Great experience here. Stopped in on a Thursday to get a quote for the job. Dropped off deposit on Friday, they ordered parts for repair. Called me Monday to tell me parts arrived. Dropped off truck Tuesday and had truck back that afternoon. Kept me informed and up dated every step.

Place gave me the squirts.

This is a warning for anyone trying to decide if you should go with this shop. You should not.We took a reference from a coworker. I asked them if they could straighten the door and I was told yes several times. I asked again stating that all I wanted was an honest answer and they said yes, it would take about 2 weeks.Six weeks later the door is clearly not straight and we have a slew of other issues including but not limited to the hood not opening, backup camera not working and strange noises etc. They offered to correct their mistakes, and pay for a rental. A gesture I thought indicated that we would get much better results.When we returned 3 days later (notably faster - now that they were paying for the rental) the door was still not straight. We brought this up and were told it was a simple fix just bring the car back....if it was simple then wouldnt it have been fixed?  They received over $8000.00 from our insurance providers and the deductable that we paid. In the end the car was not brought back to the state it was before the accident. And in the process we had to waste our time, money, and energy.Please dont waste yours.

They did an excellent job on my service camper top. Very pleased.

They do excellent work. Mrs Leslie and the whole crew are very courteous and helpful. They work with insurance companies to get all damage repaired. Great communication, too!

Great service! I highly recommend this shop! They had my husbands truck fixed and filed with insurance in less than 2 weeks. Leslie kept in close communication with us and made sure we were fully aware of the process and what to expect.

I had an interesting day that involved my car and a mailbox attempting to exist in the same place at the same time.That didnt work out so well so Joe at Expert Collision got my car fixed up.The paint is a metallic blue, you cant tell where the old paint ends and the new paint begins. Color matched perfect!This wasnt a small section either, the fender, bumper, and part of the hood needed painting and blending.

I would highly recommend this business. My personal experience was good. I had front bumper damage to my car. They ordered the parts in quickly and were finished with the job well ahead of schedule. I was very satisfied with the job.

Top notch work and awesome service. The owner Joe kept me up to date on the repairs and got my truck back to me on the day he had originally quoted me. I had to get my bumper replaced along with a new front quarter panel. The new paint on the bumper and quarter panel matches the stock color perfectly. I would definitely recommend them for any repair work or service maintenance.

They fixed my work,truck like it never happened, and it was baaaad!

In my opinion, it took too long to diagnose and fix the problem with my vehicle. During the repair, I called one time to see if the cost was still going to be close to the estimate, and asked the owner if he thought the repair would be complete that day. I was told It will be done whenever we get finished with it. I dont know how he thinks anyone is going to bring their vehicle back to him again after he is so rude, but he will never get the opportunity to be rude to me again.

Owner will rip you off. beware

Do not bring your car here. Owner committed fraud and I have a lawsuit pending against Joe M the owner. Used cheap parts and didnt fix car properly and stole money from me.
