Everyone at this location is absolutely amazing! They are all very friendly, attentive and overall just made me feel like I picked the right place to give my business to. I will definitely be back in and recommend this location . Many business could definitely use more people like the ones at this location. They answered all our questions and explained anything we needed to know and made sure we got all our questions and concerns answered. They all work together and communicate getting us in and out in fast.

I had a good experience here. There were some cars waiting in line but surprisingly things moved quickly. I had a great technician (Yesenia I think) recommend an engine flush after seeing gunk build up in the oil cap and pan. Made sense because my truck is over 100k miles and Im just recently the second owner. Price was reasonable considering its a truck. Appreciated that I was shown all the fluid levels and cap securement. Another huge plus is that they did NOT over inflate my tires, which happens frequently for some reason. They all seem to like their job. Ill go there again.

It seemed to be fairly busy shop but one the quickest oil changes in memory - 15 minutes from pull in to drive out. Appreciate them showing all the caps in place under the hood as well as the oil level after they were done. Kind of goofy being directed by the technician to peruse their website while I waited in the lobby for a coupon. I did easily find a $12 off coupon I showed on my phone at checkout so I guess I got paid $12 to look at their website. Even with coupon, prices still seemed pretty steep but if I can count on the quick service again, Ill be back.

I had a horrible experience I was told they didnt have my filter and if I wanted to wait I said Id come back. Then they told me if I went to pick up the filter from Auto Zone Id get a discount and would get it done. I went to Auto Zone stood in line then the cashier said it was just delivered. I got back the guy said they are now short staffed someone went on break. Then they came in and said it was the wrong filter so they had to order another one. The only good thing is they honored groupon. However no discount for all the other mishaps. Very disappointed with this experience!!!

I just found out the Lube place I had been going to closed. I was in need of a refill of wiper fluid so I stopped by this place and they filled for me. The guy was very nice that I spoke with and filled it for me. I will go back for my oil change!

I had the brake pads on my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe changed on May 10, 2021. Ive had nothing but problems since. After they worked on my car, a piece of a brake pad broke off and ruined the rotor and the brake. Jiffy Lube replaced both, however they used the wrong brake pad, and my brakes seized and became extremely dangerous to drive. For one month I was without a car and it cost me a $200 tow, $1500 mechanic bill, and an immeasurable amount of stress. I found out from the dealership mechanic that Jiffy Lube had tampered with the caliper bolt and it was damaged to the point that it was about to fall out. In October, the same issue began again because the brake, rotor, and caliper were damaged. The Jiffy Lube manager admitted he and his crew didnt know what they were doing because it was a newer car and they didnt know how to do it properly but he told me they are using this as a learning experience. The corporate office was unwilling to negotiate compensation because they stated all of the blatant NEGLIGENCE & TAMPERING is covered by their contract, even though in the exclusions clause it very clearly states TAMPERING as a voidable action for their contract. Luckily, I am finally working with a lawyer to get this resolved, but wanted to warn anyone to think twice before taking their car to Jiffy Lube.

I work in the area so it was super convenient for me to drop my car off and walk to work. The guys were all very professional and kind. I love that they took the time to show me my oil level and they didn’t judge me for how past due I was on oil change. Will definitely return!

The guys here did fine enough work, the pricing was skewed though which is more a corporate thing. People seem willing to pay it however. The process of taking the brakes off allows the rotors to come off freely. There is no reason to charge 300 dollars for rotors on top of brakes. The rotors only cost 109 dollars, had I not been stranded in Denver with failing brakes and 200 miles from my shop I would not have paid it. I encourage people to buy the tools necessary and learn a valuable skill, YouTube will have a video that shows you step by step how to do it. For the price of labor you could acquire the tools to do it yourself for life, while also saving money. Start with doing an oil change, when you accomplish one thing your confidence factor will sky rocket! Y’all are capable individuals and times are to tight you can do it!

