Bad customer service no welcome at all and One of the worst store which sells very low quality parts

I called a Nissan dealership to replace a part on my car, I was passed around to 4 different departments and NO ONE could help me. I called Certifit and spoke with Alejandro the WH manager at Certifit and he was nothing but exceptional! He knew exactly what I needed, he allowed me to send a picture to him to make sure it was the correct part and was very knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful! He was incredibly nice to speak with!Thank you so much Mr. Alejandro!!!!

July 1st. 2021 no mask mandate, told by a grumpy lady at the counter I had to put a mask on to enter, while half of their staff is not wearing a mask while helping customers. I asked why they didnt have one she said cause they work in the warehouse ?? if you dont make employees wear masks why do your customers??

If youre looking for aftermarket body parts this is the place to go most of their parts fit perfect for Budget price very knowledgeable staff and very rarely let me down.

The people and service are great but the parts don’t fit like factory. Funny because their name is Certi-Fit but nothing fits 💀. Spend the extra dollar and buy OEM and save yourself the trouble.

Bad customer service

This place is always busy they handled it very well. Very professional and I have never experienced the problem with any thing I bought from Certifit. The only thing I can add is that being so busy sometimes the staff can be short with you and sound a bit repetitive perhaps a little sincerity might put them over the top however, cant really complain at all

I needed the tail lamp assembly for my 06 Highlander and didnt have time to wait for it to be shipped to me.Certifit was suggested by a person at AutoZone and I am glad he did.I went directly to their location and picked up what I needed.Having been in auto industry on and off over the years, I am surprised Ive never heard of them.If you have trouble finding a part, call these guys at Certifit.

A good place to buy parts for cars,in the delivery area the employees are super nice,friendly and helpful but at the counter the people answering the phones and helping you to find the part are always rude,you call asking for parts and they said they have the part on stock and when you go and try to get the part or order something they said,Oh we dont have that part on stock,i dont know who told you that but we dont have anything for that car or truck,so its just a waste of time driving all the way there for nothing!!

Walk in to be told I have to have a mask on.... By a clown not wearing his mask!! Place is a joke, parts are always damaged, counter people are rude and even if youre the only MF there, you you are still stuck waiting for ever.....

Would give zero stars if possible, if youre looking for customer service and quality they have neither. Ive bought hundreds of parts for my small shop and everything they Ive purchased from certifit, doesnt fit, I guess their nickname is true sort of fit is true. The last thing I bought was severely damaged and they refused to return it. Buyer beware!

Yes they are extremely busy most times, calling isn’t the best option just go to the physical site and order there. Way better then waiting around an hour to 2 hours for the phone call. Just 30min to an hour for your parts when you order there. Depending on how busy it is. Remember they will put you on hold don’t expect them to get you right away. They are working very hard.

I am not sure why all the negative comments. Although I must admit I was reluctant to purchase an item but I did anyway...glad I did! I called to inquire about a replacement mirror for my sons car and the representative was extremely nice. I went to the store to pick up my item and was greeted immediately and kindly. My will call wait was less than 10 minutes. Keep up the great work!

Very poor customer service. When you tried to call them, they put you on hold for over a hour and never come back to you. When you tried to call back, they say to busy to take phone calls and put leave you hold for a very long time . Very very poor customer service. dont deal with this company. They WASTE people time. Go somewhere else that has very good customer service.

Great prices for good aftermarket parts. Be prepared to use some elbow grease as they don’t always line up perfectly but for the price you can’t really complain. Service is always astounding.

Has all the parts I ever asked for, it is just a waiting game once you place the order. Always check your parts before they leave the door because once they do there is no exchanging it!!!!!

Busy, busy place...counter employees all very friendly and helpful but after you get your item, theres no help to get it to your vehicle. I find some items hard to handle due to size, so it would be nice to have help with that.

I am writing a review from Jonnis Automotive Repair. We here as a small business order body parts from this supplier fairly often. Every single time we order parts from this source, they end up selling me different parts. Not only different parts but when we call and explain they sent different parts, they alter prices to a significantly outrageous sum. CERTIFIT AUTO BODY PARTS ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

They have the parts that I need, every time. The counter people are friendly and knowledgeable. Service is quick and easy. Ive never had a problem with anything that Ive purchased. I recommend them highly.

They sell car parts for cheap. You get to choose two things, good, cheap, or fast. Certifit is good and cheap. They are slow as hell. Such is life. Great store though and staff was knowledgable and attentive to detail.

Cheap parts cheap service ordered a hood a week ago we are a business they said it would be delivered friday we called for ETA multiple times they said absolutely no worries it would be delivered Friday end of day guess what its Friday end of Day and they are closed my customer now has to wait another three days till after the weekend. Will never do business with them again.

Dont waste your money on the cheap, and I mean garbage parts, that they sell. I bought new side mirrors for my van in April, the glass was so loose after a few weeks, I had to get them replaced. They didnt have the same mirrors when I went to exchange them, so I had to spend more money on a new set. Here it is, eight months later and the hinge part of the mirror, folding mirrors, is so loose the mirrors shake and are almost useless, just left the warehouse and they told me they will only replace them for 90 days from time of purchase. Their exact words to me to bad, I dont know what to tell you. Stay away!

