I am so glad I found Grieco! I originally drove down to look at a CX-5 at a different dealership and it was a nightmare. I was a first time car buyer and they made the experience very enjoyable and answered all of our many questions. The market is crazy right now but they were still able to work with us and give us a deal we were more than happy with. We spoke with Brandon on the phone before we made the extra drive and as soon as we got there he already had the car pulled up for us to test drive. Jimmy and Anthony were also very helpful when it came to all of the details and finances. I was also able to sign alone even with my credit being pretty new. The car had just gotten to the lot a day prior and a few things still needed to be fixed. They shipped it to me that week, no extra charge, and communicated everything to us as it was being shipped. I trusted that it was in good hands and that they wanted to give me a quality car especially because they fixed additional things they had not originally told us. While they had the car they replaced the battery, 2 tires, installed apple car play, detailed it, and gave me a full tank of gas! If I wasn’t already impressed by this dealership enough, a few days after I got my car the screen started to glitch out. I reached out to them and they were able to set up an appointment at a Mazda close to my house to fix the system, free of charge. I will definitely be buying my future cars from them, even if it is a 4 hour drive!

Their website and sales staff are organized to handle online inquiries in addition to in person sales. My initial online inquiry showed their car price was good and fees were reasonable. Shea my sales associate was a pleasure to work with. She completely understands customer service. At other dealerships I’ve heard about high pressure sales pitches of extended warranties and such. Some dealers wouldn’t take No for an answer. At Grieco, these items were offered and explained but a simple “No thanks” was quite sufficient. I’ve recommended Grieco to my friends.

We walked in on Saturday looking for some SUV options expecting to spend multiple hours if we had found something. Well, we did and the experience took a fraction of the time. Our sales rep, Mo, was super friendly, accommodating, and was able to take our needs and concerns into consideration. Frank, the manager, is also a great guy and wicked friendly. We walked out with a new car and I must say, I have had several vehicles and this was the fastest car purchase at a dealership.

I was in TEARS today!! ... I bought my beautiful CX-5 Mazda here 1 year ago almost to the day. It was an incredibly easy experience with Mo. He answered all questions I had throughout the process and explained everything in detail, and was just in general so kind, funny, and patient. Anyway—I remembered being told when signing the papers that the dealership would factory clean my car within 1 year of buying the car and today...man did they do an outstanding job!!! I legit had tears of joy. I had been told that mistakenly apparently, but they cleaned my car anyway!! Sand, dog hair and all! I am so grateful to the entire staff and to Mo. I will ALWAYS come here with my family to buy any future car! (*pictures are of my clean car today. I should have taken before and after photos! It looks JUST like it did when I bought it a whole year ago. I could have never done as beautiful a job as they did!)
Leased a brand new CX5 end of August 2021.1 week later driving on I95 with my 83 year old mom and 19 year old daughter and car went from 70mph to 15mph within seconds! Lights flashing in car “critical engine malfunction”. I was extremely lucky to make it off to the side of interstate without getting into major accident! I immediately called Mazda roadside assistance and was told because of weather(beautiful sunny day in Florida) and amount of calls they were not able to help(Labor day weekend). I was told to call the police for assistance!! I then called Greico and was told the salesman and general manager were not in and I should call Mazda roadside! I called police and they called a tow truck which I paid out of pocket to take this brand new car to nearest Mazda dealer. We were 4.5 hours from home and I was driving my daughter to school in NY which started in 3 days. We were stranded on I95 30 minutes from closest car rental location on Labor Day weekend 5.5 hours from home!!! I had to pay tow truck driver to drive us to airport waited 5 hours in airport for rental car and proceeded to drive to NY to drop my daughter. I had to pay out of pocket $2800.00 for car rental $250 for tow. The Mazda dealer my car went to in Jacksonville were very helpful. They did fix the car that had a critical engine problem and Mazda shipped me the car to NY 2 weeks later. We filed a claim with Mazda for rental reimbursement and tow charge and have yet to get any answers or reimbursement!!! My husband and I leave messages and get no response. Shame on Mazda Corp and Greico Mazda. BRAND NEW CX5!!! Wonder if they’ll send me to collections if I don’t pay my lease for the amount they owe me do to their brand new car leaving me stranded!

