I purchased a car here in April. The sale process was professional, quick, and efficient. I felt Shawn was courteous and did not pressure me into buying anything extra. Additionally, there were no hidden fees.My complaints only happened after I had taken the car home. I was left to discover rather significant cosmetic damage on my own - I purchased the car (which is black) late in the day which hid a lot of scratches. There are numerous scratches on the drivers side and on the roof of the car. I bear some responsibility for not noticing at the time of purchase, but this is something that should be conveyed to the buyer. Had these scratches been verbally conveyed to me or photographed in the advertisement for the car, I would accept 100% responsibility. They were not, and I feel misled. I also discovered a piece of interior trim that is loose and that I cant reattach on my own within a few days of taking the car home. Again, I was not told prior to purchase. My last complaint is that the car needs a new thermostat and water pump. I understand that the inspection may not have picked up on this, but Im sad to report a $700 bill 6 months after my purchase. Typically I would blame the manufacturer, but Shawn reassured me numerous time that the car was in great shape, had it checked out by a reputable shop, that they only sell cars in great condition, etc.

Shawn is one of the old time fellas that are few and far between. A man of his word, it is a very rare trait in this day in age. Example: How many sales people do you see crawl under a vehicle to see any kind of concerns small or big? Shawn sure as H*** did! Honest man, honest business, first and the only one I have ever came across, especially in the used car buying industry. He dont do no forward and backwards talking, its straight out and to the point. I had a 1997 F250 and traded it for his 2006 F250, he made a great deal for us both! I live in Pueblo West and we were able to communicate as if he was my next door neighbor! 80% of our dealings was through email because cell service in Pueblo West isnt the greatest and I am unable to use my phone while at work. If you are looking for a vehicle without any hidden problems for you to figure out later down the road, on the side of the road and dont want to hassle with the big dealership games and the plain BS they present you with, along with no dealer fees, then Bespoke Autos is the place for you! I found the car on Craigslist, callled to make an appointment and before even driving to see the vehicle, Shawn disclosed the flaws he knew to be evident as to not waste either of our time. When arriving, I could tell this was not going to be the typical dealership experience and it wasn’t thank goodness. After coming to a deal on the vehicle Shawn threw in a few fixes that weren’t necessary but showed me what kind of people they are... “Good People” It took a week for the fixes, and for me to have the time to pick the vehicle up.
