Shocks popped out twice since getting a lift done here. They can not guarantee nor provide quality work. By not installing the lift correctly, my safety was at put at risk and there was damage done to the jeep (paid with no help of the shop). I would comment on the kind workers there though.

My family and I are on our second Jeep build and both from the ground up so we’ve been to several shops around the Denver area for many things to help us out. No shop was bad or had a bad experience but what separated this crew from the others was the customer service. They listened to what I wanted and had ideas but didn’t push us to up sell things and went out of their way for us. We will definitely bring business back to this crew! We had a few hick ups with parts I bought (not their issue) and they were calm and we worked through it with us. The Jeep is great and rides amazing! Thank you!

Northridge 4x4 Colorado has been my off-road shop of choice for three years now, and for many more yet to come! Theyve built my 2012 Jeep into a safe, high-performing rig that works just as well on trail as it does on my daily drive. The technical knowledge of their management, sales staff, and techs is superior. They make recommendations and find solutions for any need and budget. Parts and work are top quality! Excellent communication - they provide a quote and it matches whats billed; if anything changes they update the quote before the work is done. I was from out of town and my sway bar broke they took my jeep in and put a new one for me and it only took a few mins. Great place and great staff.

For the most part everything was good, except communication. We called a couple times, text and email to find out the status of a drop ship and got told once that order was scheduled to ship the following week, which didnt happen so we called and were told they would get back to me after hearing from the drop shipper. I get this covid has got things screwed up, but I never recieved a follow up from 2 phone calls, a email, and believe the other was a live chat. So after this I called the manufacturer and got the info I needed in a 5 minute phone call. This is why I give them a 3 star for lack of effort.

Great shop! They fixed my steering and suspension issues, installed a Rhino Rack for a roof-top tent, plus Foxwing awning. Northridge also put on sway bar Quick Disconnects, installed additional lighting/wiring, and put in an ARB air compressor for trail use. They provide great service, knowledgeable techs and staff. You get what you pay for, which at Northridge is quality work and parts. My base camp Jeep performs well thanks to them!

Re-geared and aligned my 2018 Jeep JL here. Competitive prices and seemingly good service. Gears are broken in and nothing has gone sideways yet. Would recommend for a reliable Jeep mechanic. Also, they have a pretty good stock of lift kits and parts. Worth a call here if something is needed in a hurry.

This shop is clean amazing and treat your vehicle like it’s one of theirs. They don’t BS or treat you like a cash machine. They won’t sell you anything you don’t need. Extremely friendly and I personally know they not only are great staff but give back to their community as well.

Northridge Customer service is BEYOND outstanding! I ordered a dual battery tray from them and after install found out that the tray does not fit the manufacturers recommended batteries (Optima Yellowtops, which I purchased 2 brand new ones for this upgrade) and had the potential to cause a direct short (aka fire) when the batteries would shift and ground out on the hold down plate . I contacted the Manufacturer and sent pictures, measurements, and everything they asked for to correct this issue. Then the communications just stopped... after contacting Northridge Customer service on Sunday, they responded within an hour via email and I found out later in the week that it was the President of the company that responded! Dang!! They worked with me to get the battery tray manufacturer to accept the return. In addition to that, they arranged with another top brand company to purchase their battery tray even though the battery tray is NOT sold by Northridge 4x4! My 2012 JKUR now has perfectly fitting dual Optima batteries and back on the road. I will always shop Northridge first. I cant thank this company enough for the above and beyond service!

I had a wheel/tire package on order with the shop that ended up unexpectedly becoming an ongoing back-order. Ryan kept me up to date, fielded any of my questions through the order process and the delay, and provided some of the best customer service in a long time. We ended up cancelling the order because of the manufacturer delay but these guys earned our business for anything in the future. HIGHLY recommend.

I called nearly a dozen places for quotes and chose Northridge 4x4. Not only were their prices very reasonable, but they were extremely helpful. Answered every question I had and did amazing work.

Cant comment on the product, only the service! Ordered in July with an in stock ships within days notification. Its November, still waiting on the product! Sadly, NR 4x4 is getting the blame because they offered the product and have offered nothing in return other than a refund after 5 months. NR4x4 is usually really on top of things. They dropped the ball on this order!

