I give 2 stars because the woman that usually stocks the shelves does such a good job. Everything is so neat and tidy, shes friendly and always ask if someone needs help. If she see you carrying too many things she will go get yo a basket. Very nice. I stopped going to the pharmacy there. The pharmacist are nice but the people working with them have been awful. Ive never complained but they got new people in after covid so maybe they got people not being nice but they would not even say hello and 3 or 4 times when theyve rung me up they just tossed the bag at me. For no reason. One fell on the floor..I switched to Costco which is always great. They didnt have coke or Pepsi products for a few months saying there was a shortage but at the Walmart across the street they always had plenty. The cahiers are nice but the managers for as far as I can tell dont do much and will chip in and help cshiers if they have to and rarely even smile. Leaves me to think Walgreens must not be a good place to work at. I go because its close to my home. They used to have decent sales but not so much of late. Their regular prices are off the charts way to expensive especially vitamins and supplements. Dont even bother.

I come here almost everyday, I live in the apartments next to it. They are very kind and thorough. Though I will agree that some at the pharmacy aren’t their best I’ve never experienced a language issue. The cosmetics counter lady is very helpful, I love dealing with her and so are all the cashiers.

The pharmacist has a bad attitude and is very rude with the customers. Her English (which is not her first language) is really bad and almost impossible to understand. Thats a big challenge when asking questions and when she needs to explain things.

The worst pharmacy.... If you are lucky enough to talk to someone there (they like to answer and hang up immediately... God forbid a person does their job while at work...) They are extremely incompetent. They make even the most simple tasks an all day affair.

Good people work at this store. They know you by your first name, the pharmacy knows you personally. This is usually hard to find at other Walgreens.

Where are all the drinks?!?! I live nearby and come in often. They havent had cold drinks in nearly 2 months. Whats up with that?

I just call this store for the pharmacy and the women who answered me never gave me her name or identified her self and on top of that she treated me so rudely... I was asking for a Patient and instead of telling me !! I’ll be with you in just a minute.. she said you are calling the wrong store you know and hung up!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever had in Walgreens wow!!!! She sound Chinese but not sure!!!! Bad reputation for this store!!! Learn how to talk to people!!! 😡

DO NOT use this pharmacy . I had a prescription called in there and went to pick it up, they told me it was NOT covered on my insurance; so I tried a good rx coupon . They said it was too late . I paid 136$ for a partial .. a week later I had it called into Publix’s instead . Turns out it was covered on my insurance and I only paid 15$ for my full months worth . Again ; find some where else for your prescriptions, on top of that they were rude . I never leave reviews but I had to make this known

I really hate the practice of this type of advertisement. Its say 50 percent of but when you look close at it you have to actually buy two. This is deceiving. This silly practice needs to change.

Came here at 6am to pick up medication for my 1 year old who has a fever and it is now 6:15 and the employee responsible for opening isnt here yet. 2 employees have been here waiting and calling. Should have gone to Walmart.Im editing my review to 3 stars instead of 1 because I have since been back a few times and the store is always clean, organized, and staff is friendly.

This is the worst, most incompetent pharmacy I have ever been to. They keep you hostage because of their stupidity. Doctors call in medications, not to someone at the Pharmacy, but at a crappy call center, and they never get the prescription right. Then because of their mistake, meds get delayed, and then also delay the date youre able to refill them.The WORST part is that they have literally 3 or 4 different profiles in their system for every patient, because they keep creating new ones. They cant merge the profiles, so because of this, they can literally never find your scripts!!! They have never once gotten anything right.Tonight, they told me that I have never filled a certain medication there before, so they wont fill it until they call the doctor tomorrow & get a diagnosis code. This is a prescription that I have the damn bottle still in my possession from that exact location, but the moron workers there have the nerve to tell me I never filled it.The negligence and incompetence is so infuriating and ridiculous. Stay as far away from this location as possible, or you will regret it big time. Save yourself the endless stress.

Because of the pharmacist Cassandra and her Pharmacy Technician Lola I was able to fill a critical medication for my Dad today! Without their help I would not have been able to. Cassandra took the time to speak with me in person and on the phone a couple of times. Because of her efforts, she eleveated a huge amount of stress for myself and my family.

Pharmacy staff go above and beyond. Prescriptions always ready and the staff is great. Overall store staff is great as well. Very well stocked store.

Worst pharmacy, why am I waiting over an hour for a flu shot when no one is here. New person at front desk just down right rude with every costumer she comes into contact with.

Higher the pharmacy staff back !!!!!!!!!!!! getting a hold of somebody on the phone is a nightmare !!! and actually being at the pharmacy i feel so bad for the pharmacy staff running around like crazy while the phone rings off the hook ! i only see two people there at a time now when i go and sometimes one . its not fair. and to the pharmacy staff i think you guys are doing an AMAZING job !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pharmacist went above and beyond her ability to help resolve insurance issues with my medicine. This has been and will remain the Walgreens I choose to ise.

Despite a changing of staff over the past couple of years the Pharmacy Department has continued to offer outstanding service and advice. Its also very convenient to get your flu and/or pneumonia shots there.
