Excellent place to drop off your car for an insurance claim. My car looks brand new! Can’t speak much to price since I only paid my deductible, but the quality of work is definitely outstanding.

I took my Jaguar XJ there to get the trunk and hood painted. I went to pick up my car and the car was dirty and had dust everywhere, my car was left unlocked and they forgot to put my XJ emblem back on the trunk. The reason I mention the doors being unlocked is that the car has a lot of electronics in it so when the doors are left unlocked it drains the battery. After I paid and they refused to work with me on anything, my car did not start so we had to jump it.then I noticed a chemical reaction in the paint on the trunk because the battery is In the trunk. The customer service sucks here and I would not recommend any high class cars here.

When I went in for a estimate I was greeted by a very friendly estimator who explained the entire process and the differences in the paint jobs offered. I picked my correct paint job offered and brought my car in next day. I received a call 4 days later on time saying my car was complete. I went to pick it up at requested time and when arrived at shop was blown away on how nice my car looks. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone wants a quality job at a fair price and done on time.

Kenya was great! I had two cars that needed minor repairs and she quickly assessed my needs and gave me a fair estimate on both vehicles. I didn’t need to go anywhere else. I brought each car in on separate Wednesdays and both were ‘Finished and Cleaned’ ready by mid-day Friday respectively. Phil is the manager there. If I could give 6 stars, I would.I had a ding on the bumper of my 2011 Porsche Panamera. My deductible was $500 and was advised by the insurance company that it would cost well in excess of that to fix. I took the car in and they did it for less than my deductible. In addition to the ding, I had torn the underside of the bumper and also had some deep scratches on the other side of the bumper which had been touched up previously. They fixed these for me too and polished out a large scratch on the wheel arch. The car looks like new.Easy to deal with, very efficient and courteous. I hope I dont have another accident, but if I do, Ill be going straight back there. Highly recommended

I’ve used this company before and the work was done good. However, there has been a major decline in service this time around. The process was over priced and poorly done. I had headlight restoration and light bodywork done to my 2008 Lexus ES 350. I had to wait a week to have the job completed only to have it done wrong. The owner Phil offered to redo the job. In short after another week later the job was still not corrected. I paid for a service that had to be corrected by someone else. Not angry with the owner because he is only as good as his workers.

Just picked up my car from Maaco today and was EXTREMELY pleased!! I have a 2019 Toyota Corolla and a few months back someone put two dents in the side of my car with two paint marks. I was extremely upset when I took my car to the dealership and they told me it would cost me 1,400 dollars to fix out of pocket! (They were very minute dents mind you) ..I was referred to go to Maaco from a coworker instead and they did the SAME JOB for 476 dollars!!!! Almost a 1000 dollars less! You literally can’t even tell anything ever happened! I am beyond ecstatic. Their service was worth every penny and I will be back if need be! Highly recommend!!

I went for body repair of an older car that was rear ended, so I wasnt looking to spend a lot. The nice man who did the estimate told me they could try repairing the bumper cover and fix rear hatch to save me some money. They gave me a very fair price, then even called me later to knock more off of the estimate. I wasnt expecting much because the plastic was pretty buckled, but maybe a day later, it was done and looked like new! I was amazed!

I had my bumper replaced yesterday at the Maaco on Congress in Delray Beach. They did a fabulous job! Phil was very knowledgeable and professional. Kenya was also professional and working hard to keep all the details straight for me. Both of them went a bit beyond to try and help my son out with an issue he was having with his car. They were most accommodating. The work was done a day ahead of time and a bonus that the car came back sparkly and washed. No more hole in my bumper! Yeah!

My 2010 van was hit by a rock from a truck and I had a huge metal spot showing above the windshield. No one would just patch it up so I decided to paint the entire van. Maaco did an amazing job my van looks brand new. Then I got a small dent in the bumper and decided to take it back to them to repair. What an awesome job they did. My wife Judi was kind enough to drop my 2004 Blue Honda Civic off at Maaco Auto Painting in Delray Beach Florida. My car was heavily sun damaged and quite honestly I was less than optimistic that much could be done to improve its appearance. Fast forward one day later, my wife and I drove into Maaco to pick up my newly painted car. Upon arrival, there just happened to be a shiny Blue Honda parked out front. I mentioned to my wife that just couldnt be mine because its much newer looking. To my overwhelming surprise, IT WAS my car and it looked awesome! The color, the mirror like finish, the attention to detail all came together for a PERFECT paint job. Id like to personally thank Phil the Owner/Manager for an amazing job. I took my 2001 Mazda Millennia here. My original color was silver. Had them paint it Sea Mist which is a bluish green. My headlights had cateracts. Omg when they brought it out to me I thought I had a brand new car. The color was more beautiful than I expected and I feel they gave me a super deal. Phil was really patient, kind and helpful. The headlights looked new. No more cateracts and I had no idea they were gonna clean my inside but yes. New carpet next and Phil gave me a referral. My car is not brand new nor is it antique yet but she is a beauty. Great job guys and I am one grateful happy southern gal. Thumbs up from me!!!

