I was told on Thursday that I had an appointment with them between 10:30 am -12:30 pm for Friday. Then I got a text if we could schedule it for Monday. I called them and they said they could get it done between 1:pm and 3:00pm. I didnt have a choice and agreed. I got a call at 2:05 pm on Monday that they had ordered a windshield for the wrong vehicle and now I have to wait nearly 2 weeks...and the car was sold and supposed to be delivered tomorrow...great work guys!!!

Anyone who has placed orders and hasn’t heard anything regarding it, I recommend you ask your bank for a charge back. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve heard anything regarding my order and they never answer the phones. They told me it would be a week before the glass came in and another local company was able to install just the same day… they also over quote massively

We have had two window glass replacement services and really like the work they have done. Carlos was very professional and we appreciated his personal touch. We also have a new shower enclosure being installed next week and expect nothing less than awesome service.

Steveo did an outstanding job replacing two windows where I work. Fast and friendly. Even offered up a destination spot for the next vacation. Already had him back to look at another two windows. Next time he comes back he should help me search the parking lot for hundred dollar bills or bring me something from Mexico, though.

Carlos and Ken did a great job installing a shower door for me. During the selection process, Reggie went the extra mile to make sure we got the hardware that would mostly closely match our existing bathroom fixtures. During the installation, Carlos went the extra mile to caulk over some cracks on the edges of our shower. The shower door they installed looks great.

Glass Doctor did an excellent job getting my vintage mid-century modern hand made tables protected with a nice glass surface. They were very professional from the initial phone call through the installation. Carlos Vielman was the rep that came to my house and measured, priced and later installed the glass. He was very professional and friendly. He explained all my options and the turn around time was quicker than I expected. I am beyond happy with their service and product!! I have used many glass companies in my homes and businesses over the years and I can say that this was the most pleasant experience; overall better than any other company I’ve used. I will be calling them again to get the chips in my windshield repaired. 5 stars!! Excellent!

Left behind broken glass without saying anything. Made a mess of my daughters room AFTER telling us we didnt need to cover everything. Cancelled installations on me TWICE the morning of the appt after wed prepped spaces. Installed glass with a crack in it. Came back to do 2 of 3 remaining windows without telling me the third is on back order. Its the worst communication Ive ever received from a company, contractor, or any professional service. Cannot and will not recommend.

We had a new shower enclosure installed and Reggie and Edel did a great job. They were very professional and efficient. Upon finalization, I asked a few questions and they were very knowledgeable and able to make corrections or recommendations. Highly recommend as we have had them replace many windows and this shower enclosure have always been serviced at high expectation levels.

Called glass doctor to come out and give me a quote for a window replacement. he indulged me and looked at the window that needed to be replaced but wandered off to look at a separate window that i never inquired about. when he went to provide me a quote, he included the irrelevant window. when i asked him what the price would be for the window i originally asked about he said “it took me this long to work up that quote” and wouldn’t give me the itemized statement of the window i called them about in the first place. also, severely overpriced- i had another company come out and quote me for a replacement that was $5,000 less than what they said. seemed like i was being taken advantage of. wouldn’t recommend this plexi-glass knock off.

Jesus was great. Showed up a few hours after I called. Had broken window replaced in about half hour. He was very courteous and professional. Great job guys!
