Very friendly and very helpful. Cindy was so kind to me. She helped me pick the color for my kitchen cabinets. My husband didnt want blue and I didnt want gray. Sooo she helped us come to a happy medium. Thanks Cindy!

Employees were kind, but just FYI, you can only buy a sample in Quarts and it can only be satin. You’re better off going to the big orange store or the big blue store if you need another option for a small project.

Im a contractor and have to come here from time to time when I get an empty Sherwin Williams can from a home owner while working on their house. The last time I came I had to match a brown stain that was used by a builder. The can i brought in was half full but I needed more so I brought the can in to get a few more gallons that matched the color codes. Well the guy opens the old can I guess to check and see if it matches with the new ones. I check out and they carry out the old gallon and one of the new ones to my truck bed while I get the other two. I go home down the street, Im satisfied with the purchase. The next day I come out to stain all over my drywall and truck bed. They didnt close the lid all the way on the old stain can and since they carried out to my truck and put it in there I assumed they had closed it.. I know it wasnt on purpose but i mean come on! Something so easy to do that they do multiple times a day wasnt done correctly and ended up costing me money.

Went in there on Monday and was helped by Jacob. If I had to describe a time where I received the best customer service, it would be Monday at Sherwin Williams. Overall I think this young man will go places with his good manners and professionalism. Please give him a raise or a promotion.

I have been a long time SW customer because I believe in their product. A recent experience where it appeared that the materials was failing prior to the 8 year warranty brought me to question product. The Denton manager came out, looked at the house, and generously credited me with some new materials. I was MOST impressed with the level of service and responsiveness. Great company to deal with. Im convinced.

I have been going here for years now. Some may describe this as a bad location, but it is actually a good location, because it is away from all that Loop 288 cr*p. It takes time to make some good paint, and to provide customer service, so to those who had a bad experience with this, I say have a little bit more patience. Its either quality Sherwin-Williams paints or the other (big) guys. Whom do you prefer? Sherwin-Williams has been around for a long time. Its an American icon.

If I could give this location zero stars I would. Customer service is AWFUL! No one greeted us as we walked in. We stood looking at paint chips for 10 minutes....still no one acknowledged us. Some people walked in after us and they were asked if they needed anything. Still nobody asked if they could help us. What gives? We walked out....nobody said have a nice day. Lowes is going to get our business. Sherwin Williams sucks.

HORRIBLE Customer Service- We are building a cabin and came in to order more deck over and stain during their 50% off sale. It took forever to order the product due to computer issues and the blonde at the counter seemed zoned out. She finally wrote down our order and told us she would get it done. Fast forward 3 months and we realize it is time to paint and we never got the product. We had forgotten about during the build and they had never called us as promised. I call thinking it must be sitting up there waiting for pick up. It wasnt. THE ORDER WAS NEVER PUT IN THE SYSTEM! The clerk told me he was sorry and that they had a 30% off sale coming up we could take advantage of. Uh no! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Go to another store. =(

This is the worst location, they are very rude and do not knowh ow to consolidatet there time at all. If youre wantingt o wait 2hoursf or paint this is the place to go. Needless to say me and my company will be taking our business else where.

I have been to this location twice since moving to Denton and have only had negative experiences. On my most recent trip, I was told I could not be helped because the cust serv rep did not agree with my decision to paint my countertops, despite the fact that I knew exactly what type of paint I needed for the project. Because I prefer to make my own decisions, and prefer to avoid patronizing and judgmental cust serv reps, I will not be visiting this location again.Home Depot has been incredibly helpful in selecting paint for my DIY projects. They even have paint kits intended for painting countertops...who knew. Oh, and they didnt judge me for my purchase.
