Took my 2008 Rav 4 in for oil change and checkup. Was greeted inand my service person was professional, efficient and friendly. Workwas completed, plus a needed brake fluid change that was pointed out,in a timely manner. I was very happy with my service and personaltreatment. Highly recommend this business.
I have had 3 batteries in 3 years-all from Toyota. My car wouldn’t start. They said it was the battery. This battery was dated 04/19.There was an 84 month warranty on the battery. However, Toyota of Denton will only give you a new battery, in the first 24 months. After that, they expect you to split the cost. How do they get away with these lies?Especially since no one tells you that when you buy the battery.
Poor customer service. No updates on service and issues unless you call.Body shop is slow.Dropped car with appointment on 8/30/2021 due date 9/24/2021 got it back 10/28/2021. After a month had to cal every week for last month to make sure car is being repaired. No recommended for body shop repair unless you have another car.Car was dirty inside and outside.Had to clean it for 2 hour’s not expecting this kind of service.Overall bad experience still have to clean my new bumper grill that still have some white residue left.I guess another 2 hours of my timeManager did not even come by to check how was my experience with them and what they could do better next time.
If Toyota of Denton wasnt so far Id make them my go-to dealership. They were friendly and fast. If youre in the market for a new vehicle during these difficult times go see Amyn Padamsee he was super fast and efficient on getting us a new vehicle. Works really hard to make sure youre happy. That guy needs a raise or promotion
It was a great experience. Mark our Salesman was very professional and had our car ready to go as soon as we got there. There was no pressure to buy. Chad our finance guy was awesome as well and did not try to talk us into anything we didn’t need either. One of the best vehicle buying experiences we have ever had. Best part is the lifetime unlimited warranty they give for free.
If you are selling your car do not go there. In March I am took my car to sell and was given a quote of $16 000. However I didnt sell then as I still needed the car for a while. In the meantime the sales person Patrick contacted me on numerous occasions to check if I was still keen on selling. Since March however the prices of used cars have risen significantly. Last week, I checked with Carmax and a few dealers and was offered around $24,000 for the car. As the salesman Patrick has been following up with me, I thought as a matter of courtesy, I would give him the first right of refusal. So last week, my daughter brought the car there. Surprise, surprise he told my daughter that the offer is $16,000 no change from the offer made 4 months earlier. If the offer had been around $23,000 I could still accept that its around market price but for the offer to be at $16,000 when the market is at $24,000, you need to ask yourself what kind of people you are dealing with there. FYI, physically the car is still in the same condition as it was when the offer was first made. Make your own conclusions and be very careful and beware when you want to sell your cars there.
Awesome, it is really good to know that you can still count on proffesional and educated people to help you even on a diagnostic test of your vehicle. I wanna thank Mr. Mark Pearson for such an awesome job as service advisor. He informed me very well and advise on my vehicles condition. Thanks again. I will visit you guys soon for my cars AC job. Thank you.
Toyota of Denton is the only Dealership my family and I will ever go to. I have percussed three vehicles from Mark Gonzales and it has been the best experience I have ever had. When I percussed My 4runner the running boards where missing, it was late so I decided I would just call them in the morning the next day, I thought that because I had already taking My vehicle home they would give me a hassle to get them put on. To my surprise within five minuets I was talking to a manager and he gave me his number and within four days they put them on (it was four days only because they had to order them)I love the hole Denton team, serves has never lied to me saying I need to do more maintenance then what is needed.Would highly recommend Toyota of Denton.
Very great service. I had the pleasure of working with Wes. He took great care of me and was very patient as it was my first time purchasing a car. I had a bad experience with the location in Lewisville, and this location really made up for that. I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you all!!!!
Dropped off my van for prepaid maintenance, didn’t have an appointment, and they got it done in about an hour. Great service, and my service rep was nice and thorough evaluating the van’s current status and making sure everything was up to date. Gave some recommendations without being pushy, and it was all top notch.
Toyota of Denton is Great!!! Mo jr. and David B. were very helpful! They were more willing to help than the other Toyota dealers I contacted. They went the extra mile, searched and found the car I wanted! I highly recommend them. I want to thank them so much for working with me and helping me so much!!! They are Awesome!😃
We had the best experience from Denton Toyota. Amyn is a very helpful and nice salesman. The whole team treated us so well. We’ll definitely be back for future car purchases.
