Bought a car here almost 2 years ago. I sold it for more than what I paid for it so it tells you their prices are more than fair. Had to do minimal work to it while owning but all cars need work sometime! I came back last week bought another car. They have earned a customer for life.

Very Helpful Staff, I was very impressed on how much information they gave me in the listing before I came down to see the car. I did a lot of research before buying a car and on almost ever search engine I went to the price was almost always the lowest. I went to a few other dealerships that had close to or similar prices and the cars were not in good condition and nothing was listed in their ads. I wish more companies would follow the lead of this dealership and post more information about the car. Great experience! I would recommend anyone I know to buy a car here. If I could give this place a zero star I would. I have never seen a more unprofessional business ever. They never answer the phone. My father bought a car last November and he still has not gotten his license because they refuse to send his info to the dmv. They sent a temporary tag which expired and he is now driving illegally. Not only did they sell him a car that has so many issues. They refuse to do their job. Please save your self a headache and go somewhere else.

Do not go to this dealership. We purchased a vehicle and the extended warranty. Unfortunately the car was totaled shortly after.. I did follow the needed steps in December of 2019 and the warranty was canceled. Now the dealership will not return the money that is owed to us for the extended warranty. I have been dealing with this for 7 months they will not return any messages and they owe me money. Go to a reputable car dealership

I bought a LR2 here and I love the car! This dealership was the only one in Denver that I could find that gave details about any issues in the advertisement. I spent 16 hours on line and went to 14 different dealerships before stopping at Unlimited. I was ready to give up my search. Every dealership I went to there were a range of issues from cars not starting to engines knocking and they wanted more for the vehicle than the one I got here. The Lr2 I got was in decent condition with some slight hail which I knew it had from the advertisement and a small rip in the seat. I got a pre-sale and the LR2 needed brakes in about 15k miles and some of the belts would need replacing down the road. All things I was prepared for knowing the car was not new. I have had the car now for over a year and am bringing my son next week to get his first car. I am excited that he gets to make his first car purchase with them. Look forward to seeing you guys again. I hope Vicki is still there I would love to stop in and say hello.

This is the worst place ever! I guess they only have one salesman and he might as well pack it up and go home cuz hes no help at all! My son was the first time buyer so he went and looked at the cars which half of them have shattered windshield there on the lot! he tells my son what he needs we come back the next day then he adds more stuff that we need the third day I told my son what the heck how many times you going back his reply was he never told me the first day exactly everything I need he tells me every single day Im going to need something else! its an hour drive by this time Im upset and I tell this man why cant he do his job he knows that hes a first time buyer how does he expect him to know what exactly what hes going to need yes he took Common Sense stuff but they wanted something else or something different but 3 days in a row and then he has the nerve to say well you dont have any common sense to his customer! I flat out told him no you dont have any Common Sense hes a first time buyer and its like pulling your teeth whoever the owner is to this company you need to get rid of him he is costing you money #Neil if you if you go on CarGurus you will see so many complaints and bad reviews! People save your money take it somewhere else but most definitely save your time cuz this place is a joke! They wont even take the time to fix a shattered windshield or whats your battery is charged and even then youll see flat tires on the lot listen to the reviews but even more listen to the owners response 2 peoples bad experiences AT UNLIMITED MOTORS on CarGurus he is literally blaming the customer and fighting back with them instead of apologizing and saying he would make it right hahaha Damm GHETTO what are you talking about? that is such a lie who is going to go look for a car without a downpayment? And like I said in carguru you are always arguing with each customer thats our experience! why dont you just apologize for your BAD business! YOU SAID HE HAD QUALIFIED OVER THE PHONE THATS WHY HE WENT BACK 3 X I was rude to your customers wow okay your story sounds good but its not nowhere near the truth so if you can live with yourself by lying to people then so be it! But they also have a right to know what kind of business you are and how you treat your customers STOP LYING!

Did you think the price was half of retail and you really have to do nothing to the car. I just bought a Ford Focus from this company 3 weeks ago. I was using public transportation for the last 2 years and it was becoming expensive. I needed a car fast and they helped me get into a car within the budget I had. I liked that they were not pushy and allowed me to look at several cars before buying. Either the car was astronomically high for the car and the good priced ones were on their way to being junk. Unlimited Motors had fair prices for decent cars and the no dealer fee is great. I felt this company was honest about their cars and I was not surprised about the condition. This car was perfect for me. I am glad I found this place and will come here again.

