Used to prefer going here, because of the prepaid oil service. Never the fastest but didnt have issues. Till today pre-scheduled the oil change for noon. Get there and told it will be 2.5 hours. Not great but already here so what ever. At 4:00 PM I have to go out and ask if its done, to be told its just finishing. 4 hours for an oil change, I know my truck was on the lift at 1:30 because that is when I got the text on the inspection and recommended services. So how did it take another 2.5 hours while on the lift to complete the oil change.

LAST NISSAN I WILL EVER BUY. Traded in my 2018 Frontier for a 2021 Frontier on 9/14/2021. Still receiving late payment emails 10/26/2021 regarding the trade-in in which I was up-to-date as of 9/15/2021 (Nissan owes me for the extra payment, as well). Dealer claims the check went out 9/30/2021 but the batch was stolen. I will not pay a dime on a truck I have not had in my possession for over a month. Willing to bet this will ding my credit due to their chicanery and shenanigans. UNACCEPTABLE.

Our sales rep, Steven, made our experience absolutely incredible. We at no point felt pressured. uncomfortable or uneasy. He moved at our pace and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. Then our finance rep was as equally incredible. Made the entire process easy and painless. Engaged in great conversation and made us feel like we have known him forever. He was great!

Idk. It seems anytime i have an issue or a problem there is little to no communication or knowledge. The sales person was great. Attentive and responsive. Moving forward after the car was purchased- they had a system issue and they were unable to pull up my information. They replaced my batter at no charge after almost a week to two weeks of my calling for an update everyday when met with “no updates” as to what could be done or what the issue is. I now am trying to get my title information- this is the second time I’ve had to renew my paper plates. The dmv said they have yet to receive my title information- which the dealership is suppose to provide to them- called the 311 number and that wasn’t in their system either. I called the dealership and was hung up on. After calling back 5x after being hung up on- I finally reached a person who told me she didn’t handle this and they would call me back. My guess is I won’t get a call back for over a week. Buying the car- team is great. Any sort of issues questions or concerns after that- seems like you’re on your own. Very disappointed. All smoke and mirrors during the buying process.

In March I bought it 2019 Nissan Titan from Larry H Miller at 104th. I had a number of issues with the vehicle that were eventually resolved.On September 21st, 2021-was driving at a speed of 15 mph when I heard a pop come from the front right wheel. As I went to pull over, the wheel fell off of the truck, and forced the truck to crash into the ground. The lag bolts had sheared off of the wheel, snapped clean in half.I was represented a seemingly new, safe vehicle. A 2019 Nissan Titan have a wheel that just falls off. Ive tried and tried and tried to get in touch with the dealership, no one is taking responsibility for either selling me this vehicle and poor condition or improperly servicing it causing the bolts to snap clean off.I dont know what the reason is, but anybody that is owned a truck for 6 months that they bought from a dealership shouldnt have to deal with this. Its a 2019 Nissan titan. I really need somebody to help me and give me answers.

Made a 7:30 an appt to have oil changed and have a sensor light turned off. Dropped car off the night before. Called Nissan at 2 pm the day of service and they had NOT EVEN STARTED WORKING ON CAR. They were hoping to get it done by the end of the day.It takes Jiffy Lube 15 minutes!!! I specifically told the tech when I dropped off my car I needed it ASAP!Worst garage ever!!

Becoming a recent widow, this is the first time I experienced my car not starting. I didnt know what to do. I called LM Nissan Service department almost in a panic, the first thing they asked me was, do you have an appointment? No, I said, well we are full until Nov. 4th. Then I panicked, I didnt have an appointment for my car to not start all of a sudden! I called back a second time, again they asked if I have an appointment, I explained my experience and asked what do I do? Call your insurance company. Of course, so I called my insurance and they explained how it all worked and approved a tow for me. I called back again, I told them Im having my car towed and they said, well well have to work it in between appointments. That left me feeling, Im going to be without a car until after Nov. 4th. I hung up and proceeded to go through the process of getting a tow and frustrated. So, once I got my car towed, this is when my experience went from poor to excellent. I spoke with Michael Derner and he was absolutely amazing!!! He was very reassuring and explained what was next. He was a pleasure to work with and I had my car by Saturday noon, 2 days. He even arranged a ride for me to come get it, he answered my questions kindly, professionally and thoroughly and please let him know how much I appreciated his customer service. My car starts now and I asked while it was in if they could do a maintenance check according to the mileage, which he gladly had done, changed oil and filter, rotated tires and I have a new battery.

