Worst Honda location in all of DFW! They should get an award for that! If you got a Honda from another dealership and you get a coupon for servicing it at this location, they will not honor it. No matter if you called and verified they will lie to your face! Avoid this location and go to a better Honda dealership!

Friday, August 6, I took my Honda in for an issue with my rearview mirror. The entire rearview mirror came down with pieces of the windshield attached to the post. I am pretty sure that’s not supposed to happen. I’ve owned many cars and I’ve had rearview mirrors come down due to the Texas heat, however, never with pieces of the windshield attached to it. I got the feeling that I was being blown. Friday I was advised that it would take ALL DAY for the Honda representative to get back to them to let them know if my warranty would cover the windshield. I am very strong, but I cannot snatch a rearview mirror off the windshield and take pieces of the windshield with it.No one ever contacted me back on Friday. I had to call them myself on Monday August 9th and was told that my warranty would not cover my windshield that the Honda rep didn’t think that it was a warranty issue. I was advised to contact my insurance to pay for a windshield that clearly has faults in it. Denton Honda definitely lost a customer due to the lack of customer service. And the fact that the warranty should cover the issue with the windshield. So just know if you ever had this issue the warranty will not cover according to the Honda representative.Hal Chapman from Honda of Denton reached out to me to try to make the situation right with my windshield. After a little time and several phone calls my windshield has been replaced on my Honda accord. The customer service was 100% better as well as the advisor that I was dealing with this time. I am very pleased and appreciative with the level of customer service that I received from Honda Denton. August 26, 2021

Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Overall great service- they washed my car and topped off my fluids as well. However they forgot to put back one of my tire air caps and didn’t reset the service indicator. They replaced the cap and got everything resolved the next day, so no complaints here.

I worked with Tommy Brooks and he very patient and willing to get me the best deal even during a car shortage. I been to a few dealerships before coming here and either the cars had too much or too little. When I came here I test drove a Honda Accord and it was perfect! It was right in the middle of what I was looking for. Their was only ONE 2021 Honda Accord in but it was not my budget. Tommy was able to find one on transit that was a lower trim and was able to lower my monthly payments. Amazing! Other dealerships had insane monthly payments and pretty much werent willing to bring them down. I love everything about my Honda Accord. I am a first time buyer and they made everything easy for me and explained everything throughly.

Ill start by saying this review is based on our new car purchase in July 2021 and during the covid shortage of vehicles. We had spent a solid 2 months looking for the exact 2022 Odyssey EX-L White and they were no where to be found. I had been texting Jacob with internet sales, and he stayed on top of things and found us one probably a month into our first contact. When we got to the dealer, I had already filled out the finance qualifications online and had a quote and payment options texted to me the week prior before I made the trip to this dealer. We were greeted by Kylie who had taken over for Jacob when we arrived and she was very nice and took care of us and was very helpful.She already had the car we wanted ready when we got there, everything looked good. We did have to wait around 5hrs for financing, I guess they were short staffed, and went to lunch and waited. My only real issue was that once in the financing office, the loan officer said that the deal I wanted wasnt available, and we had to play the let me check with my manager. I had explained I had already done the pre-qualify online and had a quote saved on my phone of what they told me I was approved for, payments and trade in value. In the end, I was able to get what I wanted, I was just annoyed having waited 5hrs for them to try and play games at the last minute.I would recommend this dealer, as the sales team was very honest and communicated with me very well, and we talked to almost every other dealer in DFW before we made our purchase and had been lied to and given the run around by half the other dealers. I would have given a 5 star if it had not been for the financing leaving a bad taste.

Today, I purchased a car through the Honda of Denton. The experience was decent. However, the finance individual I dealt with, Denzel, was beyond disrespectful. We came in with good intentions and in hopes to continue making this purchase a positive purchase, however, he was extremely aggressive in wanting to push/purse an end result for us that was not right. In addition, he was hard to work with due to his aggressive demeanor in which he constantly closed any positive routes for us to get a decent rate. Regardless of what the result ended to, there is a way in which you are supposed to approach buyers who are literally investing more than $45,000 grand into a purchase. Have a little more decency, take some notes on how to approach customers with a better attitude and not fight the actual customer. Denzel needs to be reevaluated, hoping for much better because I know I was not the only customer who experienced such negative/aggressive behavior. It makes all the difference in how you approach people. Do better.

This is the only dealership that I have used since I moved to the area. Last Saturday I bought my fifth car with them and every time is a great experience since the moment you park. This Saturday I had the pleasure of meeting Roy El Hachi. Buying a car is never easy and buying a used car is even harder. Roy was extremely helpful in every single step of the process, he listened to what I was looking for and found my daughter the perfect car. He went above and beyond to make this experience a great one. He even went to Party City to get my daughter balloons so we could surprise her with her car. He delivered the car and assembled the balloons so I could focus on just surprising my daughter. If you go buy a car there please ask for him, I promise you, you won’t regret it.

