Its a bookstore on a college campus. Youre not going to be getting the best deals on school supplies or textbooks because its a captive market. The apparel is generally pretty lame, too. Most of it is sports style logos, with very little academic inspired, urban style, or anything else. To be fair, there are some good things, but you can browse online for yourself to see if theres anything you want. (this store is run by bkstr, if youre interested) the hours are unfortunate too, not being a place you can pick up late night supplies for a project or pencils before your 8am class. Its fine, but not my first choice for anything other than distance from campus.

Geat bookstore. Very large with tons of options for DU clothing, school materials, and a very good online website from which you can order items for in-store pick-up, curbside pick-up or have them mailed to you. Staff is very polite and helpful. Big fan of how they run the store so well.

Nice bookstore. Summer visit so difficult to tell how well it is stocked.

Quick, well stocked, great peeps

Not worth it to buy textbooks here as a non degree student. I understand corona precautions, but there is no concierge service because students can come in, despite it being listed on signage as an option. Was told to get an ID to get entrance, got the ID but was not linked to building access - as a full time employee taking part time coursework did not have time to deal with this rabbit hole of departments. Will be spending my book dollars at Amazon.

Great selection of school apparel/merchandise but way overpriced. Staff was generally friendly except for the woman who appeared to be in charge of online textbook orders. She was incredibly rude and upset when I tried to return a textbook. Made me never want to go back there again.

The DU bookstore is pretty awesome! The clothes are good quality, all the employees are very kind and helpful, and they do have (almost always) every school supply you might need and often in cute or fun options! Having the apple and tech store there is a huge plus as well. However, as most students know, it is not the cheapest place to get your supplies or books ;)

Security was on me. Best campus in the state. The best law and business school, So there sold out alot. I go there first screw Auraria campus.

Nice book store and gifts. Parking was an issue for a full size pickup truck.

Start offering the deals online so I dont have to pay for parking at the store

Really beautiful campus. Son is transferring there, so we were at a transfer student visiting day. Nice place, great reputation.

The people working here are so incompetent. I received an email saying that my rental textbooks had been returned even though I hadn’t even picked them up yet. I had to talk to 3 different people in order to get my books. As I was trying to explain my situation to them, one of them kept interrupting me and asking if I had been helped. Well, I’m trying to get help right now if you would let me speak.

Great selection of DU Gear and has a ton of computers/accessories. Apple certified tech support as well.

Frequently fail to supply books per agreements with professors. Orders are late more often than not. The staff is consistently unhelpful. Terrible Bookstore at a good school.

Never had a problem and the customer service has always been good.

I am a DU student, they always have what I am looking for, with knowledgeable staff.

Great place, my daughter loves it here, just a little pricy and too far from home!

No one was around to ring up my purchase so I just left. Remember, you are dealing with a huge school bureaucracy so nothing is easy.

The one thing Ill say is that they are never prepared for a rush here. 10 cash registers but literally never more than 3 people working

Bad selection of apparel. Wouldnt recommend it. Wasnt able to find something that was made well and looked nice. They should really work on their color/logo choices more!

Its about what you would expect out of a university bookstore. There are indeed books there, and plenty of DU gear as well. Pretty nice selection.
