I cant speak highly enough of Ethan. I was coming in from out of town to ride with a last minute small suspension part that had broken. He happened to have it and made sure I could get it in a timely fashion despite it being a low dollar and small thing. Speaks to the quality and character with which the business is run. Havent has suspension work done, but I imagine based off this interaction it would be quality work.

Great experience. Had service done on rear shock and it has been running great. Was very helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. I was also looking for a new fork but they didnt have a suitable one in stock. Helped me find one through an online retailer I could order myself and then cut the steerer tube (~$5) once it arrived so I could fit it myself. Will be going back for future suspension service.

Ethan is a super nice guy and really knows what hes doing with suspension!Super fast turn around times, reasonable prices, custom tunes. For sure recommend if youre looking at getting a little more out of your suspension, or just looking to get it back to where it used to be. Also has lots of bike parts for sale as well if you need something else while youre out.

Ethan at Flowzone is incredible - hes friendly, fair, and knows suspension better than most in the country. After a failed warranty request with Fox that should have been covered, Ethan took care of me 5 weeks faster than Fox would and at a better rate. My bike is riding better now than it was new. Thanks Ethan!

Called the number provided 4 times over a 2 week period with no response... Drove down 2 hours from Minturn to find a empty shop, no answer via phone, but did get an email saying we have a drop box for you to use! Drove down for a second time thinking I can use the drop box... Showed up to a closed shop, no answer via phone, and a locked drop box with no instructions from the owner Ethan in the Email. I know he knows his stuff... but wow. Waste of timeEdit: Ethan contacted me promptly, after I was salty with him and offered to take care of me any way he could. He is just simply swamped with work, completely understandable. I will be back in the near future to support his business.

Ethan is one of the best in the game. Flawless service and he goes above and beyond to get you rolling. I wont be going to anyone else to service my bikes. No matter the situation he makes the bike work, and his turn around time is fantastic. The suspension always feels better than new, and I cant speak highly enough about every one of my interactions.

Brought my bike in to get a dropper post issue fixed. Ethan did a quick check on the bike and noticed a valve issue on the rear shock. Ethan fixed the dropper post, rear shock and did a routine service on front and rear. Really fair pricing. He got things working so well that I was able to cut 2 full minutes off my PR on my favorite loop!! Im never taking my bike anywhere else.

Ethan is very knowledgeable and doesnt try to push into any upgrades or sell you anything you dont need.Id also like to point out how patient he was when it comes to suspension questions (a huge plus for me) as I asked about 100 of then and just smiled and kept answering. This is my new go to suspension shop in and around Denver. Turn around times are great for the volume of work he receives. Highly recommend.

Not enough good things to say about Ethan. Crazy knowledgeable and helpful. He got all of my stuff back up and running quickly and offered a ton of solid advice about setup as well as maintenance. Would absolutely recommend dropping off your suspension at Maverick!

Ethan is the owner operator of Maverick for around 10 years. He really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. His prices are fair and his turnaround on my job was great! He solved my problem with a stuck rebound adjuster in a Fox fork and really improved performance in the process. He even took the time to discuss tuning improvements to try. This was my first visit, but I will now take all my stuff there.

I was referred me to FlowZone for fork service and am so glad I found this shop. Ethan, the owner, is very knowledgeable about suspension - a HUGE step up from your average shop. He spent a lot of time talking with me about options and how to improve performance. He is also very flexible and was able to work with me on my time constraints. I will be having all my suspension work done here going forward. Highly recommended!

This is the place to go for anything related to bike suspension (and more). Ethan (the owner) is very friendly and attentive. I took a set of shocks here that dirt labs (another suspension shop in Longmont) seemed to break. The shocks wouldnt hold pressure (slow leak) and made bad noises when actuated. Ethan rebuilt the shocks and replaced the incorrect parts with the correct parts and eliminated all the issues and mistakes. He then walked me through what he did and why the shocks were broken and what to look out for in the future. There is no way Ill be going back to dirt labs for suspension work because Ethan is cheaper, nicer, and better. If you have any doubts at all just give him a call! There is a reason he has nothing but 5 star reviews! To get to the shop the entrance is outside and marked with a metal plaque on the East facing side of the building that says Maverick. Just call him if you get lost!

I can’t say enough good things. Ethan takes the time to do it right and touches everything that needs it. Also, no typical bike shop BS - you can show up with a second hand bike or a $8k rocket ship and he will treat you the same. I drive by probably 20 bike shops to get there.

I was leaving for a trip and realized my shock had developed a problem. Ethan agreed to turn the job around very quickly and fixed several problems I had not noticed for a very reasonable price. This was a much better experience then dealing with big shops and less costly.

One of the only shops that offers to service the Trek/Fox DRCV shock so I dropped mine off when it blew. Ethan was very helpful and I could immediately tell from our conversations that he knows everything there is to know about MTB suspension. I was not charged when my shock turned out to be beyond repair and learned a lot in the process...mostly about how unrealiable DRCV shocks are.
