I was recently involved in a significant car accident with my brand new Jeep. I wanted the dealership to fix my Jeep but my insurance company wanted me to use Gerber Collision. I went to Gerber and they would not give me an estimate. They said that they were too busy and I needed to make an appointment to come back. I told my insurance company that I did not want it repaired there at that time. I went to All Star Dodge and was greeted by Clara in the body shop. After I told her what happened she was more than happy to have the estimator write me an estimate. At that time a nice man named Jonathan came to help me. He wrote me an estimate and assured me that the repairs would be completed properly. He warned me of all the pitfalls of the repair process with the insurance companies, parts, and potential delays. He was even honest with me on their turn around time due to the amount of repairs that they already had in the facility. I felt completely at ease here and wanted to schedule as soon as possible. Unfortunately I had to wait for the insurance company to get me an estimate. When I received the estimate it was a lot less than what was quoted by the professional. I called to speak to Jonathan but he was at lunch. I was able to speak to the manager Patrick and he explained the process to me in very simple terms that made me feel completely at ease because this was a new experience that I never had to deal with before. I told him that I would drop my Jeep off on Monday to start. In a nut shell the process was simple after drop off (the insurance company was another issue). I had a lot of questions throughout the repairs and Im sure I drove them crazy in the office but every time I called I was treated very nicely and with the utmost respect. On the day the repairs were scheduled to be completed I drove to the shop early because I needed something out of it for work. When I pulled up I was amazed to see Jonathan and Patrick walking around my Jeep and inspecting it. I said hello to them and asked them if everything was ok with it. They advised me that they both like to do a quality control check to make sure that everything is fine before calling me. I waited as they looked at it and gave the go ahead. I thought that I could take it then! Unfortunately they were not done. The final step is to run a complete diagnostic on the vehicle before having it completed. I watched as the young lady hooked the computer up to my baby to make sure it was good to go. I left to go to work and when I came back later that afternoon to pick my Jeep up I couldnt believe how good it looked. It drives like before, paint matches, and I could never tell it was in an accident!!! Im sure I rambled on here but I am just so happy how everything turned out. It was worth the wait to have it fixed here!!

They have had my daughters car for almost 2 months and theyre still not done with it. Her car rental is not allowing anymore time. This is an insurance repair from her being hit. The car was drivable before taking it here and hopefully it will be done right. Im not too sure it will be done right. This place is HORRIBLE!!!!!! Get her car done!!!!
