As a first time customer, my experience did not go well at all. This business does not deserve 1 star. I went it for class full set lash extensions along with my friend. They made us sign a release, which included a statement that eliminates Lash Blvds responsibility in the event of lashes falling off due to weather, oil based products, during sleep. Also, it eliminates their responsibility if medical issues occur after the service is completed.I was content with how the lashes turned out; natural and curvy. However, within hours after leaving the shop, the lashes began to fall off as I blinked. There were some lashes on my shirt and cheek. Just like that. There was no weather in event Denver, no oil based products on my face, and I had not gone to sleep as of yet. I basically had done nothing to cause the lashes to fall off. Just blinked away.I became extremely disappointed due to the fact that I was not able to return to the shop because it had already closed by 6pm (I left at 4:15 pm). I am not a Denver resident and I was leaving Denver the next morning. I was very appalled of how these lashes cost $150 (normally $175) and for it to fall off within hours. I usually get lash extensiones done back home in Chicago at an Indian eyebrow threading shop for $25-$60 and it lasts longer --a full 2 weeks. But I decided to try out a higher quality at a higher price range since Ive heard good things of its results.I called Lash Blvd the next day and explained my situation. They were unsympathetic, rude, and unprofessional. They refused to provide a refund because of their 3 day policy and release form. I asked the office manager, Skylar, if they simply intend to have their customers sign release forms to clean their hands, Skylar said Yes, basically we do. I was shocked that Skylar confirmed this. Complete disservice on Lash Blvds behalf. Skylar also mentioned that they had customers take advantage of their policy in the past--sorry no refund for you. I was also shocked that she compared their customers from a general perspective. No consideration at all. I do not want to take advantage of any policy. I simply wanted eyelash extensions and I cannot speak for their customers in their past. Skylar also insisted I return for a consultation but I had zero interested in returning after hearing such unprofessional statement and no longer trusted their services considering the amount of lashes that fell off. Skylar asked where my current location was to determine if humidity was the cause and continued to find ways to make me responsible for the lashes falling off. Skylar continued to insist I returned to the shop and it was basically not her problem I did not live in Denver. Skylar also mentioned that no other customers after me complained about the lash glue--sorry no refund for you. I offered to send pictures of evidence, Skylar said they do not accept photos. As I placed Skylar on a brief hold, I can hear Skylar talking with someone in the background about my situation, basically mocking me. Wow! let Skylar know that I overheard her comments. I ask for the business owner, Karen, to call me to discuss further. I have yet to receive a call back from Karen. Then, I sent an email to their business site. No reply.I have never had this type of encounter with a business where they show no interest or sympathy to their customers. I did not pay $150 on lash extensions for them to fall off, have my left eye look incomplete, and receive this type of treatment from Lash Blvd. I was not offered any type of compensation or credit due to my dissatisfaction, nor any type of apology, sympathy, and of course, no response via phone/email from the business owner.**********UPDATE: Lash Blvd forwarded the waiver in which I did not sign (third page). The business owner overwrote Client refused to sign as it appears below. Not only did the girl at the front desk realize that my signature was missing prior to rendering lash services to me, but also this business enforces unethical and illegal agreements.

Sold me a bottle of glue that was completely dried up. They were willing to exchange it but it was very inconvenient for me, coming from Highlands Ranch, which is an hour away.Thats not even the issue. The issue I have is with their sensitive glue. I tried leaving an honest review on their website, But it was in vain, since they only post their positive reviews to their website.The sensitive glue has a six to eight second drying time. The drying time doubled the time it took for me to do my senstive clients lashes. It was taking us 2+ hours for her fill bc I had to hold the lash in place for so long before moving to the next. The client ended up getting so frustrated with how long her fills were taking, she no longer comes to me.I 100% blame this glue. I have used other sensitive glues on other sensitive clients with no issues. I have never encountered a glue with such a long drying time. As somebody who has 4 years of lash experience, I would not recommend Lash boulevards sensitive adhesive to anyone.

They make you feel like a queen, the second you walk in with their complimentary services. I will definitely be back in two weeks and highly recommended Rachelle.

Ive been twice so far to this place for lash extensions and Brooke is the WOman! She listened, is professional, really warm and sweet and knows how to put some amazing lashes on. I had to get my first set fixed, but Brooke re-analyzed my lashes and put on some different ones and theyre staying on and look great! The salon is so friendly and I love the man who greets you when you walk in. They make you feel so welcome. In the end, I walked out of there with some beautiful, natural, but noticeable lashes.

