We had a wonderful experience! Mark went above and beyond to help us get into just the right vehicle. We had been working with Mercedes dealers from all over Florida to find us a GLE. Mark delivered! Not only delivered but went out of his way to make things as easy as possible for us. Other Mercedes dealerships should take some notes! The stories I could tell! I have never seen such ruthless tactics in my life at some of the other dealerships. Mark at Delray did not pressure, Mercedes sell themselves. Did not try to upsell me. Did not try to push me into purchasing with them. We are very happy with our new ride!! Would send friends & family!

My experience with Mercedes of Delray was below par to say the least! In essence, my problem is really with the TERRIBLE method of using an offsite call center to manage communications with the dealer. I had to go to Delray because I had a tire blow out far from home, I had to get towed and in trying to find inventory, I was led to believe that I was calling the local dealer when in fact I was calling a call center who checked inventory on the system, indicated the tires were there but suddenly even they couldnt get through to the dealer to verify. THIS IS A 100% FAIL!!!!I am used to the concierge service of a luxury vehicle dealer...Im sure I dont need to state that we are talking about Mercedes, not Toyota! Since I had a blowout, I tried calling Mercedes roadside assistance and no one picked up. I wound up paying for the tow myself. While waiting for the tow, I kept calling the call center and they said as long as you get there before 6 pm, Ill be able to get the service taken care of the same day. Every statement made by the call center was false! The reason for this is that there is no way of communicating with the local service center. Again...for a luxury vehicle the bar should be MUCH HIGHER!!!!Once at the dealer, I was informed that all the service techs went home and theres no way of doing work. The tires I wanted wouldnt be available for three days. Since my car was already at the dealer at that point, I had no choice but to leave the car and wait for a call the next day on when the work could be done. I was informed that the only way to get the car done that day would be to take an alternate selection. Inferior in my opinion, but thats a personal choice. In the end, the tires are fine.I will say, Glen and then his partner Stacy handled the appointment well. However, the overall experience was completely tainted by the communication method that MERCEDES has chosen to adopt. FAIL! FAIL! FAIL!

Daniel Desmond is the go-to guy here. I literally live 2 blocks from Bill Ussery in Coral Gables and I will buy my next MB from him in Delray. I needed a bigger car from my M 5 Series BMW and went with an MB as he had one that matched what I was looking for. Daniel quickly responded to my inquires even on his day off. He even followed up after the car was sold to check in with me about he car. This was a five star experience. I am very happy about the experience which is not something you can often say about car buying.

My family and I have had horrible experiences with Mercedes of Delray.I purchased my Mercedes CLA 250 during the summer. My second key fob did not work. The person that sold my car, Joseph Taylor, told me we can meet in Broward County so he can grab the key and get it programmed so it will work. After numerous times of attempting to contact him, I had to call the dealer and get my car in so they can program the key. He stated they didnt need to car. That was not the case.I am now in need of a refund of my GAP insurance check that is just over $1,000. Delray Finance, located in Texas, sent the check to the dealer. The Finance person that I signed the car from, Russell Rienzi, stated that he would get the FEDEX tracking number in which he did not. He then told me I would get my check before they send him the FEDEX number. It has been over a week and I have not received the check that is rightfully owed to me.I sent a formal complaint to Autonation, on top of contacting Mercedes Corporate as this dealership is dragging their name through the mud. It is very disappointing to feel like I am being taken advantage of and given the run around now that I signed on the dotted line.My fathers statement is below:I purchased a certified Mercedes E350 and took delivery at night, and next I discovered that the hood and the windshield had sand blasting damages. They fixed it, but it took 4 attempts. Each time they tried to deliver the car I rejected the work.Here is the kicker! When I wantedTo trade the 350 they wanted to give me a lot less before it had a car fax record. From them!!!And on another car:We also purchased a Mercedes E400 and also took delivery at night. Next day my window tinting guy knowing that I had just purchased the car, advised me that the bumper was damaged. When I took it to Mercedes’ that same day, the tried to accuse me of painting it with a sharpie. I made them look in the car record and ala! They received the car with the damage. They were the ones that tried to paint it with a sharpie.

I had my first visit at Mercedes Benz Delray last week, my appointment was with a manager by the name of Eric Moreno. I came in for my first oil change on my new vehicle and Eric explained several package plans to me he even filled me in he was new to the team. I can appreciate that and with his expertise Im sure he will do great. Everything worked out wonderful for my first visit.

