Every time I go to this store I never get greeted nicely like other costumers do but overall their selection is okay I often visit because its closer to my house.

First off, Its Black owned and operated, which is a HUGE plus for me. Second, they had everything I needed and didnt break the bank to get it. Third, the staff was very warm and welcoming, at no time did it feel like I offended someone for walking in or feel like being put under a microscope for some buffoonery.Ill gladly do business and give them my business anytime.

Well for one its BLACK OWNED. Support your folks yall ♥ I love coming here because they have a wide variety of hair to chose from wether thats braiding hair, human hair wigs, or synthetic wigs. I find here that they prove their wigs a lot more affordable vs other beauty supply stores. Not just that but their customer care is so great. I truly feel appreciated here and I feel that they care about their customers vs feeling like an issue at other beauty supply stores. This is definitely my new one stop shop! Not to mention they always have sales going on too! 🥰💕

WTH? It is currently Tuesday at 6:30pm and youre closed? In this crazyness it is understandable to be closed but to have no sign on the door about why youre not open or a voicemail message, something... I just drove across town for nothing. Communication is important.

I got the best eyebrow cleanup I ever had in my life and I’m 40. The young women is truly skilled. She shaped my eyebrows well.

I went here shortly after they opened. They are small but have a lot of nice things😊. Some of the wigs were higher than Im used to, but they looked really nice. The owner was very nice and answered all questions. I will definitely shop here

3 months ago i gave this beauty supply a 5 star rating. What has made me go back and change my review is the costumer service myself and my grandmother had received at this establishment. He was very rude. Rude to the point we just left instead of buying anything. Months ago I would’ve recommended this beauty supply store to everyone i know but now. I will definitely have to think twice before recommending or shopping this establishment again. No ones pointing the finger just simply take responsibility for your actions. No one had a problem with paying for anything and at the end of the day it’s not what you say it’s how you say it and obviously you don’t have that much experience in running a business. Word of mouth is everything.