Friendly staff, helpful. It can get busy, but was quick.
All points of contact were professional and very nice. They came and found me and switched the faulty airbag at my home. Cool stuff.
We recently financed a Toyota Tacoma through Toyota of Denton. We really enjoy the new truck, it’s exactly what we were looking for. It is a little older being a 2016, which is what we wanted, but it is a sport package that is filled with tons of great features. We worked with Jack to go through the process of liking it over, taking it for a test drive and finally going through the purchasing process. Jack was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and thorough in walking us through the steps. And Seif was great in the financing process, also.We were already inclined towards Toyota anyway, because they make a very good product, and we will definitely be returning to Toyota of Denton for future purchases.
Customer service was lacking. Communication was not present either. Would not recommend buying from this dealership.
Wes is a pleasure to work with and went above and beyond to get me into the car I was looking for. Out of 5 dealerships, Toyota of Denton was the only one willing to do a dealer trade to get me into the exact vehicle that I wanted. Their sales manager David maintained a high level of communication with me, providing status updates every step of the way. Chad, the finance manager, was also delightful (never stop singing, Chad!). I had a great experience and would work with this team again in a heartbeat.
Fast and friendly. Not only my advisor but all the staff that I overheard or who I was in contact with. Big waiting area with wifi and coffee for early morning folks like me.Service accurate and timely. Appointment site easy to navigate and use
My Toyota Highlander - a 2003 model that is still going strong - needed an air conditioner compresser and a new motor to raise and lower the drivers window. They had to order parts. Sarah in the Service Center kept us informed every step of the way. I got my car back last evening - it runs great, everything works perfectly, and the cost was lower than expected. The car had also been detailed - washed outside, vacuumed inside. I love Toyota and this dealership. Can not recommend them strongly enough!!! Will never buy another brand of car or buy from another dealer!
Not all bad but very slow. They predated the paperwork by three days. (Seems a little shady)The salesman Mo was nice
Smooth purchase - as promised- didn’t try to force me to take add-on items like several other dealers. Warranty is better, too - they earned my future business….
Service department was amazing from the greeter to the technician. Brought in a 4runner for an oil change, rotation, and brake inspection. They gave me the service history of the previous owner, and went over all of my concerns and things to keep an eye out for in the future. Im in Decatur but the trip to denton was well worth it. I wouldnt hesitate to go back for every repair or need. Plus they had great coffee and sports on the t.v. I cant say enough good things about my experience there. I wish I remembered their names so I could mention them personally.
Had a great experience buying a Camry LE from this dealership! The discounts were very competitive, and I felt like I got a good deal. Chad, the finance manager, was also very professional, and gave good suggestions on what add-ons (ex. gap insurance, hail coverage) were and werent totally necessary. Raphael also gave consistent updates on the status of the car while it was being shipped to the dealership. Overall, I was very happy to do business here!
I normally trade in cars every 3 years and normally use the same dealership and salesman. This time I thought I would try something different and decided to use Toyota of Denton. I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had in a very long time. Alex King was very helpful and was able to pull off a dealer trade and picked the vehicle up within a few hours. Mo was also very helpful and easy to deal with. The finance guy was very easy to deal with and was not pushy. I will definitely buy another vehicle from them!
My car was serviced in a timely manner. Carlos advised me of service that was recommended in the next 2000 to 3000 miles. As a special bonus my car was washed and the inside was vacuumed out. It had been looking pretty sad after all of the rain so I was really pleased. I would definitely recommend Denton Toyota.
Told me they couldn’t repair my tire on my brand new 4WD tundra and the tire would have to be replaced, i went to discount tire and they repaired it for free. It was just a nail in the tire. Also even if you have an appointment for service it takes hours. The only reason i will go here for service (oil changes, tire rotation, etc.) is because it is free with my new vehicle.
Tim Massey got me in and out very quickly. It is so nice to be able to get my service work done so easily. Tim is the greatest.
I was pleased to get my truck taken care of right away. Urgency was important that day. As far as I can tell they did what I needed and found another problem and corrected it. Im good for my trip. There were courteous and kind. I appreciate that.