We just got a new car lease here. After too many horror stories (and experiences) about aggressive tactics and nasty sales people - we had the opposite experience. Everyone we encountered was nice and helpful. Our sales person (ask for Cedric) was very patient, very knowledgeable, explained everything and after some negotiation delivered exactly what we agreed to. No bait and switch. Even the finance guy had all the papers ready and quickly and helpfully explained the documentation. Again - what we agreed to was exactly what they delivered. A positive car leasing experience - and we love the car.
Walked in on a mission after visiting a few other dealers. Valentina helped us and immediately understood exactly what we wanted to do. She worked quickly and kindly to help us leave with a new car in a short amount of time. Everyone we dealt with from the finance team to the manager was very nice and respectful of our time.
Absolutely the worst service department at a dealership I have ever experienced. I have sent multiple emails and left numerous voice messages for my service advisor and never get a call back. I just dont understand how a company can treat their customers so poorly. I purchased the vehicle new from this dealer and the buying process was fine - the service department is totally useless.
Really nice compared to most of the dealerships we visited trying to buy a car ( mainly kia dealerships) . We would have bought from them but we couldnt make a deal. They did follow-up but didnt offer up. I did leave the floor manager a message about making deal and never heard from him. Oh well. Bought a car from another dealership. I think our salesman was Darien or Deren. Really great guy. I think in normal buying times they would be great to deal with. When my other daughters lease is up i will definitely talk to them.
After purchase my card frome them and then i have to do renewal on my registration i couldnt because they did a mistake on my address at dmv website and i didnt receive any paperwork from dmv and i couldnt pay online either because my information was incorrect and now is more that 2 weeks Im trying to call someone frome dealer to fix dealer mistake Im on the road since 2 September till January so instead do my work i have to take off and fix Greico mistake in my registration wich i pay for services 1000$ ..... Question 1 why they dont answer the phone person who is responsible for that, 2 why they dont care about and why they dont call me back to fix that mistake with my registration 🤔..... Interesting what a lawyer can say about that 🤔...
Interesting place — many high-end luxury and exotic cars for sale. Good return policy. Grieco Mazda stands behind their used car products and the used car manager, DJ, is easy to work with. Bought a vehicle which ended up needing a repair and Grieco made good on their word. They fixed the issue while also providing a warranty on said work. I would recommend anyone looking to purchase a used luxury vehicle at a fair price to check these guys out. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from them again.
This was one of the worst experiences I ever had. I’d like to give them zero stars.I went in prepared to BUY the car I wanted and that they had in stock. They would NOT negotiate at all. They would not make a counter offer. I have never, in all my life, encountered a dealership that will not try to work with you at all!The obnoxious little floor manager wanted to make small talk; couldn’t care less if we purchased a car.The sales girl was nice enough but had no leverage and no say.I was disappointed and actually pretty surprised by the whole encounter. They used the pandemic as an excuse to rip people off. Is this how we should expect to be treated ; punish us because there was a worldwide pandemic.Unconscionable, unacceptable, unsatisfactory,unpleasant!!!!
Came here with mom to get her a new CX5 (trade in) . We had a wonderful experience with our sales girl Cheryl. She made everything very swift and easy and had all the answers to our questions. Very pleasant patient woman to work with and I’m very pleased with every part of the transaction. Will definitely go see Cheryl again when needed. We had an amazing sales person (Kiana). She was professional and super helpful. We had a small issue with our trade-in a few days after (not the Mazda dealerships fault) and Seth and Greg were extremely helpful and resolved our issue. We had a great over all experience. I would buy here again.
Very bad customer service at the servicing center.The servicing adviser looks at all possible ways to charge more money.Pathetic foul smell at the waiting area..Worst car wash during the servicing visit. When asked about the poor car wash, service center people responded very badly saying its a free wash and that’s all they can do.WHEN YOU CANNOT DO IT PROPERLY DO NOT OFFER…!!!
This is my first Mazda! I am excited at the opportunity to work with Mazda over the next few years as I am loyal customer to a brand if they stand by their word and so far so good. Found car we liked online. Drove by and seemed to look decent. Contacted them online and was told I need to come in. I advised them of my COVID fears and they still said to come in. I told them I dont want waste our time coming in if the price was as-is on the website. Was told the best price would be given in person. They called repeatedly and texted me and i went in. I went there and the person (used car manager) that I was scheduled to meet with didnt come out and sent someone else out who said theres no better price. This is after I made it CLEAR I am not interested in the vehicle if the car was the price shown online. Why make me come in just to tell me this when I mentioned it several times in texts. Anyways, I would personally never recommend any of my friends or family to try and get a used car from them. To think how different things were a year ago. Guess some people wont learn how important it is to treat a customer right.The new car manager was very nice to us outside and our dog so I gave an additional star for that.