What can I say? Phil and Kenya know their stuff. Brought in an old 92 Dodge Conversion Van/RV. Gave me a great price. The vehicle was large, high and difficult to work with. Rust around the windshield required it to be removed...it broke! But, they worked with me on the replacement price. They did a lot of little things I was not expecting. The paint job is worth more than the van. But WOW ! It looks so much better. Now Im not embarrassed to drive it. LOL This is the second vehicle they have painted for me. Satisfied both times. I went this Maaco for a paint job and little did I know the same guy Phil that was working at another shop in west palm beach was now there. Without hesitation I left immediately. Phil is a low life thief that tells people he is the owner then asks for cash to say he can give a better deal but puts it in his pocket. You can t get a warranty because he doesnt give you any paperwork. Stay away from this place by all means.

Just picked up my 2003 Chrysler 300. It was full of Nicks chips things and a couple of dents. The car looks just like new. A couple of days later noticed a little wrinkled on the driver side door. Returned to the shop receiving an outstanding service from the owner and front desk help. As asked to Return Saturday between 9 and 12. I arrived at 9.10 the front was not open,walked to the rearand was greeted with a happy Hello by Rich. His cheerfulness and customer service made my day better yet completely resolved the issue. I have now had Macco in Delray paint 3 of my vehicles. Each time they do a better job. The latest was my scratched and dented 2006 Toyota Tacoma, a truck Ive owned since new. Was considering an upgrade... to the tune of $25,000+... or just paint ole reliable. Phil gave me a quote that couldnt be beat and his crew had me in and out of the shop in 3 days.While I do not have a new truck, it sure looks like one. More importantly, I am again an extremely satisfied customer!

I went there 2 weeks ago and oh my! I loved it they were not pushing me to leave my car there and I had payment options to choose from, I also had repair options to make, of what I wanted done and if I wanted aftermarket or OEM parts. Thought they were pretty cool, laid back yet professional. The cost was above what I could easily afforded but heck I needed my car back ASAP! 3 days better than 1 week

I had a bad experience the first time I tried MAACO [in California] and was hesitant, but when I saw these reviews, I decided to take a chance. I brought in my 2010 BMW 750Li for some paint repair from a minor fender bender. Kenya and Kerry run a tight ship. They are courteous and really made this a painless process. My car was returned to me.. perfect!! On the drop off, as I waited for my ride.. I watched them take excellent care of each customer that came in the shop..and it was a busy morning. Each customer was treated with the same care and courtesy and that... is the secret to success in any service industry. Being consistently excellent is what keeps customers coming back.. and telling their friends. I sure will!! Thanks again for taking excellent care of me, and my car.

Very very rude. I recently got rear ended & filed a claim w the persons insurance company & am awaiting the completion of the investigation. I called my insurance company, asking what i can do to be proactive while waiting for her insurance company to complete the liability investigation & they suggested that i get a few quotes. Anxiously wanting this process to go faster as i work very far, Maaco was the 2nd place, out of a few, that i went to to get a quote & it was by far the worst. the 2nd man that i spoke to who gave me my quote was very rude. he made me feel stupid for getting quotes, suggesting i do nothing but wait for the other parties insurance company to pay me. he also said my car was not drivable, which is very untrue & quoted me a very high price. i will not be returning.

Didnt a great job painting my car, a few spots had a white mark that wouldnt come off but aside from that I was very pleased!

Everything was fine except the rainguards that I bought and you installed. They did not put it on right .broke the driver side and didnt tell me.

This is the second vehicle I have had repaired and painted base coat clear coat. Both times I have been extremely happy with their services. The owner and the girl that work in the office are both extremely nice! If someone writes a bad review on these guys, they have to be miserable humans. If I had any issues, they addressed them immediately at no cost. I will continue to use them and so should you!

The color I requested was a matte black and the car ended up being a glossy paint job not at all the matte finish I wanted

I Went In to get an estimate super content with the price my truck was in bad shape. They stuck to their word on price and time frame which was ridiculously unheard of two days! I recommend this maaco to everyone Kenya and Kerry great customer service!

Quick, easy, professional and the Volvo dealership didn’t even notice I had anything done when I returned it after lease.

After having my car for 2 weeks and giving tons of excuses as to why it was taking so long, I get my car back and it started smoking and stalled out in traffic 30 mins later. This was on a Friday, I called Saturday and they said they couldnt send anyone out until Monday. Waited all day and kept calling being told someone was on the way until they closed and then was told they were short staffed and everyone left for the day. So, next day they finally send someone just to tell me they cant fix it and that it must be unrelated! What?! On top of that they broke my AC and said they cant fix it because they are just a body shop. So 3k later (plus the cost of the hotel Ive been stuck at) I was given back a car that was in even worse shape than after the accident. And its a 97 Honda Accord that just had some front end damage, they charged over double what the estimate was! At least when it was smashed in I could still drive it! This whole experience was a joke, the staff all plays dumb (or genuinely doesnt know anything) and their customer service was terrible when I was so patient and understanding! Anyone who has seen the bill has laughed at how badly I was ripped off and taken advantage of. Total waste of time and money. If they work on your car DO NOT PAY OR SIGN THAT PAPER THAT IT WAS RETURNED IN WORKING CONDITION UNTIL YOU GET TO TEST DRIVE IT! Pretty sure that was their golden ticket to tell me I was screwed, because they got their money and obviously dont take pride in or stand by their work. So many things are now being fixed by Delray Honda because the work was so sloppy and they did more harm than good!