Kylie was awesome! I was just about to sign with another dealer when Kylie reached out, she asked for an opportunity to earn my business, and that she would work quickly. Within minutes she had sent me several options, and in colors I liked more than previous dealer. I chose a car and started the financing process online. When I arrived at the dealership, Kylie had the car serviced and washed, ready to go. The whole process was easy, and communication with her was fantastic (texting at 10pm). My engine began to misfire while I was on a road trip for business. Luckily I was staying in the area for another week to visit friends and family. I had JUST taken my car in a month before this for the same issue before driving from Illinois to Texas. The last dealership misdiagnosed the problem, but Honda of Denton took care of it. Not only did they fix it for a small discount considering I had taken the car in to a different Honda dealership and was still having issues, they also assured me that even though the fix was big, it was worth the investment because my car was in such good condition. Matt treated me with the best customer service - he communicated with me and answered all of my questions (of which I had many), understood my frustrating situation, and he even took the car through the wash before handing the keys back to me. They had it done before I needed to get on the road again. I am so grateful for their help and assurance, especially considering the stress of car troubles when traveling! The car has since gotten me from Texas to Florida and now North Carolina - drives better than it did before when the issue wasn’t actually resolved, and no check engine light has appeared since. Thank you Honda of Denton! I would highly recommend them to anyone.I should also mention that when I lived in Denton, this dealership was always my go-to place. I knew I could rely on them!

I was with Honda of Denton since 2015 up until today. Would have been my 4th purchase/lease with them and wanted to upgrade to a Honda Pilot. Sales Manager was condescending, said what I was asking for couldn’t be done and all other Honda dealerships would think the same.Well, called 3 other Honda dealerships and guess what…. THE DEAL WAS DONE and I got what I asked for. Don’t settle for what “they think” is best and final offer. Would suggest shopping around to other dealerships before you do.

Update (9-2-21) Took vehicle (8258 milage)in for a nail in one tire. Was informed that the manufacturers warranty on the tires did not include road hazard, which can be purchased separately in addition to an extended warranty. We elected to not buy the extended warranty with this dealership.. We were not told all of this at the time of the vehicle purchase. The service guy stated that we should have been told this at the time. We thanked him politely, and took our tire business to NTB next to Home Depot.

I want to thank Steve (service manager) and Jonathan (service advisor) for being exceptional and fixing an issue caused by one of their technicians. I brought my car in for an oil change and multi-point inspection, and I also asked them to replace the wipers. Unfortunately, after I left the lot and after closing hours, I realized my windshield had been cracked by whoever replaced the wipers. After bringing the car in again and speaking with Steve, he promised to take care of the issue and assigned me to Jonathan as my service advisor. Not only did they make things right, they also took care of it quickly and promptly. I appreciate it not just from a customer perspective, but as a PR professional who works in that industry.I’d also like to note I’ve also had exceptional service a year or so ago by Matt (service advisor) when I first bought my car and noticed the infotainment system was bleeding colors (literally less than a week off the lot). He made sure everything was fixed, and it’s been working great ever since.I choose the premium service price because Honda knows Honda, but it’s in situations like this where I appreciate the customer service, too. Thank you for making things right and making this a much more pleasant experience.

Went in for a routine oil change and the service guy said he reset the oil change setting and it would tell me when it was time to come in again. However when I checked it still read 40% so I had to recalibrate the oil change setting myself. No problem, but while driving home my tire pressure light came on. I pulled into a tire shop and they said Honda put too much air (40 lbs) when it should have been 33. That’s why the tire pressure light was coming on. Come on Denton Honda… don’t be so sloppy.

Nice people, but poor quality work... Went in for oil change (which took almost 2 hours even though I had an appt), but apparently guy didnt put screws back on my splash shield. Next day while driving to work I heard strange noise. When I pulled over to check, a part under was being dragged against the road... Apparently screws were missing on same side needed to access oil. Shield was destroyed! Pretty easy to know how was at fault, but no responsibility was taken.. I sent picture of it hanging and missing screws. Was told to bring it back to be checked, not fixed, but checked. I didnt have the luxury of going there multiple times for an unknown amount of time, with no guarantee they would even take responsibility for it...so I had to eat the cost of repair!! Will not be getting any more services done there! Beware!

Was very pleased with my sales person Diana Gushue. She was very accommodating and spent a that deal of time making sure I was satisfied with may purchase.