We have come to this dealership for years before Larry Miller bought it. Brought in my Pathfinder to get serviced. Had to wait 3 weeks to get it in because they needed to order parts. But guess what, yup they never ordered it and even did not do the oil change we asked for. Just had us pick up the car and they will let us know when they get the part. Place was filthy also. So sad how down hill it has gone.And over a month later, no call from service to get my recall fixed when they said they would get the part and get us in.......

We just bought a new Pathfinder and the whole experience was amazing. Our sales guys Steven and Joe made us feel comfortable and confident in our purchase. They never pressured us into a vehicle and they really listened to our needs and wants, to help us find the right fit.The finance person was so friendly and personable, especially with our three year old daughter. She really made sure to include our daughter and make her feel part of the process. Not many people will do that.The detailing crew that worked on the car before we drove off the lot have a great eye for detail and did an awesome job. This is the third car we have bought from a dealership and this has by far been the best experience.

I LOVE Yvonne in the service center - talk about customer service. I had my vehicle in and having issues with the navigation system. I told her I had an outside warranty when I bought the car to cover electronics. I couldnt find the information. She called EchoPark where I purchased the car and they gave her the warranty phone number to call. She called them and asked if what I needed was covered and it was and saved me $$! I did not ask her to do this. She just did it on her own. I was thrilled she did and that is going above and beyond. KUDOS to Yvonne.

The Larry Miller team not only gave me options in what I was looking for but also got me the possible deal for the circumstances I was in. I never usually use a dealership to fix my car as the prices are typically way higher than other mechanic shops. With that being said, I brought in my 2018 Nissan Kicks to be fixed under warranty. Yvonne answered both of my phone calls and helped me through the whole process. Everyone, especially Yvonne, was extremely helpful and kind. She made an exception for me and got me a Lyft to and from work even though their limit is 10 miles (my work was 12 miles). I love their system that messages me with their check and suggested fixes with quoted prices and allows me to accept or decline work. They ordered the parts, so I still have to go back in, but when I went to pick up my car, Yvonne and her crew washed my car and got it ready for me. Yvonne even turned on my AC as it was hot inside. She definitely went above and beyond and made the process painless!

We bought a Pathfinder a year ago, and it was a great decision. Joe was excellent and patient with my wife, and Steve helped get us everything we wanted. Great group to work with. We were looking at a GMC Arcadia, but decided on the Nissan. Turned out to be a solid SUV. We took a 16 hour drive up North, and it was comfortable for me to drive and the kids were comfy in the back.

I am sick to my stomach about my experience with this dealership. I was in need of a car and had some pressure to purchase one. During the dealings with this organization I felt uncomfortable and that I was being ripped off, but when the financing papers came I saw the extent of the damage. I will pay 7K more than the car is worth (before interest). I take full responsibility for choosing to work with these crooks. But wow, what a rip off. Please, if you are smart, go somewhere else!!

I took my car in for a recall issue they gave me a list of things I needed to fix that was well over $3,000 I initially asked for them to look at an issue I was having with the gear shift they neglected that but found a hundred other things that was wrong and my car is worse than it was when I took it in for just a recall issue. Now I have issues with my battery and the gear shift is worse than it was when I took it in.

The dealership had sent me a coupon for a free oil change. I scheduled an appointment on their website and arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment. When the Service Consultant saw that I had a free oil change he said it could be a couple hours. I indicated that I had scheduled an appointment and he said he would see what he could do. 3 hours later I emerged with a FREE oil change. I would never spend money with them and would not recommend.

I purchased a LEAF from another dealership and was given an extra key fob that didnt work. When I took it in to have it programmed, Jeremy and Simon in the service department double checked that the fobs werent after-market (they were) and while doing so put the batteries back in the correct orientation. When the car went back to the tech, they noticed that both fobs were functional. They didnt charge me a dime for wasting their time and even plugged in my car for me while I was on my way back! Honest, courteous, and friendly. GREAT SERVICE!

I purchased a Nissan 370Z at this dealership I was offered extended warranties and had already signed all the paper work the next day of my purchase the car started making noise from the rear I made an appointment to get it serviced I walked in they said I was covered and that if it’s not diagnosed they would rent me a car as the warranty stated. I never got a call back till I called at the end of the day . They said my warranty needed to get approved which I didn’t understand if the contract said the effective date started the day I purchased the car so I got left with no car and I left it with them for two whole days with no progress just to be told by the sales manager that they should have never should have offered me those extended warranties that if they did they will have to increase the price overall on the car simply because it has a mortified suspension I really thought I had coverage I guess I can’t trust them because they always change it on me . At the end they made me only keep the power train warranty and cancel the other ones they said it was there mistake. Well next time please don’t give me promises and can’t even keep one thanks

Julian was great, he started on my recall notice as soon as my car was checked in. While my car was there, they sent me a text notice about my brake fluid, trans fluid, and a couple other things they had found. I figured why not get them done, the car is already at a Nissan dealer. Surprisingly, the cost was very fair, and they had it all done well before closing time. Im very pleased with Julian and his service team!

