not even a simple tow for his employees doing what they were not supposed to in the first place! after being told repeatedly. atleast assume responsibility from your employees and do not try and fight the customers! he literally told me and I quote do you want to fight or what.. really the owner said this wow worst place ever!

I asked the guy if they accepted my particular card he says yes, when it came time to pay all of sudden the owner comes out yelling at my wife and I saying hell just call the cops while I was on the phone with the bank trying to see if there was something we could do about it then they wanted to charge us for labor to take the stereo out
