Total Floors is amazing and Amber Dozier, our contact and point person for carpet selection, was incredibly helpful - she helped us price out different options as well as narrow down our color and pile selection. The entire process was actually quite fun - looking at the different options and samples, of which we were able to take home to view in different lighting to see exactly which color and pile we wanted. She also kept me up to date on which carpets were readily available and which were special order. The carpet installer that she referred us to - AG Interiors - Alex Aguilar - was AMAZING!! My carpet is absolutely stunning and they did such a wonderful job - they were on time, super clean, as carpet installation goes, really quite quiet. They cleared away all the old carpet, moved furniture around, got all the carpeting installed, and cleaned everything up - spotless!! I could not be more thrilled with the end result and would - hands down - recommend Total Floors and AG Interiors!!

The team is so sweet and extremely helpful & fast at responding to all my questions, which made ordering my items easy. I needed new floors in a basement farmhouse I just bought and didnt even know where to start and felt overwhelmed with doing it myself. Total Floors is a great solution for anyone hoping to save on interior finishes. Buyers need to understand that they are paying in advance for materials and that there are no refunds, but the prices cannot be beat. Horrible experience trying to get pricing on tiles and flooring. I spent 45+ minutes with Stacey picking out tile for my bathroom and floor transitions. She was supposed to email me pricing so I could make some decisions but she has ghosted me. Ive emailed twice now-- no response. What a waste of my time and hers for that matter. If you can avoid this place, I would suggest you do so-- there are a ton of floor and tile places in the same area-- Im sure they answer their emails.

Tonya is very helpful in the process of picking up the right tiles for my bathroom remodel. She is very professional and personable at the same time. Very patient, but also knowledgeable pointing me to the right direction so I feel the whole process was smooth and efficient.

Never again. Zac Steerman was very rude, made numerous excuses for delays and was very difficult to communicate with. We love the SHAWS flooring we got, just would never recommend going through Total floors to get it.

Why take your Clients ALL OVER TOWN, when you can provide them with a one stop shop. AND their customer service is top notch.

Total Floors has the absolute best customer service and access to such a wide range of flooring products. I had a custom rug made recently for a client. We received samples right away, and once the order was placed, it was a fairly quick production time. It turned out beautiful! Thanks to Amanda for helping to coordinate the rug binder and delivery.

Im an interior designer and I shop at Total Floors because they have the largest flooring selection in town. They also have an amazing knowledgeable staff. I have been working with Renee for many years know and I call her for all my hardwood, carpet, and flooring needs.

Actually more like a 3.5. Marked down because they told us the wood was in and we drove all the way across town for them to tell us no it’s not in. No fault of total floors but it took about three months to get the wood in due to manufacturer.

Complete ripoff... the designer suggested wood flooring that was completely wrong for our condo with concrete base, even after coming into the condo and seeing it. The flooring was very expensive, and completely buckled after placement. We are now going to replace the flooring with very nice bamboo flooring at a third the cost (obviously with a different and much better business). Weve had to eat the original expenses since Total Floors will not give us any credit for their mistake- they are a wholesale company..... We also are not completely sure that the carpet is the same as what we ordered onsite... the colors seem very different

They were a fun group of guys, and earned every penny.Today I have contacted Tonya again to get some hardwood flooring installed. I have no doubt the process will be just as smooth as the first. I have no complaints on this company or their 3rd party contractor.

I worked with Tonya and after a quick needs analysis she was able to narrow down our hardwood selection. My consultation lasted thirty minutes and because Tonya is so knowledgeable we were able to exceed our expectations in quality and design.I highly recommend Total Floors and will be going back to finish our bathrooms. I have been in the design and contracting business for over 40 years and this is the best place I have ever been involved with when it comes to customer service, knowledge of product and pricing.

At first I was very pleased w/ Total Floors; I was dealing with the owner & he was excellent. I cant say that about the rest of the staff who acted like I was intruding with my questions. I also discovered things in the fine print which were not verbally mentioned: 1) they bill extra for credit card use; 2) they add a $20 administration fee just for placing an order; 3) carpet has to be picked up @ a warehouse w/ prohibitive hours in Commerce City; this added to my install fee. Had I known all this when I placed the order I would have gone with another merchant. Im now using Carpet Contractors in Lakewood, They are actually less expensive than Total Floors for same product when you consider the extra fees Total Floors charges. Carpet is picked up @ their store, not @ a warehouse whose hours make pick up prohibitive.Marita Kerby Able Body Massage Therapy

My husband and I recently redid an addition on our house. We shopped around for flooring and picked what we wanted from another vendor. Our architect suggested we go through Total Floors instead. Unfortunately, we took her recommendation. Jim at Total Floors worked with me to place the order I needed. However, the flooring was delivered and one box was damaged. Total Floors told us to use this as end pieces! Then we found out they misordered some trim and a reducer. When the issue was discovered, the floor installers were at our house in the middle of installation. Our contractor worked with the floor installer on a workaround because Total Floors were unsure if they could get the trim/reducer we needed and if they could/when. Kaejauny at Total Floors then contacted my contractor to say she could get the pieces and ordered them. At this point, my contractor advised me that we no longer needed the reducer. I called Kaejauny then followed up in e-mail stating that due to their error, we no longer needed the reducer. She told me it was not a problem that I would be issued a credit for the reducer. Its now been weeks fighting with Chris at Total Floors to try and get my refund, which I still dont have. First, he was unresponsive, then he said he was researching this, then he said I wasnt due a refund because there was nothing to refund that this was a straight exchange. I would not recommend Total Floors. Pay a little more and go to a more reputable, customer-oriented business! The old saying is true - you get what you pay for. These people dont appear to know what is going on and more importantly, they dont seem to care!

I would give them zero stars if that was possible. I ordered cabinets from them that were damaged with holes in the cabinet doors and facing. When I tried to get them to replace the damaged pieces I was told that it was distressed and that was what I ordered.Someone needs to educate them in the difference between distress and damage!Horrible customer service

Terrible customer service. We had carpet damage due to the floods back in 2013. The person they sent out to reinstall the carpet pad cut the carpet seam and didnt bother to fix it. When I showed Susie, she told me to put a piece of furniture over it. I escalated the issue to their manager, Jim, who didnt think anything was wrong with her response. In addition, she left me a scathing voicemail telling me what a good Christian she was. Im not sure how one has to do with the other. There are hundreds of flooring places around Denver, do yourself a favor and find one that understands customer service and values the money youve paid to have something done correctly.