I found this company on a place called Cargurus. I submitted inquiries to 12 companies about the same car(year make model and similar miles). Out of 12 companies only 3 called me back which this company was the 1st to contact me. I was impressed by the level of service over the phone and the honesty I received about the vehicle I was looking at. I decided to go and visit them. Everything they stated over the phone was the same thing I saw in person. In addition they were very friendly and explained the process from start to finish. They were truly a diamond in the ruff when it comes to car shopping as previous experiences of mine have been less than pleasant. I am satisfied with my car, the warranty I purchased and the level of service I received. This company should be applauded! I would recommend anyone reading this post to at least visit this company. I think you would be impressed!

Check engine light came on as soon as I hit highway speed! On the test drive make sure you go where you want to and not where the salesman wants. Better than a lot of places about finding financing. Just make sure you pay attention to the fine print and the details!

Probably the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased a lot of cars from a lot of car dealerships but this was by far the best service I received. Before I came here i read some of the reviews and was apprehensive to take my business here but I always try to keep in mind that people are entitled to their opinions and you cannot please everyone. I am glad I did not listen. The price was too good to be true is what I thought. I did about 20 hours online looking for the right car within my budget as I planned to pay cash but also did not want to get a lemon. I got a 2009 Nissan Murano here with 89,000 miles and got it for about 4500.00 less than what everyone else wanted with similar and even higher miles. I also liked there were no hidden charges in the fine print and they were straight forward with what the car was going to cost me. I will definitely buy another car from them

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional. I bought a truck that broke down the same night! I called them that night (Saturday) and they said to call back Tuesday. I was told that they had no liability because I did not buy the extended warranty which they were liars about too. They sold the truck to me stayed at 6,000 miles less than it actually had, forcing me to have to pay for the latest warranty. I kept calling and they just blocked my number. I called from my wife’s phone and they picked up immediately. This place is grimey. They get cars is good enough shape to just make it out of the lot. Save your time and headaches and take your money elsewhere. Worst dealership I have ever been to.

Just updating we are still having issues with the car don’t buy a car here ever plus they stole money from us in the taxes and title fees We were able to work with Neil he was friendly, helpful and very kind. We will for sure come back here in the future if we get another car. The prices are extremely fair and definitely not over priced. They are not out to take advantage of you or take your money. I would love to say this however Neil didn’t fix our car there mechanic sucks and is inexperienced they did more damage to our car then it is worth. Update 10/30:Just shortly following the purchase, I took my vehicle in for an oil change and was advised it had a rack and pinion leak. I contacted the dealer immediately and they quickly scheduled me an appointment with their mechanic for that Monday morning. Their mechanic verified the leak and Vicky let me know she ordered the part required and scheduled me for this Thursday to complete the repair. I will update following the replacement of the power steering rack and pinion.10/26Neil is easy to work with - low pressure and answered all of my questions. Excited to own a Honda!

Not usually the one to take time to actually make a review but this specific place screwed me over to the point where I have to let anyone know before dealing with them BUYER BEWARE. They only want to sell sell sell and wont actually tell you whats wrong with the cars they are actually selling only the good news. I personally will never give them another dollar of mine as long as I live.

Another dealership screwed me over and I was a little apprehensive to purchase a vehicle but had no choice as the previous dealership did not get me approved and I had to return the car and lost all of my money. Bought my 1st car here about 3 months ago. It took me 3 weeks to decide and I didnt have money to buy a new one so I had to buy used. I bought a 2015 Nissan Altima and I love the car I got. I also liked that their website had the carfaxes right on there because most places I called or emailed told me I needed to come in first. That was a little shady for me. Ive visited this establishment many times and all of the employees are rude, dont provide honest information and sell broken cars They dont check their cars before they sell them so they intentionally sell broken cars with expensive warranties. Take your business online, youll find much better selection and prices. The owner is very mean and deletes comments he doesnt agree with. Extremely rude staff!I purchased a vehicle from unlimited motors with cash. No financing. The day I bought the vehicle they claimed they could not do emissions on it and that I needed to bring it back so they could do emissions. When I brought the vehicle back I had to sit in a side building that was extremely dirty for 3 hours. The vehicle did not pass emissions, and said they would call me when they found the part to fix it. They called me at 6pm to tell me to bring in the vehicle at 10am the next day. I have a job, and cant afford to miss work to hang out at their dirty facility. They are unwilling to provide a courtesy vehicle, a ride home, uber, or any other form of transportation and said that me not being able to get around is not their problem.Do yourself a favor and buy a vehicle from a reputable company. These guys have no customer service. And they treat you like trash after the sale.