In case you are wondering it’s in the high 600s low 700s so no not horrible. Yes I did buy a Mazda by the way… just not from here. Gunther Mazda in Ft.Lauderdale is significantly better… don’t waist your time here!

I was driving here from Boynton for good service. My last 6 or 8 visits have been disappointing. My other car ran out of oil 1000 miles before next service (no engine leaking, etc). My last visit did oil change and tire rotation which was not performed (this is the second time). The first time I observed the service and when I asked why tires were not rotated I got a excuse reason. This last visit tires were same position(washed my car day before and the back tires had a sign) and the wheel lock key was never touched. I find it sad and disappointing because I drive all the way to Delray to a big dealership expecting good service. I guess I can get same service near me. Also STOP changing the plate frame tag and put Grieco tag on peoples car without asking before, this is just stupid!
Frustrating All Around would be how I would describe my experience here. I had been looking at cars for the past few weeks trying to figure out what I was looking for. I test drove the Honda CRV, Acura RDX, Toyota Rav 4, a VW and Volvo but I liked the CX-5 when I test drove it.HOWEVER - unfortunately - part of the challenge to buy a Mazda starts with the brand. Unlike the other brands where you can either chose a package with a set number of items and then customize further or simply add any number of options, Mazda purposely makes you go up a trim level and then in many cases, takes something else away.After much deliberating, I settled on the CX-5 Carbon Turbo AWD but Im still a little disappointed that there is not an option to add Sirius/XM as Mazda makes you go up to the Grand Touring model for that.On the last day of the month, I was trying to get a quote from the salesperson and all I could get was a quote of MSRP - which I wasnt paying. Additionally, I was trying to put together the price of what they were going to charge me and all I could get was a rough estimate....They will try to charge everyone a $249 fee for the paint protection film they put on all cars on top of a $1000 dealer fee that was explained to me that it is 100% profit.Im not saying dont shop here. But if you do, ask for Raiden. He started as my sales person and was nice and knowledgeable and straight forward. But since I inquired about a completely different car, it was taken over by a woman who I would not recommend as a sales person. All she did was frustrate me. When I asked her what the price is and what the tax would be, I got the answer - its around $2,000 - maybe $2500.It was experiences like this one that makes me dislike car sales people.The fast talking Texas manager finally came over and suggested I take the car home for an overnight test drive since Im sure he could see he was losing me.That night, I did some research and got a quote from another dealer that unfortunately didnt have the car. So I returned the following day with a price in my hand. I said, if you can match this price, Ill buy it... but if its $1 over.... Ill walk. I had to call them out twice for trying to add that BS paint protection and some other fees...When they finally sent the finance guy over - he had the stones to ask why I wanted to put so much down as a down payment - I simply said, because I do and its my decision... For anyone who doesnt realize this - dealers make money off financing - the more you finance - the more they make.When my rate came back - it was 4.34% which seemed high - I believe it was more like 2 % but the dealership added another 2.4% add-on. After myBTW - before you accept a trade in at this dealership - do yourself a favor and go to Carmax and get a quote. CarMax offered me $8500 and Grieco offered me $2500.... I obviously went back to CarMax and made $6 THOUSAND more on my trade-in.Anyway - Im not sure any other dealership would be any different but instead of enjoying my sales experience, I just got more and more frustrated. I did buy the car since I was there and they had it but in good faith, can only give the dealership a 2 out of 5.Apparently - they dont check who bought a car as 2 days later - I got an invite to come in and lease a car - which I a.) didnt need since I bought a car and b.) had never even expressed interest in a loan.
They offer excellent pricing without the typical dealership nonsense. I have purchased three cats from them in six months and could not say anything but each transaction was the most positive experience. How car buying should be.
I recently bought a vehicle with Sebastian Nova. He made the entire process as easy and enjoyable as possible. He was extremely honest and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him and will go back to him for all of my future car purchases!
Please read BEFORE you consider this dealer. We just bought a used 2015 Volvo V60, UNFORTUNATELY at this dealership. When you first arrive they treat you like you’d expect; positive, full of promises and assurances. Well, they are just another used car dealership, but worse. We were ASSURED the vehicle was thoroughly serviced, safety checked and given a “prime detailing”. ALL lies. We had the car for a couple days and it wasn’t running correctly, so I looked under hood and it was littered with leaves with NO signs of any service, which proved true. We bring the vehicle back, wait 3 days, and finally are told that the 2 batteries (costing about 2k, according to them) are “bad” and were replaced. Great, we take back vehicle and was good for several more days until the engine light comes on. THAT turns out to be another big issue. Which appears will cost us over $600. This time however there are no return calls, which wasn’t surprising as their treatment/attitude toward us had done a complete 180, and even dismissive from first service issue. They said new brakes were done (my mechanic friend who took a cursory look said they were NOT DONE) He also said that the two issues were probably evident IF they had run a diagnostic test but my mechanic suggested they basically reset the troubles hoping they would go undetected until they popped up again well after we took possession. The “detailing” they did was terrible and whatever they put on it to cover up some very dull areas on the hood where the clear coat had obviously worn through HAD WORN OFF and NOW looks terrible. They only gave us 1 key fob (there were 3), no spare tire, as advertised. (and they refused to replace). NO mechanic would (decent mechanic) left all the leaf litter in the engine compartment so I presume the hood wasn’t even lifted to inspect. If you value your families safety, good service, and a dealership that truly values it’s customer.....DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER. We are so upset I’m going to invest some time to duplicate this review on numerous other review sites if we still get no response. IF the dealership does respond I will update this review to let you know how they responded, either way, even retract review if they do the right thing. Until then AVOID FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND FAMILY’s SAFETY! See other reviews in pic below.