Great service done. Went in for a recall and Carlos did SUCH AN AMAZING job keeping me informed. He truly went the extra mile! Thank you for keeping the great Toyota Experience thriving! This is why I have recommended Toyota to many people and have had 2 referrals sent to Toyota for this exact reason. Meeting expectations and having amazing CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Caution: Denton Toyota almost stole $7000 from us with only one car purchaseEveryone who want to buy a car from this dealer? Read this before you buy, don’t want you to get hurt. We bought a Ford Escape from here, paid big chuck cash as down payment, and had the rest $8000 to be financed, we thought we just pay for the $8000 and the interest, No it’s definitely not, they enrolled extra warranty, road hazard, services contract fees altogether $6426 into our contract, we didn’t notice until we get home, why? the contract paperwork is so long they fold the extra without showing to us and we only signed on the right monthly payment, and yes the monthly payment still at about $200, it strange right? That’s because our 3 year contract has been changed secretly from 3 to 6 years, because of the extension, the monthly payment is no difference, Went to Toyota several times, had a big fight with them(almost fist fight), they still refused to take the extra few thousands away, and we were ready to take them to court and then they finally removed the extra they stole from us, however not even 2 month later the car engine exploded and the engine failed, took it to Ford, they want $8000 to fix it. It’s very very frustrating, if you think it’s ended here, you are wrong! one day we find our credit keep dropping, went to check and find out their financial department randomly cancel our auto payment without telling us and it’s lead to 3 late payment!!! We called the company, every time they tell us they will remove it just wait 45 days to let it settle, and we did, we did 8 times of 45 days, they still refused to remove it, because they revenge us by doing so, we are now give up contacting them, seeking for legal resolution. I am reminding you think carefully before you buy a car from here.
Always happy with results at Toyota of Denton. Thank you.
We took our 2015 Toyota Highlander in for service because it was making funny noise when starting and doing weird electronic glitches. Initial contact professional and efficient. Called late that afternoon and said they could not find anything wrong during their 169 point inspection. We said okay we would pick up tomorrow morning. When we arrived, I asked service writer to come out and start vehicle. He did. Made same noise. He looked at me and asked what I wanted to do? I told him I would take vehicle. I paid the about $100 for 169 point inspection and left. Took car to our neighborhood quick lube place to check the battery. They said battery bad and replaced. Problem solved. I called back service writer and told him of outcome and asked if they were going to refund my charge. He said, well we dont check the battery!! I think they need to add another point to their 169 point inspection.*** REVISION *** Toyota of Denton Service Department reached out to me about my recent experience. After reviewing the situation, they agreed their fee was not justified in this case. I was immediately refunded the full amount for their inspection fee. I of course was pleased with this outcome. I spoke to Andy in service. We had a cordial conversation and he explained how he had spoken with all involved. Based Toyota of Dentons customer friendly attitude, I am changing my initial review to 5 stars and I will do business with them again. Thanks.
My husband and I had the best car buying experience here. Jake Mitchell was kind, thorough, and attentive to what my needs were. The whole process was enjoyable.
Carrie is the best associate I have ever had. She gets done what needs to be done and quickly!!!
I purchase my 2020 Toyota Camry from Jack Mitchell. Very friendly very courteous man. The finance guy I dont remember his name was very understanding and patient with my questions. I would recommend anyone going and speaking with Jack Mitchell. They found a really good deal on a vehicle for me.
Sam my service contact really took care of my visit. I made the appointment on line and showed at the set time and everything was perfect. I was greeted on the service driveway and then Sam and I looked at my allignment and I was good this time. Checked off what I need ed and I waited while they took my Tacoma and sis the service work.
Find me a more kind and professional service center, and I will find you Big Foot riding a Unicorn to the Moon.
I started the process to purchase a new 2021 Tacoma Limited 5 months ago. (Feb 2021) I worked with 2 dealerships previously, and they failed miserably in all facets of customer service. (Horrible communication)I finally called the Toyota of Denton dealership, which I considered a 5-Star experience. Preston Biard, Director of Sales, was the first person I spoke to, and he continued to help me through the entire process. Preston kept me informed with continuous status updates, which I thoroughly appreciate and consider a “necessity” in terms of customer service. (Great communication) I received my truck this week, and the “very knowledgeable,” Jack Mitchell walked me through all steps of finalizing the process, which included going over all the options on the truck. Jack was professional and polite, and he answered every one of my questions completely and thoroughly. The service I received from Toyota of Denton is “TOP NOTCH” in my books, and I will give them my return business, and share my experience with my friends as well.
