Went in with one problem, came out with so many. So many trips back and forth. And every time they would “fix something” 3 more things would go wrong. And what they “fixed” would break again shortly after. On top of that, they full on left a tool in my engine. Buried so we couldn’t just look at see it. Awful place. Would highly recommend going somewhere else. One star is too many.

I had an appointment I went in and the young man at the desk didnt even acknowledge I had came in eventually he looked up I told him why I was there and he questioned my findings in my concerned, kept asking me very sarcastically if I knew what things were on my car, I has over 1000 worth of work done 3 weeks earlier and just wanted my heater checked, my appt was Saturday 10/30 at 2 PM, unfortunately I will not be back there I was very disappointed in the way I was treated I didnt keep my appt that day due to his behavior NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TOTALLY RUDE GUESS YOU DONT NEED MORE MONEY

This place was awesome! Customer service was great! They got me in and out in 30 minutes, very satisfied with their service and would definitely go to Meineke for any other automotive issues.

Absolutely never coming to this location or any Meineke ever again after what I experienced. I came in with one of my horn wires ripped and the other one in tact. The reason why is because I ran over a parking block and the undercarriage/shroud behind the bumper was damaged. they had to order the parts. twice I was told that I would be called when the parts arrived and nobody ever called me. I had to call in to check to see when they was going to arrive otherwise I wouldve never known. it took a week to get it shipped. after the service was done, my horn stopped working completely. part of the horn was still working when I came in at first. they said now both wires to the horn were broken. they did not bother to tell me this while I was getting my first repair and I had to find out the hard way.

My boyfriend took his car in to replace a radiator and some tubing, was charged $1000 and they broke the siding on his car. The door rubs against the siding now, they said there was nothing to be done without spending more money, and to top it off they charged him $50 for new windshield wipers, AND THEY DIDNT EVEN REPLACE THEM. He went back in to get his money back because $50 is a ridiculous price for something that takes 30 seconds to replace, but they wouldnt even do that. DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL LEAVE WITH MORE PROBLEMS THAN WHEN YOU CAME IN AND THEY WILL NOT TRY TO MAKE THEM RIGHT.

My second time using this location and again Im a satisfied customer. Very pleasant and professional staff and they get the work done in reasonable time.

Pretty basic oil change. Cost a little over $30 which is better than the $40 you’ll get charged at Grease Monkey. One thing I really didn’t like is how long the job took. I made an appointment for 9am for a simple oil change. I did get there about 20 minutes early so that’s on me, but it wasn’t completed until after 10am. Another customer came in after me for the same service and she was finished before me. I’ve done oil changes before and it’s never taken me an hour and I don’t have access to all the tools they have access to in their garage so I’m failing to understand how someone with an appointment had to wait for over and hour for such an easy and routine service. The main mechanic there also is really not good with people. I didn’t catch his name, but every time I go there he seems like he hates his job and doesn’t want to help. Meineke has always been my go-to place, but I probably won’t be back at this particular location again. It just seemed very lackluster.

Will never bring my car back to this place! I paid $700 to have car fixed by you all! Majority was labor work! My car is still not fixed! I was told that I wouldn’t be charged for the their mistake just for another person to tell me that I will technically have to pay another $700 to get it fixed! I thought that based on the brand(meineke, which suppose to be at least not bad) and because it is close where I live, I chose it. Upon entering the store and interacting with their employee, I noticed that he is not doing the service properly but rather, he is like doing me a favor, and I am not the one who is paying for that but -- he! After they’ve completed my oil change, when I entered my vehicle, I noticed that they did not put the sticker(the one that shows that service has been done and tells when to change the oil again) so I had to “ask” them to give me the sticker. BUT that’s not all! I have just checked my oil level(with dipstick) and noticed that they’ve overfilled the oil the way beyond recommended level, they didn’t even bothered to check oil level before completing the service!!! Totally dissatisfied with their overall service and business!!!!

I had an oil leak. They charged me for brakes and a battery also, which I didnt need! They then told me I couldnt get a refund. The receipt I got said I refused the brakes, but they charged me almost $400. Im contacting the BBB

Asked for a jump and a Cody up front informed me he was too busy to assist a future customer. His professionalism was awful. I recommend not using this store if you want to be treated with any compassion. Cody lacks that. But Jiffy lube 100ft away was glad to help!