I came into Jiffy Lube in Central Park on Sunday afternoon and they got me in quickly, which was great. However, that is where the positives ended. When I arrived, the technician told me it would take about 10 minutes, which I thought sounded unrealistically quick. It took about 20 or so minutes to do my oil change, tire rotation and clean my windshield. No big deal there…Later that evening, while driving my Low Oil light came on. I checked my dip stick and there was very little oil on it. The next day, the low oil light came on again and I thought it may be a computer error since I JUST HAD THE OIL REPLACED!! The third day after the oil change, I took the car to a mechanic shop I trust. That mechanic checked my oil level and said that my engine was 3 QUARTS LOW on oil! This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional. The 4 technicians that serviced my car at Jiffy Lube had 1 job! That was to replace my oil and they didn’t do the job properly. Extremely disappointed with this service.

My Ford Fusion 2020 had only 35,000 and I realized that I was up sold higher priced synthetic oil which my car didn’t need. It definitely wasn’t the suggested oil for my vehicle at this mileage. Now that I know what oil is preferred. I won’t be returning and taking my business to Grease Monkey.. it’s sad because I really liked Jiffy Lube but this experience was bad.

I got my oil changed last week and knew I needed to have my brakes replaced. Instead of being smart and scheduling an appointment, I drove away and went about my business 🙃Fast forward to Monday morning. I showed up on a whim at 7:46am, not knowing they didnt open until 8. They were able to get me in right away and had everything done before 11am.They have such a friendly and fun team! I really like coming here as I feel like they genuinely care about what they do and are good at it.

These guys are literally the best, I rolled up and got help in less than a minute. They already knew who I was from my license plate and took great care of my car. If I could give you more than 5 stars I would. Mechanic was extremely nice!!

I enjoyed the shop banter, it seemed like a cool place to work that has fun. I chatted with a few about random truck stuff and overheard them scheduling training for other location noobs. Cool spot for a simple oil change and did great work.

Prices were good and I was in and out in less than an hour.

I needed my air conditioning in my car repaired, because it was not blowing cool air. When I tell you they fixed it superbly, and reasonably priced to fit my budget. Thanks to my son recommending me to come here! I will definitely be using this service for other car needs. Terrible service. Took it in for a simple oil change on a Saturday. I was told I had a oil leak and needed to run a full diagnosis. So I made an appointment with Carlos at 9am the next Monday. I dropped it off at 9am and returned at 4:30pm to pick it up to find they had just started working on it because I didn’t have an appointment. The technicians told me that I would also have to return the next day to determine the outcome and I still didn’t get my oil changed. Complete waist of time. Literally take your car somewhere else the staff doesn’t care and will take a “I don’t know what to tell him” approach to the lack of caring.

They were very busy and short-staffed, but were friendly and positive the entire time I was there. They explained everything that I needed and did not try to upsell me with services that I didnt necessarily need right now. I felt confident about the oil change and tire rotation, and they were very helpful the entire time.

Hidden prices, not wanting to tell you about deals and specials. Trying to sell you things you dont need. Very unfriendly staff.

Jose and colleagues were professional and courteous in servicing our cars. After having brakes replaced, I had some issues with brake fluid flow. Jose gladly took the car back to see what he could work on. The team spent almost 2 days diagnosing and evaluating, and ultimately fixed calipers without charging me. The team worked hard and honestly. We will be back.

I had my oil changed at this location during my lunch, as I was not near my usual Jiffy lube location. There were a few vehicles in front of me, but the team got me through quickly. My vehicle was cleaned, oil change light reset and tires inflated to proper pressure all around. Team was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I would recommend this location to anyone needing vehicle maintenance. Good job guys!

Just have to say that every staff member was incredibly polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I ended up waiting 4 hours for an oil change and having my brake pads replaced. The staff were polite and helpful, but Im never going to a Jiffy Lube location again.