These guys really went out their way to make sure I can a good car buying experience, even with a national car shortage. I could not love my new car more and would definitely return to Toyota of Denton in the future should I need a vehicle.
Tim the service manager, went way above and beyond our needs. Our truck was fixed perfectly, and he and his team were even willing to be there after hours to help us. We felt cared for and felt like our car problems were important. That’s how you do business! I don’t live near Denton but my next Toyota purchase will definitely be from them. Thank you Tim and Toyota of Denton!
Wasted two hours of my time to sit there and be told that my car was going to cost $1100, which is basically what I bought it for! I told them that I wasn’t going to pay for it today and it took another hour to get my car keys and my car back, they didn’t even finish the inspection which is what I came for and still wanted me to pay $200. Do not recommend
Was a walk in for an oil change in their service center, the day after a major holiday when they would be busy and they still managed to fit me in their schedule. The Service Expert took great care of me and informed me of a recall on the fuel pump and asked if I would like to have it taken care of that day. I obliged and they got to work. Being on a service contract for 75,000 miles, they already werent making any money off of me, yet they never pressured me into buying anything that I may not have needed. They confirmed what I already knew about two of my tires getting to the point of replacement and gave me a quote, but assured me that there was no immediate rush as the tires still had a little bit of life left. The Service Expert assured me that they would price match if I found those same tires cheaper when I was ready to replace them. All in all, it was a very pleasant and no hassle experience, and Ill be buying my tires from them when Im ready. 5/5 recommended.
Bought my 2021 Toyota 4Runner on Monday! I had been looking for a while, but just could not make a decision. Marlene Huslig, my salesperson, totally understood and helped me find the right 4Runner for me. It was nice to work with a woman and she made everything easy. She was informative and personable. She also followed up on me later in the week. The staff was helpful and the process was easy. So far I would buy from them again, the only thing stopping me is that I love to drive my cars forever!
Once upon a time this was a 5 star service. Today we received the worst customer service ever. My family had purchased about 6 vehicles from this dealership. We will not purchase there again. The customer service is poor and morale is very low. I don’t know what changed. But I expect to be treat well when I bring my business to your dealership repeatedly. Came in for routine oil change 10,000 miles. Told by service staff come back at 15,000. We drive about an hour to get there. Don’t worry we won’t bother you again. Jack hung up on me when I called and asked why no oil change. It’s ok. Good bye. God blessed y’all.
Many of my friends who own a Toyota vehicle have told me they have never had any major problems with their vehicles. Several have over 250,000 miles on their vehicles. That is what got me interested in purchasing a Toyota. I bought a new 2021 Highlander Platinum on February 22, 2021. Jack Mitchell was my Professional Salesman. I cant say enough good things about his professional detailed presentation of the SUV and history of how Toyota manufactures their products. Being a retired traveling salesman myself, I was 150% impressed with Jack Mitchells product knowledge. Jack Mitchell has a winning, warm personality and is a complete gentleman. He is a shinning example of what all the employees at Toyota of Denton should be. Jack Mitchell is a great asset to the company. It was a total pleasure to work with him to get the Toyota Highlander Platinum that I purchased. Jack also spent a lot of time with me explaining all of the new high tech safety devices on the SUV.
Jack Mitchell really takes care of his customers. He worked very hard to find the right vehicle for us and delivered as promised! The entire purchase process at this dealership was smooth and easy!
Great dealership! Took excellent care of me, great team, went above and beyond. I will be back.
OMG their service sucks. I wasted too much time for waiting. And cost hella money. Don’t recommend. Also, open time on google is not correct. And if you give them bad rate, they never answer. FUNNY
Absolutely a five star experience from this service visit- stellar attention from 5 employees of the Toyota of Denton service department. My vehicle required being left overnight and the benefit of a loaner vehicle was provided to me. My vehicle was ready to go sooner than expected. Highly recommend this service department!
Everett one one here has been so nice and have made things go super easy from buying the car to the servicing and loaner cars. I love that they always have me see the same person when I go in, it just feels more personable. I always see Sarah and she is the best! She answers all my questions and makes sure to give me all the information I need to know about maintenance with my car. Thanks to all at Toyota of Denton!
