I was looking at brown hair dyes and lady who works there acted like she knew everything and kept recommending one of the “brown” hair colors so i got it. it turned my hair BLUE AND BLACK. i am so upset. don’t act like you’re a professional that knows everything if you’re just going to sabotage your customer.

I wish I knew the name of the woman who helped me in the store. She was so helpful and nice.

They sold me reused synthetic hair!! disgusting!! I didnt realize until it was too late and i had taken it out of the container.

Sally has great products at very reasonable prices. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I get all my hair care products from Sally including hair color. I get lots of compliments on how shiny and healthy my hair is. Even my hair dresser comments when he cuts and styles my hair.

To say Im disappointed is an understatement. There in store pick up is a joke. You save no time I had to wait in line with the regular customers to have them ring it up on the register even after I paid online for it. Then to top it off the nail polish they packed up for me was used!!!!

I had a great experience here.it is a bit far, but it is very much worth it.When I required assistance, The service was very helpful and polite.It made the time spent there very enjoyable.I will defiantly come by again.

I just bought 5 gallons of developer at the new Sally’s on Atlantic and military. Never in my 10+ years of buying gallons has this ever happened. The Lids are like child proofed. How did this happen??? I called the store and didn’t even know what to say I don’t even know what to do I have 40 peroxide all over the back of my car and and my sons new stroller covered. Wouldn’t you think they would be some what apologetic. Instead they gave the number for the manufacturer. I prefer a store who takes ownership of their products.Another reason to shop online..

Stood at the register for 10 minutes, left my items since no one could be bothered to check me out. Way to waste my time, this is why brick and mortar is failing.