This is a dealership that is of the highest quality based on my recent experience. I have purchased many cars in my life dealing with a very broad spectrum of people with a wide variety of characters and behaviors. The experience I had purchasing a new vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Delray was the best among them all!I spent most of my time with their vehicle professional, Larry Streng. This was the first time I had ever been in this dealership and the first time I met with or worked with Larry. After some brief questions, he lead us through a discussion of the alternatives, all of which were consistent with my expressed views and wants with no distracting deviations.I had done some homework, but he deftly filled in the empty spots of my knowledge. After narrowing down the specifics we were introduced to a manager who joined us to work with us on the sale of the existing vehicle. A good discussion that ended quickly at an agreeable point. I had a similar experience working with the leasing manager. They all stayed on point with no distractions and focused on the end point. It didnt stop there.I had several contacts after the transaction was over a period of 2 weeks with their follow ups to ask if I had any concerns or questions about the vehicle. Larry answered every one clearly and on point.I was impressed with their display of knowledge as you would hope but they were easy to work with, answered every question and overall made this a good experience. I would use them again and highly recommend them based.

Terrible experience at MB of Delray. Recently moved to FL from NJ and purchased several Mercedes over the years and never had a problem. MB of Delray was unprofessional. Our new car was delayed on their end for a few weeks and when we came in to pick it up, they devalued our MB trade quite significantly, even though it was in the same condition. It seemed like a ploy to make more money. I emailed and left messages for the GM, who never called me back! When I finally got a call from a Sales Manager, she put a drop more money back to the trade value and I told her I would let her know by the next day but they sold the car to someone else that night! Definitely not professional and bought a much nicer car at BMW of Delray with the most professional and service-oriented staff. Go there instead!

First and foremost I believe that as a baseline every customer deserves to be treated with respect and have the best possible customer service regardless of the amount of money they are spending on a vehicle. In my case I spent fairly large amount on a vehicle but at times I didn’t see the best customer service by long waiting periods not being informed why and sometimes not knowing where my sales associate was, there’s room for improvement there.There’s some issues with the vehicle that the dealership promise to fix including parts being replaced and paint being fix that’s why I wasn’t ready to post this review yet because I need to see how they keep their promise and what’s the end result on this car buying experience.

Impossible to get a human being on the phone in the service department. They have a lot of advisor turnover so you can’t connect with the same one who serviced your car the last time. I had to leave a phone message with the GM to get a response after calling three days in a row and one occasion bering transferred multiple times by an unresponsive operator. The quality of their technicians is hGreat, but getting having a phone conversation sucks.

I recently bought a 2000 Mercedes S430 that needs work. Being on pension, this older vehicle is all that I could afford and still be in a beautiful and well made car. John, the service manager as was Kevin, my service rep was extremely compassionate concerning my limited ability to pay for the needed repairs by keeping the cost of my appointment to the minimum. My experience at Mercedes Benz of Delray service center can only be ranked as first class. I was greeted at the door, and escorted to the waiting lounge, which was elegant and clean. I had called last minute because of a tire issue, and I had a very small window to have my car fixed and make it to work. Not only did they offer to make sure I arrived to work on time at their expense, they gave me a time that my car would be finished. Impressively, they delivered my car to me at the exact stated time. My service contact Nathan, who to my understanding is a newer employee, was amazing! Even though he was handling many other customers at one time, he made it a point to consistently check on the progress of my vehicle as to deliver on his promise. Thank you again for a great experience, getting my car back to me when you said you would, and making a day that started in chaos, end up going smoothly the rest of the way! See you for my next service!

I brought my car in a 2nd time because the side mirrors stopped automatically closing. In the three days it took to resolve the issue Nathan kept me informed every step of the way. They also ended up replacing my battery under warranty. Very very happy with Nathan and recommend him.

I’m a physician and it’s really hard for me to take time off from work to deal with car repairs. I had a flat tire one morning with zero pressure. Had to drop son to school and then take a cab to work. Requested my brother to take the car to the dealership to replace the tire. Apparently they fixed it. Next morning at 7 am I’m dropping my son to school before work and low and behold the tire is flat again with a pressure of zero. So again I’m late for work, calling a cab and asking my brother to do me a favor and take the car back to the dealership. Doesn’t seem like such a difficult thing to fix. Called dealership in the morning during the school/work chaos and got transferred to advisor 3 times which went straight to voicemail. Called again and demanded a second appt to get it fixed.The first time I came to this dealership, I waited for an hour and no one would tell me what the issue was. Finally demanded to speak to the manager who was very professional and apologetic explaining that I made my appt online which somehow didn’t come on their schedule. He then asked someone to help me out. I could have been informed of this issue an hour earlier and would have rescheduled. Again, I don’t have time off from work to deal with incompetencies like this. My next car definitely won’t be Mercedes as I plan to live in this area for a while and don’t want to come back to this dealership. Every customer I’ve ever met there seems frustrated and unsatisfied.

