I can not recommend the service at Emich highly enough. I own a classic car and Ive been through five other shops and mechanics. All I experienced was a group that was a combination of untruthful, inexperienced and incompetent. I spent thousands at other places and they never really fixed the problems or created new ones. Jenn, who runs the service center, is amazing. She put my car in with Christoph, who worked his magic. He was able to both diagnose the problems and fix them! What a relief to finally find a place I could trust. All the repairs were done quickly and for a fair price. If you are looking for a shop you can rely on try Emich Auto and ask for Jenn.

Back in January 2021 my car completely pooped out on me while on the highway. Luckily I was right off of Colorado Blvd. so I was able to roll up to Emich Automotive Service Center. When I arrived I was greeted by Jennifer. She immediately came to my rescue and completely took care of me and calmed me down. She was able to get my car in for services immediately and then ordered me an Uber back home. I was so satisfied with Jennifers customer service, professionalism, and how personable she is. Cars are very expensive and when things go wrong it can be very stressful and difficult. I feel so lucky and fortunate that it was Jennifer who was there for me and took such great care of my car and me! I will not go anywhere else from now on. A few months later I needed an oil change and once again Jennifer was there for me immediately and took care of me and my car! Her communication is excellent! I am so satisfied with my services and experience with Jennifer and Emich Automotive Service Center, I highly recommend this location for anyone that may be dealing with car issues. Jennifer is so awesome and I will only call her whenever something happens in the future. She is always ready to work and help at all costs. My family has bought, sold and had multiple cars serviced by the Emich auto team. First class, nothing bad to say. They’re a relationship dealership with the intent of being your car service provider for life. Not trying to get “rich” off selling you one care then never see you again.

I recently had a very comprehensive service done on my 2005 TJ wrangler while I was in town for a few months of camping. Oil, cooling, and a couple of electrical issues needed to be buttoned up. The fog light relay was having issues, rear main, oil pan gasket, etc. as it turns out the owner also has the same Jeep and we spent a decent amount of time going over the gremlins that come up in these older wranglers and swapping camping stories. Needless to say, I have a shop that I can trust to service my vehicles when I’m in town and will recommend them to all my friends and family in CO.

I luuuuv this place & the people that work here!!Just had my second visit in 2 months.Both issues were resolved with a simple fix instead of a $1000 repair that I was expecting! .Such integrity & honesty from the staff!!!Definitely would recommend this fantastic service department. I purchased a vehicle from this dealer, emich automotive. I think I went into the service center once to fix some issues, like a wobble when braking in high speeds, that were in warranty, But they were not resolved and emich paid for nothing.I went to my Audi dealer before the warranty expired, And they recommended new rotors.I ended up getting an alignment later on which sort of fixed the issue.Dont buy the service contract!