I came here at 1:30 October 2ed and the two men that helped me said EVERYTHING WAS LEAKING and they would not change my oil. Said it would cost me over $3000 to fix it. I took my car home and tightened my filter (we just changed our oil while my husbands shoulder was dislocated) and now nothing is wrong... All I HAD TO DO WAS TIGHTEN THE FILTER. Hopefully this will help your machanices double check that Incase its the issue. After I tightened it my codes cleared and shes running smooth. But no thanks to yall. 👎👎👎👎

Came in without an appointment and was told my oil change would take about 40 minutes (to finish up the car ahead of me and then complete mine). I think I sat down in the lobby for a total of 15 minutes before my oil change was completed. I spoke with three different people from start to finish and all of them were incredibly friendly, helpful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. Would definitely recommend this location and these people! Great work guys, thanks so much!

This Jiffy Lube has great customer service and it didnt take as long as I thought.

Overall good service on the job needed to be done. Poor communication and explanation of services on the front end. It would be helpful for the check in person to explain the service in detail. It seemed that they were not able to explain services in detail due to lack of knowledge, or perhaps being new at the job. I had to ask to go over the bill in detail at the end to understand the charges. Did not feel transparent in general.

Folks working at this location were great! Sometimes it feels like I’m trying to be sold on all these additional items on top of my oil change and I did not have that experience at this location! There was no pressure to buy anything additional but the individuals assisting me provided me with quality information to be sure my car is well taken care of. They were genuine and honest.

Santos was amazing. Explained everything I needed to know and his customer service alone is enough to get me to come back. Then you have Jesse inside who was also very helpful, so overall they have great staff at this location. Definitely enjoyed the atmosphere and was in and out within 20 minutes for an oil change and they even cleaned ALL of my windows. That extra step made my day.

100% satisfied with their work! In and out in less then 15min that was for an oil/filter change plus they cleaned out my truck and gave me full service with the oil change. They even fixed my transmission slip! Only place I’ll come back too to do any kind of service for my truck!!

I really want to like this location as it is very close and convenient for me but I definitely wont be going back.  The staff is fast and very friendly, but the attention to detail is unacceptable. First, some services that were indicated as completed were not.  The invoice stated that the windshield washer fluid was topped off but the indicator on my car still showed that it was low. I thought perhaps that it was an indicator failure but I bought a gallon of windshield washer fluid that evening just in case and sure enough my reservoir took almost the entire gallon. Second, the pricing quoted to me for various services was very loose.  Certainly not the end of the world, but when windshield chip repair is quoted at about $20 when it is actually $24.99 (I needed two) and the cabin filter at about $40 when actually $49.99, this resulted in a $20 difference from what I expected. Finally, before spending $49.98 plus tax in windshield chip repair, it should have been communicated that the chips would not actually be repaired but simply bonded and sealed to prevent continued spreading.  I could have done this same job for ~$10 from Amazon. I feel like I wasted time and money on this service. So disappointing.

I was a custom of Jiffy Lube for years, I decided to change my car brake pads and rotors with them. I changed them last year, I started to hear noise when braking so I checked the brakes and found the driver rotor and pads are in really bad shape. I took the car there and they didnt offer any replacement since the car was 2 thousand miles over the warranty which I understand, but the brakes should last at least three years not 9 months. I had to change the brakes myself and found they forgot to add some of the brake kits which might cause the issue. Overall really bad service and experience for the money I paid. You lost a customer and gained a bad word of mouth

Not all Jiffy Lubes are created equal. I needed a single ignition coil changed and checked out a couple of locations. At the Montview location in Denver the scammer tech tried to charge me $100 for the part I already had and then an additional $140 for labor since “he charges $140/hr and it would be a minimum of an hour.” At the Leetsdale location they told me they’d use my part but it would be 3 hours of labor at $70/hr. I finally went with the Wheat Ridge location. They were friendly, quick, and competent, and only charged me $75.Moral of the story? Don’t ever work with those scammers at the Montview store. Drive to Wheatridge. They’ll give you better service at a better price without trying to scam you.

