Mike King was just the man for the job. After 10 hours of car shopping on Saturday and dealing with salesman from being as pushy as possible and not listening to a word I was saying all the way down to not a seeing single salesman on the floor to help me, Mr. Mike was a breath of fresh air. He intently listened to what I was saying, did everything he could to make sure I laid my eyes on every vehicle in my price range available to me between all stores - off site lots, we viewed together online and on-site lot, I touched every single vehicle in my price range. He was persistent, intentional, VERY patient and attentive. Everyone there was friendly to me even though I was not their customer. Jennifer in finance, she made me feel like I’ve known her my whole life, made things very simple to understand. She’s just awesome and so knowledgeable. Kia location on Juban, I give a 10/10.My car is absolutely amazing and I get butterflies every time I look at it. Thanks so much! You have the best team in town

I would like to start off by saying I was very impressed on visual presentation alone. The vehicle we want we’re all in the same section so we were able to find what we wanted out of everything very quickly. The store was clean and everyone was kind and neatly dressed. However, what sold me on All Star Kia was Mr. Dan Hall. By far the best salesperson I have ever dealt with. He took the time to make sure we got the most for our trade in, was patient with us while we went through the cars to make a choice, courteous, kind throughout the entire process, but it was the attention to the minor detail that I was HIGHLY IMPRESSED and swiftness of the process. Dan the Man was ultimately the reason why I bought a new 2021 Altima at All Star Kia East. The actual vehicle we wanted wasn’t there and Dan went above and beyond to find us something we would be happy with. He even worked very hard to get the number to fit in our budget. I will be back!!!! And if you are looking for a car go and ask for Dan the Man (Dan Hall).

Be very careful at this dealership. We have had an ongoing error for 3 weeks running with no resolution.The finance manager added items to our purchase agreement without informing us. When we caught it we signed corrected paperwork and the original paperwork was sent to finance anyway.So we have a loan at a higher price than agreed upon. They also sent in the second set of paperwork so we have two loans on one vehicle. We have gotten the runaround for 3 weeks. Looks like Ill have to sue them as they are 100% fraudulent.Buyer Beware!

Jana Nielsen was a great sales representative. She responded very quickly and was super nice throughout the entire process. Other people at the dealership (mainly just this one guy who had a deep raspy voice, dont know his name) were extremely rude and unprofessional. Apparently that guy was the manager? Anyways, we put $7000 down, but they only allow you to put $5000 onto a debit card. We come back 2 weeks later, after they take 2 weeks to put on a new bumper and a new radiator, without even detailing the car while its sitting there waiting for the parts to arrive. Very unprofessional how I wait 2 weeks for this automotive group to give me my car, after they told me it would be ready 2 days after I purchased the car, and I get it and its not even detailed or cleaned on the inside. We go to pick up the car and low and behold the other $2000 that we are putting down has to be in cash or check. Was never told of this, the sales manager i mentioned previously told us that the other $2000 can be on a different card, it just cant be more than $5000 on each card. 10 minutes later the finance department says you can only do $5000 on a card and thats it the rest has to be cash or check. Would have liked to know that before I went to pick up the car, nobody on the date of the original sale made us aware of such thing, and the so called general manager/sales manager told us 10 minutes prior the wrong information. That same so called manager never had any answers to our questions, and he was really the guy that made me want to cancel on the deal. Will never purchase a car from this automotive group AGAIN.

Wow absolutely amazing customer service and caring about our safely during cv19 pandemic by wearing mask 😷 and keeping everything clean. So let me tell you it all started with my car at home not turning completely off. The battery would drain every morning and my car doors wouldnt lock we were very frustrated so I called the local kia and created a appointment for service. This is when the awesome sauce was poured like extra gravy. My first point of contact was flawless throughout the entire process. The machine spoke in a very detailed manner and understandable language. My service advisors didnt miss a beat. The called texted and made sure we understood every step of the process that includes no hidden fees just straight up here a the problem and heres what we can do to permanently repair or replace. They even picked us up from home to receive our vehicle after the service was complete. We had a great experience shopping here and did all the paperwork. However kia Financing was already closed. The sales manager himself told us we would hear 1st thing Monday morning. And all we would have to do is sign the papers and pick the car up. Its now Tuesday, Ive called several times and left voice-mails. This is ridiculous!!!