So I brought my rouge to get my A/C fixed they called me at 5:30 and said my car will be outside well they didn’t leave the keys I had to spend money on a Lyft to get there then I had to take another Lyft to get home cus they said there is no way to get my keys to me! So they said you have to come back at 7:00 am if I want my car so in total I spent 45$ on a Lyft and I still have to pay 150$ for an estimate! I am never going to bring my rouge back here!! So Unprofessional!! I never had a problem here for the 4 years I get my oil changed until I didn’t want to buy there tires that where 900$ when I am able to get the same ones for 486$ so if you want to get ripped off Larry H Miller service is the place to go!

I was an anxious/upset customer - totally frustrated at the fact that my windshield cracked out of nowhere when it was parked in my driveway. No apparent source of impact, car not even a year old, but they discovered it was due to stress imposed on other areas of the windshield. Our servicer, Jeremy, was very kind from beginning to end. Poor man had to deal with hormonal woman customer from hell (me) hahaha. But he excelled in professionalism and benevolence. He was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to prevent this from happening again, and Nissan agreed to cover my damaged windshield. Despite me being initially aggravated at the fact that I was anxiously playing the waiting game, they provided me with answers to all my questions in a timely manner. 10/10 would praise the customer service, even though I know I wasn’t the greatest customer to deal with.

This is by far, one of the best dealerships out there for Nissan in the Colorado state area. The lease they handled for me this Fall was positively first class. All of my signed documents were on a flash drive for me to take along, with their name engraved on it. After the sale, I was introduced to the Sales Department and the Service Group. I recently had a problem in Service, but called to speak to one of the Managers about it and he was positively exceptional! I wish I remembered his name. But first I went to Larry H. Miller Centennial, then Larry H. Miller, Highlands Ranch and this by far, 104th Street, is THE BEST LARRY H. MILLER dealership to go to in Denver for purchase or lease of a new vehicle. The others didnt even come lose to the expert professionalism and attention being shown to the customer. Highlands Ranch completely lost the deal we almost closed on because of their lack of attention to detail. Not this place! They provided me with the exact car I was looking for.

The technician was very professional. He did an outstanding job of diagnosing the problems with my car. He then labeled the different problems as critical or routine and gave me a detailed description of the solutions to each problem. I then had the option to choose each repair or not. Cost estimates were included for each solution. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

Our sales agent, Michael Cooley, was wonderful to work with! Even though we live in another state, he did everything in a professional manner. He sent us pictures of the car, did a test drive while filming, and even picked me up at the Denver airport and brought us to the dealership. Was a relatively smooth transaction to do the paperwork, but was able to drive back to Montana the same day with our 2018 Nissan Maxima Platinum Edition. Great car!

Ive been going to Larry H. Miller Nissan to service my 2015 Murano for the last two years. Customer service is always great and Ive never felt pressured to purchase services that I dont need. I just had a large service done for regular maintenance and Simon did a great job with walking me through each service and explaining the cost and why its being recommended. He also offered a free Lyft home and back while they worked on my vehicle. Recommendations were all in line with the Nissan service manual. I will continue to take my Nissan here as long as I am living within reasonable driving distance.

I can truly admit, this is best Nissan dealership Ive ever isited. Jeremy my service advisor is the absolutely best. Always curious and on top of everything. . Hes done so much and kept me well informed on all the stuff going on with my truck. And trust me theres been alot gone on with my truck. I was satisfied with the overall deal, and my research helped me secure a better deal than what was first presented to me. I did not appreciate having to sign all the paperwork and having to wait an extra hour because the printer was not working properly. Also, this was the first time that I bought a vehicle that did not come with a full tank of gas. It was less than half full.

Went here after being told by AutoZone that they could not help us change a break light. Yevon, Joe and Jeremy were beyond helpful and very friendly. They struggled with the light but knew exactly what they needed to do to access it. They did not only provide great customer service and didnt charge me but if I need anything else I will definitely be coming back. Thank you guys!!!!!!