As Im searching for cars, I noticed that the car salesmen at other dealerships are dishonest and always are trying to scam you. This is the first time in months that I was help by an honest salesman, he showed integrity and was willing to help me. Unfortunately, I couldnt find the right car for me, but it was a pleasant experience.
Everyone here was extremely helpful and pleasant. All my (many) questions were answered straightforwardly. I dealt primarily with Cheryl G. who was very knowledgeable and professional and really a pleasure to work with. Although I ended up leasing elsewhere, I still recommend Grieco highly.

Really should be -100 stars but it wont let me do that. absolutely the worst dealer in florida. had the worst experiance in buying a car from there. took over a year and a half to have them send the title to my finance company, which by the way happened because i called constantly for 2 months. i finnally had to call my finance company to get it handled. oh and when they take a trade and sell it, they don t pay it off for 6 months. stay far away from them.
Been waiting since may to fix the issue with them locking my ability to renew my registration. Multiple calls and emails and only one person called me back one time and still nothing has been resolved registration is due to be renewed in a couple of weeks and it still has not been resolved

Just had my first service on my Mazda 3. Mike Gallahue is one of the best service advisors Ive encountered regardless of the make. The only problem with the dealership is that they did away with the complimentary car wash after service. Sad!

My Mazda 6 needed service yesterday (something electronic). Mike Gallahue was the service writer. WOW! DID I HAVE AN OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE.I arrived prior to the 7:30 opening time and was 1st in line. Greeted courteously and with a big smile, I was asked what was going on with my car. I explained everything and handed over my key. Mike arranged to have a Lyft driver bring me home (and back once car was finished) and was told it may not be until the next day that my car would be finished.Mike called me an hour later with the details of what needed to be done. I agreed to everything and my car was going to be fixed right away.Fast forward- by 3:00 that afternoon, my Lyft ride arrived and I was on my way back to the dealer.Again, greeted like I was more than just anybody, Mikes smile and friendly attitude made for great customer service AND returned my repaired car back to me.This was by far the BEST dealership experience I have EVER had and as a result, will not only he back when I need additional repairs, but will recommend Greico Mazda to anyone wholl listen. And oh yeah... I forgot to mention, the Lyft rides were courtesy of the dealership!!There is one thing that could have made this experience even better - washing my car before I picked it back up. Other than that - perfect!