My biggest issue when it comes to a mechanic is quality and trust, and Damien guarantees both to his customers! I am a new customer who came in with what I thought was a simple brake job, but Damien was able to diagnose the brake issue that a previous mechanic failed to fix or mention. The issue made sense, and Damiens honesty was apparent by his demeanor and tone. It also was very apparent when today, five days after getting my brakes fixed, I was still having some issues with my brakes. It was just a simple matter of air in the line, and within a couple hours my car was good as new. Thanks Damien for keeping my wife and I on schedule for our vacation! 👍👍👍

Made an online oil change appointment with the cars info a week in advance, when I got there they didnt have the oil filter I needed so they needed the car for longer to get the part. Then the kicker, the sales staff quotes an oil change for $40 then proceeds to charge me $8 more dollars for the filter. lol. Last time I checked an oil change always included a filter, I guess Meineke makes up there own definitions to confuse customers and this is why they dont bother to make their pricing transparent online or in the store. Needless to say, I left and went elsewhere.

Be careful in the way you word the service you’re requesting... “update” My wife took the car back to Meinicke to have the brakes done. After receiving the car back there was a constant burning smell that they said I should’ve taken care of myself by cleaning the brakes after The work was done. Needless to say I went to have the tires replaced at a different company shortly after. The new company told me my lug screws were stripped out. Meineke denies this occurrence and says it was probably that other company and is unwilling to work with me to fix the issue. They also screwed up my electrical System and blamed it on us. Please do not let this shop scam you their workers are obviously not qualified. And the store manager is willing to blame everybody else instead of taking responsibility.

The guys at this Meineke were very professional. They were all being very safe with COVID restrictions. They handled my car with utmost care. Appreciate them!

I am very unhappy with the service. I tried Meineke as an alternative to Brakes Plus. They charged me the same as Brakes Plus for the oil change but unlike Brakes Plus Meinekes oil change did not include a car inspection for any problems. They also charged me full price for a service they didnt do. They said they evacuated and refilled my Ac but they didnt and my Ac doesnt work. Brakes plus offered to diagnose my ac for free which Meineke charged 135 for. I am appalled at the poor quality and overpricing of services that they do.

I paid $2000 to get a bunch of work done, and both times theyve given my car back, its died within 4 hours of picking it up. Now I cant even get a call back. While they have my car.

Friendly and helpful service

Decided to go with a big box company just to get a tune up done. I dropped it off, got a call that just to change the plugs and wires was going to be $7-$800!!!! I know it’s a van and a bit more difficult because I’ve done it myself, but I also know it’s not 800 worth. They were trying to charge me $400 for parts that cost $75-$100 and 3 hours of labor which I’ve done in 1 hour. I also called a few other places and they said it wouldn’t be more then $500 and all the national websites said national average highest was $587. Smh. So I told them just to change the oil. 2 1/2 hours later I had to call them because they “forgot” to call me and tell me the oil change was done. Never going back there.

They order part when it comes they say it was bad now a week has past withoutmy van, they reorder fix part and I leave with it sounding like a chu chu train, they say it was like that before, I never had my van sounding like a mattel toy, never again Im sorry I had to use them in a pinch.

Professional, great prices and excellent service. They are the best in the area. Staff was very helpfully, they helped me with changing the exhaust on my X5, and get tune up for the car.

I highly recommend letting this Meineke take care of your vehicle maintenence needs. The online appointment scheduling is very convenient. They took care of my oil change in a professional, timely manner. They also recommended replacing the alternator belt to prevent costly repairs in the future and provided photos of the condition of the belt.

They were day and friendly but the reason I selected this location was because they had a standard oil change cupon in thier website for $20 I made sure to read the terms I made sure the location offered this service at the top it says the cupon was only valid it printed emailed or texted to your self so I text or to my self after doing so it seems me a cupon with a barcode when paying I asked to use this the man who took my payment told me no that our needed to be printed Even though thier website had different terms he stated he could take $10 off this one time so instead if $57 it would be $47 the point is if u would have knew they werent going to honor this I would hand went somewhere else btw this was the location on illiff center #782

Had my girlfriend and her mom come by. Standard tire rotation. Mom marked the tires beforehand. Got it back the same way, asked for a refund. Argued until blue to the breath. Shame on them for taking advantage of women.