The male service advisor was rude and lied saying if you bring your car in to be checked your not allowed to stay I waited 3 1/2 hours they said they couldn’t drive me home cause they hade a 15 mile limit I lived 17.5 miles away. He also claimed the car wasn’t doing what I was complaining about yet i advised him when I pulled in both front wheels were smoking cause the front brakes were locked up. I said apparently you haven’t even looked at my car and he replied you should just take you car to another dealership . I took a video showing the brakes smoking but it won’t let me post the video. I will say when I got to the other dealership the guy there was like omg is your car smoking and I said yes the other Kia dealership couldn’t find anything wrong and told me to leave. He asked will it explode I said nope it’s just the brakes the other dealership said we’re ok

I was in the market for the K5. I drove up and was greeted from your salesman. He gladly talked and showed me the car. Shortly thereafter, he got the keys to let me drive it. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I never felt pressured. I knew I wanted the car, but it would be a week later before signing for it. Every time I had a question, they would answer. I felt really good after signing. Kudos to All Star Kia East for doing it right! My salesmans name was Ernest.

I went into Kia East with a pressing matter about my vehicle after it was handled poorly by the current Service Manager at Kia of Baton Rouge! First I would like to say that Marceya at the service desk greet me with a friendly face and a calming tone! Secondly, the master service technician Erik was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgeable about my vehicle issues and worked promptly and efficiently to resolve all issues! I am so happy that I took a chance on Kia East ! I was really done with Kia due to the poor customer service at Baton Rouge! Erik and his team really restored my faith and I will continue to utilize the services at Kia East! My daughter brought her car in for a diagnostic check and to order a tail light assembly replacement. Made an appointment to bring the car in and waited for 3 and half house and was told they were working on a price for the tail light. 3 and a half hours for a price. I had to leave work to come and find out why it was taking so long for a price and I was told they were busy, so I asked for a refund and that took an hour.I will never come back, and I will let everyone I know how badly my 17 year old daughter was treated and taken advantage of

Drive an hour out here with a pre approval from a bank. To find out they put a $1700 bogus addendum on their cars that includes a detail, pdi, gas and nitrogen filled tires. What a scam these are all things that come free on a car purchase and I can promise you your tires aren’t nitrogen filled because you don’t even have a machine on site.

Recently brought my 2021 Telluride in for the headliner to be replaced under warranty from a factory defect. The dealership had my car for a week. It was returned being ran through the worst car wash ever which we have yet to put it through a wash ourselves, the inside wasnt even attempted to be cleaned and worst part is it had a nice huge chip with about four cracks coming from it on my windshield. My husband brought it home and had to bring it back to get the ugly huge chip and small cracks filled. Upon calling with my frustration, I was told we could bring it back to be detailed, the dealership is approx. 40 mins away. They claim they dont know if the chip was there prior to them driving it on the interstate twice, which I know because they had to bring it from Denham Springs to Baton Rouge and back and it shows ony UVO app. I pay for chip repair with my insurance and could of had someone come fill it at my house or work without charge. Therefore, if I was driving when the chip occurred I wouldnt have wasted my time, gas and effort calling them and going back there for them to try and make it right. Worst service ever. New manager claims he just took over but in the end I still got nothing out of it. He also didnt do what he should have to make it right. Never bringing my vehicle back there again. The sales department was fantastic when purchasing the vehicle just the service department sucks.

Purchased a vehicle with written understanding that they would replace key fob due to it not working and me not being able to lock/unlock the car. A light came on two days later also. Cal, the last person in the world you should trust, assured me (all 4 times I went there) that they would take care of it. Well, once the key came in, it still didn’t work. They diagnosed it and It was the piece that communicates with the key I was told (transcriber). Well, apparently this part isn’t very cheap, so Cal refused to have it fixed bc it “costs more than expected.I spent a week there almost everyday because “they were going to fix it” but they were trying to find the problem. Jennifer was awesome, very nice and helpful. However, you cannot trust Cal or Marty at all. I have purchased 3 vehicles from them in the last 3 years, and I will HAPPILY pay more somewhere else before I give them my money again. It is well for the drive to Hammond to deal with Ross Downing or Bill Hood.

After a very bad experience at All Star Kia on Seigen, I swore Id never buy another Kia again. All Star Kia on Juban has changed my mind. Even in the midst of Covid, theyve done any and everything to help keep me rolling. I had a recall on my engine and thought they would just fix it. Little did I know, Kia doesnt fix engines. They replace them. Im rolling better than ever. Todd in the service department has always been awesome with me and my husband and had me in a rental while my engine was being replaced within minutes.