I had my vehicle in for some factory safety recalls. 1 of the items was lower control arms. I drove home noticing a clunk sound as I accelerated that wasnt there previously. Upon my inspection of the vehicle the bolts were hand tight. I contacted the dealer and spoke with them and seems like its no big deal. They wont give me torx specks so I can finish the job. I refuse to let them work on my vehicle at this point. A safety recall turns into a definite safety issue letting this dealership work on my vehicle.
Went there this past weekend to look at cars with my wife. In particular, we were interested in the CX-5. Cheryl greeted us and was super pleasant and helpful. She was very knowledgable and was able to answer all of our questions. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

What a great experience! I usually dread going to car dealerships, the sales people are always so fake and pushy. My salesperson Cheryl was the absolute best! Stopped in to get my car serviced yesterday, and while waiting at the dealership, I was helped by Sebastian Nova. He is very friendly and knowledgeable about the various cars available, and was able to inform me of features I didn’t know I had in my car! Very helpful! :)

After three frustrating weeks of dealing with multiple car issues, I stopped by Grieco Mazda to see what options were available to me. I met with the dream team: Holly, Bill and Justin. To my surprise we got straight down to business. Rather than giving me a sales pitch, they were interested in hearing about my goal and how they can help me to accomplish this. We worked out the finances first and then looked at some options. In a couple of hours they delivered on their promise that I would be leaving the lot stress free. That was yesterday, today I’m in a better place and enjoying my brand new ride thanks to the dream team!

Terrible experience, I had 9 am appointment, I waited till 11:30 I noticed the havent even started my car, service woman wasnt helpful at all. Second car at the same time suppose change battery termina and breaks pad, when I popped up hood to see terminals, they didnt even touch it but I was charged. I am not going back to this service center anymore.
Beware, poor service for those out of state.Called to inquire about a car on the lot and was given basic details that I could pull from either the VIN, or just looking at their website. I had very specific questions about the car because I live out of state with very strict emissions laws. Greico answered none of my questions. I had to ask Mazda corporate itself about the vehicle, and even then I still needed to confirm a few details about the car itself to be absolutely sure. So again I asked those questions about the car and was told someone would get back to me. Waited multiple weeks with no answer about my questions, but plenty of spam calls and emails...If you are looking at a specific car from out of state, dont bother, Greico isnt very helpful. Im sure the experience is better when you are local, its a shame my experience was a huge disappointment. Ill be sure to avoid Greico altogether as I search for that specific car.
I want to give the biggest shoutout to Kiauna who did the upmost job at helping me get my new baby (Mazda 6). She was soooo helpful and fun to be around during my whole process. If she didn’t know the answer to a question she was for sure going to find the answer for me. Another big shoutout to Justin in finance for being amazing and so helpful. He went out of his way a lot to settle me in to my new car. Definitely two great people. Glad that they were available to help me. Give these two a raise!