Avoid this location at all costs. I received a coupon in the mail for a $20 oil change. My brother was using my car and nearby this location and I called to make an appointment. Damien, the manager proceeded to tell me that he could not except that price unless he had the physical coupon. He indicated that I could go online and print off a coupon perhaps that way and bring it in. My brother did not have access to a printer so I called the store back and Damien was busy and I spoke with one of the other employees by the name of Cody. I explained the situation again to Cody and said how about if I screenshot the coupon and email it to your store. It would be very helpful if you would kindly print out the coupon on one of your printers. He told me that we could take a photo with the phone this one time and use the coupon since we had never been in before. My brother showed up for the 2 o’clock appointment and Damien proceeded to call me back and said I told you the first time I would not take that price without a coupon. I tried to explain to him several times with him rudely interrupting me and I asked him three times please don’t interrupt me as I explained what Cody had told me earlier in the day. He said Cody was new and learning the front office and he was not going to honor what he said to me. I proceeded to tell Damien why are you being so rude about this this is such an easy thing to fix you can simply print off the coupon with the email I can send since I don’t have access to the printer and I’m not close to your location. It was a hard no. This is much deeper than a $20 oil change, it is about the customer experience, trying to be accommodating on such an easy solution. This had me so upset because of his rude attitude and his lack of flexibility on something that could’ve been very easy to fix. I called and filed a complaint with the corporate office, and I went on the Secretary of State and found out on the franchise owners name. Think twice before you decide to take your vehicle here and based on the other reviews I’ve seen below mine I can see why now I should’ve read these before I called them.

Customer service skills need to be taught also if you need an oil change or a flat fixed still shop around.Made me wait all day, they didn’t have the tires I needed and the car was up on the rack, the manager would not update me on the status and bad thing was I asked him what the holdup was for ended up waiting for another 2 hours.

This morning I was at Meineke for oil change. Cody was the person who helped me at the front desk. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable when I saw him without a mask. He didnt even care that I was wearing one. When working with customers every employee should were a mask because we never know if the person who is in front of us has a health condition that will put this person at risk. I personally have a severe asthma condition so I found very unprofessional from this company not to ask every employee to wear one. On top of this I paid $72 .00 for an oil change! Really?! I wont return to this place.

This particular Meineke on Iliff in Aurora is 3 stars, the Meineke in Castle Rock is a solid 5 stars. The difference is the way Im treated in Castle Rock. Those guys go above and beyond to take care of what I need at a reasonable price. They have given me a loaner car before and shaved $600-700 off the 100K mile service compared to the one on Iliff. Castle Rock is just all around great to work with compared to Damien, the manager on Iliff guards every penny so tight. Its like pulling teeth just to get him to accept a coupon. Night and day difference in attitude and service.

Went to get an oil change the guy in the front desk refused to give me an oil change after making an appointment and waiting for them they were forcing me to get synthetic and not convetional like i had requested on my 2004 vehicle . Very unprofessional and told me to look somewhere else.

Mark up on products is fairly high, so I would suggest to do your homework on work you get done with these guys. Plus, when I was paying, they didn’t try to go over all the charges so I had to ask them to go over all charges. Overall, service could have been much better.

This is a 2nd time done work at here and they are well informed time and duration of complete the job.

I had my brakes replaced front and back and was given a total of $1800.00. A couple hours prior to picking up my vehicle, I get a call from them telling me my seals on my axel was leaking and it would be a additional $400.00. The brake job that was done is not under warranty because the axle leak would ruin the brake jobe that they just did. The leak was the initial reason I brought the vehicle in. I will never use Meineke for any care service again. What extremely unprofessional place to take a vehicle to be worked on. Im taking my vehicle in to a real shop tomorrow to be checked out.

My experience at Meineke has always been positive. Damien and his staff are friendly and upfront about the pricing and repairs that your car needs. They are also fast and thorough. I trust them to do a great job with my car each time and they’ve never let me down.