I have been to multiple of lash salons, all seemed like they did a great job but my lashes very long. My friend and I never looked back since we visited Lash Blvd! And now I can see why. Karen and her business is professional and you can see lots of passion into her work. I love eyelash extensions for the summer, special occasions, or during times where I just dont want to wear make up it makes it easy to wake up and not have to worry about mascara. Best lashes done in Denver are by Lash Blvd! They last long and she the costumer services is world class. They are able do beautiful volume looks and amazing classic looks! 5 stars I would give it more if there was the option! Definitely recommend Lash blvd for eyelash extensions! Bonus is that the prices are great too!!

The end result were the BEST lashes Ive ever had.At one point a few bottom and top lashes on my right eye were glued together (I had briefly opened my eye to re-position the pads), but she handled it very professionally and asked for assistance from the technician beside her (major kudos for asking for help), and they un-glued me promptly. To me, when unplanned issues like that are handled really well, I have a lot of respect for everyone involved. I will definitely be going back for my fills.Other than that, Brittany spent a lot of time on my consultation to ensure I would get the end result I wanted. She made a point to make me comfortable (water, leg cushion, etc), and also told me what to expect throughout the application. Shes very thoughtful and very talented.

Ive been getting lash extensions for about three years now - the first two and a half years I saw an esthetician I had been seeing for facials for quite some time and she did a fantastic job. When she decided to change careers, I started seeing one of her coworkers, but the quality and experience were not great (my eyelashes were often glued together during the service so when I opened my eyes at the end they would rip away, there was excess glue that would dry into hard bits and irritate the rims of my eyelids, individual eyelashes would be pulled hard with tweezers during the service if they were stuck together, etc...). I was about to throw in the towel on eyelash extensions when I decided to try Lash Blvd. I am so glad I did because the experience and quality are phenomenal.Firstly, the customer service is wonderful. Upon check-in, the receptionist offered me a drink while I waited - they have wine, mimosas, orange juice and water. The consultation was very thorough. I was asked what my preferences were for length, color, amount of curl and style. It was more comprehensive than anything Ive been asked in the past and was quite nice.Secondly, the service itself was completely painless and relaxing. The chairs at Lash Blvd are like the kind you would find in a dentists office and they provide blankets if youre feeling chilly. They certainly make it as comfortable as possible and I dont feel a thing when the extensions are being applied which is a welcome change.Thirdly, the pricing is reasonable. Its not the cheapest, but its also not the most expensive Ive seen. For what you get - a qualified professional, a lovely setting, great customer service - I think the price is more than fair.Ive been twice now - once for a consultation and full set and two weeks later for a fill. So far, I can say that Ive had no problems at all and the extensions are growing out very nicely - I have received a ton of compliments. I saw Brianna and am thrilled with her work. I highly recommend this place!

Sucks to say but, buyer beware. The studio is clean and cute, they offer wine when you check in, and the girls who work there are nice, but obviously Im extremely unhappy with my service. 80% of my lashes fell off within 3 days. Ive been getting lashes for years (faithful to my lash girl in Chicago, recently relocated) so I know how to care for them- I dont rub my eyes, get them wet for 24 hours after application, sleep on my face, use oil based products, hell I dont even wear eye makeup. I treated these lashes even BETTER by purchasing the sealant kit they recommend (scam alert)... and they still all fell off almost immediately.I called to see how we could remedy the situation and they offered to do a consultation (again, I know how to care for lashes, this wasnt my fault) and to apply as many lashes as they could in 30 minutes, but if I wanted any more I would have to pay full price for a fill. If youve had your lashes done, you know 30 min= about 25% of your lashes. Whats more, I couldnt have any sort of refund for the $40 of product that I used once and is now going in the trash. 200 bucks down the drain, literally. I dont care what industry youre in, or what wavier I signed (hint, if they make you sign a waiver detailing their strict no refund policy, that says theyve had this problem many times before) this is bad business.I dont know what to make of the many 5 star reviews for this place. I told my old lash artist about it and she knows a few girls who offer discounted lashes for good reviews, so maybe its that? I also didnt have Cat or Lechell who people rave about on here, so maybe my technician was just less experienced? Any way you split it, I had a bad service and an even worse customer service experience. Youd better hope youre one of the lucky ones

I used to LOVE their Westminster location- extremely talented lash artists. Now at the Denver location they have way too many girls who dont know how to do lashes. I recently went in for a classic fill, spent about 2 hours in the chair, and within the next day almost all the lashes had fallen out. My eyes were extremely itchy, the lashes were bizarre lengths, and it felt like a complete waste of time, money, and health of my natural lashes.If you go here I recommend ONLY getting your lashes done by someone who knows how to do Volume, otherwise youll get a girl who doesnt know what shes doing.

