Got my RV in right away. I came for a tire repair/replacement but they noticed wear on front tires that indicated a need for alignment. They were able to do it immediately. Less worry for our trip back to Ohio. Very friendly staff too. Highly recommend.

May 18, 2018Today we’re fixing the previous screw-up and buying 2 new steer tires. It looks like organized chaos at times, but the chief running the shop here has it all under control. Had better pay ‘em workshop dudes some overtime to clean up the mess. It’s a tire shop, a mess they’ll make. Knowledgeable staff with a get ‘er done attitude.February 21, 2018About the screw-up thing: I bought two sets of Centramatics, only one was installed. Will get that resolved on a next visit.February 20, 2018Got a new set of 8 drive tires here today. Josh at the front counter set it all up and it was a trouble free experience. They did adjust the alignment and balanced the steer tires. This mob knows what they’re doing and how it’s done. I’ll be the first to whine if they screwed up something. But the wait in that driver’s lounge is akin to torture, and there’s no fixing it.

If you have a tire need for a semi truck tractor trailer this is the place to come though balance should they sell both new and used the balancer truck tire get an alignment and get you on the road

Went in for alignment after having replaced my tie rods recently. Prior to replacing tie rods alignment was fine, just needed a small adjustment. Was told they were unable to do an alignment due to my control arm needing a repair. I was already well aware of the control arm situation I only needed the tie rods adjusted. So basically I got charged $30, no alignment or adjustment and was told information I already knew. I would not recommend this place

Nice, got me in at the appointment time, only thing they need is a bench under the tree I waited under. Were able to give me an extra copy for keeping in the truck and one for the shop. Very nice. Quality results, truck no longer pulls to one side when loaded or empty.. Recommend to everyone. Thank you.

Service is usually very quick, staff is always super friendly. Price is great for a 3 axle alignment on a semi... call a few days or a week in advance if possible for appointments.

Had an alignment and set of steer tires replaced. The work was ok, but it took way longer than I thought it should. The alignment was done in less than an hour, however I was there for nearly 3 hours after that only waiting for them to complete the steer tire replacement. Not sure what took so long, but it seemed a little excessive.

I needed to have a new Michelin tire installed.Luckily I went to the shop and noticed that a wrong brand of tires were installed. Mistakes do happen and I did not make a big deal out of this assuming that the problem will be quickly corrected. Shockingly not only it was not corrected but I was told I will be charged for mount and dismount and verbally abused by sales rep Jason Kretzer for not communicating clearly. I have contacted the management about the incident but no respond. I own a small trucking company and will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Lets see how they last and how A&E will treat me when and if I have a defective tire. Stay tuned.. Back again for 6 new 22.5 trailer 53 van tires. Going with Uniroyals, was approved for account and plan to continue my business here..

I drove one of the technicians into work as a Lyft driver and he offered to patch up the leak in one of my tires. They provided the service for me as a token of appreciation. I will come back and happily recommend these guys!

I was 7.5 miles from shop when called for road assistance to change flat tire, it was 9 am, dispatch said mechanic should arrive within 90 minutes, he arrived at 5pm and said he got dispatched only at 1:15pm. I understand mechanics always busy but why waste somebody’s day saying assistance on the way without clear ETA. Mechanic was great and gets 5 solid stars, but their dispatchers are unprofessional.

I actually work as a vendor for A&E tire. When I needed a tire patched, they took excellent care of me. From the business side of things as their IT provider, they are great communicators, courteous, and all around great to work with. As expected, all of this translates into their customer service as well. I highly recommend A&E Tire.

Prices are reasonable, service could be more efficient. It seems like there is a lack of communication between the workers fixing the tires and the front desk, they had me waiting for a while, until I asked if they had a spot available. I understand their a busy establishment, but maybe they can find a solution to that.

Sat for an hour and a half for a tire repair that should have taken 20 min max. There was an average of three employees scewing around at any given time. Plenty of time to play pranks on the new guy but nobody available to help him and get me back on the road. For a guy who gets paid by the load having to drop one because of the time I lost here is devastating to my family and our bottom line. This is the second time in this store and Ive had the same experience both times.

Absolutely terrible customer service. My truck was in the shop for over an hour when I asked the front desk to check on it. The mechanic apparently couldnt find the tires so started working on something else. I sat in the lobby for over three hours with no apology from anyone. He told me an hour to complete. And it took over three. I asked for a discount on installation, due to the fact half of my work day was wasted and he said its normal and hes sorry. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

As far as doing the job they get it done pretty hard too screw that up but that being said this is a VERY UNPROFESSIONAL environment employees and sales people at the desk cussing a storm up and having very uncomfortable conversations with each other about woman and they’re personal lives etc, with children around as well. Not sure how they allow that with customers around..

Walked in for just a balance on front tires sales person pitched a good sale so we agreed on 2 new steers and 2 axle alignment walked in around 1130 got the truck right in and schedule the alignment said it will be done around 1 or 2 waited around and come 245pm he comes up to me says bad news miscommunication with his techs and the alignment wasnt complete and wont be able to do it until late the next following Monday....wasted hours sitting around for a service they didnt do they gave me 60dollars of my order to say they where sorry and said they didnt have time to do it because I trailer was giving them trouble in the bay and yet he mentioned no appointments where made for the rest of the day yet didnt get the unit in

5/23 Took the truck to Colorado Chassis. Trucks alignment was off. (after 2 attempts, a ton of time, and excuse after excuse from A&E) Colorado Chassis had the truck fixed in no time! Truck drives great, no more issues. Final Conclusion= A&E Tire does not know how to do proper alignments.5/22 A&E is refunding money. Talked to Wes the owner. We will take truck to Colorado Chassis and see where we go from there. Agreed to tell Wes what the problem was when done at Colorado chassis Will post more info as it is available.ORIGINAL POST:STAY AWAY!Took my truck down for a front end check out and repair whatever it needed. They FAILED. Did an alignment and sent me on my way with 2 trashed front tires and shocks. didnt even recommend a wheel balance, offer any remedy. . Went to TDS, they showed me they were oval and replaced both front tires and recommended a Shock change. (this was Friday 5/18) Turns out both shocks were trashed. Why didnt A&E notice? Saturday 5/19 took the truck Back to them, they said they couldnt do anything until monday, and it was probally the tires... REALLY!? New tires... hmm. Took truck BACK in Monday 05/20, they put it back on the alignment rack, truck still pulls. The Truck is actually WORSE then before I took it to them, pulls to the right all day long, with two brand new front steer tires and new shocks. Multiple Mechanics says its an alignment! NOT MECHANICAL. Will be attempting to get my EXPENSIVE alignment charge refunded. PS. Alignment tech is extremely RUDE!