If you want to go almost 2 weeks unnecessarily without your vehicle, this is the place to have your car serviced. Was told one thing and then told the complete opposite, and when asked why they told us something if it wasn’t correct they told us they NEVER said that and that it is our fault we heard it.Told us they were waiting for KIA Tech for answers on how to fix something (because they didn’t know how) for DAYS. Filed a complaint with corporate today and was told by corporate that KIA Engineers responded back to them within a hour and that the service team at the dealership didn’t do anything with it for days. SCOTT AND MARCEYA told us we were hostile and kicked us out for wanting to know what parts were fixed and how the issue was resolved after telling us that we were lying about what they told us and they are handling things perfectly and said that they are the best in customer service even though we were saying that we were dissatisfied with the customer service more than anything.These people have no respect for you, your time, or your vehicle.If you are under warranty and not paying for a service, you do not matter and you don’t get the pleasantries of amazing customer service.Signed,A once faithful Kia owner of over 10 years

Michael Winfrey is a great salesman. He was very helpful in finding a good used vehicle for our family. He was very respectful and not pushy like so many other car salesman. I can’t highly recommend him enough. He was great. He was also extremely patient with our 1.5 year old that we had with us who was quite a handful. My only complaint about this location is that they don’t have enough finance people. It took about two hours from the time we agreed on a deal and got approved to when when we finally got into the finance office to sign the papers. Overall not that big of a deal though.

Brought my car in for a door fix that was under warranty. They said they’d need my car for a day and then forgot to order parts necessary so it turned into a week. They were nice enough to pay for a rental for me. But once I picked my car up (it was cranked and in the service bay) I drove 2 miles and turned car off to run into library and came back out to my car not cranking. My battery is ruined and my battery terminals were wide open and marks on them as if they had been jumped off before.. I’ve never had a battery issue at all or need to be jumped off. I called Kia and asked what was up with my car and the tech told me “oh yeah your car was real sluggish to start earlier” (keep in mind they told me my car was totally good to go before I picked it up) I told them my battery was fine, my car has never been jumped off or anything and asked why my terminal covers were unsnapped and wide open with marks on them like they’d been jumped off.. they said they didn’t know why.. but they could sell me a $240 battery and waive the “labor” charge for installing it... I’m pretty much betting that a mechanic left my power on, killed battery and had to jump off my car before I got there and doesn’t want to take fault.I ordered from the auto store in Watson for the same battery for $118 TOTAL and free installation. Kia is a joke.

So, My review is coming in a little late... thankfully. Imagine requesting a 5 year loan at the time of purchase. Only to find out later... NOPE. It was changed to a 6 year loan without your knowledge to get the numbers right so youd buy the car. READ PAPERWORK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING. Ill never use them again.

Bought my car from them December 2018 and have had a great experience since then! I even had an incident where to avoid a collision I hit a curb causing both of my right tires to blow out. They made it so easy to use my tire insurance and get my new tires then helped me get it situated with an alignment! They are always super nice and helpful!

I am so impressed with my visit to All Star Kia East! Although this was my first experience at this dealership, it will NOT be my last. I would like to thank every staff member that assisted me today - especially, Todd Ray. As a restaurant manager, I understand and value the importance of excellent customer service and I want to give credit where it is due...YALL HAVE IT!! I cannot say enough about my entire experience and the staff that made it. Every employee that I came in contact with was kind, respectful, confident and knowledgeable. The waiting lounge was clean, comfortable and inviting. The service department took great care of my car, in a timely manner, and returned it looking better than when I arrived. Todd even pulled my car up and had the heater at just the right temperature on a very cold, rainy January day! Ill stop now, as I dont mean to ramble...but this staff impressed me today and that is not easy to do! Todd, the excellent service and care that I received today is rare, and it did not go unnoticed! Todd and Hendrick were great! I brought my car by simply to get air in the tires and Todd noticed a residue on the side of my car. He offered to run it through their car wash for me, as a courtesy, so that the residue wouldnt hurt my paint. He went above and beyond and Hendrick, who put in the air and ran it through the wash, was very nice!