I wouldnt ever buy a vehicle from this place. I found a truck I was interested in, got the financing all lined up and approved, and decided to take it for a pre-purchase inspection, which they say on the website they strongly encourage. It turned out the truck has a serious defect. The sales guy sat with me during the inspection so he was made well aware of the problem. His response was, were not to going to fix this (its at least a $2,000 repair) and well just sell it to someone else.So they know they are going to sell a problem vehicle to someone else. Its pretty disgusting.Im glad I spent the $65 for the inspection. Its saved me a bunch of money and headaches down the road.

They lied to me and jerked me around. The check engine light came on while I was on a test drive. They told me it was nothing, just a bad spark plug. I told them to fix it first then I would buy it. I called them every day for over a week and they always had some lame excuse. It actually worked out well for me because I found the same car for less with 50000 less miles. Dont trust them.

Vehicles are misrepresented. Nearly every vehicle on the lot has some kind of damage to it (windshields broken, doors caved in etc.) Staff all to busy on their phones to offer any real help what-so-ever. Dont waste your time and money here.

The most horrible place ever to get a car! I don’t recommend ANYONE! To get a car here! my girlfriend got a car here and I broke down during the test driver. And they lied and said “it was the battery from sitting for so long” EVEN WORST they took the car back and said they fixed it & but yet the next day after receiving it back It died out again! MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!!! We only had the car for 2 whole days! AND THE ICING ON THE CAKE!!! The manager block my girlfriend’s number and won’t help out at all! And we have a 90 days gracing period!

I NOW HAVE 276 THOUSAND MILES ON IT AND IT STILL RUNS ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT. PRICE WAS GREAT. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP BUT UNLIMITED MOTORS. I RECOMMENDED ALL MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO THEM. I CANT BE ANY HAPPIER WITH MY PURCHASE.......

So far it has been a week I took the car to get an emissions test within the alotted 3 days it did not pass, they wouldnt even test it, the check engine light has been on everyday since I got the except when I drove it home, I brought the car back and was told the spark plugs needed to be changed and was presented with an emissions cert of pass this is all after showing them a report from a Honda Dealership that it needed replacement engine parts. I truly thought because it was Veteran owned that there would be some Honor and Integrity but thats not the case as of yet I am still waiting for a call back from Neil. Im truly disgusted and contemplating my next move, I along with others work too hard to get ripped off wit a bad product!!Response: this vehicle was not tampered with, the check engine light is still on and came on a day after picking the car back up.. I’ll believe an emissions test that I am there to witness and not one the dealer takes to get done.

Great dealership! The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They are definitely a cut above the rest dealerships in the area.

Truck had nothing on it that was listed. Radio was tore out. Waste if time bait and switch. Owners started they cant control 3rd party information. I checked there website directly and they stated the chemical only had bad paint. There was nothing in this vehicle that was listed. No navigation system, no video, no off road package, none of the electronics options, no adjustable pedals, the list goes on and on. This was on unlimited motors website. The 3rd party statement is a lie. This vehical was trashed inside and nothing was in the dashboard but a large hole and wires hanging out. Only picture was of the outside of the truck, none of the inside. They hid all if the issues.

Unlimited motors was very willing to work with me and my situation to get me into a vehicle that I needed very bad! They did what they could to make it happen and it is greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this place!

This is a horrible horrible horrible dealership. We bought a car, the price was excellent. Probably so much that we should have thought about that, you know the line... Too good to be true. Just as everybody else has complained, check engine light went on days after we bought the car. We took it to AutoZone to read the codes, and can you imagine... 5 codes. Unbelievable!! Like others, we tried calling them to find out what we could do. But nobody would answer, and nobody would return our calls. Shortly after the clutch went out. So we bought a new clutch, and flywheel, and throwout bearing. Still have to deal with the fact that the car will not pass emissions, because the check engine light is on. This place is horrible, please dont buy a car from them. I only wished I would have read the reviews before I made the purchase. This place should not be in business. They hold true to the used-car salesman Creed. Like others, I wish that I wouldnt have to give them a star at all. They dont deserve not even one.

Sold the car that I had been working on for almost a week. Had paperwork in order, that took almost a week to get due to Janets taking several days to get me 2 pieces of paper, a purchase order and a copy of the title. Absolute unprofessionalism.*Edit* In response to the response from the business. I originally contacted the dealership on a Thursday. The following Tuesday is the day that I had the issue with them selling the vehicle I had discussed. Not this 2 Weeks that they claim. I trust my bank much more than the dealer, they said that they emailed my bank twice, and yet, my bank received it a total of zero times. I contacted the business multiple times on Monday requesting that they just send the documents to me, and got Oh yes, well send them right away, were busy and never got them until the next day around Noon, after having to contact them again. So, now not only are they unprofessional, they are dishonest as well.
