Extreme HORRIBLE dealership full of snakes! I purchased a car for my son’s birthday in January & STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TITLE! Can’t even register the vehicle properly! The dealer was so in a rush to make the sale but the moment we need anything including the title we keep getting the run around! This whole situation is BEYOND FRUSTRATING! At this point we just want our title to the vehicle we paid for & to be done with this place! Oh yeah & when I called the dealers business cell he informed me that he doesn’t work there anymore & that is just how that dealership is so I should keep harassing them for my title. Why should I have to do any of that. Besides nobody in the title department ever answers the phone or returns calls no matter how many voicemails you leave.

Feel extremely price gouged by the service department. they made me put a $100 deposit just to get my car diagnosed, then all the diagnosis ended up being was them running codes from the car CPU instead of actually getting hands on with the vehicle. They make me replace the car battery and Chassis control for over $900 just to run more codes and come back a week later and tell me that the fuel pump is broken and it will cost me an addition $1600 to get that fixed. My car has been in their service department for over a week now and I barely here from my service advisor. Ive called and left multiple voicemails and have yet to get a call back. Very unprofessional experience on top of feeling like Im being taken advantage of financially.

Today my wife had her purse stolen out of her car while it was running. A scary encounter to say the least. Her purse had our only key fob in it, so now she couldn’t turn the car off because she would have no way to turn it back on. She drove to Grieco Chevy where Rob Irvine was able to program two new key fobs and get her back on the road in under an hour. I personally can’t thank Rob enough for both giving my wife peace of mind and getting everything handled for us so quickly on a busy Friday afternoon. I have bought many cars and I will say this is the absolute WORST dealership. Purchase I rated a 3 since I found the car on-line and the service would be a ZERO but I cant since this form wont send without at least 1. The lies are unbelievable. You can actually hear them say Just send it VM. Such blatant disrespect is unbelievable. This is NOT how you treat a customer that the car is LESS than 90 days old. I brought it in for a clip that seemed to be broken on the front bumper camera. I left it there since I was going away. I never once got a phone call about the car so after I returned home I called 5 times in two day and NOT ONCE did the RUDE OBNOXIOUS. advisor ever return one call. I live 35 miles away and I had to drive ALL THE WAY there only to find out they NEVER did anything. Advisor told me it will only be a couple more days for the part. ONE WEEK LATER. I called three times today between 11 and 4:30. Its now 6:30 and NOTHING, NOBODY, NADA, ZIP !!!!! I will also be calling GM to make a formal complaint. This is what you get when you spend $50K...Lucky me to buy it there :(. All for a plastic clip.....REALY.BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to start off saying that I have never wrote a Google review. But, the experience I have had with this dealership is by FAR the worst car buying experience ever. If I could give no stars as a rating, I would. I feel the extreme need to share this experience so that nobody ever has to go through what I am still, over 2 months later after purchasing a vehicle here. This dealership is the epitome of housing sleepy car salesmen. Stay far away from salesman RICHARD SCIOSCIA. From the beginning after I told him what I was looking for, he became pushy and was trying to get me into something it seemed just to make a sale. After purchasing the car, the dealer was to look at a few things for me.Richard told me Ill be honest, I have to be here when your car is serviced so I get my commission. So, being nice I decided to coordinate and come back so he was working and in turn, he can get his commission. A situation presented itself, and I was extremely unhappy with the car when I returned. After asking If I can exchange the vehicle for something else, I was told Well, you can only do so after 72 hours from driving off the lot. BUT, was told by Richard to return 1 or 2 full days after that! Richard neglected to inform me of that 72 hour timeframe I had throughout our whole interaction. I request to speak to a sales manager, and all in all paperwork was thrown in my face and was trying to convince me all I was feeling was buyers remorse. What kind of a manager turns it around to the customer? Ill lastly say that its now just about 2 months since I have purchased this vehicle, still extremely unhappy. On top of all of this, absolutely no one from service, Richard himself, or anyone has contacted me about scheduling to bring the car in ( still trying to resolve the repairs they promised ) and mentioning the fact I still do not have my updated registration! Please please please save yourself a headache and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.

The listed price of autos is false. They add almost 2000 in hidden fees when you go in to buy and tried to tell us that the price would be cheaper if we got it financed instead of paying cash in full. Be very careful buying here. They are more concerned with the extra fees then selling the auto.

We have had frequent delays and run around with the staff. This is unprofessional and un usual for this company which we have been dealing with for years. In short we are fed up and willing to withdraw our support. This is not the same dealership that weve use to over the years. Im planning on taking our next soon mv purchase elsewhere.

I brought a brand new 2020 Trax. Fresh off the lot. I put the miles on it. After a week or so of driving it, i was having MAJOR mechanical issues. Like, my car wouldn’t accelerate anymore while getting off the turn pike. Brought the car back. They fixed it. Said they drove it and it was perfect. Went to get on 95 and guess what happened. Stopped accelerating. Service changed out my turbo and all the other mechanic work, and i appreciate it a lot. But I’m scared of my car. I don’t want to drive it anymore. I don’t want to take it to work. (I work 30 miles from home). I took out a loan on a car that will probably sit in my driveway now because I’m terrified to be in it. I don’t trust it. Personally, i wish i didn’t listen to my sales man. He seemed extremely excited for me to take this car off the lot and begged me to write a 5 star review.Jimmy, the sales manager, awesome guy. He’s one of the reasons i give the 4 star review. He was patient with me. Let me express my fears. Listened to me. And tried to help me in every way he possibly could.Valarie is another reason for the 4 stars. She was another amazing person in service who was so patient with me and did her best to comfort me, but to also assure that i would be taken care of. In both loaner and repairs.One thing to take away, is that though the car has some manufacturing issues, (no, that isn’t their fault, they’re just selling cars), Jimmy and Valarie did everything they could to make sure that i was still happy in this extremely trying time. The receptionist in the service Dept clearly hates her job which is evident in her tone when she answers. This dealership is clearly understaffed and doesn’t have the ability to handle its workload in the market. It’s a beautiful new dealership but a huge disappointment. Looks like I’ll be sending a tow truck to pickup my car and tow it down the street to presidential auto where at least I know I can get some real answers on what is going on with my brand new car even if I have to pay for it.
