John was so professional and pleasant from the time of my arrival until he escorted me to my vehicle. I was kept informed of the status and offered some helpful information for future reference. The dealership service area is very spacious, brightly lit and clean. I really appreciated that I could travel there on my lunch break and was able to set up my remote office away from other guests and work comfortably while watching the work being done on my vehicle. I was so comfortable that I got lost in my work and had to be put out when it was closing time! This observation area was genius... kudos to whomever thought that up!

Eric actually took the time to help me understand what the issue was with air conditioning problem. I really appreciated that. Markia was so polite and compassionate. I would definitely recommend All Star Kia

It’s good for oil changes. Comfortable waiting area. On time appointments. The only problem is the music choice in the waiting area. It seems like they could play more soothing type music not rap or screaming songs. Most times it’s older people waiting who really don’t appreciate that kind

I think Kia(the lady at the desks) in the Service department is an excellent employee. She was very patient and understanding with the process of my vehicle. Mr. John Lacy was a pleasure to work with. The young lady at checkout and Elliott, the service tech who prepped my car and drove it off to be serviced, were awesome to work with it as well. This was a great experience and I highly recommend this dealership and team.

I went in trying to figure out what the shaking was when I am braking. The technician looked at my rotors w a flashlight and said they ‘appear’ fine. Kia was going to charge me $99.99 for him to look w a flashlight. Needless to say; the car is still shaking so I will be taking it somewhere else as I’m 99% sure it’s the rotors.Not to mention it took 3 hours for an alignment and an oil change

The service rep, who is named Kia, was accurate, professional, and went overboard to help me with this service. Work was completed on time and Eric explained the work they had done. In and out in a timely fashion.

From making the initial call for information/guidance for a family members car, to appointment, and finally service completion, all individuals were exceptionally amazing and well knowledgeable. We did not purchase the Kia at this dealership, however I would bet the process would be just as smooth.

I needed my front brakes overalled. This was done in a reasonable amount of time, and the work was quality.

I went in for an oil change and was offered a shuttle well I asked him to bring me to get something to eat and bring me back to the dealership well I went in to place my order only to find out this man literally left me at BK for almost 30 min and didn’t come back until I called the dealership and once I got by car back window does what it wants now it goes up and down without me touching it and that wasn’t what I went to the dealership for

Everyone here at All Star Kia is nice and helpful. Came in to get a battery, and the guy at the Parts department went out of his way to ensure I was taken care of and my Kia Soul was working well. Love them!