Shout out to the Denver crew. Theyre super helpful, great at educating on products and just an all around good group of guys. I purchased my lift from them last summer and decided to return to see if they could help me diagnose a problem with my steering. They had me in and out in the hour with the problem solved and parts I needed on hand to make the fix! Also - the new store is pretty phenomenal. North Denver is still gentrifying but for their purposes its perfect! Only complaint, if you buy online you cant return or exchange in store. This should really be flipped around for the sake of customers who might need something swapped in the middle of build or day of. Otherwise, keep it up guys!

When you are working on something custom, or modifying the previously modified, it increases the complexity and difficulty ten fold. This is when you need the insight of seasoned experts, which you can find at Northridge4x4. I had a list of work I needed done, and we built up a quote together that was very well priced. As is the case when modifying the already modified, it became clear to them today when the JL was getting the work done, that I needed some of the original Jeep parts (which I no longer had) from earlier mods to complete the new work. Uh-oh, Houston we have a problem!!Now Ive worked with many shops, and usually in this case they would break that news that you just have to eat that added cost like that was the only solution available. In my case it wouldve been ordering a $500+ OEM assembly that I only needed one single part from (!)Well, on their own, they found the exact part I needed from another project were it was left over and unwanted, finding a solution for me at no extra cost!! Talk about shop heroes, these guys turned a no-solution situation into an awesome day with all the obstacles defeated.I really like getting over obstacles.In todays world I find this level of expertise and customer care to be quite rare and worthy of calling out. Simply put, these guys are just the best.

I get most of my stuff here and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable on the gear and equipment. Ordered some equipment for the Jeep which became backordered and they called to give me status updates, no lack of communication with these guys.

I called ahead to make sure they did work on all trucks not just Jeeps but when I got there it became clear they were just a Jeep shop. Although Im sure theyre capable it didnt seem like they had any vendor set-up 4 truck parts

A friend referred my wife and I here when he found out we got a Wrangler. We went to there open house and had a great time with the staff (who is very very knowledgeable) and they had most of the reps from the brands they sell at the open house, smokin deals on all the gear you need and they had some really good BBQ. The wife said she felt more at home here than she did at one of there major competitors shows (staff was ok, no food, not as many brands or reps and not that great of deals). Ryan, Chris and Caleb have been very helpful teaching me about parts and making recommendations and because of these guys, they have earned 2 customers for life and I will be sure to refer more people here. Dont waste your time with the other places just come here and talk to these guys, really good and friendly people with the best prices.

We have had nothing but trouble from this place. We are now left with a broken vehicle but they cant tell us what is wrong with it when it was their fault in the first place. We do not recommend going here.

Great shop! I just returned from my 500 mile regear follow up, which was both convenient and painless. The project itself was well done, and at a fair price. Other than gears and AC, I do all my own work, but would be happy to have Northridge 4x4 CO do another project for me.

Chris at Northridge did an amazing job at adjusting and getting my anti rock sway bars right. Would definitely go back for all my Jeep needs.

No written warranty for labor. They insist they will handle it if things go wrong but the lack of anything in writing is concerning. Jeep lift kit and conversion ended up rubbing on lower control arm. I guess they never tested wheel travel after modifying and adding the new tires. Would have preferred if they actually test drove the vehicle and discovered the problem themselves. Had to order wheel spacers at additional cost which isnt ideal in my opinion. Sales and service staff were very nice however and the prices they offer are competitive.

So I took my JK to get it serviced at Lary H and they ended stripping one of my lug nuts and sent me home with only 4 instead of 5 lug nuts (not sketch at all, right?) . North ridge was the first company I thought about calling. I believe his name was Adam or Chris I can’t remember their name but your representatives give outstanding customer service. Y’all made me feel welcomed. They helped me with a spare lug nut and gave me pointers/recommendations. They’ll be my go-to guys when I’m ready to modify my JK. Keep rockin’!

My experiences with Northridge 4x4 have been nothing but amazing! Ryan Jensen will absolutely take care of you with everything. I went in on Monday afternoon to order my KMC machetes and he explained to me that they didn’t have any in stock so he would have to order direct, inside the next 10 min, he made some quick phone calls and then told me that my wheels would be here Thursday morning.. 3 days for wheels that easily would have taken 2 weeks. Both Ryan Jensen, and his manager Chris Roell are easy to talk to, personable, and will do whatever it takes to take the best care of you. If your debating going to any other shop, stop, talk to them, get the best price and service that is out there!

This place is the bomb! Very knowledgeable crew who crank out great work. I couldnt ask more from the 3.5in AEV Lift and new nitto ridge grapplers. My JK has never driven this great.