The night before I noticed that two of my headlights were out so I just dropped in Kia to see if they would be able to replace them. I didnt have an appointment and was gonna buy the bulbs and attempt replacing them myself if they were extremly busy. Mr Todd Ray was great, so was shuttle. This is my second time here with our kia and both have been great experiences. Theyre offering real customer service, & helping their customers. Ive bought & serviced at several all Star. This one is my favorite.

5 star and above for service department.....Buying a car not a big deal until you sign papers, and they dont holdup to the deal they offered you. Once papers are signed you are lied to on their promises I rate them below 0. As for as the service department I give them a 5 star and more. Sad when they tell you they have heard other buyers being promised things and the sale mens or mangers dont keep their word to other customers . I wont refer anyone to buy from Kia ever. The service departments customer service was terrible. My car (2015 Kia Forte) was experiencing smoke come out of the exhaust pipe and one of the service men asked me if I was sure it wasnt condensation. First of all, Im not the technician. Secondly, their computer systems were down today for about three hours. I couldnt call any Kia location and get anyone through on the phone. After scheduling an appointment online, I bring my car here and they did not know how long it would take so I had to leave my car there (the system was still down). Two hours after I drop my car off tests were done on my car, but there was no diagnosis. I explained that the smoke was coming out after driving and my family saw the smoke additionally for Thanksgiving yesterday. The service center stated they would keep the car longer to do additional tests. I have never experienced such a lack of care for my car from a company.

Nice service after the sale. Finally noticed a ding on my rim/tire a few months after buying my car and was able to go back through photos to show them it was there when they sold it to me. They didnt bat an eye, repaired the rim and replaced the tire at their expense.

Todd was awesome informative and attentive, he answered all of my questions, he made me feel like a valued guest, his southern hospitality was beyond awesome. I appreciate all that he has done for me today. A Great Employee to have serving guest at KIA, Because of his gratitude its why I will always come to this location. My girlfriend brought in her car for a balance, rotation and alignment. While she was there she also wanted to have an oil change done. The service writer and or mechanic told her that they could not do the tire rotation because 2 of her tires were bald and needed to be replaced.I checked her tires prior to her driving to LA and all 4 of her tires were fine. 2 tires being brand new and the 2 the dealership lied about have more than 50% or original tread. When she was done I had her send me a picture and I was livid. They failed to align the rear end but they already charged her FULL PRICE. I asked her to go back again but almost didnt because she was upset for being taken advantage of.After she left I asked her to go to Walmart to have them look at the tires just incase there was a lof more wear than I thought. The employee there told her there was no need to replace them and had plenty of life.The dealership attempted to commit fraud by lying to sell products. They lied by saying the completed the work that was paid for and did not complete. She did go back though and have them do the rear alignment because I was not going to have to pay for it twice.This place tries to take advantage of women by lying and tricking them to spend money on goods and services not needed. I honestly can not trust that they even did an oil change so I will have to do that when she returns.For a business that takes advantage of customers and willing to commit fraud I seriously wish this place to go out of business. I can only imagine how many customers have been lied to and women taken advantage of.

Scott and Erik are a Definite Asset to your organization. My wife had an issue with her Hyundai Sonata that caused it to barely run on a Saturday. I was over 650 miles away on a business trip and felt Completely Helpless. We did NOT have an appointment and obviously her vehicle wasnt purchased from Kia but that didnt matter to them. They got on it almost immediately, stayed in constant contact with me, repaired her vehicle and actually had it ready to be picked up at 3:00 THAT SAME DAY. What a Phenomenal Job. They surely made what could have been a very stressful situation to a painless transaction. Thank you guys so much for your Professional attitude and your Fantastic Service. I will Definitely recommend your service facility to anyone that has any automotive needs.

Kia is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Our dealer Mr.Tylor was amazing and the managers fought so hard to get us in a vehicle. They went through the paperwork and the details of the car with us very well. At the very end we almost didn’t walk out with a car because they wanted more down then we thought. In the end the entire team of Kia and mostly the Managers Mr.Brandon, Mr.John and our dealer Tylor get a huge thanks for working so hard for myself and my family. Kia Rocks!! If you want a dealership that cares and very helpful go to Kia on Juban you will not regret it at all.

