They did quality work on my car with installing a slim subwoofer under the driver seat. They just need to work on their customer service experience. I was not greeted when I entered the store and it felt as if I was being ignored. But once I got the attention of an employee they were very kind and personable!

If you’re looking for a quality instantly go somewhere else the shop is only focused on sales sales sales or more sales.I went there for a bad install on an amplifier. All they would explain to me is that the amp failed not their installation which I suspected. The shop is only about sales do not care about old customersWhen you try to talk to Daniel Or Alex the manager all I do is give you BS answers to confuse you or make it seem like they know what they’re talking about and I really don’t know the answer. They are only trying to tell you something so you can move on August frustrated and leave. I have been waiting for my iamb to return for over two months and when I called ask about it they say while we’re waiting for somebody else to let us know what’s going on you don’t seem to try and figure out the problem or come up with a better answer to give you they just come up with a BS answer to get you off the phone so they can go back to doing more sales there are people in the shop

Good customer service and knowledge but getting the typical salesman vibe with beat around the bush answers and contradictions like you pay for quality but just because its expensive doesnt mean its better 30 year experts should be able to build a best value system that isnt too expensive or cheap without hassle. Additionally they cant generate an invoice unless you pay half the system in deposit leaving customers unaware of what they are paying for

Lex and Daniel are great. They know their stuff. They have better techs now but the last tech installed my tweeters backwards. I went in with a blown speaker and they caught the mistake and fixed it and installed my new speakers within an hour. Also they have great financing options. My advice is pay off the financing early and save a ton of money. But it’s a great way to get what you need done right away with only $50 out of pocket. They will also find ways to save you money with larger installs. Go to lex!

Initially went to car toys just to talk to them about an alarm system for my truck- was ignored for 20 minutes so I left. Best decision. Walked into Quality Auto Sound and greeted quickly by very friendly staff who were super knowledgeable about the product and what I needed. On the day of install they nailed it with no evidence anyone even worked on my truck. They showed me how to use the system and had me laughing the whole time. Awesome crew- when you can buy audio and alarms at so many places, it’s the service that sets these guys apart from the rest. Outstanding.

I felt like this review was a long time coming.. Where to start.. let’s go chronologically.The cost of the initial installation was extremely high. I don’t have a receipt to share but if you plan to get an installation from these guys (Which I highly advise you don’t)- please do yourself a service and get a concise estimate beforehand.After getting the system freshly installed (still in the parking lot), I noticed the bass adjustment knob wouldn’t adjust the output. When I asked about this, the manager said their team had installed the incorrect knob and was happy to fix it- for ~$80 for labor..You messed up the installation- fix it.Months later, I get a jumpstart from Allstate roadside. The individual blew my fuses when attempting to jump my car. I had no clue what was wrong with the vehicle as I checked one fusebox under my steering wheel and they were in tact…After getting a quote from the Quality Auto Sound- I was told it would cost $4,668 to fix. I was fighting back and forth with Allstate since February trying to get them to pay this amount.. 8 months.. They insisted my speaker system couldn’t be completely blown and refused to pay out compensation on the claim. This led me to look at options for Small Claims Court or arbitration of sorts.While filling out court papers, I say to myself.. Let’s take a deeper look into this issue. I pull up fusebox diagrams for my vehicle and notice there’s a 2nd fusebox under my hood next to the battery. Two blown fuses that costs me a total of $10 to fix. They wanted 466 times that amount. Sounds a bit unreasonable.In summary, this shop has no concern for their customers and once their work is done- it’s done. Wether it’s installed correctly or not, you’re stuck with whatever job you get. If you end up having issues with your system, they’ll attempt to squeeze every dollar out of you to fix their own mistakes.

First thing is that I had to wait forever for someone to actually wait on me..Then when they did get around to me, I already knew what I wanted and what the price was for it..Because the sticker above it told me the price..So I finally got my unit and go to pay for it, and then I hear the amount that he rings up and its not the same price as the sign says..Its almost. $30 more..I had to show him that the price on display was not what he was trying to charge me..Finally he had to give me the posted price on the display....

Recently dealt with some thieves stealing my catalytic converter, twice. Went in looking for an alarm. Dillon told me that I would have to wait a week or two. He ended up seeing that their was an opening and told me that he would be able to install it that day. He delivered. Stuck around to show me how it worked when I arrived just at closing. Good experience for someone who needed help.