My Mercedes Benz wouldn’t start leaving me stranded almost 2 hours from home I called the nearest dealership and spoke to service advisor Glen Castillo and he got my car towed in right away not only did he get my car towed in he went above and beyond after finding out there were no loners available he personally walked over to the loaner department and let them know I was stuck 2 hours from home and they prioritized my situation was got me a loaner, now that’s some real serious gracious attempt on his part to do all he can to take care of Mercedes clients, he was absolutely amazing, then he contacted me as soon as my vehicle was inspected and told me to come in and pick it up because it was completely ready at no charge, now I’m loving this guy!!! I wish I had him out here in miami he’s just an all around nice guy very professional and a definitely an asset not only to Mercedes but definitely to his customers, I’m forever greatful

The worst service by far. I had made my appointment weeks ago. The manager assigned to me wasn’t even there and the person that took care of me was trying to charge me for a service that had already be done. If it wasn’t for the fact that I knew Service A had been done, they would have done it again and charge over 1k for it. They needed do reset the Service A notification in my car, so I was advised to leave it (that was at 9:30am). I started to call around 1 to see the status of my car, and no one got back to me until 4pm. It was a waste of time because when I picked up my car, they didn’t even reset the notification.Mercedes in West Palm are better.

Service is very good. Melissa is efficient and knowledgeable. Only problem is the car. Rides and looks great but have continually issues with trim items. Have had to replace red lights on both doors (fell out), the latch on the center console broke, replaced the left tail light twice (water intrusion), back up camera stopped working, trunk release failed, back of drivers seat (wear issue), rattle in head rest, and twice the convertible top got stuck have way up. This should not happen on a E class convertible that is still under warranty. Does not happen on Lexus, Genesis or S90 Volvo. MB is not what it was.

Not sure exactly how to rate Mercedes Benz of Delray… Let me start by saying this. My service advisor Johnathan was wonderful. He communicated every step of the way. (My car was in the shop for two weeks) However, from the moment I walked in and spoke to the concierge to get a loaner car or to return my loaner car was awful. Not to mention I was told that they didn’t have loaner cars for three weeks!! Isn’t that one of the perks of going to the dealership? In any event the customer service is the worst I’ve experienced. The concierge unfortunately I can’t remember hisname to mention but he seemed in a bad mood angry and hated his job. And this was 8 AM!! He stood around talking to other coworkers while I was standing there as we made eye contact. I smiled hoping he would come over. But continued his conversation not even to say “I’ll be right with you“. When he did come back to the desk he was rude and seemed as if I was interrupting him. When I had to come back he still had the same attitude. It’s unfortunate because next time I will drive out of my way to get my car serviced.

I have taken my car to be serviced here twice. The first time was an okay experience but my second time was a disaster and now I need to go in for a third time. I took my car in as the battery needed to be replaced. So they went ahead and replaced the battery (great). When it came time to pick my car up they lost my car (how did they lose it no clue), it took them close to two hours to locate it. They did finally find it and I drove away. However, when I drove away my air conditioner started making noises. So, now I need to bring it in for a third time to fix the noise. I asked and left messages to speak to my rep and a supervisor a couple of business days ago but no one has called me back as of yet. I never write or leave reviews and would even like to change this review If the dealership can do right by me but I do feel I was wronged and decided to write this. Thanks for listening, Marc.

I had a very negative experience with the Service Dept. I called and made a service appt; I received a text message confirming the appt. When I showed up as scheduled, I was told they did not have a record of my appt. I tried to see the person who sent the text - Christian, and learned that when you call the dealership, you actually are talking to a call center. I was getting nowhere with the local staff, so my wife tried to call a manager on site. The receptionist did not provide her name when she answered phone she was asked to give her name -- Geneva. My wife explained that we needed to speak to a manager, any manager...the call went to a number that rang several times, then voice mail. My wife called back to speak with Geneva again, and phone rang and rang. This happened at least 8 times because my wife kept calling back. I have to assume Geneva recognized the number and refused to answer. At the dealership, I asked to speak with a manager, and after a long wait Bob Baldwin approached me. I was on the phone with my wife, so I asked him to speak with her as she had the details on when the appt was made, and the number of times she tried to reach Geneva. My wife asked Bob to make this right as we had a scheduled appt and had the text message to prove it. Bob told my wife he was trying to help, and would see what he could do. Unfortunately, instead of honoring my appt, he offered to have us come back in the afternoon - not possible because I had other appts. I will not give Mercedes of Delray Beach my future business!