I went in for a oil change only. After the staff looked at my car not only was I due for a oil change, it was also explained to me that my back and front brake pads / rotors were extremely worn down (I knew they needed to be replaced prior but did not realize how bad they were). This was a big concern of mine as I was less than 24 hours away from leaving on a road trip to Utah. Jesii (Floor Manager), David and the rest of their team were very professional and thorough when explaining what I needed to have done as safety was certainly a concern if I were going to be driving that many miles and on tough roads. They didn’t have the parts in to complete the job, but Jesii literally did everything she could to help me out and provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. They were able to order the parts at a near by shop and a staff member went to pick them up and not only completed the job the same day, but stayed after hours to get it done. Not to mention they were pretty busy this day too, which says a lot.I was completely blown away with the service that was provided by Jesii and her team. They truly care about their customers along with their safety. Needless to say my road trip was a success all thanks to them! Highly recommend this location.

I recently had two cars serviced for oil changes here and I overall was happy with the services and staff here. I dropped off my vehicles. I would have given five stars if they would have called me to let me know when the oil changes were done. Both times eventually Icalled to ask them the status to have them tell me it had been done for what I think might have been a while. Same experience both times with different staff and different times of day.

Some of the best customer service Ive had at any car shop. Highly recommend for all your vehicle maintenance needs.

This place charges a ridiculous amount for an oil change- over $100 for a 2008 Toyota RAV4. The technicians also tighten the oil filter with so much torque that a person is unable to remove it on their own in order to perform a simple oil change.. After checking the snugness myself and being unable to remove the oil filter 1) by hand, 2) with an oil filter wrench, and 3) with a belt wrench tool, I returned to request that they loosen it so I am able to remove the oil filter and change my own oil. The Brakes Plus mechanics replied that they could not do so, since it would be a liability if the oil filter popped off. I responded that was frustrating and ridiculous, since it more or less requires me to return to the shop for service on something I could otherwise do at home. The guys were disingenuously sympathetic to my concern by acknowledging my being upset and referring back to company policy. Furthermore, the place does not actually check your oil levels before you leave. Thankfully they drained out 1/2 a quart of oil they had overfilled, since excess oil in the reservoir can come in contact with the crankshaft and not really lubricate the engine appropriately; which is a liability. I hate to have made a scene, but it is such a scam. They threatened to call the cops over the misunderstanding, yet better to die on my feet than live on my knees!

I was passing through town and needed an oil change on a Sunday morning, and this was one of the few places that was open. What a great crew of guys working here! All of them were polite and professional, but also very personable, funny and able to be themselves. They were getting things done and having fun. Id return for sure.

I have been going to this location since it has opened, and I have to say this was the best experience I have had there! I was hesitant going to this location. I was on a time crunch, and had a little over an hour to get my oil changed. In past experiences it would take 2 hours to get my oil change. Aaron was my checkin/check out guy. You could tell by Aaron’s demeanor he wasn’t frustrated or irritated by my questioning how long it would take. He assured me I would be out in an hour. When checking out Aaron was still smiling, and happy. I was surprised when he apologized about the wait (it was only 35-40 mins). The whole entire team, and business seemed to have a very positive vibe. Total 180 from my past experiences. I would totally recommend this Jiffy Lube.

Fantastic service. They are knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced. The people who work here are always cheerful and friendly, and their customer service is top notch. But my favorite thing about this place is how they NEVER patronize or talk down to me (as a female who knows nothing about cars), and they always make me feel comfortable with whatever I need done. Excellent service! Asst Manager, Phil, helped me. Only waited a few minutes and on a Sunday! Thought I was going to need coolant flushed. After checking electronics, he told me coolant I used was fine so didn’t need flushing. No charge! Will definitely return for other services!

Ive been coming here since they open. Carlos the manager is the best.the whole jiffy Lube crew is amazing, professional,respectful. Never had an issue with any of my vehicles they definitely take care of their customers
