Such a reasonable business.I went to have my muffler replaced (of course) not only did they get me right in and out but completed the work within the time frame we agreed upon. No surprises with the pricing. Knowledgeable, friendly owner and mechanic. Very clean as well. Highly recommended. I dont want to have to have work done again, but should I need it...Id return without a doubt.

Took my car in yesterday 3/17/21 knowing I had a rusted pipe separated from muffler and not sure if muffler needed replaced as well.After talking to Bob and Jim they said no just the pipe needed to be replaced.I was in and out in no time.It’s great to know you can still trust people.Thanks Jim and Bob for your great service.I would highly recommend and will use them again when needed.

There is nothing pro about their shop they are overpriced rude and it is a hole in the wall from the beginning of time with outdated Tools not for anything newer than 2002

They were very efficient and installing the new muffler and Cadillac converter had a few issues at the beginning but they resolved them very fast great work

Dont you dread going to auto repair shops? We all worry were getting taken! But, not with Jim! Ive never met a more honest and caring car repair guy in my life (and Im no spring chicken). How do I know hes honest? Because I grew up helping my father repair everything we owned, so I understand at least some of the high level stuff. Also, even when Tires Plus told me I needed new brakes (twice in two months), Jim checked them and let me know the ones I had were still good. And when you do need a repair with Jim, the price is going to be affordable and honest.

Jim is honest, thorough and does what is necessary to fix your problem. He could have easily convinced me that my problem was worse than it was and use that opportunity to charge more but he did not. It is a refreshing change to find someone like him. I highly recommend Pro-Muffler.

I had my catalytic converter replaced here, and I am convinced that this was one of the best decisions I have ever made.The service and prices are the best Ive seen in a long time. Ive been there last week. Was a little concern after comments, but everything was so good. The guy is gentle, no rudeness, no haughtiness. He is a nice man. He did a good job very fast and gave a very good price. So dont worry about his attitude at all. Maybe he changed his behavior, maybe he had a dark period before, but now he is very nice. The owner greeted me warmly before i was finished parking. He took over my car, drove it into the shop. My problem was diagnosed and explained to me. Within half hour my muffler was fixed and i was on my way home. Great service. I would return. I was also given a business card.

I went to another Meineke first and was quoted $610 for a new muffler to fix a rattling noise in the back of my truck. I took it to Jim for a second opinion and he diagnosed it as an issue with my heat shield, which has solved the problem. He charged me 1/30 of the cost and the problem is solved. It is nice to have an honest car shop in town with an honest owner like Jim!

Ive been using Jim(the owner) for 3 years now. Guy has never did me wrong. Hes an honest man and knows what hes talking about. There is nothing he can get done.

Installed a dual exhaust and routed the pipes very badly... rubber brake lines resting on pipe; melted the lines. One pipe is hitting the leaf springs. Called Jim and told him about the issues on a Wednesday, he said he couldnt do anything until the next Monday. I made an appointment and when I got there he said he was too busy and had other cars on the racks. Had I not noticed the issues I would have had a total brake failure he was very cavalier about what could have been catastrophic. I used zip ties to move the brake lines off of the exhaust pipes and am still waiting for him to find the time to fix the issue. Other than that; the work is sloppy, the welds are terrible, total amateurish workmanship!!!

I was treated great and the work was done right and before promised time.

Walked in on wednesday, first thing the guy said was Were not taking cars till monday. I said I wanted a quote for welding on custom mufflers. He told me about his personal problems and said he isnt going to look at any cars till monday. Not professional at all.