I was unfortunately hit at a red light which totaled my car. This lead into the search of a safe car and Mazdas kept coming up as highly rated. Made my way to Delrays Mazda and was helped by Danard. He was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and made you feel comfortable being there and that he really wanted to help find the right fit. We found a car that matched everything I was looking for. It was by far the best experience. I also worked with Ashley Echeverri on their customer service team who was sooooo kind and Greg in finance who was so personable. No one was pushy like other dealerships. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Worst experience. Do not shop there. Was shopping for a used vehicle with my husband. On the vehicle we were paying cash, we were told it would be $1000 more than the window sticker because they charge for paying cash. This is not noted anywhere. Also, we asked for their best price. Their best price with the trade was higher than the window sticker!!’ Lol. They don’t know how to do math. Horrible!!! Walked out!!!
These people were very aggravating when they wanted me to purchase a car. Now that I’ve purchased a car I can’t seem to get anyone on the phone. I put down a refundable $1000 deposit to hold car (Holly’s word). The checks have cleared the bank and I’m asking for my refund but all of a sudden Holly needs to check with Sebastian and Sebastian needs to check with Holly circle that I’m on. I feel bambozzled and these were just fast taking salesmen to get me to make a purchase. At this point I think I will call my bank to see what can be done about this because this is not good business practices.This also leads me to something else. The car that I traded in they kept getting the lender information wrong and each time I pointed it out all I got was ok. So I feel like my old car won’t be paid off within the window before it gets reported to the bureaus as negative.Purchased vehicle on May 6th and have been getting ignored since then.
I am a first time car buyer and I could not have asked for a better experience. Shea Pierschke was so nice and so helpful through the whole process. I went into this dealership wanting information on one of their Mazdas, and to take a test drive- after requesting basic details on the website.I was very warmly greeted, and a car brought around to test. Additionally, I was very clear that my search was just starting, do no decision would be reached immediately.I was happy that there was no hard sell pitch. However, after getting home, I called back and decided that I really liked and wanted the car.The entire team was very courteous and professional, especially Thomas and Bill.I recommend this dealership.
I received quality service to purchase my new CX 5 Signature. Working with my salespersons, Chanel and Valentina, was a pleasure. They were excellent with the knowledge of the car and helpful in explaining and setting up the various electronic systems. Altogether a pleasant purchase experience.
Customer service is comparable to what you find at a McDonalds. No one is willing to help you as soon as they sell you a car. Soon as they got their money, any questions or concerns will never be answered.Having car issues already and needed my license plate a week ago. P.O.S. place with P.O.S. people. First time buying a car and this is the worst experience I have ever had. Life lessons I guess.
Mike G took care of my 10k tune up and oil change. He was so friendly and nice - as was the entire dealership. I also felt very safe as everyone was following the covid-19 precautions. Overall 11/10. My car was ready on time too. Thanks for such a quick, easy, and nice experience. Will be back!!!

BUYER BEWARE! I called about a Porsche 911 they have for sale. I reviewed the carfax and it was reclaimed by the dealer for an oil leak that couldnt be resolved with the customer who originally purchased it in CA. There is also a warning about the odometer reading because is was reduced from 0ver 9000 miles to just over 4000 miles after a service visit. I called and request some clarification. Jimmy, the used car manager refuses to call me back or discuss the issues I have concern with. I starting researching other Porsche vehicles at Grieco and 2 (2018 Panamera 4 and 4S) bought by Grieco that were returned for issues (Lamda fault) that couldnt be resolved with original purchaser. I am sure there are other vehicles with issues based on 3 of the 5 I reviewed have them. I asked the sales person before they attempted to get Jimmy to answer or return my call about the title being salvaged. They had no idea how to answer that and other very simple questions. I understand cars come with issues, which many times can be resolved. What makes Grieco Mazda seem more like Grieco Lemon lot is when Jimmy., the used car manager refuses to speak to customers who have questions and be transparent about the issues. He instead ghosts you and hopes the next sucker will buy their auction car for 20000 over the value due to unresolved issues without questions. I wanted to provide a post so consumers first review every carfax report, and secondly, be hyper focused on details when considering this dealer.

Excellent dealership for new and preowned cars. I purchase a preowned Fiat 124 Spider and have had it several months. Car looks and drives perfect. Shea Pierschke helped in my purchase and was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Ask for her if you need info or looking to purchase. Anthony Gloe is the finance manager and also did a great job finding financing and wrapping up the whole package. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Shea and Anthony!

I am always the first one to write a great review. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. Abrupt and rude salesperson, The car had multiple issues when we arrived at the dealership, battery was dead, car engine light was on, brakes were shot, tires with less than 1/4 life left, car was dirty inside and out, there was even a french fry in the trunk. They tried to make excuses for the issues, the car was way over priced and should never have been up for sale in that condition. I bought my new used car from Braman Honda in Lake Worth and it was a FANTASTIC experience!!

The car buying experience was amazing from the first interaction with the sales person Shea she was extremely patient with my wife and i and she got her sales manager bill involved and got us the best deal and the best trade in value for the vehicle we traded in and the car buying experience was also no pressure at all.
