It was 2 days before Christmas, and we were on day 3 of a 3-week road trip from Indianapolis in our 1969 VW Bus. Somehow, we lost a bolt and nut to our rear shock, leaving it dangling uncompressed, at a gas station a couple miles from this store.Not only did the staff jump to help my wife and I find a temporary replacement to get us on our way, but one gentleman, Brandon, actually came out to the parking lot and helped us to recompress the shock to enable the replacement bolt to get threaded through.Truly our Christmas Angel! Give Brandon a raise! We made it to Big Bend National Park, and all the way home again with this fix. Thanks you SO MUCH!!~Kelly & Bethany

Wes was very helpful with my tailgate...when I first got to the Autozone on Dallas Dr. I notice Wes helping another customer with a tailgate on the same side mine was.. I politely waited my turn. Just as soon as he finished. Wes came over happy to help me out. He was very cautious about the light. He did want to break it. He took my light out and put it back in said its good as soon as he did that it started working.. He helped line up the light to put it in and check to make sure everything was working the way it should...I thanked him. His service was outstanding!!!! I will make a point to go back to Wes if should I need anything else. Thank you again.

The tech who helped me was nice and well informed. They tested my battery for free and gave me options on a replacement. They even installed it for me! My big complaint is that they did not insist on other customers to wear masks. Would have been a 5 star visit otherwise.

Great customer service they were very helpful and I bought a windshield wiper air filter for under the hood and some hand cleaning stuff shop towels.

I was helped by Joey P. at the Dallas Dr location, and he was so incredibly kind and understanding with me, since I know next to nothing about cars. He helped me find what headlights I needed for my Prius, and was able to answer my questions about what fluids were where in my engine.

Came with my headlight issue and Joey came to my rescue. So courteous and professional and my issue was fixed in a jiffy!! Awesome service! Will be returning!

I was confused on some light bulb for my car and one of the employees I believe his name is Selvin he explained and even gave me some ideas on how to fix my bulb while I wait for my order to come in. Roberto is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get my warranty when I forgot I had one. He removed built up corrosion under my hood, and he replaced my car battery. He also gave me advice on how to be proactive and prevent the same issue from reoccurring.

Fantastic experience. Had an issue with a thermometer needing replaced. Not only did autozone have the part, but an employee named Dakota took time to replace the part for us and show us how to do it for future use. Dakota is seriously amazing! We had a problem with our thermostat, as we were trying to get it figured out and trying to get the part out, he came out and helped us! We would probably be there for a few hours changing it ourselves if he hadnt had saved us. We are from Oklahoma and came down for a quick few hours trip. Then life decided we needed car trouble while we were 3 hours from home! I could not tell him thank you enough!

And an employee waited past his regular shift time for me to get an Uber ride to the store to be able to purchase a new battery for my car. The employee waited because he also drove me to my car with the new battery and installed it for me for no extra charge.

I had a tire issue that I was finding frustrating. Autozone was on the way to my destination so I thought I might get some solid advice. The staff was very helpful even though they were extremely busy fulfilling some large customer orders. An employee actually walked out to my car tested my tires insured me there was no real problem and referred me to another business that could prove more helpful to me. Their inventory is fairly well stocked with all the small item necessities for your vehicle. Customer service is always key in my opinion and here you feel that no question is a stupid question.

Its Feb of 2017, I had been to AutoZone over the weekend to purchase a windshield wiper motor for my 2000 Ford Focus, oil, oil filters for it and my 2010. The motor had to be ordered, but I was able to pick it up in only 3 hours on a Saturday.Then because I had to be that guy, when I took the core back the next day, I didnt bring my receipt. Not a problem! Was in and out and on my way.Then the third day, today, my Subarus windshield wiper decides it wants to quit on me. I was in, out and wiper replaced in less than 15 minutes! Each time a different employee, each time I had excellent service. Thank you AutoZone!

Chain auto supply store. Usually have mechanic to explain/diagnose vehicular problems. Good selection of parts and supplies, as well as tools. Loaner tools usually available to take care of minor car repairs. Some speciality tools require a deposit.

Not very busy which is a + but entering and exiting is a real pain. The employee I dealt with didnt seem to want to put much effort into looking up a part for me either..

This autozone has always been so helpful and knowledgeable. Ive been coming to this location for about 3 years...maybe a little more. They always have great suggestions and the prices are pretty average.
