I went to the Roanoke location (stay with me) looking for a Cub Cadet Zero Turn and the lady helping me (Amanda) found they didn’t have one. Amanda then took the time to search for one at other TSC stores. I was in luck when one popped up at the Denton TSC store.The next day I drove to Denton and met the manager (Jeremy) who personally took the time to answer my questions and concerns. No matter what I said Jeremy had a positive response. Needless to say I made the 3k purchase on the spot! Since it was Veterans Day I received a nice little discount which was awesome and much appreciated that TSC looks out for vets...So today I picked up my new mower and another manager (JC) hooked me up with a trailer to get my mower home and made sure I had all my questions answered.So in closing I want to thank Amanda, Jeremy and JC for going above and beyond for a retired paw paw. You have gained a customer and I truly appreciate ya!!

We came all the way from Watauga to visit this location and it was worth it. They have a good variety of chics and plenty of staff on hand to assist with your everyday needs. Ive always enjoy coming in TS because if you build it, raise it, feed it, they will probably have the tools and supplies to help you complete the job. But all that is good and all but the GREAT! is, is it possible to be so nice and courteous. Yes, yesterday closing team and I think hes the manager made my shopping experience beyond pleasant. I felt 2 inches taller because he cares about his customers and it shows. I wish I remember your name but my wife and I wont forget your face. Thank you for helping us with our exchange and getting us what we wanted.

Be aware that they dont have propane services anymore. I didnt even know its a thing but they stopped offering propane tanks or refills for some reason. I drove all the way out there to disappointment. This should be a standard offering.

Steep prices but they were the closest place that carry what I need. I’ve come to accept that whenever I walk in here that almost no customers wear a mask. I guess it comes with the territory, but I just keep my distance. However tonight when the cashier was not even wearing a mask, I decided this place will no longer get my business. Not that they care or will miss me. Just letting any other potential customers know, this place does not care about the safety of customers. 2 stars only because my previous experiences with one of the female cashiers was always pleasant and it’s generally a clean store.

This company is Terrible to their employees! Screaming and cursing at a war vet employee in front of customers in Denton. Having a great employee that went above and beyond for the company then being let go while on a medical leave, this is unethical and wrong!

Y’all, I had the MOST pleasant experience today at the Denton store. I was helped by 3 youngsters- one gal (Emily!), and two young men (Andrew & I didn’t catch the other’s name). They were all extremely helpful with all of my questions; in all different departments. Everyone was FRIENDLY, and seemed happy to be there! That, in and of itself....seems to be so rare these days - in any retail situation. Thank you all for your joyful attitudes and sincere assistance. I applaud you!!

Usually well stocked on pet/bird food. Friendly service. I walk my dog there pretty regularly. Regular clearance section in the back right corner of the store. Prices on dog toys and leashes are high, but treat prices are reasonable. Most treats are clearly labeled made in USA.

Very cool store with very attentive employees. Bought a bag of black diamond blasting sand for my aquarium. Worth just a walk through to look at stuff.

Very helpful when looking for pet rabbit supplies. A lady even helped me with clearance section, pointed out new reduced items. Very nice

Love this place. I buy my dog and cats food, their food brand 4health. Love the fact that they will let you exchange anything that you buy on their online site buy just bribing it to the store. I accidentally purchased the wrong dog food. The lady at the register was very helpful and let me swap the food, by brining the online confirmation number and the food.

Since my last review of this place it has improved 100%. Honestly I think its because of a management change. Much better and cleaner, the workers are nicer as well. Only complaint is they dont really ask people to wear a mask.

The staff is very nice and helpful. They have seasonal products and fowl ( chickens and ducks) and products for domestic Animals. all their prices are very good compared to big boxes. I buy most of my hardware there and last year we picked up a black Asian to lay on our ducks eggs. Shes still healthy and running around. Ive gotten 4 ducklings there that have been with us two years to boost our Flock to 8. They were and are all still healthy. I love this place. We moved out here 4 years ago and they made a city boy feel welcome to country life.

Overall, I love this place.But their online needs a lot of serious attention. Its never up to date, and its impossible to find out what amenities are available at different locations without calling them directly. If I wanted to find one with a pet washing facility near Oklahoma City, for instance, Id have to call each individual store in that area. And there have been several times when Ive gone to a location at which they were supposed to have an item, only to find the item sold out ( despite the computer inventory saying otherwise).Nonetheless, they are the only nationwide place I know of that carries Sportmix Dog Food, so I will continue to shop there.

Usually I dont have any problems with this store, but today, my goodness. I tried to exchange a pair of boots bought for me, brand new, tags still on and not worn, in original box. They were a half size too big all I wanted to do was exchange them and was told I couldnt.

