Id declined one of the cars they showed me due to payments being too much and unfortunately left without a car that day. A few days later I got a call from Nick saying he had new inventory and wanted to show me what he had. I got a better deal than before and he worked with me and made me feel very confident in financing my new car!!

Everything was going really well. Nick the salesman stated to me that as long as I show him my car insurance card I would be able to drive home with my new car. So I was signing the paperwork and the lead lady who was training a new employee told me Im unable to the car of lot until I showed my insurance. We were having a difference of opinion. I stated that I had full coverage so any car I drove Im 100% covered. This went on for 30 to 40 minutes. So I finished signing my paperwork. She tells me to hold on 1 more time she then tells me I can take the car off the lot.

I recently had my car serviced for an oil change. During the oil change the mechanics found that the Timing needed to be fixed yet I HAD taken an offer for work to be at a different location up in Cheyenne! I had no other way of transportation there or get to and from my hotel when up there! Josh the Shop Manager was amazing and offer me a loaner vehicle til I come back and for them to be able to receive the parts in that time for my car! They truly moved mountains to help me out! I greatly appreciate this!

This is my second car that I have financed with them. Nick was great. But 3 weeks after getting this new car the check engine light came on I called the service center they said that it will be 3 weeks before I can get anything done. I was put on hold then hung up on. Called again got Josh (the GM) he was very rude and when I was concerning my frustrations about having to wait he started laughing and said well Thais is the best I can do. After this car is paid off I will not be coming back. Yes and lets not forget that you all were rude first. And I wasnt cussing at yall I was cussing about the situation. Because this is messed up. Its not fault my your cars are being sold with problems. And I recorded the whole conversation both time and not once did I cuss you guys out.

I recommend researching byrider history before you buy. I had bought a car through this outfit some years ago and had zero issues with the car or the contract. They had approved me a few weeks ago but the car I was interested in was a tad too rich for my blood. I had shopped the market out some and was quite bummed at what I found out there in the cold, cruel world. So, when I showed up this morning the gracious folks threw a VERY nice 12 Hyundai Elantra at me. A good deal and 3 yr warranty to boot. I am SET. Thanks Byrider for coming through on a deal I was hoping for. You folks ROCK.

With my experience here I would not recommend going to JD by rider I came here with all my stuff all my paperwork down payment everything I needed I came at 6:40 PM they close at seven most places would help you out even if they had to stay late to get you in a car not this place they will kick you out at seven went to gojo autos The next day they close at six they stayed till 730 to make sure I got in a car they will go above and beyond to help you out I do not recommend JD by rider cars I do recommend gojo autos. If I could give them a half a star or a quarter star I would but it’s not an option.

If I could give less than one star I would. I was told online I was pre approved, took a ding to my credit as a hard inquiry. I had my down payment and trade. Drove all the way down there to be told because of my job sorry, we cant finance you. I clearly stated my occupation in the online app. In my opinion this place is a scam and they will lie to get you in there. Complete waste of my time and what a lie.

Theres been alot of issues with my car multiple times. And they have continued to fix all of them. They are good mechanics and have been helpful. Thanks again.

Out of all my reviews this one is one that really doesnt deserve any stars the way I was treated in that building was I guess I could say a good thing I wasnt able to make a mistake and do business with a shady dealer I walked in there with my Ada and theyre asking me if she can sniff out drugs thought it was funny at the time but come to think of it no maybe they were burnt out thats why they didnt have time for my questions Im not a hard up desperate person that well just go ahead and sign away to anything they want to put on paper they tell you one thing and when you question them they get all riled up and when they sneak numbers in your contract and you bring it to their attention they tell you theyre not going to do business with you and revoke your approved application I think that was the best thing people I understand it theres mistakes you may have made in your credits not that good but please spare yourself look at the Better Business Bureau theyre on there and they dont got an A rating theyre lying and conniving and their Facebook post nothing true about that believe me I dont say this because I wasnt approved I was approved but when you see Shady stuff on they will throw you out @7onyourside

If I could give them a negative star review, I would. There are no real mechanics at this place of business. They have more cars in their service department than they do on their lots. This place is a JOKE!! 😂😂THET DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DIAGNOSE ANYTHING.They let me drive off their lot with bad bearings, I could have lost a wheel at anytime. Had to take it to another mechanic to be properly diagnosed....a Joke.

The gal at the desk (I wish I had asked her name) was super friendly, as was the gentleman Bobby who first took my information (he was also very cute). This place holds no integrity. They said on March 8th 2021 possessions could be picked up by Mar 11 2021. Instead they chose to throw away shoes clothes etc..without any regard to what struggle/circumstances could have been impacted by covid19. I worked with Darryl. He was most helpful, very pleasant, and very professional. I met Bobby, the service manager, and he assured me that I would get the service that I needed for my vehicle. I spent approximately 3.5 hours there. Im very satisfied a happy with my car.Update: now that Ive had the car for awhile, Ive taken it for servicing and have been very satisfied with the service that Ive received. Bobby, the service manager, is very helpful and makes sure everything is done right.New update: Not only has the service department resolved a sensor issue that took several visits to pin down but, today, 7/21/21, Josh got me in as they were closing for emergency service and replaced my battery. Byrider continues to do right by me and I greatly appreciate them.

This is the worst place to buy a car. Will never go back to this place. Staff is rude. Ive taken my car in for service many times never realize that the part that were going into my vehicle were used. I was informed by another service were i was taking my vehicle and i said to jd byrider do you know that all the parts that are going into your vehicle are used.

Nick is a respectable salesman and is willing to work for you, and really care for his buyers.

The general manager Josh Flaminio thinks acceptable to not pay a mother her last week’s paycheck from working in the sales department. He thinks it’s acceptable to pay her $0 for a full week of work. The sales guys are wonderful but Josh won’t let them sell you a car unless you have a minimum of $500-$1000 down or good credit. So, don’t believe the corporate’s advertising of $199 down, because Josh terminated that. Josh won’t treat you, or anyone else fairly. So beware.

Vehicle is nice, so far (just purchased it yesterday), but, the price is FAR above retail book value by at least $3,000.The transaction was painless and I was only there about 90 minutes total. Then again, I came prepared. Nick was nice.