I own a 2007 low mileage Toyota Camry. Just this past summer I find that, when exposed to the high heat of Texas, the dashboard gets sticky as if it were melting. I found some research online that told me that this was a “recall” or accommodation issue for the Toyota corporation that ended in 2017. That said, this information does not solve my problem, so I contacted this dealership (my local dealership) to see if 1) there is anything they still might do and assuming nothing, 2) did they have any suggestions that might help me mitigate the issue. I called three times and the first two times the receptionist told me that she left messages with the appropriate people in the dealership for a response…they never returned the call. On the third call I asked to speak to a sales manager and managed to actually speak with someone. That said, as I related my situation to him as well as my displeasure with the lack of a response from anyone from the dealership, he politely listened without interruption and after I finished he said, “Thank you very much you’re your thoughts,” and that was it. No concern for my ongoing issue with a Toyota vehicle, no apology for the lack of a response, no statement of any further action on his/Toyota’s part. For a business that constantly preaches how badly they want to earn your business, Toyota of Denton certainly didn’t “walk the walk” in this instance. Heck, I would have even been appreciative if someone would have returned the call to say “Sorry, we have nothing we can add to your situation.” Sorry to say, if this indifference is what Toyota dealerships offer to previously repeat and long-term customers, they have just lost this one.
This was my second service experience at Toyota of Denton. I did not have an appointment but they were able to work me in and get the service completed promptly and at an excellent price. I will continue to have my truck serviced here and would recommend anyone else to bring their vehicle here.
Toyota of Denton -great dealership. Mark - very friendly sales person and his manager provided update on timely manner
I had a great, fast and quality experience at Toyota of Denton. They gave me a great deal and was what I asked for. The sales representative that attended me was Wesley Booker and he did a magnificent job, definitely recommend him when you go!
Andy, the service drive manager, is really awesome and great help during my regular service stop. Definitely will do the service of my 2020 Camrey SE Hybrid here at Toyota of Denton because of Andys customer service and care!!!
I always get the best customer service here! Carlos Ramirez gets 10 out of 10 for excellence. And my Tundra is always well taken care of. Love Toyota of Denton!!!
The service writers are very friendly and helpful, but dang, every time I come here its a 2+ hour wait. I make appointments every time, but whats the point of an appointment if you have to wait for hours? Last time they told me I only needed a tire rotation but I still waited 2 1/2 hours. I wish they could get the service timing working better. At least their staff if friendly .
Great cars, great sales staff, great business staff, very friendly and informative …..I will be back!!!!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. HORRIBLE EVERYTHING. Went to get my tire changed because it had 2 nails in it. Sat at the dealership for 3 hours get home and notice another tire is flat and has a nail. A couple hours go by and my husband goes to check my new tire they put on and it’s completely flat to the rim. So now I have 2 flat tires. Call the dealership today and ask them to call someone to tow my car to the dealership and they tell me oh you have to call a tow truck company. No that’s your job my car is under warranty I don’t know who to call. RIDICULOUS. So ridiculous.
First and foremost, my sales person was fantastic. Super informed on the vehicle i purchased and over all a great guy. Second, pretty upset at the fact that i was in contact with this dealership and everything started off great. Then my car finally arrived. The person i spoke to told me that my car was marked sold under my name and i just had to take delivery. I offered to give a deposit various times so my car would not get sold and i was told that i was fine without leaving a deposit. Next thing i know when im working on the numbers and trying to negotiate a monthly payment that felt comfortable i was not being helped really. Everything was done over the phone and it got to the point where i kind of wanted to check out other banks for a better rate. As i tell this man that i needed a few minutes to think it through he told me they had someone else in store that was working out a deal on my car as Well. A car that i was told was already marked sold under my name, like i mentioned before i even offered a deposit to prevent all this. Overall not a great experience. This isn’t really what i consider professional on their part but oh well the damage is done. I dont recommend a place that you trust on providing you a service and when you need a little time to get a better rate with a different bank they just automatically want to drop business with one and go to the other im guessing because they make money off of you by offering that higher interest rate.
Found a good used car. Sales rep was good and polite. Finance guy didn’t have a mask and made both me and my wife uncomfortable since we were in a tiny office. The tires of the car were not great, but I guess it is what it is with used cars. They gave me the car with just a quarter tank of gas, which I thought was pretty bad gesture.
Walked in late one night just to look at cars. Left about an hour and a half later with the perfect car for me! Great personal service. Lil Mo listened attentively and met all my needs. I’m very pleased.
