Marcus was extremely helpful when in a money and time crunch to get a vehicle. he even stayed later to make sure we could get me into a vehicle. highly recommend. a little hard to find but he was willing to come out and meet us and tell us where we needed to go.

We were referred to Big Jons when we found ourselves in need of a good under $5K car for our son and fiance. At first we were concerned about the rather sketchy looking location, but quickly found out they pass the savings of not having a fancy dealership to the buyers with really great prices! Jon and Jordan were great to work with and quickly had us zeroed in on a nice low-mileage van (only 63K miles!) that perfectly met our price and needs. They were also very low-pressure and open to us taking the car on an extended test drive and sharing the vehicle carfax history. The real test came only two days after the purchase, however, when the car exhibited overheating. Jon didnt hesitate to tow the car back to his mechanic and fix the issue at his expense and our son was back on the road the next day. I bought a Chevy Silverado 2010 truck from here from Jordan, nice guy even offered me and my family food as they were having a BBQ when I went to go check out the truck, I ended up buying it at a good price but it was leaking a lot of oil after the first or second week but I contacted Jordan and he paid half of the cost to repair it with a mechanic he knew and gave us a temporary vehicle in the meantime so that was nice as well but the leak came back after a few weeks. So just make sure to take the vehicle to a mechanic that you trust to get it checked out before you buy it since the vehicles do sit there for a while without being moved much. Besides that good dealership and nice and friendly staff.

I barely write reviews but I feel like this one it worth my time. Bought a car from Big Jons last month. I was super nervous about it. I feel like most dealerships will try to reap you off, especially if you are buying a used car. It was my first time buying a car without the help of my parents. Jordan was super nice from the minute I walked in and nicely told me all the good and bad things about the cars I was interested in. He was super honest in telling me the risks of buying a used car and how they do their best to fix everything they see wrong before they sell it. He was super transparent. I ended up with a Cherokee. Absolutely LOVE it. The car drives so awesome. We just had a snow storm in Denver and I am super thankful for this car and for Big Jons Auto for respecting my time and money.

This place is the greatest! I was looking for a manual drive auto for my daughter and found a good priced 2016 Chevy Spark online. When I came with my daughter and her friend for a test drive, Jordan was ever so nice and easy going, gave us a dealer plate and let us go take the car for a spin. The car ran great and we were in love, we went home to think about the other cars we drove and which one was the best. The next day we told Jordan his car was the best, but being an AS IS sale I asked if I could take it to my mechanic to check it out - Jordan said sure take it and see what they say. My mechanics checked it out from front to back and said it had no issues!!!! We were elated and told Jordan to hold the car as we were calling the bank to get the loan, it took a couple days and Jordan held the car for us, no problem. We got the loan and came back to get the car and the purchase papers took 10 minutes to finish and we were back on the road with our newly found love-car. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone who is looking for a great car at a great price and who wants to be treated so right! This place is the REAL DEAL and even better he does not charge a dealer fee!! How cool is that? I say with all honesty that you cannot go wrong coming here for a car.

DO NOT BUY A TRUCK HERE ESPECIALLY A DIESEL!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED!I spent 18k on a truck here. Then 800 miles later 5500$ worth of work needed done. They won’t even mail my paperwork to me. “As is” means they tested the battery and if it drives that’s literally their inspection. Then they steam clean the bay an say “it’s an amazing truck”. I’m getting a lawyer. They hid all these problems from me. After the sale Marcus gets weird. Probably because he’s selling lemons.AGAIN YOUVE BEEN WARNED! GO ELSEWHERE! I am so pleased with our experience. They drove all the way from Denver to Wyoming for my husband and I see the car we were interested in. The car was great for the price and we could tell it was very well sanitized and super clean. We had zero physical contact (which I confess I didnt really understand how it would work until they got here). Super nice people and absolutely no pressure at all. Update on 2006 altima. We bought from big Jons and had our mechanic look it over and found a few issues needing immediate attention. These people are so awesome they offered to pay for there mechanic to fix the issues or refund us the full amount. We are so impressed with big Jons. We have decided to return the car, but because of how fair they treated us we will still be spending our money with them and buying something else