Very unsatisfied :-( from the 3 weeks waiting on my 1600$$ worth of stuff to arrive in bits and pieces . To the 240$ rigged ridge grill I ordered that looks like it was built to small horrible fitment and gaps . Now Im stuck having to replace the cheezy sway bar end links from my sway bar inverting and bending them causing damage to my drag link and crossover. Parts missing from my kit. Awesome way to deal with someone who just dropped over 1600 for the first and last time ...

Great place for upgrades on your 4x4 great staff. Great prices. Knowledgeable guys helped me choose the right gear swap options they didnt force or try to upsell me on anything. They gave me some different options and let me decide. A week later i came back i had them swap the dana30 for a UD44 and 4.88 gears. Install was fast and clean. No hassles with these guys. Good honest work

The guy working the front desk was a great guy Chuck was his name very knowledgeable but everything else I did with them was terrible. I originally went to them because they were 3k cheaper then 4 wheel parts. In the end 4 wheel parts would have been the best bet. They screwed up my lift kit so bad they had to force it in with a sledge hammer which is evident due to the fresh hammer marks. They told me I wouldnt need new rims at an off-site which I ended up having to get after the tie rods they forgot to flip were grinding the rims from Co to ND and back. I blow out a CV shaft Everytime I go in 4wd because they misaligned the diff over extending the drivers side CV. They gave me new tires as an apology after I threatened to sue. I had been back so many times to get issues resolved that 4 wheel parts did a few things for free. My front end vibrates so bad going down the road the new tires are wearing badly and their Nissan expert who has no clue what he is doing swore they wouldnt rub yet they rub every time I turn. DEFINITELY GO TO 4 WHEEL PARTS IF YOU WANT YOUR 4 WHEEL DRIVE TO WORK AFTER YOUR LIFT IS INSTALLED

Let me start by saying that I am a DIY kind of person that maintains, builds and repairs my own vehicles. Sometimes individuals like myself run into a hiccup with a build or project and need a question answered or advice. I’ve recently had the pleasure of dealing with the guys at the Denver store. What a awesome group of employees. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. They are not parts slingers like their competitors. They only sell you what you need for your application. They also believe in and use the products that they sell. Their prices are hard to beat as well. After interacting with the salesmen and technician I left their store with a great respect for the employees there. For years I have dealt with their competitors and it’s always been the same thing, they try to sell you parts and services you don’t need or they don’t give you all the facts of what you will need when doing a extreme build when you ask that kind of information so it ends up nickels and dimes you to death. Plus with the employees at Northridge, I never got that judge mental attitude for being a DIY person like the competition does. Keep up the great service and great quality of parts and I’ll be a customer for years to come. Once again, Thank you guys at Northridge 4x4 in Denver.Second part of review:8/31/18I recently had some unfortunate luck with a set of components I purchased through Norhridge’s competitors. So naturally I got on the phone with the manufacturer of the components that failed under warranty. The warranty rep told me that I’d need to take it back to where I purchased it and have their techs swap out the parts. I don’t let anybody touch my vehicles because in the past I’ve always had to repair the original issue and repair the damage that the techs did. So I told the warranty rep that I wouldn’t let 4Wheel parts touch my lawn mower. Was there any other option, he informed me that maybe Northridge would perform the warranty claim because they are a dealer for the components that failed. I talked to the manager Chris at Northridge and he agreed to do it even though he could of told me to pound sand because I didn’t purchase through them. I was so impressed with his employees the first time I dealt with them that I agreed to have them perform the warranty claim. Words can not describe the quality of professionalism that I experienced at Northridge. The staff not only completed the repairs ahead of schedule but the little details I noticed were of professional quality that you don’t see any more these days from repair shops. I do want to give a special thanks to the technician who did the repairs because I don’t know your name but I do pay attention to details and paint marking the all the bolts shows me that you tightened all the bolts and if one is loose I’ll catch it before anything bad happens because it’s a quick visual aid. That’s the quality of work that’s hard to find any more. I want to thank the crew at Northridge 4x4 and special thanks goes out to Chris, Ryan, Kalop and the technician or technicians that worked on my vehicle. Great set of guys at the CO shop (Dave & Tim). Bought TF 2.5 coil lift, Rancho 9000s, AEV geo bracket, TF exhaust spacers and SynEnergy wheel adapters. Everything was in stock except the exhaust spacers (shame on you haha). Down side was that the next appt. to put it on was almost a month out. Being from 100 miles away, I went with a local business to put the stuff on.
