Honestly worst online ordering I have ever experienced in my life. Shipped every single thing separately and didn’t get any of it because they put the wrong address and couldn’t change it even though half of it wasn’t shipped and now they told me there’s nothing they can do and I’ll get refunded whenever they get the stuff back. 0/10 recommend ordering online your stuff will take forever and half of it won’t show up

This is my favourite one because there arent as have young people and so all of the cute stuff is still there. There have great sales and the staff is always willing to help but they arent overbearing. 😉

Why do you guys not show plus size? whenever i see ur and outfitters it’s not usually a place people think of for people who are plus size, more for skinny people, just wondering!

I went only to return an item purchased online. The staff were super cool and friendly. Also liked the store selection and store layout/decor.

I enjoy shopping at Urban Outfitters. Really nice selection of clothing, handbags, accessories, fragrances, shoes, music / Long Play (LP) records, and sale items. Definitely remember to use the UO App (Urban Outfitters App)at time of checkout/purchase. Sales Associates are courteous, pleasant, and knowledgeable about the merchandise.

They have clothes petite enough for my ultra petite wife... And that look great on her. 👍👍

Not as great of a selection. Even the younger crowd only walked out with two shorts.

They have amazing clothes but they mostly cater for skinny/slender girls.

Its shopping while visiting a museum. You can stay way longer than usual if you take a look at everything for sale there. Nice people there.

Thought it was a cool store until today; saw several ashtrays promoting weed smoking (which is ilegal in Florida’) and books on marijuana, I was with my 16 year old and there were kids running around the store. Really uncool!

Dont buy from this merchant, they use Lasership for deliveries and the delivery company lied and said that they delivered my purchase and did not!!! Urban Outfitters would not give me a refund and told me I had to dispute it through my credit card company!!! Order at your own risk this company has a poor unprofessional management team that kept calling me by my first name after being told several times not to address me this way. Lasership is the worst shipping company listed, they hire people that steal your packages and wont take responsibility for it.

This is the first Urban Outfitters that doesnt have as wide of a selection as others Ive been to. The clothes are the same but I like the bigger selection of books, decor, and other kitchi items I have found at all the Urban Outfitters Ive been to.

Urban outfitters is the super trendy hipster that collects cool and rare junk you love to touch and mess with but dont actually want. Everything is crazy - nay, outrageously - expensive. Still, they have some cool unique stuff available that you could buy online for less than half the price but hey, why pay less when you can get it NOW? Trendy, clean, and well organized, this store is an interesting experience that should definitely be had. Youll touch everything. Then youll look at the price tags and slowly put it down... Or youll have more money than sense and think to yourself muuust have my precious... Either way, check it out.