I always go to this Toyota and service is superb and fast! My go to when my car needs maintenance or jas problems.
Always great service, friendly and helpful staff and management.
Didnt have many cars on the lot, but they were super friendly and made a sell
Carlos and his team always provide excellent customer service. They kept me abreast of all the services being done to my vehicle and if they found anything during the process! Carlos will have a lifelong customer in me just for being personable and always being on point!
Thank you to service advisor Sarah and the maintenance staff at Toyota of Denton. I was having rough month and I broke my car and thinking if the worse and Toyota fixed my car at a very little price. Highly recommend them.
We went in to look at a new vehicle for my husband. We were treated poorly. The salesman was very condescending and honestly rude. He laughed when we asked if they could come down off the price at all. They didn’t, so that was fine. We just left. But as we were telling him thanks for his time, the salesman laughed at us. The sales manager then texted and called my husband and lied about their warranty saying they were the ONLY dealership with a lifetime warranty that could be used in other locations. We just bought the truck at a dealership in Alabama that has the EXACT same warranty that can be used in other places as well. I don’t mind them not coming down on price. At the end of the day, they can sell their vehicles for whatever they want to, but I do mind being treated poorly and having such an unprofessional demeanor. We don’t buy cars from people who either blatantly lie to us or are that ignorant about what they’re selling.
I bought a new 2021 Camry LE from Denton Toyota. Mr. Amyn Padamsee was a great salesman, who was laid back, no pressure, and knowledgeable. He kept me informed as to the arrival of my vehicle, with logistical concerns, and did his best to expedite things. I received the vehicle I desired in less than two weeks instead of the estimated 5-6 weeks, and they did not even insist on a down payment. He was encouraging without being pushy in any way. Moreover, this is an excellent dealership. I am particularly impressed with their refusal to play the game of including un-requested dealer add-ons to vehicles (that the customers have not requested) just for the mere profit of the dealership. It should be the customer and not the dealership who decides which add-ons they want in their vehicle. The finance department was also good in that they accommodated partial cash, partial credit card, and partial payment by cash; very flexible and accommodating.
Warranty rip offI purchased the tire warranty in 2019 when I got my new Tacoma. The truck is great the service is great BUT this week I had a blow out in one of my tires on the highway on the way to the DFW airport. Once I was on the road again thanks to roadside assistance I started try to get the tire replaced. I could not leave work till after 11:00. I called Toyota and was told they did not have the tire so I would have to order it but first I would have to go to the dealership in Denton to have the tire inspected. They then would have to call the after market warranty service, which I was lead to believe was a Toyota warranty, to determine if it was covered then they would order the tire which would take up to a week. I would then have to drive back to Denton to pick up the tire who knows if they would actually put it back on the vehicle. I keep getting the run around on these warranties that I fell for when I purchased this truck. the people with the paint warranty that is supposed to cover scratches and paint issues laughed at me and told me it was a junk warranty and would only cover if I called my insurance company first and filed a claim. The glass warranty company said I had to prove it was a rock that hit my shattered glass otherwise it was not covered . In the end I just went to Discount and purchased 4 new tires. They had me in and out in less then 2 hours and I know their warranties are legit. Toyota of Denton yes you have the best service I just wish I had not wasted so much money on the worthless warranties. 5 Stars for the Service one for the warranty.
This is a great place to not only buy your vehicle, but to also have it serviced. The whole service team is cordial and friendly, and the waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. We have been coming here for years!
The folks working here are great. The work is done quickly and correctly, and the techs will answer any question you have about their service.
We worked with Wes and he was awesome to work with. He really took the time to get to know a little bit about us to see what car might be able to work for us. He really grasped what we were needing and what features were important to us and I truly feel he was an advocate for us to get the best possible deal without sacrificing what we needed or wanted.
Thank you Pat, Scott, and Chad for making my first car buying experience great. They personally went and picked up my vehicle from Plano for me. Good bunch of people and would recommend them for anyone interested in getting a toyota.
Appointment for inspection went off on time and efficiently done in a professional manner.
Slow and not very accurate on time estimates. I feel like several people were helped before me that came after me. Might just be in my head tho. Im just doing oil change. Ended up taking almost 2.5 hours. Room to improve.