I have been going to quality for many years when it was located in Aurora. So I was forced to go to the store in Glendale. 1st,the whole vibe is different. Prices are crazy! Asked for a remote start for my father in law and was told Id have to lose a key to be installed in the dash. But even more that cheapest would be 600 plus.. I drove back to Car Toys in Aurora and walked out with security/ and remote start for under 400 everything included. Not sure ill be returning after 20 plus years as a customer.3 stars for good customer interaction.

These guys are incredible, unfortunately the installation schedule was out a couple weeks, but due to a cancellation they got me in within a couple days. Such a class act, and my salesman Donald was knowledgeable and set me up with exactly what I wanted. After a couple weeks I had some technical questions and instead of trying to talk me through it over the phone invited me back to the store where Donald and the store manager worked with me and adjusted settings to get even better sound out of the system. Thanks guys and like I said, truly a first class operation!

THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN LONG OVER DUE!Its been a year since Ive been a customer at the Leetsdale Q.A.S. The first time that I came in this store was a great over all experience. The customer service that was provided by Daniel was very much appreciated for Daniel to share his knowledge and thoughts on all the ideas that i was thinking about doing to my vehicle. There was a few hiccups in the process, which is understood with everything that i wanted done to my vehicle. Daniel and the store manager LEX assured to me that the installation would be done correctly and the way that it was mapped out from the beginning by Daniel and I. I was so happy with the installation that i came back for a couple of things that i wanted to add to my vehicle. I trusted this team to deliver, and they exceeded my expectations. This place supposedly has quality installation . After I got my speakers and amp installed it stopped working. We find out that its because the wire that supplies the amp with power was no longer connected. The owner was very rude when I called about this issue even though I had paid for the extended warranty on the installation. They put it back in. Next day fell out again, I kept hearing popping cracking noise from my trunk, I didnt want to deal with the rude owner I take it over to my other audio guys they say the wires are too big for my amp and they notice that the power cables are tied together and touching!! A deadly fire hazard my car couldve caught on fire. So I seriously advise to not install here.******* Response to quality auto sound. You werent that nice to me when I talked to you the owner on the phone. You shouldve fixed it when I took it again . Or better yet, get it right the first time. Not calling you guys ever again and Ill cut my losses on that paid install warranty thanks.

Horrible experience! I wish I would have read reviews first. If you read their responses to negative reviews, they never admit to any fault, and their answers are condescending and rude! They score an F with the BBB. Unprofessional, and they had no idea what they were doing. They had my car for a total of 15 hours on 2 separate Saturdays for an installation of a combo subwoofer/amp/box. Then they told me that I would have to take my car to the Lakewood location because they couldnt figure out how to disable my noise cancelling mic! This caused a loud humming to emit from the subwoofer. When I called the Lakewood location, the manager Tino told me that it would be 2 weeks before he could get me in, and that I wouldnt be able to wait while they fixed the car, and that I could wait on the corner on Colfax if I wanted to! They also told me that they would have to disable my blue tooth in order to fix the sound! I called Car Toys, and I was able to bring my car in two days after talking to them. They disabled the mic in under an hour, and they didnt have to disable my Bluetooth either! Heed my advice and dont take your car to Quality Auto Sound! I feel as though they treated me especially horrible because I am a woman! They do not care if the work is done properly, and they definitely dont care about customer service!!

Just driving away after the new deck and amp install and the audio sounds amazing! Plus, with Apple car play I can finally see my gps on the dash during a phone call. This thing is already saving me time. Had a few hiccups with the install but these guys stuck with it until the end. Customer service was spot on. Lex is the man!