I went again to buy some parts @ 5:19 Pm but an Asian service adviser said to me next to the vending machine that Parts Department closed at 6:00 Pm. I said to him its 5:32 and told him that I have been there since 5:19 even the back building is closed also now why It is closed. He said and I quoted Man I am sorry . When I asked to speak to a marketing manager to know why Is it advertised and posted Parts Department opened and closed 8:00 Am to 7:00 Pm? Second question is why Mercedes Benz of Pompano and Fort-Lauderdale closed as advertised but not Delray?

David Rhy in the service department is your guy. He is awesome, I have an older Benz and bringing my car from CA to FL it seems like the climate change with the added heat and humidity is taking a toll on my car, its nice to feel like you have someone you can trust in a new environment. David is someone who will tell you what you need to take care that is essential - upfront and courteous. Doesnt overtly exaggerate issues with your car. Which is refreshing, being on a strict budget right now, my car troubles are at the bottom of my list so I just do what I can. Thanks David!!

Nathan was extremely helpful and made sure that I received the service experience that I needed. He communicated with me every step of the way and was very patient and well mannered. He’s an asset to your company!The only negative comment I have has to do with when I arrived where we pull up. The outside staff did not deliver a Mercedes Benz service. There were 2 employees busing chatting while I stood outside my car. They clearly saw me and neither one asked me how they could help nor did they greet me. After a while, I had to make my presence known. This I rate a 1 star. The other negative comment is your phones. I had to wait 20 mins to be connected to the service department. You can’t through to anyone in that dealership except sales. I had to drive there to make an appointment for my repair. You need to hire more people because it’s not a good look for the Mercedes Benz brand.

My name is Porsche, I drive a newer 2021 vehicle I came in to drop my vehicle for service as well as receive a loaner. This dealership( Mercedes of Delray) seems to cater to the white race. Being that I am African American, I assume I stand out like a sore thumb here. Previously I witnessed a very difficult customer being catered to over a vehicle preference (loaner) while I only requested that the vehicle have tint on the front window as most of their loaners do. When I asked for this preference I was told by my service advisor Nathan that this wasn’t possible as the vehicles were “claimed” although they are loaners. I wont return to this dealership. I’m sure I’m not the only African American customer that has experienced this type of treatment at this particular dealership. The true disregard for certain customers sickens me. I refuse to ever be mistreated or made feel like my PREFERENCE is second to anything or anyone. The loaner manager is Dana. John is the service manager who also appears to cater to a certain race. They will never ever see me again and for that I will never do business with Mercedes-Benz again. When my lease is over. Before leaving there was a gentleman complaining about the POOR SERVICE, I agree it’s definitely POOR!

I had my car serviced at Mercedes-Benz of Delray and it was a good experience, except for the service representative that was cocky and uncooperative but the manager John took over the situation helping us with some issues we were having and made it pleasant. I give Mercedes-Benz of Delray 3.5 stars but if it wasn’t for the service representative I’d give 5 stars.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made an appointment for 9:30 AM to have my Mercedes looked at due to running rough and engine light on. After standing around for 10 minutes when no one approached me I finally spoke to a “service advisor“. Five hours later, I went back to the dealership and was very disturbed to find out they hadn’t even looked at my car yet and had absolutely no concern that I was missing an entire day of work. The service advisor told me, after five hours, that they might be able to get to it in the next day or two. This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had having a car serviced. I finally just took my car and brought it to a different shop.

After a $1,300 repair which did NOT fix the issue, the service associate dismissed me as we wanted a second opinion on the ADDITIONAL $2,000 the dealership insisted was needed. Jonathan was clearly dismissive and the garage assistant unlocked the car with the key and pointed off to the distance in the lot and said, thats your car. No one took me to the car and showed me how the repair was not working. Unbelievably BAD service.