Certifit is the place to go if youre looking to save money on parts for your vehicle. Sure they are busy, but its because everyone else already knows that this is the place to go for parts. The staff is friendly, efficient and helpful, but Andre is by far the best. He is always very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure my order is correct, even though I know how crazy busy they are on a daily basis. Their customers need to realize that they are handling a very high volume on a daily basis. Customers need to be patient and appreciative that they have the staff to put up with these rude, and ungrateful people and that they are able to save money and get parts they need at such a great discount. No other place in town can compete with their prices! I highly recommend this place, and have used them almost on a daily basis for almost 8 years.

Waited an hour to be told the part was on the dock and will not be unload till Wednesday of the following week. I have had many projects that I have used them for. But never was it so painful to wait and then be told that they dont open their packages till the following week. Hope they get more help😞

In spite of other reviews, I took a chance and was rewarded. Was told three times to check the parts, which were fine. Took about twenty minutes from when I walked in. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I now view most of the negative reviews as coming from fearful competitors. The prices are that low.

Called a few days prior for a Toyota Tacoma hood. They told me it was in stock and they would pull it aside. I take off work a few hours early to drive to the other side of town. I get into the lobby and am helped right away; They get my name and say the part will be right out and I can wait in the lobby/parts receiving area. So far so good. But then after numerous others come through and get their parts, I am still sitting. After 20 minutes I go back to the desk and ask what is going on. They look into the computer again and say the part was pulled and they would check on it. The gentleman comes back several minutes later and tells me their computer made a mistake and the part was damaged. I ask if I can see it anyway, so another 10 minutes go by and they pull the hood out. It doesnt have major damage, but still not something I am willing to spend $400 painting. They offer me $8 off.... EIGHT DOLLARS? OK... Id rather order another one. The guy tells me that isnt possible, and I would have to keep checking for when they get one in and it will take 3-4 weeks. And even then I cant even get a call... this is 2016 and we have the technology!I give them two stars instead of one because everyone was mostly pleasant and no one was outright rude to me. But the company itself and their practices? No thanks... I dont need cheap parts that bad.In the end I left and ended up ordering a genuine OEM part for many many hundreds more. But I think in the long run Ill be happier with the product, and I wont have to waste several hours of my day to not get the part I was told was in stock and ready for pickup.

What a bunch of crooks. They secretly push damaged products on you without disclosing they are. They hope you dont check and have you sign the bottom of ticket. There is two boxes you are to check. I didnt check either. What a bunch of POS. I dont stereo type but they live up to the reputation by whom they have working behind the counter. Spent $235 for a dented hood.

I bought a hood and i opened it and it has some dents, i called today and they told me that they cant return any parts that has damage . he told me that every single time a customer buy a part they tell him or her to check it before leaving to make sure it is perfect, unfortunately that wasnt the case when i bought it and they didnt tell me to check it before leaving the store . avoid this place at all cost, people at desk have no respect for customers and management is all garbage

Gave me a damaged hood and when I tried to return it they wouldnt take back because of damage which I hadnt even used. Recommend going to a junk yard for parts instead. Much more cheaper

They have good stuff and at great cost but their customer service sucks also when you order a part hours before pick up they took about an hour an half to two hours I think there was three other people in front which took forever. They need more staff or they lose more money each in my opnion

The worst customer service ever. Dan the manager is super arrogant will not stand behind his parts or employees shipping the correct parts. The parts themselves hardly ever fit made from the worst Chinese crap in the planet. Id highly recommend Keystone or salvage yard for fenders, hoods, ect. their parts are far superior, customer service is fantastic.

I called the main number to the Denver location. Some guy answered and acted like he had better things to do. I asked if they had the LF and RF Headlight Housing for my truck. The employee stated that they were fresh out. It will take 3-4 weeks to get more in. I doubt that those are on backorder. Ive used these guys in the past, but will definitely go with Keystone in the future.

Trash of a place! Do not buy here. Their parts are cheap materials. I tried returning a hood they sold me, which they me the wrong one, and wouldnt give my money back because a sticker was missing. They never told us to watch the stickers or that they were even there to begin with. Horrible customer service.

90 bucks for tailites, I can wait 3 days off the net. By waiting 3 days, I got a savings of 60 bucks. Way over priced, extremely rude Customer Service. Way to F*$% the Working Class!

Cheap for a reason! I ordered a bumper for my 2012 Elantra and they told me they would deliver it for free, which made me happy. It was delivered in flimsy plastic wrap, but I (stupidly) assumed it was undamaged and would be fine. I had my body guys put it on. After it was on I noticed there was a crease in it. I called certifit and they told me that I would have to take it off, bring it back, pay a 20% restocking fee, and theyd give me another one. I said cant you just give me a slight refund to my card for the crease? Nope, I would have to take it off and bring it back to the store for the manager to inspect before a discount could be issued.This is very disappointing and I will not be doing business with certifit again, cheap or not. Poor customer service, management is unwilling to help a customer for their shoddy product, and not really many apologies for my trouble considering the money already spent.