STAY AWAY: Shoddy installation, No RecourseAbout a year and a half ago, my 8 year old alarm stopped working well, so I brought my car into Quality Auto Sound and they installed a new Viper alarm with remote start + bypass module. I had to return 2 additional times for programming issues (they had forgotten the settings I requested and didnt account for the dome light dimming). All went well for about 9 months. Then, wires from near the gas pedal (under the dash) got loose and dropped in the way. I brought it back again and they tacked them up. At that time, some lights on the dash warning about various things would flicker, but they thought it was related to the loose wires.I then had more times where the dash lights were warning of all sorts of things and again brought the car back - 2 additional times - especially when the speedometer stopped working properly. I even left the car with them for a whole day/overnight to re-investigate and check all the wiring. Nothing could be found so they told me to take it to the dealer.I took it to the dealer when even more of the dash warning lights were on: the dealer unplugged the alarm power and everything worked again. The dealer said the wiring from the alarm was not done well and it was interfering with the cars instrumentation.After paying the alarm install fee from Quality Auto Sound + bypass module, and then the dealer diagnostic fee, this was getting to be quite expensive.I then brought my car to a new alarm installer who showed me the poor wiring, and removed the entire system as it was not installed properly.I then called Quality Auto Sound and explained that I had completed everything they asked of me, and had the alarm in the box and would like to return it. I followed the appropriate steps. I then was told to speak to Mino, the regional manager. I explained the situation. He said he would have done the same thing and then in the same breath told me that I didnt give them an opportunity to fix the problem in the next. I explained how many times I had been back, and that I gave them the benefit of the doubt every time. I asked for my money back in exchange for returning the alarm. I even offered to take less than full back as I realize they had to cover some of their labor charges. He told me hed call me back by days end. That was over a week ago.** STAY AWAY: They seem nice enough in the store, but when it comes time to stand behind their installation, warranties, etc they dont deliver, and dont seem to have the installer knowledge needed to fix the problem. The installation was POOR per the dealer and second alarm installer (who has only 5 star reviews on Yelp). Even after 3 visits for the same issue, hours and days wasted, they couldnt resolve is. Regional manager did not keep his promise to call back. Not willing to work with their customers when things dont go well.

The sound in my car stopped working for no apparent reason. I was told by this store that it was the speakers and they charged me over $500 to replace them. It still does not work! They are now saying “it might be the stereo”, but refuse to put my old speakers back and use the money I paid for their mistake and fix the correct problem. They “diagnosed” it incorrectly and just took my money and did not fix the real problem. Then the employee that was “helping” me was nasty and verbally abusive when I expected them to fix their own mistake. I asked them to return the unnecessary speakers and they refused and expected yet more money to maybe fix the problem, with still no guarantee that it would actually work. Feels like a con to make you spend as much money as possible.

Got a new Jeep Wrangler and the stock radio was garbage!! Went to Lex and Daniel to get myself a Christmas gift and they didn’t disappoint. Manager Daniel Stines was excellent to work with. I called the day before with my vehicle description and asked if they had a security system that would be compatible with my truck. He assured me that I would have several choices. I went early the next morning and picked out a security system with a remote start feature (Viper brand) which was installed within a half day. Daniel gave me tips for using the system and ensured that I was familiar with it and what it could do. Thanks Daniel and the crew for the excellent service.

More than a year ago, they installed a truly awesome sound system in my vintage vehicle - taking great care to maintain the integrity of my restoration work.During the COVID 19 lock-down, I had to jump the battery - and at first accidentally crossing the cables [note - a bonehead move on my part]. It is at this moment that I realized the thorough job they did to protect my system. They installed fused power lines to the sensitive equipment and those lines did their job [thats right - blowing the fuses].Once the COVID 19 lockdown was over, I went in to get the car stereo up and running again. The team there quickly shared advice on what was needed to get everything up and running again.I highly recommend Quality Auto Sound and this team. Great service and help. They were able to fix my stereo issue within a few hours as opposed to the several months the dealership had quoted. Came in for an alarm installation quote. Ill start off by saying that I am glad I stopped in this location as the location on Chambers doesnt deserve to even be open.But this location, great service, fairly knowledgeable and was interested in what I needed done. I havent bought anything yet as Im still gathering quotes but rest assured, high on the list. Thanks guys.

I am so excited about my remote start, and couldnt have picked a better place to get it installed! Johnny seriously hooked me up, was able to fit me in to a busy day, and was so helpful/patient in answering all of my questions!! I went to Quality Auto Sounds a few months back and ever since I have truly been enjoying listening to music in my car. Thus I have to admit this review has been long over due. There are many positive things I can comment about. First off let me begin by recognizing the staff for being friendly yet professional. In addition unlike several other places I went to such as best buy and car toys they had more in depth knowledge about speakers, sub-woofers, and other car accessories. All-in-all I truly am fond of the job they did and for anyone that is interested in the services Quality Auto Sounds offers I would highly recommend it.

Wanted to get just a little extra bass in my 2017 Honda Civic so I went here. AJ helped me out and he was awesome! I told him what I was looking for and my budget. Not only did he stay within my budget he got me the best system I could afford! He made the whole experience smooth and easy! I’ll definitely be back for an alarm and auto start.