Im currently writing this from the side of the street waiting for a tow in the cold. To say the least, Im OVERALL DISSATISFIED! Everyone is nice and willing to do what they can to help but its all too shady. IM They told me that there cars all came from a different company where their customer did regular maintenance. I was very excited to get car that was good quality, low priced, and reliable. They are one of these things. CHEAP! After a few months the car already broke down and it was downhill from there. They were glad to repair it but when I went to pick up my car and drive it off the lot my car IMMEDIATELY started leaking gas all over the street. My car still doesnt run as it should and more and more stuff continues to break down. When confronted I was told wear and tear is normal, but the major repairs my car needs are NOT normal wear years for normal commute and regular maintenance. Compared to the hunk a junk car I bought form the impound and kept for YEARS this place is a joke. And when confronted,J WAS mean and accusatory, like I had something to do with the car breaking down instead of his company selling a LEMON car. If you buy from here, which I hope you choose not to, DO NOT have high expectations. Good customer service doesnt go far if your product is faulty.

Bought a car few months ago for my daughter and was a wonderful experience. Jordan was pretty transparent about everything. Buying a used car is a gamble. There is no way to know if it is going to have a problem tomorrow, next month or in few months. We are extremely satisfied with everything. I was working in Pueblo and my truck went down. I desperately needed another one on the fly, so I didnt lose any work time. I saw a 2004 F250 online in Denver and it looked pretty clean. I called Jon about the vehicle and he was cool enough to negotiate an out the door price over the phone. He also stayed open for an hour extra, so I had time to get cash and drive to Denver. The truck was a 9/10 on the interior and a 7/10 on the exterior. I was a bit worried because of the high miles, but I bought the truck anyway. It drove perfectly to Pueblo and my mechanic looked it over and said that I got a great deal. Everything on the vehicle worked great - cruise, all lights/signals, power windows/doors. So far, super happy with the truck.

I found these guys on CarGurus doing an auto search. I went there looking for a specific vehicle, but when I got there it was in the shop. Jordan apologized and proceeded to show me other cars that he had for sale that he thought would be a good fit in my price range. No pressure, very friendly and very down to earth about the sales process. I had other options to look at that day, so I kept in mind and asked if they could get the car I was interested back the next day knowing it was in for some work. I came back the next day to show my daughter both options. We decided on the original vehicle Jordan suggested. Stopped by on a Saturday to test drive a car was informed it would be a wait as the car was out decided to wait due to receiving good customer service. I liked the vehicle so we applied for financing was informed I would receive a call on Monday to let me, waiting until an hour before close before calling and was told I would receive a call Tuesday morning waited until 1pm before calling them and no response and never received a phone call from them. So ran the inquiry for nothing because of their lack of respect I was unable to make plans to drive an hour south to pick up the vehicle or at the least they called call and say financing did not go through for whatever reason.

Great place. Big Jon was honest and straightforward. We drove 7 hours from Albuquerque and he was willing to meet us on a Sunday with the mechanic to inspect the car. He let us test drive and inspect the car to our liking. Felt comfortable and satisfied with the people and service. Excited to enjoy our new Lexus.

I just bought a 2006 nissan Altima from Big Jons auto and so far Im very pleased. As this is my first time buying a car I needed something reliable because I have a baby on the way. I dont know much of what to look for so I had some mechanically inclined family come help with the test drive and look over. There was a couple dents and some cracked taillights, they were willing to still have the dents repaired and the taillights replaced after I bought the car. Don’t buy for them ever! I bought a vehicle and after a few weeks it started leaking oil. Come to find out the oil cooler, gaskets from the transmission, and oil pan leaking oil. Called them and they said take it to other mechanics they could not help