I received a Meineke coupon for a $44.99 synthetic oil change. I called to make an appointment and spoke with Cody. I told him about the coupon, and the make and model of my car, and he assured me they would honor it as long as I brought the physical coupon. When I arrived for my appointment, it was a different story. It would actually be about $70, including an extra $7 for the 6th quart of oil, and $3 for the specialty oil filter. But that only comes to $55, I said. How does it get up to $70? I was told Look, this is just how we do the coupons. Youre getting a $100 oil change for $70. I asked again for a breakdown of the cost, and got the same answer. No thanks. If a company has a dishonest approach towards customers, I would rather not have them touch my car at all. Who knows what they might do when youre not watching? Also -- I wasnt overly concerned about it, but if youre worried about COVID-19, be advised that no one in the whole place was wearing a face covering.

Everyone was very helpful and honest! My step dad is a mechanic back East so I know what to look for. I was informed of a safety concern being my tires and I was already having my oil changed. I ended up getting 2 tires and oil change in less than 1 hour. I will be going back for my other tires and alignment.

Place does great work. The waiting room could use a few enhancements, but other than that the service was great.They occasionally have a conflict with online offered discounts, but typically honor Meineke offers/coupons if you bring a printed copy.

My car smelled like an ashtray when I got it back. I don’t smoke and don’t understand why their staff doesn’t wear masks when the sign on the door requires them by customers.

The team that makes this store run really dose care about you, and your family. They showed me that by sitting down and explaining what work I needed to get back on the road safely. Even showed me some sloppy work form the “other guys” I had done prior. Thank you for the hard work!

The only reason why I went to this place was because they had a coupon on their website that said is valid once you email, text, or save to your phone. I get there and they tell me I can’t use it because it has to be printed out, but nowhere on the website do they say that! I was going to let it go, but then the person at the front desk was just rude and was being smart with me! Had no manners whatsoever, he was just rushing to get me out the door because he wanted to close shop and that’s exactly what he said to me! Worst service I’ve ever experienced!

Damian was very professional, helpful and friendly checking me in for my oil change. However after picking up my car, the oil didn’t run clear. It was mixed, clear and dirty as if they didn’t fully drain the oil? I am an Uber driver and also do mobile piano lessons. I was badly in need of an oil change for my car. I depend upon n my car heavily. I am disappointed. I am now wondering if they changed the filter it just did a rush partial job.Update...I did bring my car in to my regular mechanic and he verified that all was done accordingly, oil and filter. Apparently, sometimes there is a bit of residue remaining after an oil change. I change my rating to a 5 start rating.

Great !!! Scheduled an appointment for the following day, they were extremely polite, helpful, they have very good prices, and service was done one time.

Avoid this location if at all possible. They blew my transmission while it was on their rack then washed their hands of it. After they dumped a couple of quarts of transmission fluid on the floor during testing they told me it was safe to drive home because it was motor oil. Needless to say the after driving it to my home, then to my regular mechanic with low transmission fluid, the transmission needed to be replaced. I was out over $3,000 dollars to replace the damaged transmission. I talked to their head mechanic at the store and he told me to pound sand. I talked to Meinekes main Colorado office and they told me to pound sand. I have never had such a unpleasant and painful experience dealing with people in my life. I am guessing these guys would screw up a one car funeral.

Called Tuesday for an oil change they were able to get me in Wednesday. The man on the phone took down all my info. When I got there a man from the back came up and grab my Karky told me that they would give me a call when the car was ready so I left .Half an hour before they closed I had not heard back yet my car had been there since 2 PM so I called and the man on the phone was very rude saying that they didn’t have any of my information weren’t able to get a hold of me and that my car had been ready. when I came in to pick my car up he continued to talk to me in a condescending manner I asked them why it said that I had synthetic blend oil because my car doesn’t use synthetic and the man again continue to be very condescending stating they were professionals and they knew what my car needed. I let him know that the reason I came to this location was it was a last minute thing before our family vacation and he told me “good continue to go where you were going” I will not be back!

Stopped by today around 3:30 on a Saturday as my brakes were screaming. Place was more than happy to help, Damien was patient and friendly to my very disrespectful father.