Update 9/13: I called and asked for the GM as requested. He was unavailable and didnt return the call. The service manager did. He was sorry that if took a week to replace two tires and batteries. Said it shouldnt have happened. Vowed to put a note in my file. I guess thats how MB of Delray makes things right.From the tow driver who came with inadequate equipment requiring me to jump the car for the tow truck guy, to several broken promises on the completion day, this was not a good experience

Would give it 5 stars but my service experience was not good. Did it on line but could not find option for them to pick up car or give loaner. Called the phone number but it’s a phone bank in Atlanta. Long wait, couldn’t get some answers, they switched me over to Delray and naturally got voice mail. When I dropped it off for a routine pre-paid service I was told to wait for ‘an associate’ (? Why?). After waiting I asked again, told I didn’t have to wait after talking to an associate. Frankly, when I went to pick up my car I assumed an outdoor voice to get attention to simply pick up (no charges, routine service). Other things, but mostly upset at lack of ease of just talking on phone to someone at the dealership. Next car will be a BMW, never had anything but great service there.

Again, the service department left me with no other option but take my business somewhere else. It kept my working van for two days just to let me know at last minute that they didnt fix the problem. Last time, was a bad advice that caused me to change the whole front suspension. Im done. We are purchasing a new van at another dealer and taking our service with it.

I have been a customer since the day they opened and have seamless and flawless service through the advisors on my complicated AMG wagon. My current advisor Glenn is all about the customer with an exacting attention to detail. I am so glad I purchased the car (I had ordered the 2019 and when it came in kept my 2015) when the lease was up and the sales team recommended the extended FACTORY warranty which was expensive and well worth it.

I been with Mercedes since 2014 and went to a couple other Mercedes dealership never had a bad experience until I went to Mercedes of Delray I will never bring my car to that location again.Johnathan is the worst service advisor by far all he does is sit down on his phone all day on social media no help. The Service Department Sucks... No loaner was available and my car was there for 10 days.

I previously purchased my Mercedes from Rob Langer (GREAT EXPERIENCE, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM) and later sold the car on 12/14/20. I reached out to the dealership about the GAP cancellation form and was unable to get anyone to return my phone calls (I made 29 of them) and I was clear that if I was not called back by the 30th time, I would drive down to the dealership personally...which I did. KAVON MORADI filled out the form for me and put a sale date of 4/26/21 on the form, which was 4 months after the actual sale date. I have not heard back from KAVON or the dealership since 6/20/21 saying that the refund is typically 90-120 days to get back. Tomorrow is 9/1/21 (128 days later) and I still have not received my refund or a call back. This is completely ridiculous that I sold this car 255 days ago and it took 29 phone calls over 127 days to get any help and this still has not been resolved. IF THE DEALERSHIP WRITES AN APOLOGY OR A BS EXPLANATION OF MY REVIEW, I WILL SUBMIT ANOTHER REVIEW WITH ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION FROM MY ATTORNEY TO BE VIEW PUBLICLY.

Entered Mercedes Benz of Delray for first time. I had a dead battery... and my smart-key also needed a new battery. I was immediately taken care of by Service Manager, Stacey. The best word to describe her attentiveness and care received was, Fabulous! Stacey said it would take approximately Three hours, to not only do the two Battery services, but to perform a Passenger Side Air-Bag replacement. They completed all the work in much less time then the three hours, originally called for.They also provided a Lyft ride home for me, so I didn’t have to sit around for 3 hours...then picked me up at my hour to bring me back. I believe Mercedes Benz...and Stacey, exceeded my expectations... which were high to begin with. Great Service, Repair and attention to detail was impressive.

I cannot overstate my disappointment in the service department at Mercedes Benz of Delray. This being my 4th Mercedes, I have had the pleasure of having superb service in Pennsylvania and Virginia and expected the same here in Florida. My experience last week . . . my Check Engine Light came on. I called my service manager 4 times, no return call. Emailed my service manager, no answer. Finally called and made an appointment through the call center. Upon arrival, the person who is supposed to be my service manager never checked my car in, which I discovered after waiting for 2 hours. So car never serviced and had to be kept over the weekend. I never did find out why my service person chose to ignore me as she never called to apologize. Needless to say, she will not be my service person going forward.

The result of the bad grades I am giving is because they gave me an appointment for October 5 and October 7, I had to ask that they give me my vehicle and they did not even touch it, I lost two days of work for one someones irresponsibility. Dont they realize that a sprinter is a commercial vehicle? If you are so busy, why do you plan an appointment? But I am sure that if for each extra day they had to pay a penalty this would not happen.
