Good service but can be considerably more expensive than Amazon. list price of an item I just just bought was $158, my price $107. with black Friday sale I paid $86 for it ($92 with tax). Amazon sells the exact model at $59 and free prime two day shipping.

So I walk into the Delray location at Congress & Atlantic to purchase a battery. Theres two guys working there handling two separate customers. So I wait leaning on the counter next to the customer & then another two customers walk in & start talking to the counterparts guy in his native tongue & gets help with his part, pays & walks out & then counter guy continues to speak with previous customer to finish his order. I was completely invisible to both employees. I will never go to Bennett Auto parts again!

What a terrible store. Worst customer service of any parts store in the area. Give your money to cold air or another better run store. Wish i could give 0 stars for incompetence.

I was put on hold for 14 minutes to ask if you guys had abs wheel speed sensor. I tried to call a head to to see if you had the part and the diagnostic equipment for determining which part was bad front or back. I was put on hold and listened to a recording of how great your customer service was for 14 minutes. When i arrived at the store i walked in while still on hold. As i stood there waiting the manager decided to pick up the phone because he could hear my speaker phone which your recording. I have no clue what he said but it wasnt hello or anything resembling warm customer service. I then that was me on the phone you just hung up with i have been on hold for 14 minutes and would have apprecited someone telling me at least hello. He then said its just us here bro. That was all i needed to here to leave. Very unproffesional and your recording of how great your customer service was 100 percent 14 minutes of lies.

Customer service is good but the quality of the parts has really gone bad they sell you parts with a lifetime warranty because youre constantly going to have to change it I dont buy parts with a lifetime warranty to constantly change it but because I know things dont last forever and if I have a vehicle that I want to keep for teen years I would expect to replace it within 5 years may be not once a year

They didn’t have the part I wanted but the manager gave me an alternative solution and it worked exactly the way I wanted. I am completely satisfied.