I called to ask about a transmission service for our Kia. Todd the service guy said $83.99. I said $83.99, that isnt bad, when can you schedule? He said bring it in now. Sent the wife over to get the service, to their credit, they transported the wife to the local mall while she waited. When the service was done, they picked her up, and the bill was $212. They get good credit for calling her and picking her up. I called them and left voicemail about my surprise on the cost. Todd texted me back and said the price was $183.99. Be very careful in getting a quote from these people as we felt we were ripped off as the price we thought we were paying was 83.99 when in fact it was 183.99. They said they would review the phone call that was recorded for quality purposes to see what was said but never heard from them. Never heard from them again. Beware their practices to get you into the service department.

Beware, I had several issues with the he sales consultant LADELL HAWKINS, first, after the line let me go to battle for you and get the best possible price he quoted me a price of about $1500 over the regular price listed on their website, he tried to explain it away as a mistake, then he had agreed to provide a spare tire, but did not give that information to the guy doing the paperwork, again, just a misunderstanding .He said they would have to order the spare tire and notify me when they got it, he never called back and we had to go into the dealership to take care of it months later. I thought we had gotten everything worked out but later realized they had not put an inspection sticker on the vehicle. My wife stopped by the dealership thinking getting the sticker would be no problem, but, LADELL HAWKINS lied to her and said the reason it didnt have an inspection sticker was because I didnt want to wait for one when the vehicle was purchased, and now it was too late. This is a complete lie. So while I still havent made up my mind if I will ever step foot back in ALL STAR KIA EAST, I strongly advise you not to deal with LADELL HAWKINS. And it will be difficult for me to get beyond his total dishonesty as it is a reflection of the dealership.

After a trying few days dealing with someone on the phone regarding my 2014 Kia Sorento, then the morning it was scheduled to simply get a diagnosis regarding my door handle breaking off, the appointment had been deleted without a phone call, the girl at the dealership on Seigen gave me the run around and told me I had to go to Juban. So I made an appointment for an hour from that moment, called and spoke with Leslie, who then told me to come on in. As soon as I pulled up, Todd greeted me and was nothing but courteous and respectful. He asked me what was going on and what happened earlier that morning. I calmly explained myself and the situation at hand. His team basically said weve got you, dont worry about a thing. Not only did they fix the handle, they managed to fix it without charging an arm and a leg, and every quote I was given already had labor fees factored in (at another dealership, all I had been given was cost of parts, labor wasnt added until after services rendered), plus, he was straight up with me regarding when I may need other things serviced, instead of trying to push it all on me at once. Since moving here, I have been looking for a shop to take my car where I can trust them and not have to question every little thing. Its been 3 years but I think I have found it, and never did I think it would be at an actual dealership! I would trust Todd and his crew with anything!

Bought my car 2 years ago and have had it serviced ONLY at Kia. The service is great, the lies your told when you buy a car however is a totally different story. Bought my car with 13k miles on it, had to pay for the warranty to get it to 100k mikes because used ones arent warranted like the new ones. And I also got conned into buying the wheel and tire package when the liar (guy) doing my final paperwork said oh if you buy this it will cover any tire and wheel you have or decide to put on the vehicle and all you have to do is bring it in (if its the stock wheels) and youll get a free replacement with absolutely ZERO hassle or issues. Well low and behold in order to get a new wheel, Kia wants me to either drop the car of and leave it there for them to have a local wheel company come check the wheel out to see if it can be repaired. Well the issue is that this is my ONLY car and they CHARGE you for spares and my car didnt have one. As much as I like the car, it honestly will probably be the last one I ever buy there, and will probably start having it serviced elsewhere soon.

The first strike for this dealership was when I walked into the finance office and my son was already signing documents. They told him that he had to buy the Gap coverage in order to get financing, which is clearly a lie because it is written on the document that you don’t have to buy the Gap coverage to get credit. But my son really wanted the car and they took advantage of that.The second strike is that the battery went completely dead after approximately 2 months of having the vehicle and they told me that it’s not covered at all. It’s a 2017 and the warranty says there is prorated coverage. Not to mention the fact that they probably should have caught that when they did the so called 100 point inspection or whatever it is when they make sure a car is ready to sell!!!So my experience with the sales section and with the service section has not been a good one and I would recommend that you go somewhere else to buy a vehicle and to thereafter have it serviced.Buying your first vehicle should be a good experience. The people here have ruined it in my eyes.

Im now debating driving from baton rouge to denham springs just to get my vehicle serviced at this location because their great customer service. Todd was a great help and took me in earlier than my appointment time and communicated a few concerns with my vehicle. They took care of everything very quickly and efficiently.