Barricades of product in the front. Felt like i walked into a hoarders home. Couldnt look at any of it if i wanted to, couldn’t get around people to get in line....oh that is the line. No way of knowing.All the carts are being used to hold stuff in the store, creating even more of a fire hazard. I feel like im at Walmart.The cat food i ALWAYS buy is on the top shelf so i have to go hunt down a ladder. Meanwhile there is tons of blank space on the sheves, always is. But nooooo, that’s designated for the cheapest unhealthy food. Why are we catering to companies that push unhealth!!!!!!Update: ive updated by review from 1 star to 4. Its actually a great place to shop- as long as senseless corporate directives don’t create huge inconveniences.

Bought 2 pair of jeans... got home and they were the wrong size. Went back a couple days later and because Im not a rewards member and dont have a receipt I cant exchange the. I just wanted one size smaller. Never even took the tags off. Wont buy Jeans here again!

I went in looking for food grade Diatomaceous Earth, they had it, every other store I called didnt ( their websites said they did)...nope!But as a real bonus I found some smoking hot cowboy boots that were on clearance and they fit and felt like a million bucks!..( $86.00 out the door) Im sleeping in them tonight they are so comfy😁I love Tractor Supply, Im a customer for life now. Try them!!!

I was looking for a roll of galvanized cable. Tractor Supply was the only only local store that had anything available. I went through a similar situation recently with a water pump. They were able to sell me everything I needed for both projects. Great store!

We stopped by to get some dog food. I forget they have such a great variety. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

The tractor supply brand of dog food (4 health) is the best ever!!! My sister was finally convinced to try it and is now a dedicated buyer because it’s saved her dogs life (who was previously requiring insanely expensive dog food for health reasons). We love tractor supplies for all our pet needs and also products to treat the yard for mosquitos and other pests.

Oooh, the gifts you can get, but the $$ prices are a little steep. Cool things you dont see anywhere else. Cashiers and stockers are polite and helpful

The store is small and cramped, I couldnt hardly get in line because of all the products that are so pushed up to the area. You cant use a shopping cart in here at all. Employees are helpful.

I thought, mistakenly, that if I ordered online, my order would be ready. No such luck....and you would think someone might offer to carry out 40lbs of dog food for a small woman.... Again no such luck. If I could find somewhere else to buy my dogs food, I definitely would.

I drive from Carrollton to get duckling food since I cant seem to find it closer. Love the store... We have had ducks around our pool for five years every summer. I love watching the ducklings grow even if they are messy. They are so fun to watch from eggs to fluff to diving then flying...

Across three states I have had only great experiences at Tractor Supply. I just met the manager of this one today, Charles, when I asked him about the possibility of snagging some of their boxes for me to use for a move. He was more than happy to accommodate and let me know when was a good time to pick them up since they crush them almost immediately after unpacking them. While I was there there was a pet clinic going on with people bringing in their dogs for check-ups. I got a couple of really pretty blouses in the womens clothing which is always a good place to look for clothes, even plus sizes. I try to get whatever I need from Tractor Supply if I know that it has it including hardware needs, etc, because its just such a pleasure going into the store.

Love this place! Has all your farming needs, pet supplies, Toys for the kids and even a little something for mom. They are very helpful and when my husband says he is going there, I always want to go with him!

Great selection of what others dont carry. Food supplies for all farm and pets. Lots of tools and parts you cant find at the big box stores. Garden equipment broke? They have extensive parts for lawn tractor or farm tractors. Fencing for animals. Check put clearance racks for stuff you didnt know you needed.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. I always find what I need.

They had a really good Black Friday sale on an item I needed. Helpful staff.

I just love Tractor Supply. I am a country girl at heart. This trip I found so many sales that were beyond great.

This location provides what I need but is one of the most painful experiences for shopping. The drive in design is too small for two full size trucks to exit and enter at the same time. They employees keep the stable pellets and shavings outside in front of the entrance then stack rocking chairs, benches, mulch bags, fertilizer bags and anything else you can think of not leaving a path for the product. It is very irritating. Other than the annoyances of poor planning, design and organization they do always have what I need and plenty of stock.

Its a good place for repairing tracker parts for your lawnmower and some pet toys and food

I being going to tractor supply for about 4 years most of the time I was very good service, last two times has very bad service. The person that was call to help me pass me by. He went to ask if he could help a man and a lady then he was going with me. A man asks if he could help the employ help the man, then he went to help me. Bad bad service that day.

This store was A MESS this morning. Boxes all over the floor from the staff stocking the shelves. Employees were rude and nearly running me over with shopping carts and not helping me. The only reason I gave it two stars is because I nice older woman came to my aid and helped me get exactly what I needed.

They have better gear than even Home Depot.

They didnt have the certain type of dog dewormer... Had to go elsewhere to get it!

The Customer service was so awful here I left to spend my 3600.00 at the tractor supply store in Roanoke.