I have visited the Service Department 2 separate times, 6 months apart, and the customer service failed both times. On my first Service Visit the valet took my key and said he would check me in. My vehicle sat in the same spot in the Service Reception area for 30 minutes before I finally stood up and asked why. I was not checked in. I wondered how a vehicle sitting front row in a busy Service Reception area could sit unattended for 30 minutes w/o someone asking why?The second visit I arrived on time for my service appointment. No one greeted me. I got out of my vehicle and went inside. There was one Service Advisor helping one customer. He never looked up. I stood there for 15 minutes, employees walking by repeatedly. No one addressed me at all. I finally went to the cashier to get an explanation. She said all of the Service Advisors were in a meeting. She started making calls. by now I’ve waited 20 minutes and my vehicle is not even checked in. There were by this time 2 more customers waiting in their vehicles behind me. Eventually a young lady was forced to help me and was not happy about it. Probably because she was one of the employees who passed by me repeatedly without asking if I had been helped.I’m not bothered by having to wait a little extra when they are obviously very busy and making an honest effort to help everyone as quickly as possible. I am very bothered by my appointment being delayed for a reason unknown to me and no one gives a damn until I complain.I won’t bring my vehicle here for service again. Toyota of Plano has MUCH more appreciation for their customers and I’m in and out on time (during my lunch hour) no problem.
Fantastic service! Courteous and helpful staff.
Great svc is why i go to this location.
We just completed the purchase of a new car during a time where cars are hard to come by. Due to shortages after Covid-19 and several disastrous issues affecting production, dealerships across the nation have nothing on the lot. We contacted Toyota of Denton on a Monday evening right before closing, and received a call back immediately. David Boldt, the Sales Manager, worked with us to find an available vehicle by the next day. Two days later our new vehicle was delivered, and the next day we were in to sign our paperwork and take possession. Everything was prepared upon our arrival, the transactions were smooth and easy, and everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful, and made us feel appreciated and welcome. Im excited and looking forward to a long-term relationship with Toyota of Denton. Excellent experience from beginning to end.
HORRIBLE customer service!! I will NEVER do business with them again! I ended up purchasing our Toyota from Toyota of Dallas because Denton wouldnt work with us at all. We then took the car to Denton for service. Bad mistake. Also, we will never purchase a Toyota again after finding out the hard way that rodents are attracted to their wiring, and they are prone to rodent damage.
Service was amazing my salesman jack was absolutely flawless he listened to everything I said and asked found a car that was hard to find and got me exactly what I wanted in the time I want 100/10 would go back for him and the finance manager alone will be buying from here again they really do care about what you want !!!
We had a great experience at this Toyota. They did not try to pressure us into buying a car and ultimately after looking around we came back to purchase our SUV. They offer lifetime power train warranty which is something the other local Toyota dealerships did not have. The sales agent Rafael and finance person were so easy to work with. Outstanding job at creating a great customer experience!
Even though you make an appointment they still take forever to service your car. After being there for more than an hour went to go ask someone the status of my car and the person I asked made it seem like I was an inconvenience to his day. Rolled his eyes and basically told me to find the person who took my car in. Sarah was really nice and helpful. Will not be coming back.
Toyota of Denton never again!I was a toyota guy with my sienna, prius, and camry. My all cars have been maintained by toyota for many years. I never go anywhere else for maintenance because I was thinking that they the most trusted people that can take a good care of your carI have been going to toyota of denton since they are the closest one to Aubrey. Last time I went there for oil change and after roughly 2 hours, service advisor took me inside and showed there is oil leak under my car but not the normal oil leak you can imagine. There was a huge amount of oil (maybe 16oz) on the ground and they told me it has been leaking to proof their theories.I checked the area that I parked at service parking line and also looked at the last service inspection report that are done by toyota of denton. Guess what? There was no even one drop of oil in the service parking line or their multi point inspection reports which they did 2 months ago. All multi point inspections reports show no leaking in the their history however Manager Tim says people make mistakes to defend his workers. There were 2 very young repair guys who tried to change my cars oil change. Theyight have recently graduated from high school. It is very clear that they are inexperienced. I asked if they are certified repairs and the answer was no.I do not know what these two young guys did to me car but now they are asking for over $1500 to repair it :(I have been in different Toyota places but Manager Tim at Toyota of Denton was the most rude person I have ever met. He asked me to drive and leave with that unsafe car. This was so unprofessional and unacceptable. He stepped back when I asked him if it is safe to drive a car like this one. From now on I really have ZERO trust to these people.I recommend everyone to check and take some photos of your car before service advisor take it to repair side.