So I’ve never had lash extensions before and honestly had no idea how the process worked or how to even pick out a style of lash that I wanted. After minor internet research I stumbled upon Lash Blvd and booked an appointment with any random service provider for the most dramatic lash extensions they could provide.I got to the shop, was greeted by the most welcoming young lady at the front desk who made me extremely comfortable and even offered me a mimosa. I filled out a new client form and then waited for Cat. I took some time to really admire the decor, very classy and somewhat casual.Cat came out to grab me and went through a very detailed consultation. She asked me about length, thickness, what my normal makeup routine is, etc. she actually talked me down from the most expensive service to something still very glam but still very me. I was honestly so impressed and grateful that she wasn’t out to just get my money but to make sure I was getting something that suited me.She talked me through the entire process taking great care that I was comfortable and not left in the dark on what she was doing. Now usually I’m not a very talkative person but for two hours we had the most comfortable conversation and it never felt forced or fake at all.After my lashes were finished she did an eyebrow wax and then I FINALLY got to see! The lashes are gorgeous, full and thick but still appropriate for my everyday life.When we went to checkout she showed be a kit they put together for extended lash care. Usually I’m not one to buy products from salons but I had just spent $200 on lash extensions so honey I’m going to take the best care of them at home. The thing I really liked was that Cat wasn’t pushy or made me feel bad for not purchasing the kit. She simply stated that it’s helpful for at home and that was about it. I checked out, booked a two week full appointment and was on my way.I am beyond pleased with my experience and can’t waaaaiiittttt to go back (which I never say about any appointments I book). Thank you to Cat and the rest of the team here! You guys are amazing!

I am in LOVE!! I got my lashes done here and I am absolutely obsessed! the girl who did my lashes did an awesome Job! I was terrified to get my lashed done because the only reason that I wanted to get them done was because I had an allergic reaction to mascara. I went in 24 hours prior and they did a test on my to make sure I didnt react! I was all clear and the next day I went in and got a full set and it looks natural! I am a server and I have honestly never got so many compliments on my lashes before. if youre nervous about getting your lashes done, come here! they make it easy and comfortable and you will know its totally worth it :)

Very happy with my lashes! Other brand adhesive irritated my eyes...not Lash Blvd adhesive! Thi was very considerate of the look I wanted and the appropriate lash size so as not to damage my natural lashes.Patty

I’ve had lash extensions for two years and I finally decided to try out Lash Blvd. Luckily, Bri (Brianna) was available whom I read about did an amazing job on other clients. She really nailed what I wanted and explained other options before hand. Once I was finished I was so freaking excited because it was exactly what I had envisioned. Bonuses are location and complimentary 21+ beverages!

Today I got my lashes lifted and tinted at Lash Blvd and I am so in love not only with the outcome but with the staff as well! They treat you like gold and the results are outstanding! Its the only place I will go from here on out! Thanks Lash Blvd!

My eyelashe extensions and my eyebrows are always on point! everytime i visit this amazing lash studio it makes me want to stay and get pampered all day long. this is the most beautiful eyelash studio in Colorado. everyone is so professional and well trained!!! cant recommended enough, get there a little early to enjoy a glass of wine. Top worse lash place I have ever been too. Paid $200 for a FULL SET and walked out with a half set. Walked back in and told her not all my lashes were filled so she was happy to fill the rest in (which she should have done from the start!) walked out happy with a full set. Later that evening more than half my lashes fell out! Called that Monday and told one of the girls told me to come back in for another appointment on Saturday which I did, told me they could only fill my lashes for 30 mins (which would look like NOTHING) they did what they could they still looked trash. But would highly not recommend this place if you like your lashes to stay on for more than 2 weeks and also don’t want to waste $200.

Oana is such a great aesthetician. She really takes her time with my eyebrows & eyelashes. I can tell that she always tries to put 100% into her work. She always informs me about witch cold liquids are going to go on my lashes before they go on my face, so that there are no surprises. She is super nice & always so welcoming. I enjoy all of the beauty tips & tricks that she gives me.Her work is always gentle & considerate. To top it all off the location is near me & its so beautiful & relaxing. Its very fancy looking & I love Lash Blvd. Everyone is so nice!

Im updating my review a week in. Although the environment was great and everyone was so nice, I’m so sad to say my lashes were clumped together and while combing them today a chunk of four of my natural lashes were pulled out because they were all glued together. When getting lash extensions your lashes should NEVER be clumped together. Now I’m missing a gap in my natural lashes, so it’s not like filling them would help. So let down.When chatting with a friend about it, she said she had the same thing happen to her at this location too. 😕

Go see Lechell! I’ve had my lashes done at a few places and she’s seriously the BEST! A perfectionist and is REALLY fast!