I want to send out a BIG THANK YOU to Alex and Amyn at Toyota of Denton. I have been shopping for a Toyota Tundra and these guys delivered. They showed me exactly what I needed, a 2021 Toyota Tundra SR5 4x4 in the hard to find color “Cement” (light gray) with the blackout package. The buying process was absolutely flawless (no pressure) and were absolutely straight up professionals and enjoyable to work with. I encourage anyone in the market for a new Toyota to give these folks first shot at finding what you are looking for. On top of it all, Toyota of Denton includes a lifetime drive train warranty at no additional cost. They are the only dealer in Texas that offers this as far as I know. I’m looking forward to enjoying my new truck. Thanks again guys.
Thank you Sarah for getting me in at the last minute. Quick service. Excellent.
Wonderful Experience. Friendly Reception and Staff.
We recently purchased a vehicle from them and had a great experience overall. Raphael & Alex made the process very smooth. They definitely went above and beyond to make our car buying experience a pleasant one. We highly recommend them.
They contacted me to schedule the work which I really appreciate. They get me informed throughout. Also there is wifi and free coffee.
Everyone was nice, they got me in the truck I wanted, they did not have it when I got there but they got one on hold for me. As I was leaving the truck pulled in so I ended up not having to wait. Got a good price on my trade in. Overall good experience.
Was able to make an appointment that fit my schedule and I was in and out in just one hour!
Thank you to Pat and Saif for helping me get the perfect vehicle and price for my new vehicle!
My car buying experience at Toyota of Denton was exceptional from start to finish.Wes Booker was very professional and listened very well.Alex King took over from there. He found the exact truck I was looking for. They said it would take 2 weeks to get. A week later it was here.OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER CARE
While I love the 2018 Camry I purchased, I am highly disappointed with the lack of honesty, integrity, and quality customer service, especially for someone who just purchased a new vehicle. When I was looking at cars, I was working with Amyn. Amyn seems nice and was able to help me navigate what car would best suit my needs. The problems were he asked for my budget then kept trying to sell me cars that were brand new 2020 and outside my budget and none of them ended up working out. When he texted me a with a trade in that just came in that was inside my budget and had the features I wanted, he quoted an out the door price and then later told me the cost would be more. We were able to get it resolved but it’s frustrating to be interested in a car and quoted a price to get out to come to them only to find out the car is more expensive. When I was looking at the car I expressed a concern to Amyn about some dirty spots in the interior with covid and general cleanliness being at the forefront of my considerations buying a used car. Amyn promised me a full detail and told me to come in Saturday.Update Saturday April 25, 2020 6:18 PM:I came in today and was told the detail team was in and waited for an hour while they took my car. An hour later, I got the car back and the interior looked no different. I came back in and explained the situation to the lady at the front desk. She had me wait while she went to find a service manager. I ended up waiting for about another 30 minutes or so with keys in hand to only get a simple explanation from Amyn. No service manager. I was told by Amyn the fact the full detail team was not in today, which directly contradicted what he told me when I arrived, and I was told to call in and maybe come back Friday because Amyn didnt seem to be certain on if the datail team would be in that day. I understand hours and services are limited with covid-19 but when I do business with people, I appreciate honesty and integrity, and feeling like me and my time is valuable. I feel like someone took my keys and moved my car then tried to tell me they performed a service that you can readily see according to the pictures, they did not. I didnt feel like Amyn or the other reps were being honest with me today and I didnt feel like my time was respected with this visit and I left after being lied to.I am very disappointed with the lack of integrity and being lied to today. The one star is because of my experience today. In the future, I will only do business with someone with integrity that can do what they tell me they will do. I dont appreciate being lied to and mislead and my time being wasted.
Purchased a new RAV4 Hybrid Limited in 2020. First, our salesman (Amyn Padamsee) was very professional and easy to work with. Ask for Amyn! But now I have to brag on the service department. We had an issue, and it was a frustrating one, but this department stepped up and bent over backwards to keep a customer satisfied. I want to thank Tim Dorweiler (service manager) and Andy Gindorf (drive manager) for their professionalism and ability to bring about a favorable resolution. I HIGHLY recommend Toyota of Denton. These guys have you covered from point of sale to service after the sale.
Prifessional, friendly, and honest service👍
